I visited the Dennys restaurant at 3971 S. Gilbert Rd., Gilbert, AZ. my waitress (kjersti montgomery) seemed to be very upset that she had to work on a Saturday night. Not only did she have a bad attitude towards her customers but also towards her co workers. my wife and I received very minimal attention. Our drinks got low and everytime I looked around to find our her she was on her cell phone texting and giggling. It was actually kind of upsetting. There was another waitress working named Jennifer and she refilled our drinks for us. Thank goodness because if we would have counted on Kjersti for refills I truley believe we would still be waiting. You guys truely need to observe her behavior and restrict her cell phone usage on the job. it was very unprofessional. Other than her the food was delicious though.
We went to Denny's in tempe AZ. my husband and Myself and our 2 yr old daughter ordered. we ordered burgers and a pizza off the kids menu. When the pizza showed up is was not cooked correctly my Husband is a chef and we were amazed that it was cold in the middle. We sent the pizza back and we over heard the store manager talking crap about us sending the food back. He laughed and made fun of us(not knowing were the people who sent the food back) I thought to myself how many kids have they sold under cooked food to? Also that i hope the store manager will get whats coming to him....
I am very disappointed in my last vist to Denny's in Levittown n.y.first let me say the servers were very polite. Now to my complaint.THe menu is the most deceiving thing I have ever seen. Senior scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese 2 bac and 2 sausages,2pancakes priced at 6.29. Now the senior one french toast 1 egg 2 bacon or two sausage, same price ridiculous. I had choose four at 6.49.My mom had the senior french tost slam and got ripped off. The restaurant was not busy and the food was cold. We didn't have time to send it back. It was Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. There were very few people in the restaurant so I don't understand why our food was not delivered the way it shoul have been
Went to Denny's restaurant in Mokena Illinois on Saturday night February 5 2012 with my grandson for magician night. The magician was very good and entertaining, or food was good and the waitress was very good. My only suggestion is when I asked for some butter, the waitress brought out a small bowl full, I only used a little knife full and there was so much left over that I am sure went into the garbage. I find that very wasteful and was wondering if it would be cost effective to go to those individual bitter pat packages? Maybe you have already looked into this and for some reason found it more cost effective to do it this way, but that really is such a waste.

I would like to know why Nashville does not have Denny's anymore? We here in Nashville would like you to consider bringing the restaurant back. I can't drive to Louisville everytime we want to eat at Denny's. Your commercial advertises like its at hands reach, but its not. Please present this proposal to your Board of Directors for further consideration. We want it back. Thank You.
the owner Medhad does not give discount for its employers when ordering food for their lunch break if we cant try the food how could an employee even recommended it? he is the worst owner of and representative of dennys.
Dennys workers are exploited there needs to be something done the owner getting richer by not letting their employees add a certain percentage to guest bills for more than 8 people it is really ridiculous. That is really injustice!
employees are treated with no respect and are spoken to wrong from the management team in bakersfield ca.you need to send someone down here to find out why this is allowed employees are scared of loosing their jobs if they say any thing
I recently visit Denny's in Melrose Park, IL. My server name was Ashley G. She was one of the best servers I ever came across. She came to my family and I with a beautiful smile, made us feel welcome, and gave us great service through out the time we were there. I can honestly say I will be back to eat there again and I would like to have her as my server again.
My husband, son and I went to the Denny's in Sullivan Missouri last night (01/26/2012, we actually go once a week. We ordered our food. I had the french toast which was soggy in the middle, my son had the pizza, it was cold and there was more sauce then cheese, my husband had the double cheese burger and seasoned fries. My husband ask if he could have a large fry, yes sir. We also ordered a appetizer sampler. When the LARGE sampler came it had 8 onion rings, 4 mozz sticks and 2 pieces of chicken, harldy $8.00 worth of food. The service came to ask how everything was, I ask what is the difference between a small and large sampler and was told you get 8 more onion rings....really? 8 onion rings is $4.00 more dollars? Yep, it is. Can I speak to a manage? We continued to eat cause it was getting cold. The server went on a smoke break and never came back. So we go check out and ask for a manager again. About 5 minutes later finally a manager comes out and had a attitude before even speaking. Explained everything to her as we did the server. And the response was 'it is what it is' So I ask if she was gonna make it right, 'I will give you 20% off your bill, not even the difference of the sampler. I then handed the Sullivan silver card and she said 'well if I had known you were using this, I would have never gave you a discount' I paid and will never go back. Servers name was Kristina T, she needed not to be at work, she was hacking all over the place and wiping her snotty nose on her shirt as taking our order.

Denny's in Ammarillo next to the La Quinta. We arrived Christmas day and I ordered a chicken with vegtables and a salad. My husband ordered a grilled cheese. His order came and I was given a grilled cheese by Paula and told eat this your order is not ready. I gave the sandwich to my husband and ate the vegtables. After about ten minutes I asked our original waiter for my salad. He gave me an ala carte salad with the blucheese I asked for. I ate the salad and waited for my chicken after around 25 minutes Paula dumped the chicken in front of me. We then ordered the desert the $2 pies and were charged for the $3.75 desserts. We complained and the waiter took the money out of his pocket and reimbursed us. I complained to Christine the manager and she stated: "There is nothing I can do for you." I don't know what I did to the staff to receive such treatment. I guess even Jesus hates me.
went to the Dennys in Winter Haven Fl. on Cypress gardens Blv. 1/16/12 OMG. what A mess 3 of us went to eat we waited all most 1 HR. and the place had only about 6 or 7 tables with people . me and my wife both had the same thing my plate had like 1/2 the food she had . so sent it back 15 min. later it comes back and it's hot on the outside and cold on the inside. so I said for get it I'll make something at home (did not take it off the bill) . No drink refills and did not check on us only 1 time in 1Hr. 20 min. All this time the MGR. was siting at A table next to us talking on his phone and puting in inserts in the menus and watching his staf go down hill !! He only got up only 1 time to refill his drink ! Gess he was to inportant to do any work . To top it all off the waitress ask us how much we would like to leave for A tip !!! Ya' Right ..............
I wouldn't recommend Denny's to anyone. I live in York, PA and have the distinct displeasure of having a former Denny's restaurant phone number as my phone number. I have been getting the run around from Denny's corporate for 2 years. Today I found out that Denny's here is a corporate restaurant so corporate controls the phone listings - which have just been published in the Yellow Book and on all other internet sites
The Denny's in South Hill Va has to be the worst ever. We stopped there while traveling to Mebane NC just before Xmas 2011. The service took for everand the turkey dinner that I order was stone cold. I complained to the server and she listened but did not even try to rectify the problem and the oatmeal my son ordered was like a thick paste. There were other problems with my niece and nephews food also. I was not offered a discount or such. I just reluctantly left a nine dollar tip because it was Xmas.
Denny's on Hatch and Herndon in Ceres, California disappointed my family and I greatly! A disgusting acne filled young woman by the mane of Sandy gave us poor service today, she was so rude! Slamming our drinks, and talking about how "we are rude" and mocked my mother in a grotesque tone. It really disappointed me. My family love the service at Denny's except for today. My mother refuses to return. I was upset and embarrassed.
My wife and I where just turned away from Denny's in Chicopee ma. At 1153 am on valentines day because "they needed to stock the kitchen"!! That's crazy. I've worked in the restaurant business for the past 8 years and never have I ever heard of turning people away to stock. What's dinner gonna be like if there turning ppl away for breakfast?? This is our last visit to any Denny's. One word for the situation "WOW"!
