#6016 Denny's Midland, TX the service was bad only because the manager could not be bothered to hire anyone. Someone should tell the manager that help is necessary in order to ensure smooth operations. The hostess could gage bussed tables and poured coffee but she just stood there looking stupid.

Segundo (los angeles) CA. Food was average. I downloaded the mobile app and the manager sat here with me for 10 minutes telling me I needed a printout or they could not accept the coupon. I told him that I would just pay for the milkshake. Finally he agreed to accept it, "but only this time." My water was empty before my meal came, and was never refilled. The milkshake was melted.

Stuart, Florida Denny's !!! 7-11-2012 Took my husbands kids there walked in and was totally ignored didnt know if we were to seat our selfs or wait to be seated..so I asked a worker. And rudely she said yes .. We found a booth and sat there 10 mins still being ignored.. No menus ... So I went and got our own menus off the "hostess" podium .. Again ignored... Sat for another 10 mins and finally the cook looked at our table and I motioned that we needed help .. The waitress looked a little confused... Asked us if we wanted to order first or start off with drinks ?? I was in shock.. I said lets start with drinks first !!! 3 unsweetened teas and 2 waters... The water glasses were pretty clean but all three tea cups were disgusting.. They were the plastic red coca cola cups... Finally after sitting for five mins after we got our drinks she came back to take our order ... After talking with the family we ended up walking out of the restaurant.. Never in my 49 years have I ever walked out of a restaurant after ordering!!!.. All the help looked confused.. Not knowing what they were doing and this was at 2:00 in the afternoon .. This restaurant was very UN organized and really needs to re train the staff.. We will never recommend nor go to another Denny's ever again ...

The Denny's in El Paso, Tx sucks.... The wait staff just don't care. This particular one is attached to the flying j truck stop at exit 37. We frequent Denny's restaurants for we drive truck. Something needs to seriously be done or the next time here I'll take business across the street to the iron skillet at petro. I like Denny's food for the taste and value. But this one may change my thinking.

The empty large lot is where a Ford dealer once stood, on Hwy 20. Is it true that you will be coming to town? There is nothing in town that has your selection. I went to Dennys in Nephi in the morning and night yesterday I absolutely loved my service and food but I did not like how the blonde manager treated her servers. I've never been so disgusted by a person

i was at the dennys on metcalf last week. around 1am. my waitress cindy was very nice. she is always there working all the time. shes a hard worker. she always knows what i like before i come in the door. i will always come back to see her.

I took my family to the Dennys in Arlington Heights,Illinois for the 4th of July lunch & I'll tell you this, The food was good, service good, but who ever owns this store should be ashamed of themselves for the condition they make there customers eat in & for making there employees work in, even there poor cooks for that matter, it was 108 degrees outside 87 humidity & 90 degrees inside & the humidity was so bad all the employees & the manager & all us customers for that matter were sweating like we all worked at a sweat shop for child labor! Me & my wife felt so ashamed for the owner. Everytime we go there its way too hot!!! We used to go 2-3 times a week & now only every 3-4 months hoping things would change. But I guess Dennys Corp don't care about there image or loosing there customers. Yrs ago we lost Big Boy Restaurants due too lack of concern to customers & now were all waiting for Dennys to be next. How Sad.

i feel very uncomfortable walking into a denny's and seeing them hiring people with criminal pass.

when i enter your portland maine congress store and see sex offenders working there i am very cocern for my children safety. i know many parents who go there and when they find out they will boycott the store.

I was at the Denny's in 1000 palms ca recently,and found that the service and overall cleanliness has become quit Deteriorated. There are five Denny's in the area including 1000 palms and the 1000palms location is hands down The Dirtiest in the area.

came in at 10:25pm....after a hard day at the office. Took FOREVER to get seated....even tho' I was the ONLY one waiting. all the servers must have been on "break". right. food was good after I finally got waited on and served. let's put a bullhorn at the front door for customers to use.

The Denny's in Pocatello Idaho is a joke. Nothing on the menu was worth eating and for salad you get lettuce and dressing. The gravy is the worst and had lumps and tasted like s***! My husband got the worst meal I have ever seen. The cashier/manager never asked how the food was, said thank you, or please come back. My chicken breast was pink on the inside and had to be sent back. One cook and 1 server. Everyone waited an hour to get their food. This place should be shut down as it is filthy dirty and run down. We will never eat there again! I wouldn't feed my pigs there!!! We had the creepy crawlers for the rest of the evening. Bad place.

I was at denny in terre haute in at north store and i went t bathroom and come back and a lady name Christy Doobie was flirting with my husband!!! I dont appreciate that at all!! I expect her to be gone next time i come in! You higher people that act that way!!!?? How disrespectful!

Me and my family were on our way to galveston to board our cruise for vacation. We stoped at Bryan Texas restaurant number 8184. The service was horrible. They messef up my daughter order twice. Forgot my food. I ordered a ham and cheese omlete called moons/hammy, it was done woth sliced cheese not melted. Then when we were leaving it had been raining sometime way before we had got there. When I walked out I fell messing my knee up bleeding every where. My daughter went in and told them it was slick and I had fallen they said the manager would come check. Well it took 15 mins for him to come out cause he thougt we were leaving. We sat there and watched him drink coffee and then stop to talj to waitresses. I have pictutes of my knee and I am not happy. We spent almost 50./0 in there for bad service, bad food and a tore up,knee. Now I have 6 days of my vacation on the cruise with a banged up knee. When the manager finally came out cause we were backing out my daughter rolled down the window tp tell him to fix tbe wayer problem. Did he ask if I was alright NO HE DODNT, he just sOd we will try to do cjsomething about it. I didnt even get a sorry are u ok. I am mad. I vant find a number to call on sundays. Hope I get a call from yall 9402352055. I am leaving tomorrow at 10 and will be back saturday.

This mourning 7/1 I went into the Denny's on Memorial Drive in Chicopee, MA. I had an hour to Kill so I ordered breakfast. After finishing my meal, I paid and left for 10 min. I returned to sit in a booth. Due to being 4 months pregnant I wanted to sit in the most comfortable seat. I planned on only staying for another 10-20 min so I ordered a tea and opened a book. The general manager Joel than approached me and told me I had to "leave the restruant" because I was giving his servers the run around. The reality I asked for a glass of orange juice and she was mad thats all I ordered.. Now, side story I have been a waitress and a bar tender for the past 3 years. There was no line and other seats (booths) were available. To be asked to leave a restruant because I requested a cup of tea by a general manager is astonishing! Never in my life have I seen such poor managing skills. Not once did he ask me to move to another table or suggest a seat at the bar stools, or had an manners. As a customer I have the right to sit at a booth and order just a drink. If I was there for an hour I understand the need to ask me to move tables politely. But a customer should never be refused the right to sit at a specific location in a restruant or, refused food! I truly hope cooperate reads this complaint and this review and evaluates theis general manager Joel. I don't believe someone lacking manners, problem solving abilities and respect should be a General Manager!

I worked at the dennys in midway fla. for 8 weeks worst exp. i've ever had.I have been a server for 40 years and never have i been treated worst.The most worst run place i've ever seen,the servers were blamed for for all food problems and made to pay for them.I will be taking this up with crorp. and a lawer.This is a not a crorp owned rest. and if this is the way crorp. runs there business i feel\ sorry for all their servers

I visited your location in Fayetteville Arkansas,I don't know the address,I am visiting family, I always put the tip on the credit card. I asked the waitress if she gets her tips at the end of her shift,she told me no they don't get them until payday. I personally think that's awful,waitress's work for tips,I have done that kind of work in the past and I know it's hard work in so many ways,I'm appalled that these poor girls have work their hineys off and don't get compensation until payday,what if they have babies at home and need diapers or something,poor practices in my opinion.

The Denny's in Frazier Park Ca # 8626 has the worse customer service I've ever seen

Thank you Denny's for your pro Constitution, pro 2nd Amendment stance. We will be using this restaurant chain a lot more.
