Dry, little meat or veg on 1/2 order nachos, wife's 2 fried chicken wraps were more fry than chicken , overdone with a tiny lettuce sprinkle , you have cured us of wanting Dennys

My wife and I traveled home from San Diego this morning. We left early to beat the traffic out of Los Angeles. We arrived at the Denny's north bound interstate 5 at the bottom of the grape vine at about 8am this morning. We had not been to this Denny's Restuarant for five years. Well it was still terrible. The coffee was not available as it was brewing. We ordered the sausage slam. The eggs were cold and the sausage was so salty my wife could not eat it. But the thing that has always been bad at Denny's was the dehydrated hash browns. They were brown on the outside and mushy and cold on the inside. This was our last meal at Denny's EVER!

The Denny's in Sanger ca was terrible. You could see how dirty the Carpet is and that made the place stink. The eggs were tiny and way under cooked, the sourdough toast was old and small. I think the owners Are trying to save $ or just don't care, never go back there.

Today (Aug 9,2012) my wife and I went to Dennys around 9:30pm on 47 th and ave s palmdale ca. What I have to say is that they need to hire more servers and more cooks because there was alot of customers and a Lil staff and just one cook. The waiters looked very bussy trying to get to everyone thank god my server was good for got her name she was a young girl. My advice is to hire more people so those poor servers won't have to be running around like crazy.

I just left our Dennys in The Dalles oregon, was totally supprised to see a dog allowed in, and to find out it be longs to one of the ladies whom works there, I feel it was not a good thing for anyone, there are alot of people out there that have allergies to animals fur. I asked why they allowed dogs in the place, they just said I just started working I dont know the rules here, oh well I love animals, dont get me wrong, but I dont like eating with them.... Not Happy and wont go back

very disappointed in the Denny's wait staff at the sunrise blvd location in citrus heights. We got seated right away an the server got us drinks and took our order promptly. However it was disappointing to see that when our food came up in the window I watched it sit there for 7 1/2 minutes. (yes I timed it) as not only the servers all looked at it and ignored the fact that it was there to continue their conversation, but the manager did the same exact thing. I've worked in the restaurant business for years and to see an entire night crew including the manager stand at the register and chit chat while there is a whole order up in the window is just unacceptable. In order to have a well maintained restaurant you must have a manager who will enforce guidelines and be willing to do anyone's job. If the manager can't do the right thing, there's no hope for the employees who are under his supervision. Very very disappointed in this staff and won't be returning to visit this location again.

Today I went to Dennys on 47th and ave s in palmdale ca.

Curious as to whether your dennys restaurant in arnold missouri on drury lane has cameras on their front parking lot. I was beat up in your parking lot by a waitress that worked there while the manager stood two feet away and watched. Afterwards they walked back in like nothing happened. I came back ten minutes later with my bf to speak with the manager and was told he left and the waitress was gone too. Ive filed a police report but was curious about cameras because these two are trying to pretend this didnt happen.

I was in Ridgecrest, CA dennys It took forever to get a seat and the service suck but this nice lady that was at a table notice we needed our drinks refilled and ask the waiter if he could help our table. we got to talking and she was trying to get back into dennys she just moved back from the south and left her dennys I think you need more people like her she is very on the ball. great person very well dressed I think if she was there and more people like her it could be a great dennys not what it is now All i know is her first name was Marie If you could help her out that would be great Thank You for your time Joyce Tipple

This Dennys on 89th and brown deer rd in Milwaukee WI is horrible. I waited 5 min at the host stand to be seated finally a manager sat me and my party. We sat there 20 min while numerous employees walked past us. Not to mention again the manager sat us. After 25 min I went to the host stand and atolls the young lady I had been waiting 20 min could she please send someone over. She said I will be rite over. 10 min later I observed her cleaning off a table next to ours at which point I left. Will never return worst experience ever this restaurant should be shut down for lack of common sense.

Oakland, or. Ask for a plate & the is 11.49 whit a milla shake 2.99 plate poor I get better deal whit panda express for 8.00 dollars , anda the milk shake came or you lik e some water or coffe nothi ng also your plate very poor

I went to the Ina Road store and know one would wait on me. So I just walked out, along with another man, who waited at the counter for help for 15 mins. So I called the resturant to let the manager know and the line is busy. The resturant is dirty and the waitress, appeared to be over worked and old. I will never step in a Denny's again.

I live in orange, texas...the food at the denny's on hwy 62 and I-10 was good...however the service was awful. Not once during the meal not once did anyone check on us even though both our glasses sat on the edge of the table empty for 30 minutes...two managers even walked by looked at the empty glasses and continued without offering assitants...very disappointing

Big Spring Texas, July 23, 2012 at 5:13 pm. This is in the twilight zone. Employees were laughing with a customer that appears to be a friend of the staff. Finally we were waited on. Coffee was bitter, must of been left over from breakfast. Salad was not fresh - lettuce dark. We order soup. After several minutes, the cook cames out and said he has no beef soup, would cheese broccoli be Ok. Again we waited. Flies began to swarm all through the air. Again the cook cames out, would chicken noodle be OK. Again we waited. "Soups UP" we hear from the kitchen. All the employees are outside smoking.Finally someone comes in, bring the cold soup. The entire place looks dirty. Should be closed. Part of the employees conversation is with a former employee, very long haired young man. He is constantly moving aroung the area - SINGING!! Absolutely twilight zone!!

How dare you call yourself an American company!! I live in Ca. at the time and almost all of the Denny's here are mostly Mexicans and some you go in you hardly even hear English. To top it off I go an ad in the mail today that promots you "Tour of America" But one side was all Spanish and the two dishes shown were both Mexican dishes. I have heard many say about the food going downhill and now to me the company has also gone downhill. Just like all the other big companys, you either send the jobs to Mexico or hire the mexicans here. And do all you can to pull more in. Well enjoy them, I for one will not eat there anymore nor will my family!

Few years ago, I use to Denny's 1880 in Sunny Isles Fl and it used to be a very nice experience. I have the idea, which I today regret, of going with my family this passed weekend an the expericen was a nightmare. Managers in this place are under any level of capability to perform their job right. They hardly speak English properly. Also, I was seated close to the kitchen, and I saw how nasty they are. They picked up food from the trais or the food counter, and place it right back to the customer place. No susprisely I found a hair on my food. Additionally I do not think the manager (Indian or Pakistan guy) cares a lot about what is going on at all in that store. Qyality is really going down hell In that place. The only parson I really feel sorry about thelace was my server, she tried hard to make us happy, but she also was mistreated by the manager.

We went to check out the New Dennys Restaurant that just opened in July in Grand Island,Ne,Sunday July 22, 2012.I've eat at a lot of Denny's Restaurants in the U.S. but this one was so disappointing. The restaurant it self is very nice, but the management is terrable. the wait staff was not asigned to a area people weren't getting waited on in the order they came in people walked out half hour waiting or more.3 differant waitress ask for one tables drink order an never got there drinks they finaly walked out.The 2 of us had three couples ahead of us waiting for a table when a party of 11 people came in well we got seated in order it seamed like we waited forever an no service I looked over to the middle tables an the party of 11 had been seated an there order was being taken. the young man who had seated us came by an I ask him why are they getting waited on an we were ahead of them an he said I just seat people I don't have any thing to do with that. then this older lady came over got our drink order an leaves but never comes back then finialy another server come over an ask for out drink order an I told her we just gave it to the other lady well she took it again an took off finaly come back with the drinks an took our order when she delivered it she said my pancakes well be out in a little while well my omellet was over cooked dried out the hash browns were burned an finaly got my cakes there were over cooked on the bottom we well never got back.

My son & I frequently eat at a Denny's around the corner from where we live & today was the worse service we ever received...1st off I ordered not 1 but 2 club sandwiches & both were very dry & had hardly any meat...you would think for almost $10 it would be filled!!! & then when checking out I had a coupon that clearly said "buy 1 entree & get the 2nd for $.99 so I noticed not much was taken off & when I asked her if she had taken the lowest priced item off she said yes (which was my cheese fries!!! She said that's how the coupon works honey...she was soooo rude!!! So I said on the way out this is tje LAST time we will be spending $$ here!! So when I got home I was soooo upset & looked over the coupon again (because I had 2) & it was what I had said earlier...so here's the great part so I called the store back & asked for the corporate # & the same lady that was so freakin rude to me said well I'm the gene ral manager & I can help you & when I said I would like the # for corporate she said there's nothing they can do that I can't do for you & I said really? I was just in there & you were so rude...I'm currently unemployed & was taking my son out for lunch as a treat because I can't afford of all the time & she said something about having "one of those days" I paid almost $50(I had a carry out order too) she told me to give her a chance & "make it better" with making me 2 brand new/fresh club sandwiches...I'm just so upset with all of this because we go there often because with coupons its affordable once in a while...I will be making a call Monday morning to corporate to complain about this "general manager" & I will NOT be back to this location EVER!!!
