Dell , i am so upset , its not funny , with all the people out of work the people at dell must never have to worry about looseing there jobs , especialy the people with dell financial , the rudest employees ever , they talk over you and down to u when all ur trying to do is make a payment , ive been unemployed like alot of other people , i use to make my payments on time and even double payments Do u think Dell calls u when ur makeing ur payments on time , YEAH RIGHT , nope not even a chritsmas card , they dont care or there people either , its sad that dell has gotten so big they let there employees treat there customers like they were lowe then dirt , they wont even tell u there real name in fact one told me her name was LEanna , and she was a supervisor , if thats so i know why they act the way they do i ask her if that was her real name and she said , WELL thats the name MY parents Gve ME very nice , NOT , Dell i hope you go out of bussiness and all ur employees loose there jobs and feel wht it is like to have rude people call them , I KNOW THERE HAS TO BE A BOSS FOR DELL THAT CARES ABOUT ALL DELL CUSTOMERS < and not just his pay check ,

Hello again , I can not believe how upset i am right now , this has got to stop STOP RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW , IF DELL , U DONT WANT TO BE A COMPANY THAT NUMBER ONE STANDS BY ITS CUSTOMERS , I KNOW WE R ALL NOT PERFECT ,BUT WE R ALL HUMAN BEINGS , THIS ONE WOMEN THAT WORKS FOR DELL FINACIAL SERVICES HER NAME IS LE ANN SHES A SUPERVIOSR AND NOW I KNOW HOW SHE GOT THERE , BECAUSE THE 1ST WOMEN OR SHOULD I SAY REPRESENTIVE , I ASK HER IF LINDSY WAS HERE REAL NAME AND SHE REPLIED , WELL ITS THE ONE MY PARENTS GAVE ME , REAL NICE , NOW THATS NOT WHAT I HOPE THERE TEACHING IN ANY COLLEGES, AND I WOULD REALLY HOPE THE DELLS HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT DOESNT HONOR THIS KIND OF BEHAVOIR, OUR BUSSINESS,S OF TODAY WILL BE THE ONE OUT OF BUSSINESS TOMMORROW , JUST BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEES THAT WORK FOR COMPANIES LIKE THIS , Its very sad , I use to work in the big corp world and always my customers were number one , every single one of them , my employees were refelctions of my self and evry bussiness was prospering , with out the customers , we need no employees if we need no employees , we need no bussiness and that means we need no bussiness owners , and i know the owners of dell would not be happy hearing this , it really mess up my valentines day , this is the last conversation i want to have with my wife on valantines day , its tough right now being unemployees liveing week to week , paying the bills u can , when u use to pay all ur bills on time , and some times even pay them off , but i know every ones dealing with there own issues , i just want dell to know there r hard working people out of work that would never treat there customers the way i was treat and humilated and just so upset that for sure will end up no biggie , just another complaint , how nice ,how sad , with tesears in my eyes i pray to godto just forgive the rude people at dell and maybe jus give them som peace like ur giving me right now , lord take away this frustration lord and give me peace u know oh mighty lord i do the best i can to do right by you and pay what i can , thank you lord for giveing me peace just be with the people at dell ,ty going thur there tough times too amen

Follow up to my post from yesterday. All of you who have not gotten any help from Dell please flood these people with your concerns. I contacted USA Today yesterday with all the emails I have sent to Dell looking for help. I was laid off from my job in November 2011. I dropped my Inspirion 1545 from my knees and it exploded into pieces. I asked Dell to help me with a donation of some kind. I have over 100 resumes and job applications out. My computer is my life line to my job search. Guess what help I got from Dell besides nothing? I am about to lose my home. They could care less. My friend is letting me borrow his HP laptop. He dropped it from his knees 3 times as a test and guess what? I am on it know. Please flood these people. If I worked for a company that that treated there customers who spent there hard earned $ on a product I supported I would quit. Let the emails and phone calls flood these people. I agree, dell is a joke. The cutomer service is awful, you can't understand the people you are tryng to get help from and they treat you like a nobody. Why buy a product and then get treated bad. I have called about one issue and got transferred to many times to count. The source of this starts at the head beacause if they cared about this company they would fix this mess of a support personell who offer no help at all. If this is an example of a good company then no company should fail nor go out of business.

Dell is in Round Rock Texas. I had to call the police dept there to get there phone number. 512-728-3695 I feel for all of you. Dell sucks. They treat there customers like s**t. They are commiting suicide. Companys in this country survive by repeat buyers because they get good customer service when needed. 6 degrees of seperation. All of you who are having issues with Dell tell all your friends. Tell them to buy a Sony, Toshiba. They care about what they sell and will take care of you when you need help.

Dear Dell Corporate Office and Workers, I sincerely hope that one day Dell will be completely shut down and there will be no more Dell. Your customer service is disgusting, your employee are ignorant and inconsiderate, and your products are all faulty. There is no reason why I should buy a laptop in October and by January, the hard drive has to be replaced....twice. This week alone I have spent 10 hours on the phone with your customer service and incapable management. As long as I stay black, I will never buy another Dell ever again!!!!

TONERS AND TRANSFER ROLLERS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE THROUGH MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES.

The worst customer service around-you wait on the phone for an eternity! You can barely understand the person on the other line and then they say their name is Ted-I seriously doubt that is true! It is very disappointing to order an expensive computer and something happens to it (in the warranty period) and you have to reach them. I do not understand why something can not be done about this company. Terrible!!

You might as well forget it if you call Dell! It is has the worst customer service ever imaginable. There are no words to explain the incompetence with this company.

I bouhgt a new Dell XPS8300 in May of last year. After about 3 months I begain to have trouble. Perhaps I was to blame, I don't know,but anyway I had paid for support, both hardware and software.Now it's the first of Febuary and my computer is still screwed up. I have called Dell Support maybe 6 or 7 times and spent 30 or so hours on the phone with them. You get 3 calls with that warranty.So I had to spend another 129.95 for more support.Well, my computer is not fixed and I'm not spending anymore money for support. I just want to speak to someone that speaks English an will hear me out.Can I get any help.I have not been able to get ahold of any one in the United States.

My story is the same as everyone else's. I bought a new Dell for the first time the end of October 2011 and by early December it had stopped working. The tech support people have been respectful, but nothing they do fixes the computer. This beautiful new Dell will be two computers in one from the Dell Corp. -- first and last.

Can we band together and start a class action law suit against Dell and their terrible customer service. There has to be a way we can get Dell to move the customer service center back to the United States. The constant run around and promises are enough to get a pretty good law suit going. We have spent over $5000.00 on Dell computers and at one time the whole family had Dell. After this last issue, we are all now moving to Apple. With Apple at least you get American customer reps who speak English and do not tell you that if they are speaking to fast to please tell them and they will slow down...or tell you to please hold on for 1 - 2 mins (that means you hold on for at least 10 mins), while they review your case number. Or better yet...I understand why you are so frustrated...I will pay more for a better computer and for better customer service...

How the hell do I get the mailings to stop? I've tried to contact their customer care, since all online possibilities lead to them wanting an order number or service number. All I want is to be off their mailing list!!!!!

PEOPLE - VOTE WITH YOUR POCKETBOOK. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO CURB/CORRECT THIS OUTRAGE! I find it inexcusable that Dell, and many other corporations, have chosen to send their customer service activities overseas to the Philippines, India and other countries. It is impossible to even talk to someone at Dell who is located in the United States! This is outrageous considering the fact that we are trying to come out of a recession, and also have such a high un-employment rate. Americans could and should fill these jobs! I for one will NEVER purchase another product from Dell!!

It is ashame that you have to speak to foreigners for technical support, who speak very poor English and not only can you not understand them, you also can't hear what they're saying due to the constant blabbering of other techs trying to assist other Dell customers. For the past year, I have been inundated with calls from these "Dell contractors" saying that my computer is at risk, I have a virus, asking for my credit card numbers, hacking into my computer. There is no one to complain to except a tech from India who is porbably one of the callers. I even had one caller tell me that IYogi was no longer servicing Dell computers and they were refunding the remaining cost of my service contracdt to my credit card. Since I am connectred to a government network, I gave him a phony bank atm card no., and believe it or not (since I have a relative that works at the bank); they did try to access my account several times but to no avail as I gave them a phony security code. So beware out there. I am sure IYogi has been hacked into and gotten access to all Dell tech service customers--or better yet it's IYogi personnel. I have reported this to my local police and will soon notify the consumer protection agency if they do not stop calling me.

The rating should include 0 - for terrible. I have spent over 4 hours on the telephone trying to get warranty work done in the US for a computer purchased in Canada. I even transferred the support to the US as requested. In the end, I was told that they couldn't look after me. It is unspeakable that so much of my time was wasted by people who didn't know what to do and then finally brushed off. In addition, Dell is an international company. Why should it matter to them whether they fix a computer in Canada or the US? I'm going to save my money on buying another warranty and apply it to buying someone else's machine when I have to. PS - It seems to be only the 'administration' that is so bad. I have had great support 9 times out of 10 from the technical people.

bought a dell strek 7 had it two weeks and it stop working well thats been 4 mouths now and evry time i cal l they are rude and dont know shit they say we will shipp next mouth but i have no idea when it will be their next mouth will never in my life buy a dell . they cant even give me a phone number or nothing never again

For 8 1/2 months now I continually have been trying to solve a problem with my new Dell computer and now the re-placement computer which both have the exact same proble. Hours of time on-line with tecs, service at home where the Dell service man doesn't even know why it happens and I have been strung on ond on till now I am just so exasperatet I could scream - I was to have a call - AGAIN - today from a Dell Tec at 2 pm and now at 3:51 pm I am still waiting. I need to get this solved but it is a problem of EVERY THREE MINUTES when on Internet Explorer - like clockwork - my computer hangs-up/stalls (whatever the Tecs want to call it) and for 25 seconds on up to a minute or more EACH TIME but No-One seems to have a clue as to the cause. I do know it does not happen in Google Chrome. All I want is not to have this happen. Is this asking for too much???? Everyone, if you have hang-up problems do time them... My server has checked everything too and it is Not the server. I say this is just horrible Dell service and would like help.......
