I am soooo pist off.... The service from Cricket is terrible. Ive bee a customer over 2 years and I purchased and HUAWEI 860 two months ago and the power button isnt working. And the only response I got from the Corporate store in Berwyn, IL was they could not consider replacement for the phone because of a fucking scratch on the side of the phone. REALLY...... They have got to be kidding, the petty scum of BI---.

I contacted the *611 on the phone to help with changing the name that appeared on caller id. It showed a name of McNally Isidore whenever I called someone from my cricket phone. Obviously I am NOT that person and I wanted it corrected. Should be a simple fix right?!?!? The person on the other end of the line was completely INCOMPETENT. I asked several times for a supervisor only to be told they were either not there or too busy to assist me. I said I would wait. Then I asked the name of the person who was helping me and he said he could not give that information out. I asked then why he gave it to me at the beginning of our conversation when he answered the phone, why could he not give it to me now? He did not want to help me in any way, shape or form and he did not want me to speak to someone else. I waited until I spoke with a supervisor, I was NOT going away! I was furious with the service I received from a man named Dom on the other end of the line. His supervisor did give me his name. He needs more training for avoiding, lying and poor customer service skills. It is employees such as these that give Cricket a bad name!

Have only been with Cricket for 3 weeks. Got the new Optimus phone because daughter has same phone from TMobile and liked it. Screen freezes all the time, and the store where I purchased it saw what it did and said I needed to go to a "Corporate" store and they would replace it for me for free. When I finally got to the store about 20 miles away, they said they had to duplicate the problem in order to return it. Well it only took 5 minutes for the screen to lock and start resetting the phone. Then they told me that they didn't have any Optimus phones in stock and wanted to replace it with a lesser model! I asked if they could check other corporate stores to see if any of them had any in stock. None had them had any. I asked if they could transfer from another store and they said there are no store to store transfers! I asked how long until they would have more and they said they didn't know. I asked them to take my name and number and call me when they have more in stock. I don't believe that will ever happen. I think I need to go back to Verizon! Fortunately, I kept Verizon and have been paying for 2 phones to make sure Cricket works. Obviously, Cricket doesn't work!!! Customer service is the worst I have ever seen!!

I have been trying to resolve issues with my broadband for weeks and was promised a call back, I have not received the call and it has been almost 2 weeks. The broadband service is horrible, slow, disconnects, etc. I was told that they would credit my account for the following month, and a day or so later received a statement saying my payment was due immediatly for the month I had already paid, plus the following month was showing the due amount. I am currently looking for a broadband that will do what they say they will do. That is the reason I called Cricket to begin with, because I believed what they were advertising. I do not recommend this Company.

I agree 100% with all of the complaints above! Cricket SUCKS to the core! Not only does the phone service suck but they obviously do not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE iether! Maybe because they don't understand the ENGLISH language! Switching to a different cell phone provider is more than worth the few extra dollars! I wish there was a way to put CRICKET out of business! they are nothing but SCAMMERS and CON ARTISTS! F**K CRICKET!

Corporate office was completely unhelpful. Issue: I purchased a prepay card from walmart at 7:00am When I called customer service from another cricket customers phone, Customer service after 45min of being on hold returned to the line to let me know unfortunately they were experiencing technical difficulties. (Understandable). I was then advised to call back in 30min(still down), 1hour(still down), tried again at 9:00 am and NOW the card I'm trying to use has already been used. LOL that's just great!! When I asked customer service for the corporate # for St. Louis MO. I was given 50 Fenton Plz Fenton MO. 63026 636-326-9546. In which is also on crickets website. However if you call this number it is a Verizon Wireless # that is no longer in service. (How Helpful). Finally I do some research and call corporate office over the entire cricket network and Lord behold. the refered me right back to the disconnected #. I wonder is the location still there????? Before I waste my GAS

AFTER 12 years of patience with Cricket, as of today....I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED with cricket communications and am submitting a complaint to BBB.

Cricket sucks. I bought a brand new phone online it had a one year manafactor warranty the phone stopped working 3 months later, so i needed a phone to work i had them switch back to my old phone that worked, once i went to the cricket store(corporate store) they said the warranty could not be honored because it wasnt on the account anymore(because i had them switch back to my old phone so i could make some important phone calls). Basically i got shitted out of 100 dollars not to mention i called the corporate store left a message for them to call me, they never did, so it takes an hour to get to the store then your tied up in the store for an hour then another hour back, if they called me back i would have never drove up there. Cricket service sucks a55... i would not reccomend them to anybody. straight talk is soo much better.. now the phone i have will not work outside of the charlotte nc area, which it is supposed to, i am paying for nation wide coverage and not recieving it... DO NOT BUY FROM CRICKET THEY SUCK ASS... USE STRAIGHT TALK WAAAYYYY BETTER

CRICKET is awesome!!! I love my service and I've recommended all my friends and family. I love the smartphone I got. The navigation works incredibly, and the store employees know me and always help me out. Cricket isn't as bad as all these comments below...for reals! my verison phone bill was twice as high as cricket and now i have cricket and get all the same kind of service for like 60 each month. woot woot! plus my neice got the muve music phone and she can download whatever songs she wants for free. amazing. thanks, cricket. you have a fan in me.

I ordered phones on the 12th of July and here we are the 26th and still no phone. Everyday I have been calling web support and all they can say is they have to escalate the issue to their back office. WTF does the back office really exist because nothing has been resolved yet. What kinda mess is this?

I urge everyone to STOP BUYING CRICKET PRODUCTS. They outsource there work to other countries. They should keep the work in the UNITED STATES. They dont. While our country is going thru high unemployment they go to the 3rd world countries and pay probably a dollar an hour for customer service. They FALSELY ADVERTISE there rebates. I purchased a modem in feb. of this year and still have not recieved my $50.00 rebate card. They should have no tax breaks from the IRS. I have written to the address the dealer gaveme and to date I have recieved no reply.

My husband and I have been dealing with Cricket and their insurance company for the last 3 days trying to understand the value of their insurance policy. We have spent a toal of 9 hrs back and forth on the phone explaining our situation over and over again resulting in a game of tag with these representatives. My husband has a broken smart phone from Cricket and he made an insurance claim. Originally he spent $130 on this phone almost a year ago and the insurance company wants him to pay a deductable of $125 to get a new phone. In the mean time we have been charge an additional $6 a month to have insurance and the same phone is currently selling for $109.99. I guess my question in which no representative can give an answer is "where is my money going?". I can't believe we are actually expected to pay more for a deductacble than what the phone is currently selling for. Long story short we received an adjustment and a notification added to our account the deductable will be $85 we get transferred back to insurance claims and they tell us there is nothing they can do they see the notification but they can't help us. I would like to know where my money is going what's the point of insurance if you are charging customers more than what the product is currently selling for?? If you ask me this is one HUGE INSURANCE SCAM FRAUD you name it it's illegal. I am taking my complaint to the BBB I have had it with the unanswered messages the running around transferring my calls back and forth for the only response any of your represetatives know is "I CAN"T HELP YOU".

i purchased two phones over the internet, paid for service. when my phones arrived in the mail on the phone it said to dial #228 to activate, well when i did that i had no luck at all. i have called over one week and everyone person i have spoken with said my account was locked, why i have no idea. i even went to a corporate store only to have them bs me. and i think paying money for service i should get service. all i can say is cricket sucks!!!!

the serves rep at all the stors and at the corp.stors need to be replaced or coustomer relation course as well as corp. and all coustomer should go with a differnt place, for their services.

I have a LEGAL matter that pertain's to harrassing text messages, I require to provide for the court to veiw theses text's messages in my defense, but CRICKET REFUSES to supple me a copy of my text messages,dated July 16, 2011., other cell company's provide print out's online and at there cell service station's. If I do not receive theses print out's I will be forced to file a subpeona threw the court's and force cricket to surrender them to my attorney. Cricket phone company is on my mind. They are a terrible company. They offer deals online but then wont honor them just because our address doesn't work with their faulty computer system, they wont fix the problem, and they don't care about us as paying customers.

Cricket is the worst service in the world. they mislead people with their ads and promotion scams. The service is not unlimited. its a joke.
