Absolutly the worst broadband service!! Never stable, connects, disconnects,one line,4lines,never an american rep you can speak with. Argumentative indian reps, rip off to the max. Wouldn't even consider a phone from them ever!

They're the worst cell phone company by far. I purchased a phone in July 2011 and the GPS/Locator never worked. They don't track or document your trouble tickets and they closed trouble tickets without coordinating with the customers. This make them seem responsive to their customer's concerns. I was warned about their customer services.

Cricket Communications is quite possibly the worst telephone company operating and being allowed to continue to operate in the US. I called and made a payment with a debit card 2 daYS AGO AND IT STILL HAS NOT SHOWN UP ON MY ACCOUNT OR ON MY PHONE THESE PEOPLE ARE f------ MORONS TO BE POLITE!

I payed for cricket broadband service $45.00 a month. i had the A600 broadband service transferred to my name I have been paying for it for 2 months. half of the first month was great then it slowed to a crawling 6.5KB/s. I called a cricket representative from india and politely argued over the phone for 45 minuets. Took a flash ping speed test. the rep said every things normal at 1.4MB down I said no it is not im only hitting 6.5KB/s. Then the rep said Its probably my computer. I said Its definitely not my computer. Then the rep said possibly its what you are downloading I said no because anything i download only hits 6.5KB/s. I had the feeling i was getting the run around so i kept him on the phone went to a web site and started downloading something and said see only 6.5KB/s at that point after 45 minuets poor lingual and fast sharp speakings What What what runaround runaround He finally broke down and told me I had exceeded my 2.5 gigabyte cap. I said WHAT??? What do you mean 2.5 gigabyte cap??? I had received the broadband from my sister and had it transferred to my name but I had no prior knowledge of this 2.5 gig cap and they failed to inform me until that rep told me 1 1/2 months later. I believe this is not legal and will definitely be looking into it thoroughly. possibly with a little luck ill get some where. if not a refund my goals are at least to not call it unlimited. also a transference of service Requires them to provide a free master booklet of all guaranties warranties and terms of services. I got all the time in the world and nothing to lose. THEY YANKED MY TAIL SO I'M TURNING AROUND TO BIGHT. WISH ME LUCK!!!

Well you got rid of the feature of going to Games/Apps so I could access my email. Now you have done away with the mms.mycricket.com feature. What are you doing away with next? Why do you not tell people of the features you are deleting? Yet you have not added any features, makes no sense to me. And I want to speak to someone that can speak English when I call technical support. Apparently they were not even aware of the features you have deleted. I do not know how to download pictures to my phone from my Yahoo account and your technical support staff was not of much help either! I am VERY disappointed by your lack of Customer Support. I cannot imagine you all staying in business with your lackluster attitude to the consumer. NOT all of us want to just download music nor do we want to be treated like third rate customers that cannot go to ATT, T-Mobile, etc or one of the BIG cellular carriers. Wake up Cricket..customers should be Priorty One!

I really upset with cricket, I really don't know where to begin so I wont. That should say it all. I just don't understand how difficult it is just to start up. I am a new customer and it has been already a week that my phone # from another carrier has not been ported over to cricket. I really do not recommend this, sad part i am stuck with it for now until end of the month.

I purchased a new Samsung Vitality and received it. Customer Service in the beginning was very helpful and gave me the new phone number and told me how to and what numbers to call to set up the service. During this process, I found out that the number belong to someone else, CS could not find any information on my file and then told me to callback....computer problems. I tried three times and still no service. If I am not satisifed by this evening, I am sending it all back...Spending that much money and that type of service only tells me, it's not over.....

i have problems whit the store 75 av and thomas inside the desert sky mall i went to cricket store to activate my phone i have to wait 3 hrs and they toll me that my cant be cricket? at the time they allready charge $110.00 and they dont want refund my money razon cuz they allready make the activation i ask for the superviser they toll me its not here went he will camback i ask they toll is on vacation for 4 weeks? the service on the store is very bad please dont go

cricket rip me off twice i will never go to them a gen tay sold me a broke phone sad i could not return it and i only had it for one day and am piss off and then i went to the stor the man was rely nasty to me and rold am gonna get fox news in this the phone i had befor that just stop working out of no weare and when i went to the stor the man act like he did not wont to look at it and then he sad i had to pay 20 dollars for a nother phone that fine but thay sold me a bad phone and when i went back he was nasty rould saying he did not care so what i ask hem to look at the phone he act like he did not wont to look at it and he .... piss me off

I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years plus. My account number is 33053975792 and my Cricket phone number is 720-495-2384. On 09/15/2011 I Paid $49.70 on my account to have my phone service turned back on. I was not able to use my phone threw the month of August 2011 due to non payment. I went to Cricket Communications at 8418 Pearl Street, Thornton, Colorado 80229 Phone Number 720-374-8090 and paid on my account. The store number is 3311 reg.#05 at 12:27p.m. Transaction #40795310. RSR:9999 keaton. Today is Friday 09/23/2011 and my phone was shut off! I need someone to fix this problem as I paid for my service and expect to be able to use my phone services that I paid for. Cricket is the worst mobile service ever evented. I would never recommend Cricket to anyone, They need to get their SHIT together because I am not a happy customer!!!!!!!

When I purchased service and the $30.00 plan I was told I could have International Unlimited for an extra $10.00, and that was a lie because all you get is forty minutes and that's it. Once you try to chat with the agents they tell you they only sell the service and I have to contact their customer service representative. How are you going to be able to make them understand anything, when they don't even know how to speak the correct English and they repeat their questions at least four times and that makes me mad. I bought two phones and one was a smart phone, so I was told I had to buy the $55.00 plan for that phone and a extra $5.00 in case the phone breaks down. This comes out to $100.00 plus taxes, so imagine what my bill will be next month. I was paying $133.00 for three phones with another cell phone company, but they were fair in what they sold to me.

I have cricket broadband and am on a billing cycle if the 12th of every month, never able to know when I am able to pay the bill, so I paid it today and almost got screwed out of 1 week of service until I complained! Cricket is month to month, no contracts, so how can they have a billing cycle? Unsuspecting clients are probably paying for service and not getting a full month of broadband, it should be from the date you pay to the next month same time! They credited my account 5.00 but won't change my date due to the date from when I paid, so even though I'm disabled, I have to go to a store to argue this to try to get it changed, this is fraud to all us hardworking people and I'm considering contacting the local newspaper about this! I tried for two weeks to purchase a replacement upgrade phone for my son's bday.. It kept not going thru online. I had money in my bank too.. It finally did and showed two orders (the original from two weeks ago) ( which never happened) and the most recent.. I received my fone friday morning finally (the most recent one).. Here it is sunday and the phone won't program.. It was suppossed to be mailed to my son yesterday to arrive in time for his big birthday!!!!!! I'm pissed. It's just an upgrade..same phone # same account.. I just did the same for my account and it worked fine. I've called and called and they keep telling me my account is locked and in 24 hrs it will be released to be able to activate it. STILL NOT UNLOCKED and NOT ACTIVATEable..

The Cricket "Mobile Broadband" is a farce. While the product (Huawei 3g modem) seems to work as well as can be expected, the "service" behind the product is all but worthless at any price. The daily "adjustments to the data speeds make your attempts to use the service nothing more than a shot in the dark as to if it will work or not. How can the FCC continue to license this to be sold on the market and who can be contacted there to bring a stop to this ripoff. Contacting Cricket Inc. is as much a waste of time as the services they're offering. Either way...this needs to be brought to a quick end and a class action suite started to refund every dime spent by customers expecting to get what they paid for since day one.

They have the worst service ever. Most of the reps barely speak english and the ones that do just argue with you and won't give you to a supervisor or even the name of their supervisor. They took my money and won't give it back but can't explain why. They just keep transferring me and arguing with me. They say someone will call me back but never does.

This is the worst customer service ever. Non-existent customer service unless you want to "talk" to a computer. Apparently they have payment centers at Walgreens Drug stores in the Minneapolis area but these stores don't know about any arrangement and will not take payments for Cricket even though the stores are listed online as payment centers. I had a problem with incoming calls - wasn't receiving any because they went straight to voice mail- and Cricket's tech support took 30 days to try to contact me and solve the problem. I should have stayed with Sprint.

I bought phone online, good so far. TINY buttons, on huwaie pillar phone, but I COULD get used to it,,maybe :)<was willing> I called customer service after having trouble with phone &/service understanding input from me on their menu system. I was told there was a cricket retailer in my area, but when given the number from having offered my zipcode, and I live in wa state, they gave me a wisconson phone number; is this seriously bad service or what ? THIS IS WHAT CHEAP LABOR gets you. I have nothing against indian people as they are usually very cordial, but the language barrier is unacceptable. They speak decent english IF you can understand them at all, but their comprehension of english is too low for them to comprehend the sentence meaning , under MOST cirumstances. FAIL. I was told I had unlimited calling ( thinking they had upgraded my initial 1000 purchased WITH phone online ( told this by several people so I believed it), but that was not so, so now I risk returning all of it and not getting money back. I am now calling corporate, though I had LITTLE hope for a resolution. ( still on hold) DO NOT BOTHER, its a scam. Go with the slightly higher tmobile, or virgin or something, but NOT THIS unless you want to get taken to the cleaners. IF they replaced customer service with people you could understand it MIGHT work, but6 then they would have to fix their menu system. One star, if that is all this deserves.

I have been with Cricket for about 8 years now. They have come a long way with the cell service side of things. Better phones, better coverage, no roaming charges, no contracts... You simply cannot beat their monthly rates. Customer service is ok for what it is.... Cheap wireless with cusotmer support in the Phillipines. My BIG gripe is that my house in in a dead spot and the phone is useless there. But it's a trade off. I still have a home phone, so I live with it. Cricket works 1/4 mile down the road with all the bars and works just about anywhere else I have taken it. I have been letting them know of this and they plan to do nothing about 1 customer. Can't blame them. If I had solid service at home I would give 5 stars. Despite this..... LOVE MY CRICKET.
