Cricket wireless has the worst customer service. This company should be ashamed of their treatment of customers and the poor reviews they are receiving from customers. I believe it is time for the BBB to get involve, because their not up holding to their word. I'm very disappointed. DO NOT GET A CRICKET SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I was with Cricket from 6/2011 to 8/2011 I Made an Early Payment Of $58.37 On The 3rd and Cricket automated Services Taken Out Another Payment From Me. I didnt recieve my credit back on my credit card so i dropped cricket and went with AT&T. Area Code 513-485-4850 And I Had The Phone Number Transfered to AT&T Now Cricket Corporate Office Will Not Give My Refund Back They Denied Me My Refund And I Need To Know Why.

Had I read the above complaints before purchasing the service, I would not have done so. I just purchased a plan, the worst person I ever dealt with. He made the mistake and expects me to pay for it. LOUSY, LOUSY outfit and worst yet, the person working for Cricket that "helped" me is even worse. Never again and I will make sure none of my friends or family ever purchase any plans from Cricket.

My sister and I went into the corporate own office on 3774 E State ST Rockford,Il 61108 I paid my phone bill and a case for my sister's phone.looked around to see what they had going on, well they had a bin of old phone cases so I looked at them and saw nothing I wanted my sister and I headed out and went to the store on the side of cricket to get a drink one of the white sales rep came rushing in, "did you steal that case" my sister and I was in shock he made a complete scene and we went back to the store to show we paid for our case, he felt stupid as if all blacks people go around stealing he was an ass, and I am so disappointed in cricket....

I called customer service today (located in the philapeens) to find out why the insurance has been removed from my phones only to hear "i don't know you will need to go to a full service store to find out" the nearest full service store is 30 mins from me! this is major bs. i am done with this company

HI I HAVE BEEN A CRICKET CUSTOMER AS LONG AS CRICKET HAS BEEN OUT. what we are not allowed to give 0 stars? why not? here is my cricket story in august i was looking at phones in my local cricket store and the salesperson told me about a neew phone coming out in Sept. that sounded like everything i wanted in a phone so i kept my old phone and left. now here it is the latter part of august so i tried to call my local main store to find out when they would be selling these phones. i live in Louisville,Ky i called every cricket store listed in the phone book and NOT ONE store could answer their phone and only one store had a working answering machine which my message apparently went to unanswered answering machine heaven no one could return my call so i found out cricket is headquartered in San Diego Ca. called number listed only to be given a phone number that was supposed to belong to a KY field manager but the number belonged to walmart when i called back i was told there was not a field manager in KY and to visit the store which is 25 miles from me i asked them for gas money and they wouldn't give me any money for gas . yet i am expected to go out of my way for their product come on cricket . I was also told by a person in San Diego that cricket was headquartered in Denver , Co. i did mention that the people who works at the local cricket stores are dumber than a bag of rocks and monkeys could do the job better than who they have working for them now .i am filing reports with the fcc and bbb and attorney general of my state for poor service. if

I have had my phone for only 4 months, and my keyboard does not work. The phone did not work for receiving calls or making them at one time either. Went to one of the few corporate stores, and they were not equipped to service me, and sent me to Lansing, IN corporate store. They wanted to charge me for another phone just like the one I have, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Writing Better Business Bureau, and want some funds returned by Cricket for all of the reprogramming, and lack of service phone, and customer service!! Who has money nowadays for this type of poor service? NOT ME,,L

I have been spammed by a Cricket customer 704-606-8212, who I don't know and who, based on Cricket's user policies, is abusing their use of their phone service by spamming me with text messages and telephone calls. Cricket will not contact their abusive customer to discuss this and/or discontinue their service even though they are abusing the policy. Cricket thinks I should go to my local law enforcement or phone service; i.e., I should do their work for them. So, instead, I am going to the FTC.

Phone was purchased, yet another name other than mine comes across on other telephones. They do not know a Joleen Appell ... so why would they anaswer my call? Cricket originally said they would fix this, but guess what ... it has not been fixed. Instead of correcting the issue the first time, they gave me a new telephone number ... same thing ... someone else's name. Today, I asked why the name has not changed to my name ... to which she access to ... and wanted to know what I wanted on the screen .. and I told her. She told me this will take 5-7 days to get fixed. I explained this is what I was told originally ... and nothing has transpired to date. Instead of an incoming call going over to voicemail after 3 rings, a most phones do, it rings 10-12 times. Who on earth will wait that long to leave a message? I know it would not be me. If I were the other person calling my phone, I would assume that the person was not available. Calling to rectify situations such as very poor service. Other cell phones (TMobile, Sprint, Verizon, etc.) can get calls in the house. However, my lovely cricket phone cuts out in the house ... or an RV ... so what is the purpose of having a cell phone? When I called customer service, I was told that the other plans are much more expensive ... so I asked so is what I am paying is for crappy service ... to which there was no response. Mind you, this is my first cell phone ever ... and I do not know anything about these. I loved it when she asked me to take the battery out of the cell phone ... to which I had no idea of where it was or how to get it out ... and she could not tell me. So I gather that all pay to go customers get crappy service because the plans are not $50 ... or higher. I think this is absurd ... and asked if I wanted to convert to a regular plan with them ... why should I if this is the type of service I will receive? There was no answer. Very unhappy with my first cell phone ... which had been highly recommended by a father of three teens ... but of course ... they do not have the issues I do. SO MUCH FOR CRICKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could rate cricket service a (-)100, I think like everyone else here cricket service sucks. there is not a single thing positive i would say about this company, the foreigners who do not understand americans, the coverage area is garbage, the phones break, the insurance is a scam, the independent stores provide false sales information & the employees that they do have hired here in america are a lazy, rude & seem to be the least informed groups here. by far cricket is on par as top 5 worst companys along w/airlines, big corporations, unions & bad business regulation by gov't! I plan on asking my local District Attorney to look into the fraud being done in that corporation. If I have to run for public office to get this fixed I will.

My fiance received a devastating text message from my phone that I never actually sent from my phone. This message has ruined my life. I contacted Cricket Customer Service to get transcript of my text messages from 8.14.11 and they would not help they only offered to walk me through some steps on my phone to make sure it doesn't happen again. This does not fix the damage that has been done only the transcript can do this. My family is in turmoil I am depressed. I unfortunately have to deal with Cricket for a little while longer but I will definitely be going to another provider as soon as I can. I have contacted the BBB,Consumer Affairs, and a Lawyer to see what if anything can be done to acquire these transcripts...it may seem trivial to some but I love my family!!!

This is the worst company ever.! when my phone got cut off for one hour exact Cricket made me pay and extra $65.(Unknown Fees) and my bill turned out to be $95.00 damn dollars thats crazy. and plus Cricket be giving out defective phones (Huawei Ascend) i hate Cricket! yall full of bullshit!!! Cricket is a disappointment !!!!

I recently bought criket wireless broadband. it ammounts to nothing more then a scam. In the store they promise unlimited internet. they say its fast. There is nothing unlimited about it. once you hit there usage cap they cut your internet speed down so much that it can take 10 minutes to load a simple web page. SO i paid 100 dollars for a device and 55 dollars for a monthly fee and it amounted to basically 1 week of use. OUTRAGED!!

i ordered phone online and they put incorrect shipping address, i could nt change it..and could not get fed ex tracking number to stop shipmant...what a mess!

Cricket sucks. There customer service sucks. When you call for help the people are in India and have no clue how to help you. For 2 months all my text were sending 10X each to the person and text to me cam in multiple times. My husband who is deployed would text me at 3pm and the same message would come at 3:10, 3:55, 4:08,5:35,6:45,9:01,10:45,11:33... image if I get multiple text and how many duplicates I would receive. The manager says I can't get a credit because it was happening to many people. So I have to pay Cricket every month and then pay for their technical difficulties that inconvenienced me?Then when I go online it tells me I can't order my phone online so I need to go into the store. When I go to the store they can't give me the online price. On top of that when I have a problem with my bill the clerk says " I don't know I wasn't home with you when you paid your bill". You have a computer in front of you and can't tell me my charges and what possibly happen? This is the customer service of the uneducated. On top of that all the clerks have a dress code of dyed crazy colored hair, cleavage, tarantula eyelashes with 3 pds of mascara, and no freakin' name tag. The manager is scared of his employees who are ghetto in front of him.

This company is horrid. 1. Customer service is the worst experience I have ever had. It's like they do not want to customers.2. I paid over the phone 2 times afterwards my checking account was being used to make purchase online. The second time I set them up by only using my card to pay them and no one else at all. They used it with in a week. The bank busted them. 3. I can never get a agent to talk to anymore. NEVER. 4. MY broadband service loses connection 5+ times a day. It's the slowest broadband I have ever used. There have been days it wouldn't work at all and no compensation was given. 4. My bill was 40 I got charged 80. Instead of returning my money they gave a credit. I thinks that's stealing..... 5. Never ever use cricket unless you like poor service ,thieves, ignorant customer service and don't mind losing your internet for 5 days and them saying "oh sorry u have problem would you like to pay your bill today?" And you pay and get charged double and they keep ur money and make u feel like its your problem and fault. I hate this company. They have done nothing but piss me off and steal from me. Good luck.

Worst company ever. Other phone companies offer the same plans now with no contract. Search around before you mess with this trashy company. Once ppl realize major phone companies have cheap no contract plans and awesome service compared to crap cricket. Cricket will go under. They raised their plans prices to lmao for what Idk.

the service and quality of cricket phones and employees sucks. the managers and the people under them are below human. every phone cricket offers, has no flash for the camera. how can that be? i traded in a $500 phone and was imediatly dissapointed as was the 4 others that came back in for refunds. i was promised call back repedatly but recieved none. i was kicked out and banned from the cricket store on w. craig and decatur . the mgr was not helpful and i was promised a call back with in 10 buiness days so thier "tec team" could access the cell towers in my area. this is unacceptable i said , thats when i got kisked out. it has been 15 buiness days and still no call. i went in to the original store to see the progress of my order, but , surprise! thier towers were down , AGAIN. i was promised a call back so i could pay my bill on this crapy phone but i couldnt even do that. i was in thier store "access wireless 2575 E. craig, unit E 702-586-1002, yesterday at 11 am. i still havent heard from ther. besides ever tring drugs at an early age, THIS IS THE WORST DESISION I HAVE EVER MADE !! I HATE CRICKET WIRELESS AND EVERYTHING UNDER THIER NAME. Stay away from this product, when a sales person tells you that they can guarantee that you get a signal in your own home. Cricket SUCKS ASS because the management they have in place are a bunch of DUMBF@@@S!!! My dad is an 80 year old heart patient..he depends on his phone should he have an emergency. They went into the store in Mission Texas on Conway AVE on July 12 to pay his bill. They had a trainee who actually wore a name tag that read "Trainee" take his payment by himself. My dad waited patiently for 20 minutes to have this "trainee" try to take the payment while the store manager and another employee just stood around hoping he would figure it out, he went as far to tell my father that was his first day on the job??? I don't know about all of you, but I don't let my employees "practice" on real customers without having any support. Needless to say my dad's phone was disconnected on July 20th for non payment. I had to dish out more money and make a payment over the phone to have his services reconnected. I showed up on July 21st to the same store and the four employees that were there kept telling me that my dad was lying that he did not make a payment. I gave them the receipt that was given to my father and they stated "thats not a receipt", thats a summary recap of his services. I left as they were closing and I could not get anything accomplished. I returned the next day and had to explain my situation yet again for the third time. My mom remembered the guy that took the payment and pointed him out. He was still wearing his "trainee" badge. He was like I don't remember your dad so it probably wasn't me who helped him. A girl came from behind closed doors and researched another folder labled "activations" and found the receipt of the transaction with the "trainees" signature on the receipt (can someone say dumbass?) The girl apoligizes and says that the dumbass took my dads money but never processed the payment through the system. Again she said she was sorry and that she would process the payment immediately. I asked her for my money back as I had made a payment over the phone the night prior to get his services reinstated. She said that the only one that could give me my money was the store manager and she was not in and did not know when she would be back in the store, but that I could return back to the store tomorrow, I was like no, I asked her to call her and find out when she would be in as I did not want to spend my life in a freaking Cricket store with a bunch of dumbasses. She called her boss and her boss told her to tell me that she was in a very important meeting and she would call me when she was done. No one called me, next day which is day 3 I go back to the store and ask for a manager and to my surprise she is not in again and is in a meeting AGAIN? Left my name and number again and this time she did call me back at 8 PM after I was in her store at 4 PM. Gisela Vallelarga was her name. I asked her why did she not empower her people to give customers thier money back when they screwed up? She stated because that was her responsibility. I told her how incompetent her employees were and how they never took ownership of the wrongdoing and she came back and stated "Well you know what they say, when the cat is away the mice will play"...I was floored I could not believe that came out of her mouth. She said that she would give me a month of credit and that is all as my father was a new customer (3 years). I was truly disgusted with her and asked for her manager she gave me his info Albert Venegas. He was more of a dumbass than all of them put together. He came back and said that he had no control of what his store managers did as he was not there. I was flabbergasted!!! I asked to speak to his manager and he said NO!! There is no one else above me and that he was not afraid of who I would complain to as it didn't matter, he then hung up on me. Come on Cricket?? Are these really the people who are running your so called company? I will tell everyone what piss poor customer service along with management is running your circus!!! I have moved my father to a different company and I don't mind spending more money as they know what customer service is all about. CRICKET SUCKS AND I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!!!
