ive ben with criket for 12yrs and ive ben agravated several times but never have had a store rep yell at me while im politly telling him the problem he had me so inferiorated that i yeld back and as i did i as so close to the desk i accedently knocked over there computer screan opps i dont feel bad at all they riped me off on flashing 3 phones at 65 each and nun of them worked properly CRICKET IS NOT CAPABLE OF FLASHING PHONES THEY PUT TEMPORARY FLASH ON YOUR PHONE SO U WILL HAVE TO BRING IT BACK AGAIN OR THER ANSWER IS U MUST BUY A CRIKET PHONE IT WILL WORK WEN YOUR IN THE STORE BUT LATTER YOUR NET ,MMS, OR SOMETHING ELSE WILL FAIL SO U HAVE TO BUY THERE CRAPPY PHONES SO FUK U CRIKET AND YOU INDIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE LIL 4 FOOT FUK THAT PISSED ME OFF TODAY !!!!!!!ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND PASS THE BUCK TO THE NEXT GUY THET SAY WE MAKE IT EASY LOL IM GOIN ELSE WERES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AND ILL ENCURAGE EVEYONE I KNOW AND MEET TO DO THE SAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please tell me!? If U buy a brand new phone and it's broken when you get it wright out of the box....... WHY in the Hell must you pay to exchange it when it's under warranty!? ANYBODY??? Also.... WHY, if you don't like the phone and there is nothing wrong with the phone, you can't exchange it for a different one!?!? I personally think that Cricket is crooked! I also believe that Cricket does not CARE about there customers! They think we need them! THEY NEED US! Don't get it wrong CRICKET... Without customers, there is no Cricket!! Your company is out to please its self and pad ur pockets with your REDICULOUS programs and rules.... I personally am typing this via IPhone and will never recommend Cricket to anyone! I just watched a friend go through all of there BS for days!! An still nothing done! BOYCOTT CRICKET IF YOUR SMART!!

I have the MSG II from Cricket. I bought my phone from the Cricket store in Mt. Holly huntersville Rd, Charlotte, NC. That is the WORST phone service I have ever had. The guy that runs the store told me that if I had an issue with the phone, I can bring it back and exhcange it because I bought it out of his store. Not even a month after I had the phone, it began hitting buttons on its own and pulling up pages I didnt try to access. When I took it back to the store, the guy said he can't just exchange it, I would have to contact their Corporate office. I went in his store and had to pay $143.00 and he wouldnt even exchange the faulty phone HE KNOWS HE SOLD ME. Cricket SUCKS and it is the worst phone company I have ever had. As soon as I get a change to get rid of them, I WILL.

I was on the phone for 50 minutes and 34 seconds. The manager spoken to hung up on me even after asking that be transferred to someone else. I have gone through several supervisors (Josh, Seth, Emmanuel, etc) and a manager who stated that her name is Susan. All I wanted to assure for the past three months is that my billing date is changed to assure that I am not CONTINUOUSLY interrupted in services. I recorded the call where I was insulted, lied too, and was advised that "It is not always about me" in advising the so called manager that the call was being recorded she stated that she didn't care. I have been a client for almost 4 years. Susan advised me ... being a customer since March 2011 doesn't make me a customer for 4 years. Please note ... my account and number has been changed. I need not lie about my time being with Cricket. I have paid on time for years and just began experiencing a financial hardship recently. I wanted to resolve a situation before it actually began. I have decided to change service providers and seek legal council. My advice to ANYONE connecting with Crickets Customer Service ..... record all calls. IGNORANCE, IMMATURITY, and a bunch ^@@(#&$%. AS I SEE MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS I DO! I HAVE TRIED TO CALL A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AT THE 1-800 NUMBER BUT TO NO AVAIL. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE GIVEN A SCRIPT TO GO ON. BECAUSE THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING..SORRY, ILL TRY AND RECTIFY THIS, WHICH NEVER DOES,SORRY CANT FIX, SHOULD WORK NOW..AND 98% OF THE TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE DO NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH. WE HAD ANOTHER SERCIVE FOR 15 YEARS AND DECIDED TO SWITCH BECAUSE CRICKET/SPRINT HAD A MORE REASONABLE PLAN...TURNS OUT NO WORTH IT. WE PURCHASED THRU HSN WHO HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THIS POOR SERVICE, ALMOST ALL APPS, OR SERVICE DO NOT WORK. ALL THE TIMES I HAD CALLED TO GET HELP NO RECTIFICATION HAS BEEN MADE. THIS IS WHY I AM WRITING CORP OFFICES, THEY ARE REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY. TRY CALLING THE 800 NUM YOURSELVES, THE ONLY LIVE OPERATOR YOU WILL GET IS TECH SUPPORT. THERE IS NO HELP THERE AT ALL. ALL THE SO IS TRY TO MAKE NICE. APOLOGYS DONT FIX THE PROBLEMS. YOUR PAYING PEOPLE FOR WORK AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING SERVICES YOU GUYS PROMISE...

Cricket has the poorest customerservice I have ever seen, I called the cricket store at 2035 Union onDcember 2,2011 I was told by someone that you'll have a special on your android phones $39.99 and $49.99 she ask me do I have Cricket services and I said yes and ask me how many have do I have I told her one and she said ok I ask her how long will the sale last and she said December 05,2011 and she gave me her name and told me to ask for her but I forgot her name I went to the Cricket at 2035 Union on December 3,2011 and I was ask did I need any help I said yes I asked the lady about the Android specaaid and she said the phones are over there she didn't aswsist me she just pointed to the phones and that was it and I was there for almost an hour and someone from Cricket said that if you are trying to pay your bill our system is down so you will have to pay your Villarreal the machine not once did they say can't assist anybody a customer that was walking put told me they just had people waiting so I left and went back on December04,2011 and the lady told me that. the only way I can get a Android phone for $39.99 or 49.99 if you are adding a line but that is not what I was told over the phone I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH CRICKET CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY.

Cricket has the worse customer service I have ever experience. I was charged twice on my debit card for one month and I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month. No one will call you back or try to fix the problem. I faxed over my bank statement showin that I was over charged and they still want my to pay. I hate the service and reget every changing over to Cricket.

Cricket doesn't even deserve one star! But it's the lowest selection available. Recently Cricket had an issue with their service, and it was causing me to get as many as 1500 text messages a day directly from Cricket - specials, confirmations, etc... This went on for 7 days SOLID up until I switched providers. To resolve this matter, I talked to tech support at least 20 times, talked to 3 managers, talked to 3 account specialists, and I talked to local stores. The issue was never resolved! And the people that I talked to couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Now that this nightmare is over, they wouldn't even give me a credit, because I cancelled my service - LIKE I HAD A CHOICE. Their contract states that if you cancel your account, you can not get credited. I think with 1500 text messages a day and NUMEROUS notes on my account about the issue, they can make an exception. I could honestly care less about the money; it is the principal of the matter. With customer service like this, the company won't last long now that there are better alternatives available with the same price structure. I will never use Cricket again, and I am spreading the word about my experience. And we have since cancelled all of our phone lines with Cricket, not just mine.

May I just say in my 50yrs of doing business from both sides of the coin. This has to be the WORST experience of my life. Oh yes I have called every area and every number possible,spent not only my money but lots of time. For what??? absolutely no satisfaction. However there is relief because I will bad mouth this company and the horriable service to every person I come across with a phone attached to his or her ear. It will be for me a true mission to save someone else from CRICKET. CAN'T BEAT EM...CAN'T JOIN EM... WARNING!!!!!! CricketBroadband Sucks!!!! After purchasing a modem, I found out i'm in a poor service area. I spent over an hour,more then once, with a customer service rep that i could barely understand to find this out. Dial up is faster! When I asked what they could for me, I was told nothing. So, I wasted money on the modem($159 plus tax), alot time and hours in cellphone minutes. Also, was told the first time i contacted them i went over my gig limit so, i purchased the larger plan and still had same problem. Spent more time speaking with someone,who i could barely understand, and was told it was my computer. After literally arguing with the rep telling her my laptop was brand new, she ran a speed check and told me my service area was poor. I will be contacting the BBB, i cant believe the run their business this way! Not to mention their customer support can barely speak english and are not even in this country! Shame on Cricket Communications! Also, I work at a local news station so, you can be assured the local public here will be informed. I am also contacting the New York State Attorney's Office to file a complaint!

I HAVE THE ASACEND SMARTPHONE AND THIS IS MY 4TH PHONE BECAUSE ALL OF THEM JUST STARTED NOT TO CHARGE AND MY COUSIN HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS...YOU GUYS NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM LIKE HAVE A RECALL OR SOMETHING...MY FAMILY HAS BEEN WITH CRICKET FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW...NOW YOU GUYS NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT....

I never had trouble with cricket until last March 2010. It appears someone technologically inclined constantly hacks into my phone line. It is the basic plan, no voice mail or internet. I pay every month changing from personal checks to money orders. I have always paid my phone bill on time. However, for the last three months, I have had my phone stopped and I have paid on time. This time I paid November 7, 2011 very early to avoid problems which should never happen. The money order was sent on October 10, 2011 and yet Cricket stopped my phone. This is the third time and I am sick of going in person showing receipt of payment then to have to wait 2 weeks and NEVER hearing anything from Cricket customer care personnel. It is either mail fraud or Cricket Employee Fraud. If all customers are treated as badly as I am, I am surprised you have a company at all. You have my mailing address and I expect acknowledgement of this email by usps mail. Thank you.

I TURNED MY PHONE SERVICE INTO A PAY AS YOU GO ACCOUNT AND THEY TOLD ME AFTER A MONTH WAS UP IT WOULD BE CHANGED BACK INTO THE ORIGINAL CRICKET SERVICE SO AFTERA MONTH WAS UP I WENT TO GO PUT 40 DOLLARS ON MY ACCOUNT LIKE 3 WEEKS AGO THEN THE OTHER DAY I HAD WENT ONLINE TO MY CRICKET ACCOUNT AND IT SAID IT WAS STILL PAY AS YOU GO SO I CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER FOR CRICKET AND TALKED TO THEM ABOUT IT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CHANGE MY SERVICES BACK AND SAID I COULD STILL KEEP MY NUMBER I GUESS THEN THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT O I DID SO AND THEY TOOK MONEY OFF MY CARD AND SAID THE PAYMENT DIDNT GO THROUGH SO I WAS MAD THEN A LIL AFTER THAT SHE TOLD ME TO JUST GO TO A CRICKET STORE AND MAKE A PAYMENT SO I DID THAT AND THEY TOLD ME CRICKET CANCELED MY ACCOUNT AND MY NUMBER! SO IM HEATED BUT I STILL PAY FOR NEW SERVICE BECAUSE I NEEDEDA PHONE.. THEN I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE THEY SAID I CAN GET MY NUMBER BACK THEY PIT OUT A TICKET FOR IT AND I BEEN WAITING LIKE 2 DAYS NOW AND STILL DONT HAVE IT IM TRYING TO BE REALLY PATIENT WITH CRICKET BUT I CANT BECAUSE I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS BEFORE!!!

I am so pissed at this time that it may take me an hour just to type this. First my only point is about cricket !!..x.?!!, and I want my money back. I ordered two phones online on 11/06/11. Got a confirmation email and number and was told my phones would be delivered on 11/08/11 'their policy-overnight delivery'. On 11/08 when I had done a order confirmation check on my phones. The site tells me 'in process'. This is at 5pm EMT when express and regular mail are basically shut down for the day. After calling to speak to a CSR. They tell me that there was an error in processing my order and blatently told me I am not getting the phones. Now mind you I paid for these phones online with a debit card, so i watched the funds come directly out of my account. As of today 11/09/11 still no resolution. They continue to blame the process on my bank,'which I have been with for 7 years'. Saying that they are holding the funds. "No they are not". Sorry to say that after talking to my bank and explaining the situation. The only thing the bank could do was wish me luck on getting my money back. And added that the process went through smoothly and that cricket has my money and that they have customers of the bank complaining all the time about cricket. i consider myself to be a God fearing person and I strongly believe in "you reap what you sow". Business is business, lying is lying, theft is theft. All things are handled accordingly to how they are presented.

Cricket ripped me off!! I purchased the phone that does muve music and paid the first month total. With the blue tooth and the headphones that I got, the total was 224 and change. I still cannot get text messages nor can I access muve music application. When I went to them with this issue I was informed that it was not Cricket, but the other services. I ported my number in from boost and was having no problem with getting text on that phone. I tried to tell them this, and they said that all they could say was that it was my family and friends phones and not the one I had just purchased. When I asked them for another hand set they told me that because I had more than 30 minutes on it and there was nothing that they could do to help me more.

I set up BPay so I would not loose my service until payday. Hugh mistake. I paid my BPay payment as told by Cricket and they turned off my phone anyway. I had to pay the full amount to get my service back. In the mean time if I tried to call for assistant (*611)the phone would disconnect me because I had set up a BPay account. There was no way I could talk to a person about my account. What kind of company has no way or no phone number for a person to call for support when this happens. This is POOR Customer Service if I ever saw poor service. People have no phone, no money and no way to call customer service unless you pay your entire phone bill. Why set up a BPay account if it will not work. Every company needs a service line where its customers can reach a live person.

I ordered phones online. I received a phone that is currently activatolutions ed on another account in who knows what part of the country. After 7 hrs on the phone with 8 different people the only solutions given to me were to return the phones and wait 30 days for a refund or wait another 24 hrs to get a call back to see if they were able to fix the problem. How can a company be so divided within itself that you cant return an item bought online from them directly to one of their stores? Or how is it possible that the only people that are suppose to be able to help dont even speak good english! Ive had this service for 1day and its already turning out to be very disapointing! If youre thinking about starting service with cricket think again for real! I think Id rather be stuck in a 2 year contract with a company that actualy delivers quality to its clients!

I was told when i purchased my phone that I had no contract and would only pay for the months that I used my phone. I went to the hospitail for a few weeks and when I returned home went to to cricket office to reinstate my service. The cleark took my money and told me that my phone would be reinstated. It never was and when I called to complain they said that I owed for the month that my phone was shut off even though I have no contract. I told them that I was not going to pay for a month when I had no service and just wanted a refund. Cricket told me that they do not give refunds! Needless to say I am going back to att. F..K Cricket!

This is without a doubt the WORST cell service. I purchased a phone on Aug. 18th and since September 5th, consistently, have had a voice mail problem. My voice mail keeps cutting off, sometimes don't even get the messages, my husband call and the message he got was my phone was disconnected. I have been refreshed, rebooted, been to the store where I purchased the phone,sent to the main office, called corp. office in San Diego and each time I am told that a ticket has been put in and someone will get back to me within 7 - 14 days. It's obvious that the IT people can't fix the simplest of voice mail situations. This morning I was on the phone with a corporate person who kept me on the phone for 20 minutes asking the same questions over and over again. I finally had to hang up. HORRIBLE service. Would not recommend anyone to use Cricket
