I was surprised to see a Booth set up in the Canoga park, CA store trying to sell baskets supposedly made by hand by African women.The scam was, they where a Charity and the proceeds went to help African women.The baskets where machine made and the sales person had no L.A.City License to show what percent went to Charity or any I.D. to prove she worked for a Charity (salery or on commission)or in fact they where a Charity at all.

I am fron Seattle but visiting in Seoul Korea /What a place the Costoo in Seoul is purchased large box of grapefruit all off color rotten inside,Packages of lunch meat spoiled ,watermelon so over ripe was mush,Kirkland mixed nuts large container are and dark colored inside nuts taste and smell as old cooking oil . If you like hauling heavy items home then having to haul them back and stand in line this is your place to shop. If you only know English forget being informed by reading any such thing as Calories, sugar,fiber content .

I was employeed with costco pharmacy for about 3 months and I had a good and bad experiences. The management then terminated me after 90 days for check that got rejected. I feel like they mistreated me after working hard trying to improve my work habits but you can get terminated for any reason and i feel that was unethical. I do agree Costco pays you well but to me is an old-fashioned company. But wish they would upgrade their pharmacy computer system "CONDOR" which is horrible!! Every other pharmacy chain had an upgrade at some point but not Costco which is sad. That's why Costco Pharmacies make mistakes daily. I also two of my co-workers that worked there for more then 5 years actually mistreated me in a way they felt jealousy of my personality and i felt there was a tension going between us and intimidated. Actually the members complained as well that they got nasty attitude service which i don't understand why they shouldn't get terminated for that. The place where I worked at there's alot of Spanish speaking employees which i feel like minority.

i love your store i spend lots of money there.every thing i buy is great! if its not up to my expectation i bring it back with no problem.i want you in pinetop az or showlow.people that complain about your store complain about all stores.let them go to sams club they deserve it thank you

I've been going to Costco for years and have been a very happy customer. But recently I went to their tire department to get new tires and the employee there reeked of PURE POT and his eyes were glowing red! The smell of tires was obviously there, but I don't understand how his supervisor and fellow employees didn't notice!

I am a Costco member and i wanted to buy some healthy muffins at my local Costco warehouse. I asked in the bakery if they had any healthy muffins and was told NO. She also mentioned that she wish they did. I have a wonderful, tasty and healthy muffin recipe that my family has used for years. Everyone, including children love them. Have you ever purchased milk? Do you like Costco 1 gallon milk containers? Trying pouring out of them. Then pour out of the conventional plastic containers and see if there is a difference. The Costco containers are perfectly square at every dimension. Conventionals have a spout in the shape of a funnel. When Costco is first opened and poured, the milk gulps and belches out all over your counter, clothes, and floor. Only when you've used the first quart out(spilled it) will it pour. The reason is, air has to vent in the container to allow the milk out. The container shape won't allow this until a quart is removed. I've complained to the store and corporate many times, but they lie and say they are changing it. How long have I complained? FOUR years. Do I buy milk there? NO. Whoever engineered this container must have a square head themselves.

The Costco Store at 8 Mile Road & Haggerty Road in Livonia, Michigan has the worst Store Manager I have ever met. He is so arrogant. I asked him a question of where to find a certain product & he told me, "Do I look like a regular worker?" He continued to embarrass me in front of my family. Would love to have 5 minutes outside with this "ASSHOLE"

Unless your can prove to me that the lamb you import from Australia is NOT "halal," I will never, ever buy lamb in your store again! Here are two reasons: First, I dearly resent being deceived about the slaughter method of these animals. The method of halal slaughter does not stun the animals first, and the way the slaughter is done causes the animal great pain and suffering! Second, Allah=falsegod=idol, and I do NOT want to eat meat that has been sacrificed to idols! If you are the largest importer of Australian lamb in America, it would be very easy to tell the Australian Lamb Company that you will no longer buy halal meat. You think they want to lose a big contract like Costco?

Would like to know why you discontinued the cherry salad kit. It was really good, and I would like to see it back at Costco.

THE OLD SMALLER COSTCO IN SAN MARCOS HAD 4 RIDING CARTS BUT YOUR NEW SUPER !! COSTCO IN SAN MARCOS ONLY HAS 2 ELECTRIC RIDING CARTS FOR A STORE THAT IS MORE THAN DOUBLE THE SIZE . ANY TIME THAT I GO TO THE SAN MARCOS STORE I CAN NEVER GET A CART SO I THEN HAVE TO GO BACK HOME WITHOUT SHOPPING AT COSTCO . I GUESS I NEED TO CALL ADA AND ASK FOR A BOTCOTT OF YOUR STORES BECAUSE YOUR MANAGE RAY ALLEN PROMISED ME THAT HE HAD ORDERED 2 MORE ELECTRIC CARTS ABOUT 2 OR 3 WEEKS AGO. EVEN COMING FROM CHINA !! THEY SHOULD BE AT THAT STORE ALREADY ,,, SO I GUESS HE LIED !! RIGHT ?????????

I WANT AN EXPLANATION FROM COSTCO WHY YOU GUYS DO BUSINESS WITH COSTCO AMERIPRISE. YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO LOOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE OF AMERIPRISE. THEY HURT A LOT OF PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD MAKE THEM STRAIGHTEN UP OR GET RID OF THEM. I THOUGHT YOU GUYS CARED ABOUT PEOPLE, AS YOU VENTURE INTO OTHER AREAS, YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS FAIRLY.

My son was hit by a person that had the Costco Ameriprise insurnace. She hit two parked cars, and my son was in one of them. At first, they refused to take responsibility or even give me a rental car. I've been lied to, they played games with me, they gave me the runaround. I am appaled that Costco would have any affiliation with this Ameriprise and sell this insurance when it treats people this badly

i have been to many costcos..Victorville ,ca is by far the worst. a: what is the point of anouncing the "big shot" visit. Thats all we hear while shopping..so and so is here.. So then for once they open on time..halfway clean..etc. B: As a consumer, if you really care you would show up unannounced to see how that store truly runs. I honesly feel badly for your employees as there is no consistancey. It amazes me while standing in line, I hear 2 to 3 different red vests give conflicting instructions.. and ok why should they discuusing "write ups" in front of members.. The quality of product has declined..customer service is zilch (unless you create a scene) That location needs an extreme makeover

I have been a Costco member for 5 or 6 years and have had nothing but great experiences with these stores. The Yonkers, NY, store has an excellent pharmacy staff; the meat dept. has excellent cuts at amazingly low prices; and the fruit in the produce department is always fresh and top quality. I've also been extremely pleased with the hearing center in Milford, CT. My local doctor wanted $6,000 for a pair of hearing aids! Costco's price for their best models was $2,000, and they work great. II figured if I was so happy with Costco, many other people would keep discovering the rewards of membership. So I invested modestly in Costco stock a few months ago. That was j before the price climbed 22 points. Thank you, Costco.

Cashier named Patrick, at the Hayward branch in California , is really rude and Costco should remove such people........

I am in Lacey Washington, My complaint is very little compared to some. Here it is- at the check out and asked if anything was on the coupons? The man at the register told me that they can not do that any more and told me to bring in my coupon book next time. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When they are able to do it every time before and after. how hard is it ? take the hand held scanner and scan the bar code at the register (lazy!). Then when I was leaving a lady stopped me and asked me to up grade my membership as she is showing me my personal information and how much I could have saved. What the HELL!Now they are solicitors? and badgering customers ? Love the food stands!

I have never has a problem with costco , but sad to say I must leave costco and take my business to sams club bucause of costcos affiliation with costco ameriprise.if they stop selling ameriprise ill be back !!!

South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES) HELPS LOW INCOME PEOPLE IN NEED BY PROVIDING FOOD, SENIOR PROGRAMS BHACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLIES , HOLIDAY BAKETS AND MUCH MORE.
