I purchased a purse on 05/01/2010. I notice when I got the purse on the zipper was getting stuck every time I tried to zip the purse up. So when I went to work today 05/05/2010 I went to the coach store close to my job. I went in and I told the sales rep what was going on with the purse and to see if I can trade it in to get another one. She told me NO because all the purses that I purchase have problems with the zipper. I said well could I see another one to see if it will do the same thing and she told me NO it was a waste of time to exchange and it will do the same thing. By this time I am upset cause I paid my money for the purse and I shouldnt have no problem with it for the amt of money I paid for the purse. I'm going back to the same store once I get off work to see if someone else can help me if not I want my money back and I will not be shopping with Coach no more. I am a good customer when I can afford to purchase a purse. I never had this problem before until now. The store I went to was in Southlake Texas and I purchase the purse in Arlington Texas at Parks Mall. I wanted to let you know how some of your employers are treating the customer. The address to the store I had this issue with is 400 Grand Avenue West Southlade, TX 76092 number 817-310-6668. Right now I am disappointed with the service I rec'd today.
