I am the proud owner of a 2006 Jeep Liberty that has been a LEMON since I bought it.(Brand new) I stupidly believed the service dept. every time they fixed a broken lift plate in a window, now many fixes later and more things breaking, like gas spilling out every time I fill up, that got fixed twice and it still is broken. I tried to enact the lemon law but missed my window by a few months. I could go on forever with the many issues I have but it won't do any good because I truely believe that the Chrysler corp. doesnt really care about people like me. I would love to start over with a new vehicle but I am stuck because I took over the care of my severely handicapped sister causing a big drop in my income. So I just want Chrysler to know that it would be great to know that their company had my back but instead, they only add to my daily stress and frustrations. I would be ashamed to be you.

My 2008 Chrysler Town & Country (VIN# 2A8HR54P58R840556) was taken to the dealer on 9/2010, 20K miles, to have a recall (extended warranty) done on the front brakes. The front rotors and brake pads had to be replaced due to a defect. At that time my service advisor told me that the rear brake pads & rotors had been worn down due to the defect in the front brakes, but he could not replace the rear brakes because there was still pad material left on the rear pads. Now, 7/2011, the dealer says they can't do anything to help me about the rear beakes. I think it's awful that my front brakes wore out by 20K miles due to a defect, and that caused my rear brakes to need pads and the "rotors turned" at 30k miles...and Chrysler will not due ANYTHING to help me with repairs (parts or labor). I've been a loyal Chrsyler customer (2001 Dodge Ram 1500, 2002 Jeep Liberty, 2008 Town & Country), but I will NOT buy another Chrylser product again if I don't get any help with my rear brakes on this issue.

dear sir we bought a 2009 town a coundy from burns motor in mc allen tex.they had a recall on the brakes i took it in an what they told me they had to grind the pads down ive never heard of that . then i got the brakes warranty letter so i took it down to Burns motor again they said i had to pay them 100dollars to get it done. when you have a warranty done you should not have to pay any thingthere was only 16.254 miles on it am about 2 mo. after thatwe were going to mc allen an a light changed ma wife had to stop quit an you should have heard the noise that came from the front end i would like to know if i could get my money back from Bunes motor or did i just lose that money thank you John Russell donna tx.78537 agitator1922@YAHOO.COM

i love the new challenger its a great looking car i just dont under stand that dodge knowing that the 69 charger is one of the most popular cars ever why they dont make a retro 69 2dr charger and sell it so that real car guys can afford it and not build a 4 dr thats not a muscle car

I BOUGHT AN 2007 DODGE CHARGER NICE CLEAN CAR. WELL I ALWAYS HAD IT MAINTENANCE AND EVERYTHING WELL NOW AT ONLY 51,000. MY ENGINE BLOWS UP WAT THE HECK AND MY. FIRST EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE CORP. DOESN'T WANT TO COVER IT .SHAME WHY U GUYS SALE A CHEAP WORTHLESS WARRANTY.

zero stars! my 2009 dodge charger has 28000 miles and a history of being at the dealership garage. with under 10000 miles the 5th cylinder went bad, and the carbon, or whatever, had to be cleaned out. But, a week later i had to have the head gasket replaced. My car was in the shop for about a month the first year i owned it. In July of this year, 2011, my crankshaft went bad. Now the service center is telling me that the 5th cyliner is bad AGAIN! Oil changes take up to 4 hours?! The last two times the service center left oil hand prints one the ceiling. how does that happen? I took my time looking for the right new car. My first new car. And it turned out to be a piece of s***! Thanks Dodge! I'm looking into my state's lemon laws now.

Please bring back the Jeepster as a customized street version of the Jeep Wrangler, that gets GOOD MPG. Say 25 city 35 highway. Make it a 4 seater. Customize the current jeep wrangler body a bit, but keep it looking very much like a Jeep Wrangler. You would sell a bazillion. I would have owned a Jeep long long ago if it had good gas mileage. And would drive it on the street only. Which most do now in an off road Jeep. We "Streetsters" want the Jeep look, 4 seats, open air (convertible), very good mpg. Streetsters want Jeepsters! Do it and Jeep Corporate can say, Jeepsters! Streetsters! Look at all those Jeepsters! Put a modified Wrangler body on let's say a Subaru Impreza or Suzuki SX frame, and TADA!!!!! An all wheel drive Jeepster with much better gas mileage. Starting price $15,000 stripped down. Manual, no radio or ac. Design interior so raining on it doesn't matter. Rain drains out floor removable floor vents. Again, you will sell a bazillion. Please hurry.

PRETTY BUT SUCK

2007 2500 Diesel 4X4 less than 28,000 miles in shop 6 times, turbo replaced twice & was told 200.00 + dollars for fuel filter & air filter before it could be fixed. Fuel filter has nothing to do with turbo merely another way to get 200 out of me by dealer.Worst leamon I have ever had and bought new. It was cheaper than a ford or Chevy now I know why. You couldn't run fast enough to give me another Chrysler product.

Bought a 2006 caravan new and check engine light repeatedly went on Dealer serviced vehicle under warranty charging a 100.00 dollar deductable each time and replaced the oxygen sensor or disconnected battery cable to reboot computer so it would pass emissions tests..Warranty has since expired and check engine light is now on dealer claims it is the catalytic caonverter at a cost of 600.00 to replace. This morning went to mechanic other than chrysler jeep dodge of warwick new york and found a loose sensor cable the culprit 2 seconds to repair. Additionally when I went to CJD of Warwick this past friday to pick up vehicle after having work done at the cost of 667.00 for the transmission wheel alignment etc vehicle stunk of cigarette smoke.I will NEVER BUY A DODGE PRODUCT AGAIN OR GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP>>>>>>>>>

On May 27,2006 bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan w/extended warranty. Noticed a nickle sized rust spot about 3-4 inches from the rear wheel well in June 2011 so I took it back to the dealer in Morton. Said it wasn't their call, so they took pictures and said they'd contact Dodge/Chrystler. They didn't call me back, so I called the sales manager this morning and he looked it up and said Dodge/Chrystler had rejected it because it was out of warranty. (Less than 4 wks.) I'm sure it was there before the warranty was up and I just never noticed it. You can also see bubbles from there to the wheel well. Obviously something was not done right when it was originally painted. This vehicle has been garaged since purchase and only has 66,000 mi. When I asked the dealer what on earth I'll do with this thing now, he said sorry, it's not something they have control over. Bologna!!!! I told him that was too bad because we were planning to purchase a new Dodge Grand Caravan within the next yr. but I wouldn't have one if you gave it to me now. So basically we're stuck. We definately have to get it fixed to keep or sell it. This was our first Dodge product and as far as I'm concerned the LAST.

Have a 2006 chrysler 300 that has a transmision leak the dealer says its a pourous trans. case to replace costs $2,400 they suggest a replacement trans @ $3,000 the trans has no other problems shifts great...seems to me its a defect does anyone know of this problem?

I have a 2008 Dodoge Caliber. About 3 months ago the top coat , clear coat started peeling off of my car. But even though the assistance service manager told me that it was a factory defect and Chryler would repair it. I was informed today , three week afer they said it was a factory defect that Chrysler would not fix it, because it was out of their service contract. Buyer beware Chrysler's automobiles paint only lasts three years and then it is your problem. Great service huh?

I have a 2007 dodge charger, I just had it towed today 6-23-11 I couldn't get it out of PARK and was told there is a plastic ring that breaks in the geer shift and it happens all the time with these vehicles,my tow person told me he has picked up alot that do that. I feel as though there should have been a RECALL on this problem, and I was thinking about getting a BRAND NEW CHARGER but now I feel this new one could also do the same to me. This is just not fair, fix this so we that have Dodge Chargers don't have to wait around for this to happen, make it a RECALL. And I bought my Dodge here in Carolina

Do NOT buy the Dodge vehicles. We own a 2007 Dodge Caravan and the Power Control Module failed. This is the computer that controls the engine and transmission. The replacement computer is not readily available making the van useless. Right now the van is sitting in the driveway. I called Dodge Headquarters and requested a “loaner” but they told me no. We contacted Dodge dealers from Missouri to North Carolina and there is at least a three to four month wait for the replacement part. The Dodge dealer I took the van to for service said that his shop had 87 vehicles waiting for the same PCM, some for about four months. Apparently this is a problem with all Dodge vehicles. There are no aftermarket parts available either. You have to use a genuine Dodge part programmed for your vehicle by VIN. I was told also that the Government requires an 8 year/80,000 mile warranty because these parts do fail. If you want to inquire about this yourself contact any Dodge dealer.

I have a 2002 chrysler sebring. The clock spring in the steering column needs replaced defective. This seems to be a very very common complaint but chysler so far will not replace or pay for replacement. As this part not working is a safety issue, No airbags or horn, I would think they would fix this asap before someone gets seriously hurt because of it.

I have a 2007 Dodge Charger Sxt and I can't believe the complaints I've found online about the Transmission gear shift not shifting out of park upon stopping. I drove my car all freakin day with no problems and left that night to go to work the car would not shift out of park. I went online to see if I could find a solution to the problem and I was amazed at the complaints I found on this particular site. There were many, many complaints about the same freakin problem, the gear shift not shifting out of park. I am so upset because Dodge/Chrysler knows there's a defect and refuse to do a recall. I am going to contact my local news media and report the problem to them and let them do a story on this Transmission problem we all are having because it's just too many people out there having the same Transmission problem and Dodge/Chrysler refuses to fix their manufactoring problem. If someone wants to contact me from the Corporate Office to handle this complaint I can be reached at 407-459-3979 (Florida). All I'm asking is for Dodge/Chrysler to do is stand behind your product and that's all.

I purchased a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade for $32,000. CASH. This car has only 38,000 miles on it now.....in 2011. However, I cannot drive it as it dropped dead in the middle of driving on the thruway with no notice whatsoever. Normally the engine runs so smoothly that you hardly can hear it running.......however, YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL IT IS NOT RUNNING NOW !!! I had the Jeep towed home and found out that the spring broke and shot the rocker arm into orbit. THIS IS A MAJOR COMPLAINT THAT IS POSTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET THAT THE 3.7 AND 4.7 ENGINES HAVE THIS MAJOR FLAW AND THAT CHRYSLER KNOWS ABOUT IT BUT WON'T RECALL IT. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO FORK OUT OVER $1000. TO HAVE THE CYLINDER HEADS REPAIRED? AND THAT IS ONLY FOR ONE SIDE. I always wanted a Jeep, I bought one when I could afford it, I would have been better off buying a old Army Jeep made by Willys than the piece of crap that I got. And this one has been kept up. Chrysler says they would pay half but I didn't save the oil change receipts. Shoot me.

where do you go to fill out a job application on the website for the assembly line???
