I'm 60 yrs. old and do not wish to have any trouble with anything... How revolutionary! I have a Jeep Wrangler '06 and have had some here's and there's problems but, over all, it's been the vehicle I've always wanted... and I never want to ever buy another vehicle. However, this car is not my reason to write today. My purchase does give me complainer rights though: "I never thought I'd see the prejudice... extreme racial bias!... that I see in the commercial pitching the new [Crysler 300}." I am white (mostly, I guess) but it would infuriate me if I had one drop of black? blood in my system! "And this black gentleman (that doesn't even work there than doing this commercial) says: "This is what [WE] do." (Heavy on the black accent!) Back to my Jeep... It WILL be the last car I buy unless it is stolen or totally destroyed some way! If need be I can totally build another one completely from a parts catalog (and probably cheeper too). It's the only car that can be built that way... How neat! So, Mister Chrysler who built it, go build some more. You have lots of workers of every nationality rolling over in their graves. You must feel PROUD. Look up "proud" in the Bible. It is not good at all... anywhere. You are a Proud Lot and remember that "Pride comes before the fall!" See yah on the way down!

I bought my PT Cruiser new in 2001 and it just turned over 200,000 miles and runs like a top. No major repairs and have just kept up with regular maintenance. Last winter I bought a Huyandai Santa Fe and the transmission is acting up. I'm back to my Cruiser and plan on buying a 4 wheel drive Chrysler in the spring. I wanted to send you a picture, but couldn't find a regular email address. You can contact me dkeene07@windstream.net Thanks again Holly Dobbins

Just bought a new 2011 dodge avenger out of the showroom. Went to pick it up, broak down before we left the yard. Waited a week to get repaired. The first day we got it back my wife had to call roadside assistaince. The service manager at the dodge dealership in Plattsburgh ny is not very perfessanal on top of it all. Doesn't make you want to buy another.

i see you have more one star ratings than five,,sad,,i have to take my 05 town and country back due to fault of the mechanic who did not bolt down my caliburs after having my van for five days,,put in a battery, got a oil change (that was supposed to be free),caliburs wer supposed to be covered under warrenty,,somehow i got a $277 bill and the caliburs went out on the interstate with my six yr old son in the van,,that cost a hotel stay and another chrysler dealership( who was good) to fix this dangerous problem,,,the one in my town ,lawrenceburg wants to give my $80,,,really<??,,, i will be writing a letter to corp,,, the way i see it in the least we are owed ,hotel stay, oil change, cost to fix ther screw up,,,,ill never buy from them again,,now i have to take it back for the brakes squeeking,,,i was told just to slam on them real hard to make it stop,,,and that sometimes they just sqeek,,,funny,,nver did before????/

Up until last Monday, my rating would have been 5 stars for my vehicle, which in many ways I still feel exists, but unfortunately, the Chrysler Corp. is attached to this vehicle, so therefore I am rating this company a - - - 100...poorest customer service and false advertisement scam that I have seen, ever. Was thinking that this may fall under the R.I.C.O act??? After researching this attitude that has developed with this company and ignoring all the "alike" problems that their quality(?) american products exemplify, I am embarrased for them. I have owned a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica since early 2006. I was offered and purchased an extended warranty. Ford put out such a quality car that the transmission failed 303 miles after warranty expired...so yes, yes, I took the extended service.(Once buned by american befor). Guess what happened last Monday? Yep, same story different hard working american name. My valve failed. Ahh, but I have warranty and only 67,000 miles on my vehicle. Took my car into service center and 24 hours later they reviewed receipts and argued that some of the oil filters didn't have stock numbers on the receipts and how could I prove that this was for my car? Really have a lot of bravidity, this company. It will hold up in court if I hand write all services in their little book, but not a receipt from the store? And doubt that the service tech. that has been doing my warranty services in a timely fashion, but claiming that I was negligent for letting my motor run without any oil? HUH? were you riding with me the past 6 years? Are you kidding me? I have never had any - let me repeat - any car issues until last week and you doubt my receipts, who gave you this right. I followed all the rules that you set out and now you are going to change the rules? I also have been told that the clunking I reported was due to broken (?) motor mounts, which according to the Chrysler Service Center is a common problem. Can this be true? Has no one from NHTSA been following the thousand of such complaints? Is someone getting paid out there to ignore the pleas of the hundreds of owners that are experiencing the "same" exact problems? So I file a complaint with Chrysler, and what did I expect? They have not backed up the 8 year/80,000 mile power train warranty that I purchased and paid interest on all these years. Chrysler actally wants my motor opened and "they" will determine if it was neglect that caused my valve to go dry and starve for oil. But wait..who will be there to represent my while this is transpiring I ask..silence on phone..silence on phone..then the reply "If we find negligence, you will pay $1600...for us to put the motor back together, cost of mechanice, seals, gaskets, etc..Ahh I ask, will the car be fixed, though....NO...it will be all put back together but the valve issue will still be there..What??? have you heard of such an idea? $1600..for what??? for what??? and on top of it the service rep. announced this price tag 4 times in our short conversation. Are you trying to scare me? I ask. No just stating the fact. Why would anyone with a warranty, pay that kind of money for nothing? Did someone out there tell Chrysler that we are all turnips? Does anyone out there actually go for this deal? are you kidding me? Okay, so have you fixed my motor mount issue, it is Friday and I turned my car into you on Monday. No, we feel that it is a secondary problem, from the valve issue... I can drive my car somewhere else with a bad valve, but with broken motor mounts, driving now is playing russian roulette with myself and anyone on the highway around me, if the motor becomes dislodged, does that not seem like a bigger concern to you Chrysler? Not at this time is the reply.. I guess that Chrysler feels we consumers are so busy with our daily lives that we will just put up with that kind of treatment. Did you hear when Mercedes (Chrysler's partner now) had these issues with their vehicles, they responded immediately with positive customer service? It was because of the higher class of citizenship that own Mercedes... What does that tell everyone out there. Don't buy a Chrysler or the extended warranty, they are not being backed up with the promises that were made when they sold you the vehicle. Oh, and they can change the rules when it helps them save a dollar times 10 million... I have found 2 other people now in my town with very similar issues, so together we may just be a force to reckon with....

Back in 2006 i bought a Dodge Caliber r/t from Dodge Slimans in amherst, ohio. The transmission and alternator went out, so i traded the car in. Now i have a Dodge nitro and the alternator is acting up again. I'm not under warranty because i don't like dealing with dodge slimans. I try'd many times to contact Mr. Sliman himself and still haven't got any answer. The worst company i have ever been to, there services sucks!I had it up to here, my lawyer will be accompanying me when i return to slimans. And i plan on taking this to court. email please at tgoodtv@gmail or call 440-282-1212. ASAP!

I am writing about the 2011 Chrysler 300(s). I am weighing my options of purchasing another 300. I feel bad about the 2011; there is no way you can tell one from the others. I have looked at all of them! The 300C, is the only way you know you have the top of the line. The rest of the 300 you can only tell from the windows "sticker-Price." This year, it appear that no real thought went into building the 300s. They look plain, non-eye catching. no side protection strips, most of the 2011 300s are plain. They do not set themselves apart like the first 2005 vehicles. I also think that chrysler should have done a better job producing the 2005 chrysler 300s as well. There are to many things that have gone wrong with many of the vehicles; but, by far, they are still a vehicle that many want! They are priced to high; 37K to 45K. I think that chrysler needs to give the consumer the chrysler 300 they want. I own a chrysler 300 Limited.

I PURHASED 2001 DODGE RAM 1500 COLOR BLACK MAY I ADD PAYED CASH FOR IT. BEING A GM OWNER FOR YEARS I SWITCH TO DODGE LIKING THE BODY STYLE. I ORDERED THIS VEHICLE WITH MANY OPTIONS THINKING THAT THIS VEHILE WOULD LAST MANY YEARS LIKE MY PAST GM VEHICLES. TAKING CARE OF THE DODGE WITH OIL CHANGES REQUIED MAINTANCE WASH AND WAX EVERY WEEK. I WAS PROUD OF MY BLACK DODGE A REAL EYE STOPPER. MY DODGE IS NOW ELEVEN YEARS OLD THE CLEAR COAT IS PEELING , ROOF, FENDER, HOOD. IM TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THE TRUCK AND VERY DISAPOINTED IN DODGE CORPERATION. MY WIFE HAS A GM TRAIL BLAZER APPROAHING 9 YEARS OLD AND LOOKS AS IF IT CAME FROM THE SHOW ROOM. NOW MY DECISION IS DO I PAY FOR A PAINT JOB OR BUY A NEW VEHICLE. DO I GO BACK TO GM OR STICK WITH DODGE.

I have owned two Jeep Commanders, by the way need to keep making this vehicle best look Jeep in your lineup. I am experiencing the same problems with my 07 Commander Limited as I did with my 06. My main concern is why does the fan motor for the climate control give out so prematurely I changed the motor on the 06 and I now am getting a humming noise from the 07 that is how the 06 started before it gave up. I like the vehicle want to stay american made but too many of the same problems. Please advise or help. Loyal Jeep Owner..

About the fan motor on Jeep Commanders email:john.w.watts.civ@mail.mil or jwatts10169@yahoo.com would really like to here back from someone.

I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. The motor blew up & I have been informed this particular model does not carry the 5 yr/100,000 mi warranty. Guess who gets to pay for the $4500 to $8000 motor? I can't even get a replacement motor because the truck is too new for one to be available yet! Doesn't that tell this company they should pick up the tab for a new motor? Obviously this is out of the ordinary & should be covered. I called customer service to lodge & complaint and to see if they will at least pay half, but it has been 3 days and my case worker hasn't called me back yet. Insurance doesn't cover rental cars for cars in the shop, even if they are out of commission for 2 weeks. We will never purchase another Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product despite previous owner loyalty (6 other vehicles through this company and 2 of those 6 also had issues). We are in the process of purchasing banners to mount on the truck stating DON'T BUY DODGE. 2008 MOTOR BLEW, NO HELP FROM COMPANY! More of us need to inform the public about poor quality and customer service. THIS IS OUR MONEY THEY ARE TAKING!

I had my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 towed to Kolosso Dodge jeep dealership in Appleton, Wisconsin. That was almost 4 weeks ago. The Repair manager "Bob" calls me to let me know I needed a new engine for $5,900.00 total. Well, the truck was not ready by August 6, 2011. 3 weeks after they said it woud be done a week earlier. Now I have to rent a u-haul at $108.00 for 6-9, 2011. I drive back down to Appleton, because "Bob" assures me everthing is ready to go. I drove 19 miles before the engine seized just as I entered the freeway. Kolosso did not offer to pick me and my berother up, we were to ride 4 wide in the tow truck. When we arrive back at Kolosso, "Bob" says to me "Do you drive like a maniac?". I resented the comment, but the real insult is that the 1000 mile or 3 year warrenty may not cover the cost associated with the needed repairs. I was told there would be no cost with the raidator, yet I was charged. I had to be driven back to the u-Haul for another $108.00 charge. I was told there is a 99% chance that I may not have to pay any more after the extra $401.00 I paid for the Heater core. So far Holz chevy in Hales Corners and Kolosso Dodge Jeep have costed me roughly $10,417.00 and my truck is still sitting in Appleton, WI. By the way, I live in Milwaukee, WI. John Kolosso if you ever correct my family in public again after what you have done to me and my wife and my son, I will have a few colorful metaphors to share with you!

I am writing you in hopes of you being able to give me some advice on fixing or car suggestions on what to do about an insurance company GMAC not repairing a 2008 avenger that was in an accident. We bought the car here in charlotte nc went to the insurance company got insurance. Every state I know if the car is financed it has to have full coverage. This car is financed by Chrysler. Now they are telling me about a writ or some kind of paper saying it was not my car but owned by a finance company. When we got the car we took the car to them because they wanted to see the car we did. They knew it was a new car. We do not know what kind of game they are playing with use. Since we are financed with you we are trying to figure out or obtions with dealing with these people for we have been under the impression we had liability and collision on this car for that is the law, and if we didn.t the state would have requested our tags to be returned

If you can give me help on follow up of problem with GMAC insurance company my E mail is shadow1percent23@yahoo.com or wanda belton@yahoo.com phone 704-891-8438 or 704-960-3163
