First, your new fries are very good. I ordered a Fish sandwich at the Western Ave, NY 12203. The sandwich was awful...all I could taste was salt and at the middle of eating something sharp hit the roof of my mouth---I just threw it away---it could have been due to the sandwich sitting for who knows how long and dryed out. Terrible

Seems as though every time I go, the drive thru is closed early. It's only the Wethersfield Connecticut location that I've experienced this problem. My options are to find another BK location or find a different restaurant (i.e. Wendy's). I'm not driving that far out of my way to find another BK that might be CLOSED EARLY!!!

Your holland Michigan Burger King on north park drive once in a while has panhandlers on there property. If I was the manager i would call the police on them. This is bad for business.

I live in broken arrow ok. I frequent your establishment but after tonight I will never eat there again. I ordered a number two ou doubble whopper to go. I received my order and left. When I arrived home I discovered that they gave me a regular whopper. I returned to the store and explained to them what the problem was. The clerk behind the counter was nice enough but the grill man proceeded to. cussing in front of women and children and threw the product acrossthe kitchen. I find his behavior un exceptable and rude. The store location is on the corner of elm place and queen in broken Arrow 74012

At medway MA burger king,i waited 45 minutes for my 2 burgers, they were cold and did not have any toppings so i complained to the manager and they said that they were out of toppings but 5 minutes later someone walked out with 3 perfect whoppers...

The last few times I been to the burger king in Bennington Vermont my food has been cold. The burger to the FF.

On October 4th, 2013 I went tot he Drive-thru at your 8702 E Broadway location in Tucson, Az. Where I purchased a #1. at 10:35pm at night. By the mid morning hours I was VERY sick. On Sat. October 5th, I was in the ER for more then 11 hours in SEVERE PAIN! I have made attempts to contact your legal Department. I will get the documentation to prove that this was INDEED SEVERE FOOD POSIONING! And to think this WAS my favorite late night place to eat!!! NO LONGER! Over a week later, I still can not eat most solid foods, and have HUGE medical bills to prove it!!!!!

I was extremely dissatisfied at my trip to the burger king located on centerville rd in manassas va. I ordered two onion rings and only got one when I called the guy told me that he knews that I ordered two but I was only charged for one so there is nothing he can do. Im sorry but ive worked at taco bell and we are supposed to read back the order to make sure it was correct. He told me there was nothing he could and would not fix the problem this isnt the first time ive had this problem before I will not be going back to this burger king or anyother burger king customer service is terrible

Went to the Burger King in Marion, In--located on Kem Road. The Burger fry had 2 fries on it. At least you go to other locations and they do put 4 fries on it. I :34:44 pm was when went at today. I did try to call the location, but no one answered--it sounded like it went to a fax machine. Very dissatisfied. You might as well not advertise the "Fry Burger"

we have been going to the burger king location on commercial blvd tamarac area for approx 30 years never had a problem last night my wife and i went to restaurant to eat inside we waited for approx 8 minutes for service but to no avail again i asked for service and they looked at us and did nothing i realize that they are redoing the restaurant but not a good reason for us to be rejected the personnel were very rude after yelling can we get service again no reply so we left the restaurant

My husband stopped at burger king at 9:40am and wanted to order sausage biscuits for our kids. And the lazy people running this burger king told him they only had one biscuit left and it was to close to lunch to prepare anymore. This is very very poor customer service. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this particular burger king. This problem needs resolved. Please help I live 1 block from this burger king and do not want,to have to go out of my way to go to McDonalds to get better customer service. Thanks. I was in your Burger King In Sayreville NJ . I watched one of your employees throwing food way . she throw away six chicken sandwichs and 4 hamburgers. There is so much hunger going on to throw away food . Why make so much food ahead of time just to throw it away.

Went to burger king in Brunswick Ga at golden isles plaza Sunday evening...<grill down .not working they say..no hamburgers..today 9/3 no ice < come on now ..let's get someone in there that knows what their doing.. I go thru quite a bit.. and you can bet your last $$ you'll see 3 ppl out smoking every 20-30 minutes.. I've decided instead of cig .. food let's go some place where the ppl are more centered on their jobs & getting things in order..instead of a smoke break.. corporate might want to go thru @ 6 -7 pm for a few days and see how many ppl are out..

I currently work at bk but there is just one problem. Me and those who are my co workers need to have a lunch break if we work 5 or more hours per day. By state law it is required and not all of us are getting that break.

The Burger King in Pontiac Michigan on Baldwin. Has the worst service ever. Especially from management. I feel so sorry for the employees that work there who get yelled at very offen. An employee couldn't even ask a simple question without getting yelled at. Waited about 20 minutes for an easy order and other customers waiting saying they should shut the place down. Needs to be fixed or she needs to get fired.

The burger king on Lake Washington and Wickham in Melbourne, Florida are thieves After receiving my food I drove home to find out my order was incomplete. I called the restaurant and explained to the manager that I was missing food. The manager told me I was a liar because he personally packed the bag himself. I didn't have all the food but he did have all my money. It's like taking your money and throwing it in the trash. And of all people to call a customer a liar -- THE MANAGER!!!!!

Went thru the drive-thru, did not notice at the time, but when I got my debit card statement I was charged twice for the same amount same date at same Burger King, took statement in along with receipt, the manager would not come out of the back to speak to me, had the cashier go back and forth relay messages the manager did not know what to do I was fine with settling it there and just credit me in house credit, or cash for $12.74 but he was like "I'm new I never had this happen to me calling corp. office, Burger King mang. "the transaction took place June 30th", me "it shouldn't matter you owe me money" now I'm pissed he was suppose to call me within a day well it's been a week.

As easy it is for consumers to post negative experiences, they should also be willing to post positve experiences. A Gentlemen by the name of George Greene (Porter) at store 4182 in Atlanta has an attitude and work ethics that are outstanding! While in the dining room, he is always greeting customers leaving and coming. His energy and professionalism deserve recognition.

I don't think that you should give out receipts that has a survey if your not going to stand behind it. It seems like every time I do a survey you say we have our data for the month. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! That is so lame. If that is the case then change the back of your receipts. Jack in the Box doesn't do this and neither does Whataburger.

Store #8224 Edina MN. Stopped in for breakfast...they ran out of biscuits! Really? How does this happen? Visit this store often, but no more! I will drive out of my way to go to the McDonalds that is close by before I EVER visit another Burger King again. I think they should rename their business....no king would ever run out of food!!!!!
