Burger King Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have been to 2 different Burger kings lately. I stood in line while I watched only one front cashier take care of the front line customers, drive thru customers and answer the phone. By the time it was my turn to be waited on, which I had been waiting 6 min., I ordered hash rounds. He told me , sorry, we are all out ! Next time in my hometown, I ordered Mocha Frappe. I was given a glass of chocolate milk. I asked them what happened to the the frappe & the way it looks on the board? He said we are all out of whipped cream ! They didn't even blend it. It is apparent that Burger King is in trouble. Their employees don't even give the impression they care anymore.

I like to know cause I made a complant on one of your store for mistreating now yall won't delivery and my house . I wonder thats how you do all your customer that spend they hard working money. BK- 14091 cause you a good customer I won't never eat Burger King again if it wasn't for your customer you wouldn't have a business or job yall suck anyway

My friend works at the Connecticut Burger King and tells mr she works eight hours straight without a break to use the bathroom, eat or drink. She asked why and was told that there is no law in Connecticut that an employer has to let an employee have a break ! And, that when she was hired she agreed to no breaks. Is this really for real? This is like working in the old sweat shops, how can an employee be treated this way in the United States of America??? Please respond. I am in total disbelief that Burger King knowingly would allow such treatment of employees, if this is so it needs to be on the front page of the local newspaper as Local Business News,for all to read.

The location is Jacksonville Arkansas near the WalMart SuperCenter. The time was between 11 am and noon on Saturday July 6, 2013. I sat behind a car in the drive-through for nearly 9 minutes before I could give my order. I was asked to wait to give my order. I paid and tried to move to the pick up window but couldn't because the same care that held me up on the order was waiting to get their order. Nearly 10 minutes later, with four cars behind me, with one beeping their horn, the car in front got their order. I asked who appeared to be the manager why it was taking so long and her "chippy" answer was that the car in front of me had a large order. (one bag and no drinks). Then the straw that broke the camels back!!!!!!!!!! I had to sit and wait for them to put my order together. Does this place do one order at a time? GIVE ME A BREAK. I will NEVER go to this Burger King again and I will tell my friend that the service is so much better at Mc Donalds and Sonic.

Please know I visited your Tampa Westshore resturant and found it to lack service, cleanliness..walked in very dirty from tables to Windows... strange odor. Manager needs to take a look at overall moral, etc. We will not return...help them!

THE Burger king in jonesboro tn.........washington co...is the worse,the employees look soooo unhappy to be their and the manager always has a mad look on her face......poor service.........unhappy people.....

I was in the restaurant and the manager Felisha was hollering at an employee rite in front of everyone. And this isn't the first time I have seen her do that. I don't think I or my family will ever go back to that Burger King. (30th and forest lawn in Omaha Neb)

My husband and I where in your Burger King on Cochran Ave in Simi Valley Cal on Wednesday 7-3-13 and first your gal at the register has no customer service skills whats so ever we werent even greeted with a hello how are you today . she just stood at the register asking if we were ready yet . My husband ordered a BK Bacon burger and its was outragerous first of all the there only a half of slice of bacon cut in half and the tomato was so thin you couldnt even see it and onion what onion. I had ordered onion rings and recieved fries I took it back and told the lady that I ordered onions rings she said no you didnt you ordered fires. I told her 3 times at the time the order was taken onion rings please . I will never ever go to that Burger King again.

Why did you change the French fries? The old style was terrific and now I don't like the fries at all.

I was ordering food in seaford de burger king and one of the managers was very rude to her employee. I wont return to this location because managers are suppose to treat them employees with respect

I am reporting about the Burger King in Leesburg, Florida. It was disgusting. The workers got orders mixed up and cared more about taking the other workers' orders than the publics' orders. There was a hair brush on the counter where they put the food and several flies on the counter and at the tables you would eat at. I would never return there again. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family! It was also apparent that the manager was not supervising the workers. My order was also incorrect.

I work at the bk in Irving and I had gotten a 2 inch incision on my stomach for an abscess in my belly button and had gotten a note from the er and I have had side effects from the meds prescribed to me so I called in to let them know I wouldn't make it in and was threatened to loose my job and explained to the manager what was going on and she had an attitude with me and I am in severe pain and didn't want yo get injured at work put the rudely responed to me and this is why on writing a complaint and I will be going to the drs Tuesday for my wound check up so i don't understand I tried to have people cover for me everyone was working that would cover for me

I have eaten at many burger King in my life time. I love your burgers girll taste. However, the Burger Kingin Jacksonville, Fl on Norwood Ave is worst I have ever visited state- wide. All customers wait at least 30 minutes for any order.(small or large) In addition, after waiting most of the time, your order is not correct. Organization, wow, they do not know the meaningof this word. They bump inot each other, switches out job and never seem to be doing anything but fussing at each about the what the other one is doing wrong. Today, I order a whopper w/o pickle, cut in half. I got a whopper with pickles, not cut in half with green tomatoes(hard green tomatoes). I took a picture and will take it back to the store. I will never eat there again along wioth my co-workers, we have had enough. Someone please go and organize this store. It need a manager that knows management and workers who cares about the customers they are serving. What a mess!!!!!!

I went to an interview on June 10, 2013 to get a part time job. I went and interviewed with Sarah Tienda and said that she would call me after she received my background check. I called her and text her about the job and she quoted very rudely and then said I told you if we like you that will calk you back. My complaint is that she didn't have to rude. I was calling her because she propose that my interview went great. Her attitude was very unprofessional and sends a negative perception of Burger king. Thank you for your time.

what time is your normal hours I went by your store in Sevierville yesterday thr 6/18/2015 at 9:20 I thought they had just forget to turn the light on the road so went on in finding no one inside or no one around I pulled up to the ordering booth no answer I pulled around to the drive thru and was not a person there either I pulled to the doors and not a soul I had to go to mcdonalds I come there a lot I cant understand why during the week when traffic was busy why they be shut down so went o mcdonals and spend 25.00 dollars sorry burger king

Just ordered a tendercrisp chicken sandwhich with ranch dressing. When I got back to the office and opened it, it was drenched and smelled, this so called ranch was like water my wrapper was drenched as if some one poured a cup of water over it sooo nasty will make sure my family stays away. Burger king take some pride. Also was there for 20 minutes just so they can get a value chicken sandwich rite which took them 3 trys to get it rite ; (

I just finished lunch at the Burger King in Tualatin, Oregon and I have to tell you it was the worst meal in ages from Burger King. I ordered a Whopper with cheese meal and it was cold the cheese wasn't even melted. I mentioned to the Manager and he comment was "I Sorry". That made me feel just great. That is no way to run a Burger King. Everyone else strives on servfice and customer sadisfaction but this store. I will make sure others in the office know and stay away.

as a worker I expect to be treated like a human being not some dirt that got hired there. I have been yelled at numerous times and called stupid and restarted by the GM. this is not good ethics and I feel like I was doing nothing right when I worked there for 11 months.

I stopped at the Burger King on Tara Blvd. to pick buy Mom god mother a cheese burger after her radiation treatment. We sat in the drive through line 25 minutes when we got to the window the manager told the employee that there was no meat and they did not even care the manager acted like it was our fault that we waited in line OMG the workers said do we have anything she said i told you we have no meat really are you serious!!!!!!! I will never eat there again!!!!!

I waited in line 25 minutes to be told when I got to the window you were out of meat. The manager had an attitude with the employee and acted as if i was the dumb one for waiting in line that long they could have announced to all of us that they were out of meat Wendy's was right across the street and would have been glad to make that my money close your store on Smith street and Tara Blvd. in Jonesboro Georgia please and fire the manager Seriously!!!!!!!!
