it took 10 minutes to get 2 hamburgers and then when i did get them they tasted like they had been siting in the warmer all day they where all hard on the edges bk i know youll can do better than that an the cashier had a attitute like she did not want to be there if you dont want to work go home!!!!

Buger king Corp. is one company that can use the under cover services of undercover boss bigtime. With subordinates playing and openly disrespecting it's Guests, some of these employees wake up in their day just to disrespect the public and this is one organization that needs to be shut down and only you the public can obtain this by keeping your families and extended families from visiting one. Do we want out children observing their behavior and asking you, Mommy, why is that lady acting like that ? Why isn't the managers respecting guests and showing some AUTHORITY in their stores, since when do we orient out subordinates to state: Don't threaten us with wanting your money back"? America, it is your exclusive right to reject an order, you do not even need a reason, to request your money back, for what ever the reason, we are not "committed" to a sale of food.

Store located in Tuskegee, Alabama has the most rudest people. Its too early in the morning and people have time for attitudes especially before having a cup of coffee. It all began at the ordering screen and poor service throughout!!! Ever since McDonald's closed and they have had to pick of the clientele they have not been able to handle the rush. There is still no need for the attitudes and poor customer service. Even the manager has a bad attitude. Question... If i'm driving and ask to have my sugar and cream added why ignore my request and just put it in the bag and look at me like I spoke in French? You need a new staff in this location. I have had it up to here with this store. I hope some one is really reading these complaints. I will also find the number and call.

Burger King #13007, Opelika, Alabama - 7/25/2013 - 3:30PM - You have an extremely rude and abusive sales rep at this store. On a to go order #279 she refused to give me a bag for the to go order. I had to insist on getting a bag, and she made me bag my own order. I told her that I would complain to her store manager.

The Burger King in Lima, on harding highway is across from McDonalds. Mc is always busy while BK was slow. I had a Big Mac(?) and it was so sloppy that mayo was all over my hand. I called the main office and complained, since most of the people I talked to had the same complaint. The district manager was in Findlay. He came to the location and next I knew, they had all different employees and he sent me coupons for free Burgers.

Burger King Grand Rapids Mn, after remodeling has been quite busy, lacking a register to keep up on certain days.

This has got to be the most poorly run store in Lubbock, TX.!!! Everytime I go there, have a problem, either with the order, the food or the idiot at the drive thru window!!!! I have sent in several comments to the bkexperience and nothng has changed!!! So, as of today, I will go to he McDonald's across the steet!!!

Back on 8/21/2011 we were traveling South with 2 service animals and stopped to eat at the Burger King in Whitney, Doublin Virginia. We had the 2 Birds ,(cockatoos) on our shoulders for too long and they had soiled us, so we ordered take out and waited by the front.When the food was ready I paid cash and left.We ate in our car but some Nut case had to come outside and knock on our window to tell us how disgusted he was to see the bird poop on our backs.The Manager, a female tried to stop him telling him they are service animals and have every right to be there with us.She saw their pocket cards as I paid. Of course I ignored the irate man but my husband got all upset.They are his service animals.Our mistake, we should have changed shirts before coming in.But she apologized and got the man away from us.Horay for her outstanding service in a difficult situation.She said she was the Manager God Bless her, she is a Treasure.I didn't even get her name.It's hard enough needing a service animal.

Bk at 696 on mound warren their restroom never clean they always out of twilet paper , out of soap also smiles stink they never change there trash think. out of order most of that time , one time I went to tell that cashier there need to be cleaned the restroom, she said yiu can used that mans restroom !!!!!! Next time I should take some pictures I like to stop there because that gas station next to it so I don't have to make another stop Now start going to bk on 15 mile in mound it's cleaner than 696 Bad management

this is do ridiculous when you have two burger kings in within 5 miles of my house but every time i come to one either my food is messed up or it is very cold and nasty same on all food i get poor standards and bad managment can you say BBB bureau not cool you gonna get someone sick please fix problem... My step son just started working at Burger King. He trained on a Friday, Monday and Tuesday. The Manager boss came in on Wednesday and saw my step son doing what he was taught to do and the Manager/Boss said, "You're not doing it right. You should be farther along than you are." My step son replied, "I'm just doing what I was taught." The boss stated, "Well they apparently did a bad job." He didn't work until the next week. When he went in the Boss said that he wasn't learning fast enough. The next day the boss and other workers were in a meeting with the boss. The boss came out angry and frustrated. My step son proceeded to tell my husband and I what happened. On top of all of that they put him to only work on Friday's. You're Manager/Boss really needs to take a look at how they train others to work at your fast food place. I know I am never going back because of the disregard that took place when my step son was doing what he was taught to do. What your manager/boss is doing wrong and it needs to be stopped.

So yesterday me and my boyfriend saw the two got five advertisement and wanted the new bacon burger that was apart of the promo so we went to our nearby BK they charged me full price for both burgers and said that they didn't have that promo even though we had seen the commercial before going there after we paid we waited literally 7minutes. When they told us that our burgers were still cooking we asked for a medium fry for our wait. she told us yes and She asked us to pull up so she could assist other customers we waited for anotther eight minutes on our food and the manager brought it out but it only had just our two burgers and no fries so I left as a upset customer I felt like as a manager runnin a store our food should have came faster and that my request for my fries should have been accepted I won't go back to Burger king #1375 again

On wed. @ 11;05 am 7/25/13 I visited the Burger King @ 229 Pennell road Aston township Pa. 19014. When I questioned why they charged me for a large soda and large fries I got the window slamed in my face by a female supervisor, because she had to give me a refund of .73. She was a bleached blonde that needed her hair redone!And I was told by another employee I should have been refunded 1.73. Wendys has a better idea!!

Your survey are worth less.My wife and I visit yor burger king in meridian,idaho two or three times.And sometimes we purtchase a diet coke and the the coke is always filled to the top and when you try to drink it .Your shirt gets the soda on it.We have told your managers and they apparently don't listen.There is one person at the drive in who is very courteous and polite and her name is Diana.She needs to be rewarded for her service and receive a raise.

My review for this is, We walked into a very messy store, and the waiters at the cashier were not friendly. This 7 19 13 was the worst experience we have ever had, and we eat there quit often, Dirt was all over the floor under 2 tables, The people coming in the door,Didn;t know where the order line was, and just not a good happening, Saturday, I would remind B K. that the first impression are those at the Counters, Where you order your food, then the area, My wife and I just about walked out, First time we had ever experienced that there, So, Please. People like a friendly atmosphere, I tell you how bad it was, That one girl looked like a zombie, and she was a new girl so says the assistant manager, not a smile a on her face, Now, Is that what you want from you employees. Thought you may wanna know that a guy I work with ordered food from the Burger King in Brunswick,Ohio on Pearl and Boston Roads and discovered maggots in his food. That was gross. Too many problems with this place. He don't even want free food for it. I think he went and asked for his money back. I know my family and other people won't be eating there anymore. I'm sure the health dept and newspapers are gonna hear about this
