Burger King Corporate Office & Headquarters

I stopped this morning to get the new rodeo burger and chicken sandwich which is all over TV for $1.00 and they told me they had none for a dollar they were $1.19/1.29 OFF I went!!! Back to McDonalds I go!!

The store at powell st san francisco is cruel towards its employees, often denying them breaks, or making them wait until their 8 hour shift is up before taking them. Then with the extra time they make them work they are not scheduled too, they are left with less then 10 hours between shifts, All of which is illegal. I know this because I worked there until recently, CORPORATE needs to be aware of this, please help me to pass on this message.

So I went in tonight and was very disappointed in the new big king burger it looks like a knock off Big Mac in the picture when I got it ... it looked the size of a jr whopper it was smashed... I can't believe I paid 4.00dollars for that...

Would like to see a burger king in our town. We have to drive 20+ miles, both ways from our house to enjoy Burger King. The are tw burger houses in town, butnot as good as your burgers. Our town happens to host the County fair, and other activities yearlong. Would also provide much needed jobs in our town. Please consider my request.

Newton Iowa Twice now have stopped in and waited unimaginable time for our orders!! First time in Oct 45 min and last night 40 min come on people get it together !! Now corporate or the resturant wont answer the phones !

After purchasing a meal at the Burger King, located 590 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois, my car would not start. Burger King employee, Joanna, who was just getting off-duty, contacted her mom about bringing me jumper cables to start my car. I am a 67 year old woman, and Joanna's kindness was greatly appreciated!

I recently had the misfortune to go to the Burger King at the airport in las Vargas. This was the 16 th of November. I was chasing planes there. I went to the store in the airport, happy to see BK. I ordered the original chicken sandwich to be told they did not have it on there menue. I ordered 2grilled chicken sandwiches, one large fries, and bottle of water, $20.06 was the cost. My daughter and I could not eat the sandwich it was so dried out. Very disappointing as we were hungry. I think you need to evaluate this location and get improvement. Try to eat there once in a while to see id their food is getting better. Went to the store in Salem Ohio and ordered the new Big King. The sandwich was good but there was so little lettuce on it that I had to add my own at home. Nothing ever seems uniform. I want to like this company because their menu is superior to McDonalds. They just seem to fail on food prep.

We have a news anchor that reports dirty dining and this is what he shows after health inspections. It's a good news report it tells us what restaurants area clean and which ones are disgusting. My husband and I ate again today at the BK in Belton, MO. The people were very nice, the food was good and hot. We noticed that they had an employee who was out wiping down tables and sweeping under them as soon as customers left. This was during the lunch hour and it really impressed us.

Solid corporation, but employees must be more motiveited for good salary.

I stopped in to the BK on 4th St N and 38th Ave N in St Petersburg, FL yesterday for a bite. One young lady was ahead of me getting a refund and the manager pretty well shoved the money in her hand. I watched this lady turn and walk away without saying anything, Very classy. So then I step up to the counter not knowing what to expect when this "Fran" the managers name looks up at me and said "yeah!" I was like , did I just hear her right? Then the manager says again " yeah, you know what you want?" I just turned around and walked out... I have no clue why they keep such crappy people in a customer service position.

I'm not complaining about your food .It's about your management. My granddaughter worked at Burger King on 16th Broadway Council Bluffs,Iowa. She worked about 2 years will in high school and the summer after, she went in when called on her days off, twice we were shopping across town when was ask to come in so we left everything and went home so she could go to work. This year she took a class at local college to be a CNA. to better herself the manager didn't like this so he cut her hours then took her complete off the payroll. Didn't fire her or lay her off just wouldn't scheldle her I think this is a pretty crappy way to treat your personnel she is well liked some of clients have asked me why they haven't seen her there anymore. I really won't be surprised if I don't get a reply.

I visited the Burger King on 71st and Georgetown, Indpls 11/14/13 6:02pm, order #392. I watched the female employee ring up customers and then turned around and started handling food and bagging it, with WASHING HER HANDS. This is so UNSANITARY/GERMY AND NASTY. I will never visit this store again, so beware customers.

I want to know why you would hire a person at the indiana pa store that was born a woman then changed to a man the food was terrible last time I was there all the workers and managers were messing around with each other and swearing I had my 3 kids there and my wife I spent around 40 dollars to get food that was good and nasty and I went and talked to the manager and she told me to bad just eat it I was very upset that you run a store like that and I spent a lot of money there over the years plus I think you need to let the public about having that kind of people working there

Well I was in flagler and I witnesses burger king mangers stealing money I told suzzy I guess she said she was the district manager she told me to mine my bissnuse I dnt think that's right and I really think somthing needs to be done I will never go back to that resturant again

Today, November 14, 2013 I made a stop at The Villages Florida Burger King through the drive through. Ordered a combo with Junior Whopper (with cheese and mayo only), fries and a medium orange soda. This order came to $5.89. I thought at the time that this a high for the order but it had been a while since I had eaten at Burger King. My order and food gets no stars from me. My whopper was a kid size burger. No cheese, lettuce, onions, ketsup and mustard. The fries were small enough to be in a kids meal box. This combo was way over priced and the food was poorly cooked. I did call the store and talked to one of the managers and she said that the order was correct.

Got fired for taking a sandwich before paying for it while management husband does not wear uniform and eats like a cow with out paying for it. Management messing paper work up so they can get fired to file for unemployment. I got fired I don't care but there business will never grow or make money with people who don't want to help them.
