the burger on Hiawassee location is the worst place to eat at.

They should send out the CEO to check out the Burger Kings in their locations like undercover boss. Some of the Burger King places are nasty are not well-kept customer service is lousy... Where is the courtesy and like in the commercials and make it look so fabulous. I will never go to another Burger King ever again.

sick of waiting in line at drive thru and finding out an hour before they stop breakfast food-no biscuits. This has happened often. Going to McDonalds from now on. This happened at the Allegan, Michigan store.

Greetings-- No wonder there's never a line at BK, Whopper w/cheese, sm. fries, sm. Coke = $7.69 ! Mgr. took the order, was not offered a value meal, asked for ketchup & napkins, no ketchup in bag. Store #1159 Time: 9:11pm Avenel, N.J. I'm not one to contact anyone about a drive-thru order at a fast food restaurant, but there have been other occasions where the cheese was slapped on un-melted. I received a complimentary card for a whopper in regards for the complaint I sent in. First of all the complaint was concerning 2 fish sandwiches. The fish was gray in color not a white flaky, it was soggy. We had called and was told there was a 2 for $5. After we sent our nurse to get us lunch she came back with no special on the sandwiches and not fit to eat. We live in West Des Moines, Iowa and there is a Arby's close to the Burger King on Vista Drive that we get fresh flaky awesome fish from and they are 2 for $5. So very disappointed in your customer satisfaction.

The Burger King in Harrison Arkansas is so filthy dirty, I took my wife and son there to eat, we just had to leave before we got are food, the employes wore writing all over each other with markers, they wore using bad words in front of us, the tables and floors wore so dirty we could not find a place to eat, we like your good but we will never go to harrison Burger King again, and will tell all People we know not to go there..it was so nasty I can't even rate it

We have eaten at your restaurants all over the world. The menu is not good enough. You have to make real change. Have some more homestyle soups, real sandwiches, no mayonnaise, less French fries which just fill one up and are addictive.

I am amazed at the number of negative reviews! I resided in Connecticut before relocating to Florida (Broward County) and NEVER had a bad experience at any Burger King restaurant. I am sorry for others - maybe a bad day or bad shift of management and staff.

I am really disappointed with the size change of the Burgers! I have been a loyal customer for about 35yrs. My wife ordered a Cheeseburger and I ordered a Whopper Jr. When we sat down to eat and opened the bag the burgers looked like sliders! The actual hamburger in each sandwich was about the size of a half dollar coin. If the business is in trouble its really going to loose alot of customers!

Store #2129 the manager of the store needs to go to customer service school. He doesn't know how to be respectful to customers nor his staff this isn't the first time that I have witnessed this. Please do something about it enough is enough

Went to Burger King in Portales, Nm.. Managers are horrible to their employs and constantly yelling at them. There is no respect for the employees. When you are dining you do not want to hear a manager yelling and cussing at employees. This isn't a one time incident, happrns frequently. My family will not go back there.

My boys and I used to frequent BK #2891 in Carmichael, Ca. for several years but stopped six months ago because of poor service, errors in our order, and dirty tables (all of them!). When the coupons came out, I thought we might try them again--BIG mistake!! Same 'ol problems; cashier inept, not enough trained staff to keep up, and cold tasteless burgers! My Son says "Dad, take it back", but I said not unless you want to be here another half-hour waiting for our (dog?) food. Nuff said, and AM I GLAD that I have no stock certificates in BK! Yesterday, I was at the store on a1a in Indian harbor beach, florida. I ordered 1 Whopper, 1 double whopper, 2 regular fries to go, NO DRINKS.... Bill? $15.92. BK has obviously raised their prices. Not for me, I'm going elsewhere. They can keep it at those prices.

my husband and I went to the burger king on airport thruway here in cols. ga. on 1-4-2014 at 9:32 am. when we pulled in the girl who we found at the counter was gazing out the side window. I told she looked totally bored at the window, her reply was "I am". we ordered the breakfast plate no pancakes. she told us our total and that was all of the personality she had. not "have a nice day or anything. well, the breakfast was as bad as the service. the biscuits were hard as the table, the sausage was tough, and eggs had no taste whatsoever. this is the first time we had ever tried your breakfast like mcdonalds big breakfast. sorry, it did not come close to it. thanks, anyway.

I was at the Janesville Wisconsin Center Ave Burger King today and WOW that was the worst service and worst food I have ever had. I asked for my burgers to come right off the broiler and I think they thought I said out of the cooler. Stay away from there........
