To whom it may concern.A burger king manager asked my daugter to come to there open house for an. interveiw when she go thier They refuse to give her a interveiw the said her appliacation was out dated but it had only been few days. she sent her application in on 5/6/10 the open house was on 5/12/10.The to people was doing the interveiws names were nelly siguenza and Rolando Rubio. can some one please find out why was my Daugter treated so bad. 05/13/2010 I could not beleave what I was told today at Burger King Chula Vista Ca, store #2339, I went through the drive through and the Cashier at the drive through told me if I could drive forward then backwards? I said for what he said so I can make my 2:30 seconds for completing my order. I said I would not because that is dishonest and without integrity. Cashier(Eric Diaz)#3 then said he was told by his manager to do this and I asked to speak to her, her name was Nancy and she stated she told him to do this and then she asked me to do this? I asked for her supervisors # and told her that she should be fired for giving direction to her employees that had been in direct disregard for policy and doing the right thing for customers. I waited about 10 minuts in the drive through when there was no persons in front or behind me. I then was givin the order wrong 3 diffrent times, im sure because they were nervous because I questioned there actions. and the cashier forgot my shake and went around out of sight and probably spit or did something to my shake I ordered and paid for but did not drink. Burger King is awesome!!!! I love your food so much. Not much of a whopper fan but loves your fries. Man and that sexy King better watch hiself for he really wake up in someone elses bed . . . .

I just left the BK on Millbranch & Shelby DR in Memphis. The man @ the window handed me my drink tray(2 med. & a large). He tried to pick the drinks up but the tray buckled in the middle. He then tried to hand the 3 drinks to me & I had to tell him I could not hold the drinks in my hand so he grabbed 2 holders & put 1 on top of the other to make the tray stronger, he then put the 2 med. drinks in it, I handed him the large one back to him to put it in the holder as well when I turned to put the tray dn next to me, the large 1 popped out because it wasn't in the right way. Now my car floor, p/s seat, center console is covered w/sweet tea. When I told him what happened he laughed I had to tell him it wasn't funny & to stop He didn't even offer any napkins, I had to ask for them. What makes matters worse is the "Mary" @ the store said it was a manager by the name of "Fabian". I tried calling corporate, but they were already closed. I will call them again in the morning to complain as well.

I use to love burger king, but the last 3 times i went for dinner on my way home from work I ordered my burger without ketchup I can not eat ketchup, 3 times i went home and there is ketchup on my burger ,no dinner again!!! last night my husban and I stoped for something to take home,i ordered fish!! no ketchup!! when we got home and looked in the bag we had no frys that we payed for I called the store and talked to the manager, he said come back and he would give me the fryes, no way was I going back, asked him to just put it back on my card, could not do, I don,t usually complain but now I was mad, I said maybe he should train his employees better he replayed by telling me F*** You I train and then hung up on me. you have lost a customer and any one else I can convince not to go to this store Oakland Park FL. Wilton Manors, This is the worst Burger King Do not visit!!! for now on I will go to McDonalds!!!!

Burger King was my favorite fast food restaurant until this morning,4/16/2010. I went to the drive thru of Burger King on fordham Dr in Virginia Beach, Va because I have buy one, get one free breakfast croissant sandwich. They only have one croissant left. I said I will get that one croissant and I can just get a biscuit for my free sandwich. Needless to say, they didn't let me use my coupon since they only have one croissant left. The manager told me that I can't use the coupon. This is really poor customer service. It was not my fault that they ran out of croissant, the least they could do is let me use my coupon.

RECENTLY STOPPED AT A BURGER KING IN NIXA MO AND WHAT I OBSERVED WAS HORRIFING. THE COOK WAS WEARING HIS GLOVES AND EMPTYING TRASH INTO A LARGER TRASH CAN IN THE KITCHEN WHEN A DRIVE UP ORDER WAS PLACED === HE DID NOT REMOVE THE GLOVES OR WASH HIS HAND BUT PICKED UP A BUN AND STARTED PREPARING THE SANDWICH AND GETTING FRENCH FRIES. I THINK THIS YOUNG MAN OBVIOUSLY HAS HAD NO TRAINING IN HEALTH SAFETY !!! EVEN CALLED THE LOCAL MANAGER AND SHE DIDN'T EXPRESS MUCH CONCERN. FOOD PREPARATION IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND THIS INCIDENT LEAVES ME QUESTIONING YOUR TRAINING IN FOOD PREPARATION.
