Burger King Corporate Office & Headquarters

i have been tring to get my w-2 forms from u guys for the past 2 weeks.i keep getting the run around....u guys should give the managers at the stores information on how to get this info or something ...they have e-mailed my info but still nothing very upset

I want to let everyone ex-employee/employees that i have been waiting as well for my w-2s and have not been able to get the issue resolved by email or phone i got tired of the run around from the managers and even tried to get the matter resolved by calling the guest hotline to only be told it was not their job to look into the matter nor would they help me to get to the right place command. I spoke to the IRS and made a formal complaint to the matter and was told that any company had until 2/15/2012 to have your w-2s in your hands not inthe mail. This was formally reported to our goverment that the BK corporation was not doing their jobs to supply our w-2s. It has been advised that a report has been issued to the headquarters of BK that they have to follow all tax laws and to supply our w-2s. Mine was sent to the main office in Miami,Fla. 2/15/2012 I was told that it may take up to 7-10 days to be received and they have no later than 10 days to have my form in my possession. This a reason for anyone to take action and get this matter reported. Hell they want their money when we by a whopper, why cant we get our w-2s. Anyway call 1-800-829-0922 ask for the individual acounts complaint department and file your report to their lack of responce to our request and let the government take the apprpriate actions to straighten this matter out. Thanks for all the great responce to my emails and the great reply to my emails Burger King hopefully this will wake you up and this will also take our request seriously. We as Americans have the right to be treated fairly and maybe you may need to reevaluate yourselves as well as some of the immigrant employees that you are hiring. This is probably the reason that we cant get any assistance from BK. We speak english and know our rights as American citizens.

I went to th bk on Campbell and elm in west haven ct trough the drive up window.when I got home I was missing half the order.i went back to get the missing sandwiches and was greeted by laughs and snickers.that explained a lot the store was staffed by some very shady people.know I have been going to this store for years I grew up in this town and over the last several years have seen this franchise steadily decline.i have not been inside in quite sometime I could not believe my eyes the place was dirty and very disgusting.i thought I was in a third world country.i got home and threw the sandwiches out I was afraid to eat them.burger king should do an inspection I'm sure they have codes that have to be met they are sure making burger king look bad at this location.im sure if they did they would close it.needles to say I will never eat there again.

i have worked at the bk in thomasville nc for about 6 years now it used to be a great store then the district manager was fired when they had the massive lay-off. well we got a new district manger and he is so lazy and acts like he is better than everybody else but as soon as we get busy he runs out the door and we dont see him again for a couple weeks. even the other day he turned and as me how to make a sandwich aint everybody suppose to know how to do that expecially managers? and they are unfair to employees because i still make min wage and new hires are coming in 50-75 cents more and thats not rite.

Burger King on old Yale road in Abbotsford BC Canada, I ordered a whopper meal WITH bacon and cheese hade to wait 15 minutes. When I got home; NO bacon NO cheese,,,box indecated these toppings. All the time I waited for burger the poutin sat on counter getting cold. Missing toppings is an on going issue at this location. In addition I often have to wait more than 10 minutes while staff deals with other customer complaints.

Store# 87 in Florida is run by a woman who I found out has a niteflirt page.her name on there IS MISTRESS_MADISONLEE.She is a phone sex worker,a drug addict and Her and her husband Blackmail men illegally.Are you sure you want her running your store?When I went there she was extremely rude very unprofessional and mixed buisness with pleasure.Not a good combination for Burger King.Maybe she should go back to her phone sex buisness and Promote it there.Not in The restaurant itself.For heaven Sake there is children in that restaurant!! Not a good choice for a GM..

I am a very unsatisfied former employee of this make believe eatery and I have been trying to get my w-2 now for 3wks. I have called the corporate offices an low an behold I get a recorded message that never seems to end. I have called the employee hotline to no satisfaction always getting a recording,I even called the guest line for complaints only to be told there is nothing they can do due to it's not in their job duties to help. I e-mailed payroll 8 times even asked them to send a responce back just to let me know they did read an makes the proper changes of the address correction that the GM Anthony Saylor incorrectly punched in at the time of employment. This whole thing is due to lack of management skills,and lack of proper work ethics. My advice is that no one go to this restuarant. This is not just due to my situation with burger king but due to the fact that most of the employees are rude screaming and argueing with each other,lack of management,money money shortages, in which the GM does nothing about,and he always said I'm fixin to get fired. I worked there for 8mths from 5am-1pm with only 2people in the kitchen. When we would get get hit with breakfast rushes lots of the time I was the only person at work in the back and would be yelled at for slow customer service but this was all due to the manager not hiring people to replace the ones who would show up late everyday,not show up at all, or would ride the time clock and do nothing while they were there. So after 8mths of the poor work envirement and not getting a raise since day 1 I quit. I am worth more than 7.25 an hour to anyone. I haven't worked for that amount since the mid 90's. So as to the situation of my tax form w-2 I did call the complaint line of the IRS and found that if I don't get my W-2 in the mail by 2/15/2012 which is the deadline for any to have it to you at your house then we have the right as individuals to make a proper complaint to the IRS Department an then the issue will be dealt with for us. Their number is 1-800-829-0922 ask to speak with accounts an complaints.

A co-worker and I visited the Burger King at Sherwood Forest Blvd. and N. Harrells Ferry today in Baton Rouge,La. The services was HORRIBLE. They were severly understaffed. It took us 10 mins. to get our food. The people was very rude. On top of that there were 2 employes in the back playing, and the one sacking our food had there cell phone out in clear view and kept looking down and playing on it. We went back to get 2 other co-workers there food. This time thru the line it took nearly 10 mins. just for the cashier to take our order. When she finally did acknowledge us one of her friends came in and she waited on her first, and i never seen the friend even pay for the value meal that she was given. The guy in the back prepping the food kept hollering across the store to others on how to pre pare the food. Now is it just me, Or are the screens w/ the orders on them supposed to give directions on how to prepare the food? I have been in food service before and understand the stress of it and how busy they can get. The thing is is that they werent that busy at all. Someone w/ Burger King Corp. Mngmnt needs to do something about this. This is no way to run a company at all. On top of all that it took us nearly 20 mins to get a cheeseburger plain w/ bacon, a double cheeseburger w/ mayo only and a small fry. That is unacceptable. Thank You, Alexis S. Parkerson

I have had problems from the day manager taking up for an extreme rude worker. Later on I found out that the rude worker was the manager's daughter. In addition, this restaurant stays open 24 hours. Frequently, they will say that they are out of small buns. Therefore,I am forced to go to Wendys for their value mill. The rude manager and her hired rude children are running off customers. Someone told me that they made some customers so angry that they offered them to fight. Someone from headquarters need to come down for some serious attitude adjustment. Bastrop, La #01729

Down in waxahachie tx Burger king is horrible The manager's are very unprofessional n they are rude.They dnt handle situations properly. I was treated unfairly when I worked there. The manager always talk to worker's like they diint matter. I need to speak to a corporate person. There is a situation going on. Ineed it solved. I'm very angry ....

Why is it every time I go to the Burger King in Rayne, La. Between 2 and 4am the female worker uses the excuse of messing with the register? I work night shift and pass thru Rayne each morning on my way home. I live in Eunice, La. And there is a burger king there also, and I can go there cause they never have issues like Rayne does. But y is there alot of restaurants open 24hrs that don't do shit? Or give you some lame ass excuse? Shut the doors in Rayne, La. Or hire people who wanna work!!

I am tired of BK I was one of their best employees at my store & offered management position within 6 month of working there, had the responsibilities of a Asst manager but with minimum wage, I got tired & quit. Now I been waiting for my w2 & nothing, got their website for the paystub(paystubbk.com)but since I no longer work there my account doesn't exist got the # to the *****BK w2 hotline 855-280-3425 ***** but all they ask for is to leave a message with name, # & reason for calling ***** uggghhh still waiting on a call back !! hope all of you resolve ur issues as well!!

This is for all of you former employees who are trying to get your W2s ...it is apparent that no one is reading this form. Call IRS and report Burger King for not giving you your W2s...this should get them guys moving. Your W2 are to be ready for you my Janurary 31st. I came on to write a review & read some of the other reviews and went omg....they are as bad in corporate as they are in the individual fast food restaurants. I am a traveling nurse and spend quite a bit of time on the road eating out. In all my encounters with Burger King I have yet to find one place where service is good. Then my son had the misfortune of becoming an employee. I went to the the chain he worked at one morning for breakfast and listened to a manager and several other employee ridicule my son and yell at my son like a dog. They did not know I was his mother and the way they talked to him was horrible. I sat at the table and was appalled that anyone should talk to an employee in this manner. As I sat there I watched three other employees go outside to a car in the parking lot where two ppl sat and smoked cigarettes and were so loud I could hear them in the restaurant. My son no longer works for this company. I wanted to file a lawsuit against this company for the way their management treated my son. It is an absolute disgrace to have management talk to employees in a manner that is degrading and belittling. My son was so worried about losing his job that he took the verbal abuse. I would never recommend anyone work for this company. Not only is their customer service horrible but the treatment of their employees is appalling. It is no wonder the employees give little care to the customers. My recommendation for anyone thinking about eating or working at Burger King is think twice.

My boyfriend with to Burger King in Cartersville, GA store#12620 and their prices are double of any other Burger King I have been to in my life. I called the other Burger King and a JR Whopper is $1.59 and at the one its $3.09 and a medium fry is $2.49... This is Price gouging and I have contacted Corporate via email... SO irritated.
