Burger King Corporate Office & Headquarters

I am one of your managers for a Burger King with the pdm company or davis company office located in shavertown pa., i rather remain anonymous. I just have to say i hate working for this company because of our supervisors(Frank and Brian) and i know i am NOT the only one 99% of your managers i know hate it. We are treated so unfairly and poorly. They DO NOT respect us one bit. Its a shame that we are all so scared to call off if we are sick or have a death in the family because we get attitude. I'm so sick of being treated like shit! We do not get paid enough to have deal with how we get treated. There is no reason for them to be so rude and not thank us for when we do a good job or a favor for them. I think its ridiculous! i personally think i'm actually one of your good managers that you dont want to lose but things need to change or you guys will keep losing all your good managers..... i personally don't mind the job itself or the money but the supervisors drive everyone nuts! We are not rewarded or even appreciated for anything good we do! i'm so angry and sick of this place and i think they have a homophobe problem because i know there is at least 3 gay managers that get treated worse then anything and i believe that is discrimination and can become a lawsuit if someone takes action on that and i don't think you guys need that.... why should anyone deserve to be treated they way we do its sickening. I understand they have to be on our case for certain things but they take their power and authority to far.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My son went to burger king on greenwell springs rd in central la today. The girl that took his order forgot to given him his card back. He pulled out, realized he didn't have it and in the short time it tiook him to go back, they had cut his card and thrown it away. I had to call and make them dig in the trash to give it back to him. Worthless but still his property. They said that was company policy. Stupid policy. Her mistake but my son pays the price. Hardly seems fair. So that's it where done. Stupid policy, stupid company. Too many other places to eat.

:) BK was my first job when i was SIXTEEN years old I'm now 22 and I'd like to say BK is in the SHITTER. Your employees are MISERABLE since franchise took over corp. I do not work there anymore and I AM STILL MISERABLE, i've been trying to get my W2's from the past 4 years and yet i get forwarded to VOICE MAIL and these numbers are non-existent or non-working. I'm fed up....i have called repeatedly, was told to fax my name years for W2's i needed and my social...i did this but have heard NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING back and that was LAST YEAR! this is RIDICULOUS, I need my W2's and quite honestly i'm PISSED. The illegal immigrants ya got working for the company have no problem getting their W2's and i havent been able to file mine in 4 YEARS! get outta here BK get on the ball... i need my w2's and i do believe its illegal for you to beat around the bush for 4 years. I need my w2's so hey...if you've taken the time to read all these reviews then your opinion wont change after you've read mine, BK is NO LONGER have it your way.... Its have it the cheapest,cheesiest,cruelest way. oh and this TEAMOCEDON is RIDICULOUS as well. By 2013 there will be no BK if corporate doesn't buy the franchise back......SMH SMH SMH SMH SMH i'm going to try this number now...and if i dont get ahold of someone for my W2's i will keep on posting about this. i was greeted with an unusually friendly voice at the D.T. he asked me to wait,and because he was so pleasant . I had no probleme doing so after less than a minute he took my order . I drop up and had only one person in front of me at the window . after he asked that person to pull over to the side.he gave me a very friendly greeting that made me very happy .he took my payment and then also asked me to pull over normally this is not something that does not make me happy,but due to his genuine and friendly personality . i had no problem doing that so i waited approximately 3 minute for my meal ,when he arrived and informed me that he put extra onion rings in my bag and apologized for the wait . I left a very satisfied customer ,he was extremely good at making me feel important and value and expressing his concern and care that i had to wait ,that why i write today for let the corporate now about this guy ,thank you mustapha (store 13239 orlando fl) for a job well done.

I USED TO WORK FOR BURGER KING NOT TOO LONG AGO BUT I QUIT BECAUSE THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND HAS NO HEART AND THE DISTRICT IS WORSE. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY W2 FORM I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A PHONE CALL AND EVERY TIME I CALL NO ONE ANSWERS. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT THEY'VE HAD THE W2 FORMS FOR A WEEK AND NO ONE CALLED ME OR ANYTHING. Dear Headquarters, I frequently use the Greenvale Burger King because it is within one mile of my work.I only have 45min. for lunch and so we have been to this location many times. I dont like the drive through because you cant hardly finish a sentance and they ask if that is all. They want to go fast, they never get the order right and they make you pull up so they can serve the next car. Instead of finishing with your order they make you move your car and they will bring it to you when its ready,apparently they get some kind of credit for speed.Acuracey would be a lot more apprieciated.On Wednesday Febuary 1,2012 my co-workers and I went to this Burger King for lunch.When we recieved our order my friend had a hair in his french fries.One of the workers a young man was very apologetic and gave him new fries, his order was a whopper with cheese/no pickles value meal,when he opened the sandwich there were two small burgers on the bun, the cheese was not even warm never mind melted and when he brought it up to the counter the woman manager was just disgusted and said "just give it to me"Not I or my co-worker were ever rude to any of the workers but they dont know how to treat a customer. I used to frequent the burger king on 45th street in west palm beach florida, but the staff is beyond ghetto and the managers just look plain old worn out. I dont know if I'm at the club or a resturant, finally I gave up and decided I'd rather just settle for a ham and cheese sandwhich rather than pay to be irritated. Not only that but my sister-n-law worked for BK for several years and finally she couldnt take the abuse anymore and just walked out and never went back. note to corporate: when employees quit in the middle of an economy like this and risk facing major unemployment obstacles; you may want to think about how bad your company truly is!!

Burger king in fayetteville, Ga is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The management is extremely poor. No one EVER answers the phone there and today i called and finally got through when a man answered the phone whom identified himself as the manager told me to call back with my complaint some other time because I was messing up his drive through time! Hi.I went to burger king in union turnpike and the bathroom was filthy and unkept the workers and the customers share the same bathrooms and it is disgusting. Why does burgerking keep the bathrooms dirty how is that sanitary for the customers what will be done about this I'm very disappointed . ThankYou

I have a coupon that was for a steakhouse bogo they told me that they dont make them anymore. which is correct but when i asked what they do about it i was simply told to throw it away,and that they do not substitute anything. I had been fasting for religious reasons and was super hungry and on my way to work ne ways the food when i got to work was burned yay and i could not laeve....thx for not making it my way you all should change your logo thx not very happy!!!!!!!!!!

The Burger King in Jonesboro, LA is a waste of space in this town. I have stopped eating there completely. Every single car that comes into the drive thru, is asked to back up from the second window and then to pull up, to reset the clock. I now sit at Sonic or McDonalds ACROSS THE STREET, and watch the poor fools who still eat there. The Whopper is or was the best burger, but I can't bring myself to visit any of your locations. They're ridiculous, and it's only been the past 5 or so years.

I posted a letter on here about a week ago about how bad the Burger King on Hawthorne Avenue in Athens Georgia had gotten and it was not posted. So I am writing again we had terrible service it took us along time to get our food the employees was using very foul language alot of the F--- word. The manager was there and he was white talked like a gangster a real shady dude. The cashier was a guy and he could not count back my change. Lots of people came in and went to the counter to talk to people and not order food. The manger took some money from the register then went outside to the far side of the parking lot with some people, looked really shady. A lady came in and acted so strung out and stood at the counter eating her food out of the bag and food falling out of her mouth it was gross. Then some strange looking mexicans came in like they were scoping the place out to rob 1 went into the restroom and was still in there when we left. We didnt even finish our food we got out of there and want go back. Not only was it poor service but the place was not clean and all the employees looked like thugs with there pants pulled down even the managers pants were hanging down. This Burger King needs to be cleaned out and all new management and employees brought in.

Many of your restaurants are dirty, you walk in and people are screaming and arguing over an order. This is very poor representation of a unit. Here in Denver Colorad you've hired many Mexican Nationalist and made them Managers and all they want to hire is their own kind. They people us profanity in Spanish with no shame. I appalled at the fact that I have to hear this because I chose this establishment I had to absorb the profanity, and vulgarity with my meal, so instead of enjoying it in the dining area I left. How many of these people are here legally. Your restaurants need a deep cleaning. The worse restaurant is the location of 18th and Federal Blvd, in Dever Colorado. You folks are going down hill fast. I would fire those in charge, and start over with new personnel. Also clean the parking lots. More diversivied work force will be a key element in the Recovery phase of Burger King.

I work at the burger king in Campbell Ohio (5535). As a store we are being verbally and sexually harassed by are district manager Scott. He has spoken to employees and managers about his strange religious believes not believing in god getting married to a teenager while being handcuffed in the dark he's at least 45. Talking about employees breasts telling other employees to lose weight and discriminating against strong women if you have a difference of option as a woman he acts like he has to be correct because man said it is ( no wonder he married a teenager) we feel like there is no one to turn to we all need to keep are jobs and this company is notorious for finding ways to fire people who speak up about issues... Just saw this forum and thought maybe this could help shed light on are problem!!

I WAS THE BURGER KING ON RISING SUN and vankirk street when i walked in the were about to female in the front the toke for ever to take me order then there a young girl with a bow in her hair at drive through yelling and using the F WORD ALOT at i sat there and waiting to see if i seen the manuager was coming cause ive been waiting then a bold older men cause up talking about football with other worker all using bad words it was like a playground in the place of food i sat and ate and watched as the worker through fry's at each other this was the first and last time I EVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING SMH WOW YOU GUYS AS BOSS SHOULD WATCH AND LISTEN TO YOU VE DIO OF WHAT GOES ON NEVER AGAIN AND MY WHOPPER BUN WAS REALLY BAD THANKS HAVE A NICE DAY
