Burger King # 1440, 575 North Avenue , Battle Creek, MI 49017 is selling spitted burger sometime, beware of them. How i know they spit on my burger? ok here is how, i have been eating many Ham Burger at many stores before and Fish Sandwich never gross out with Mayonnaise before,but last week i order the BK fish sandwich and the color of mayonnaise is dark red yellow mixed color, and it smell like my breath (before i brush my teeth at morning) <-- lol i already brush my teeth anyway. that store is no respect to customer and always make fun out of customer and they think there-self they are smart enough to fool around people.sometime they even mixed a drink with their pee too.

On today’s date at 1:11 pm, I placed an order at the Eaton drive thru window. Why did I choose this restaurant and go through the drive thru? They serve “fast” food, and my children were hungry. I didn’t want to get out of my car. It was cold and snowing. I paid my bill in full in a prompt fashion. The items I purchased were 2 whopper jrs with cheese, 7 whopper jrs without cheese, 2 hamburgers, and 3 medium fries. My total was $22.71. I was order #48. The girl at the window told me that I needed to pull forward. That was not a problem. It became a problem when I noticed at least 5 cars behind me pulled out with their orders. I noted on my clock that the time was 1:26 pm. That is a 15 minute lapse!!! Due to the cold, my car had been idling that entire time. Since gas prices are so high, I was beginning to realize that my true bill was going to be that of an expensive restaurant if this situation went on much longer. Who knows? The staff may have just lost my order entirely. I went inside and told the clerk that I’d been outside for at least 8 minutes. Since I did not have my ticket yet, I was trying to make sure that I didn’t exaggerate the time elapsed. She tersely informed me, “We also have 14 chicken sandwiches!” Okay…and how is that supposed to be my problem? I had to wait another 3-5 minutes. I received no apology whatsoever. And, hey, she didn’t have to run out into the cold after all, now did she? My thoughts: If an order cannot be filled through the drive thru at a fast food restaurant in a timely manner, someone needs to walk his/her little legs out to the waiting car, explain the situation, and apologize. I should not have had to walk inside to check on my delayed order. No one should have to put up with someone treating her like trash because you cannot fulfill your duties in a timely manner. I was polite until she talked to me in such a rude manner. After that, I just stared instead of making a reciprocal retort. Because of her attitude, I now wish that I had demanded my monies returned. I do not need to eat at this establishment. I refuse to pay for the “honor” of being treated like your clerk treated me.

I recently went the #37 burger king in hollywood,fl and was threatened to have the police called on me. Across the street is an Arby's and i ordered a burger from over there and went across over to burger king to simply order another product that i personally like more than of Arby's.Almost immediately after i entered with my Arby's bag the store manager was being rude saying i can not have that in here. I told her i am ordering somthing from burger king so i have the right to sit and eat my food. She kept saying things like " Don't test me" and making a scene in front of the other customers while i was sitting with my bag. She then said she was going to call the cops and then i decided this is highly unnecessary and i left. I feel that she should have approached me in a respectful and professional manner unlike the way she did.

Beware of the Burger King in Fairfield ohio on pleasent road, I ordered a mushroom swiss hamburger when I went to eat it , it was black and hard , the cheese was dry and gross, I took one bite and spit it out because it tasted spoiled . I went up to the counter and ask for my money back and it took three people to finally get a manager to talk to me, she came around the corner and looked like she was going to smack my face, she was very rude and told me the burger was suppose to taste like that, I told her it tasted spoiled and wanted my money back, she told me she could give me another burger but not my money back, I felt sick after tasting the burger and did not want to eat anything else , she gave me a rude look and said that was all she could do for me. I threw my burger away and left. The store was also gross , the floors were sticky the drink fountain was dirty and pop spilled everywhere , tables were dirty and the bathrooms smelled like pee. I will never step foot in that place again and have told many family members and friends to not go there either. What a waste of my time and money. They were not busy either employees were standing around doing nothing including the manger that was rude to me. Never again.

I would like to give this restaurant a negative star.. The BK on US1 in Lexington SC is a clean place some of the employees are nice, my problem with the restaurant is that the cooks that make your hamburgers and other food DO NOT WEAR GLOVES... They touch everything that goes on your food and then some.. When I asked about it the lady up front proceeded to tell me that they are not required to wear gloves that they are to wash their hands every 30 min. Really. that is stupid even when you wash your hands you are still getting germs on your hands and touching food.. I was so disgusted I left the food and I will not be going back.... I have been in the food service for over 20 yrs and we are required to wear gloves when we are prepping food so why aren't they???

I am writing because of the exceptional service I recieved from the person working the counter. His name was Rudy. His greeting and how he handled my order really stood out. Even though the place was busy, I felt as though I was the only customer in the restaurant. Rudy is the reason that I would return to this particular location! Well done Rudy!! store # 13070

I don't even want to give 1 star. There should be an option for zero stars because that is what the Burger King in North Versailles P. A. should have received. A few times in the morning when my best friend and I get off work we would venture to Burger King to get breakfast. Each time the woman working the counter was rude. She would talk to us like she doesn't like her job. Would constantly ask is there anything else yet, what else do you want, are you done with you order. She would ask every time we ordered something. My friend would tell her when I am done I will let you know. She would suck her teeth at us and just be downright rude. "Well if you don't like your job then get another one". Is what my friend would say to her? My friend would also tell her to lose the attitude. When he would say something she would then change her attitude. Well tonight "Feb 28 2012" I stopped to get dinner for the whole family. I spent over $20.00 for the chicken sandwich special. I ordered my food the way I wanted it done. When I received it and drove home which is 20 minutes away. I discovered that all my food was wrong with the exception of the kids meal. I called up to the store and asked for corporate number. I was lied to and told that the district manager was corporate and owned all the Burger Kings in the area. Well hate to bust this guys bubble but my son worked for burger king not too long ago and I know the truth about burger king. I also know that every franchise has some sort of corporate organization. How dumb do men take women for. This manger or GM told my husband that he has been doing this for 25 years and never heard a customer as mad as I was. Well all I have to say to him is poor man for being stuck at a dead end job for so long. I would hate to be in his field for 25 years and not have room to grow or move up in the company. But any way. I am so tired of men telling women lies and thinking that there won't be smart women with my background education. I am a very well educated female with a lot of degrees behind me. So please think twice before you say or tell a lie, you never know what the other person already knows. This poor man stuck at an unhappy job thinks that he can speak to anyone any way he wants to. Don't think so.

Burger king was my most favorite place to eat! But not anymore.the past 3times I have been there they were rude and did not get my order right! The last time I went there was 2/25/12my order was wrong I told the young man he rolled his eyes and we waited on our food for 30 minutes the we finally got it thrown in the car at us !!!!!!! I opened the bag mo ketchup no napkins and our burgers was just meat and bread ! We didn't want tp go through the hassle of telling the man it was wrong again so we just left

Your burgers have lost thier quality since you don't flame broil on site! Who wants a burger warmed up in greasy water that has been cooked elsewhere, not me!!!!! If that is what I wanted I would go to Wendy's but I don't eat water burgers there either!!! I know, I will flame broil mine on my own pit. Goodbye Burger King. Unfortunately there was not a 0 star rating!!!! i stopped on Sun 2/26/12 at 10:45 pm at BK at 2450 Hempstead Tnpk. East Meadow,N.Y. off Newbridge road ( for those who know the area) They advertise buy 1 chick sand get one free. In the past week I have ordered this way: 1 #9 chick combo + 1 free chick sand. I ordered it not only at this store but at the Wantagh Ave. Wantagh store and both time without an issue. Tonight though it seems there was a young man on the drive-thru who decided he did not want to do this. I asked why just 2 days ago i ordered it from this same store about the same time with no problem? his reply was well that is the way it is. he pretty much dismissed me. I am 58 i own my own company how dare some young little snot nose dismiss me. I told him to see me at the window. it was empty when i got there. i sat and waited for him at the window when he finally opened it. What a rude little snot nose. He said what do you want. I said your name, the managers name, the phone number and the store number. He just smirked at me and needless to say i got none of the info i wanted. i asked again why i got this before and can't now? With his rude barely english attitude he said oh well i don't know. I told him well i guess i will just go across the street to McDonalds he actually snickered at me and laughed and said go ahead. I must tell you if I could have reached that little S..T i would have taught him how to treat people. I have preferred BK over all the others since they have been around. I promise i will never ever eat there or any other BK again. How long will we the consumer continue to be treated like this and still spend out precsious dollars. read all the press. walmarts abuse. foodstore chains and so on. They are huge multi billion dollar company's we are just someone to dump our money on them and be treated badly as we do. i suggest a boycott of even 1 of those. it would shake the others to the bone. how bout we start a boycott of BK spread the word. they deserve to be taken down many notches.

I STOPPED AT A BURKER BING WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN IN CHOCOWINITY NORTH CAROLINA .THIS EVENING..THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER,SO I ASKED FOR A MANAGER A MAN CALLED ANTHONY,COMES AROUND THE CORNER AND SAYS WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM,RUDLY,I ASKED IF HE WAS THE MANAGER AND ASKED HIS NAMEHE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS ANTHONY.HE SAID SO WHAT IS IT YOU WANT.I TOLD HIM WNAT I ORDERED,HE TOLD ME TO JUST RELAX LADY THE CASHIER WILL GET YOU WHAT U WANT.VERY RUDE MANAGER I CANT IMAGINE YOU HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THAT AS A MANAGER.I RUN A STORE I AM NOT A STUPID PERSON I CANT IMAGINE,YOU HAVE SOMEONE AS A MANAGER THAT IS RUDE,NOT AN I AM SORRY NOT ANYTHING.JUST WALKED AWAY.I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING AGAIN.YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE SHOULD CHECK THIS THING CALLED A PERSON OUT.AND HIRE A MANAGER THAT CARES FOR WHAT HE DOES..THAT WAS TERRIBLE.

My husband stopped in at Burger King #06480 last night, Thursday, Febryary 23, 2012 and placed an order for a bacon whopper, two regular burgers and an order of fries. He asked for extra pickles on my two burgers and was told that they were out of pickles and that the order would not have pickles on them. My husband in a calm way asked how can you have a whopper without pickles? She came back and said well do you want to cancel your order rather rudely? He stated no. When he got to the window he asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was. When he got home with the food whis is about 3 minutes away from that fast food location, the fries were cold, and the whopper had a hair in it. Where has the customer service gone now adays the servers and even the managers are rude. That was uncalled for expecially from a manager. Never will we eat at another BURGER KING AGAIN!!!!! I often eat at Burger King and enjoy/appreciate their menu, cleanliness, efficient service, reasonable prices. HOWEVER, this week the clerk placed my new, empty beverage cup upside down on the counter! I did not wish to make a scene but knew I could not drink out of it! I simply asked for another cup that was not exposed to that counter! She complied. No biggie, but never should have happened in the first place! I feel strongly enough about this incident that employees should be reminded/taught not to put cups upside down on that counter that is exposed to hands, germs, $, etc. ALSO, I often use the drive thru and realize too late: NO straw or napkins. I feel these should be included with any order that includes a beverage! Thank you! I plan to continue to purchase food at Burger King, despite the above complaints!

im currently working a burgerking, and ive been sexually harrased by my R.M and bullied by another manager its horrible! i no longer feel safe at work burgerking is so corrupt, everyones sleeping with everyone, everyone is tryna get everyone fired etc etc sort it out!

i was put through a living nightmare when i workd at burger king.i was assaulted by the G.M.she grabbed me by my jaw and would not let me go while she had me by my jaw she called me stupid,retarted all this happen to me infront of coworkers,customers i was humiliated,violated,dramatized,treated like dirt caused emotional stress and no one at burger king cared they did not believe me i did not lie to them i told the truth but they did not care.i did not even call me to see if i was ok or not.i liked my job until all this happen to me i did not feel safe after all this happen.nobody at burger king cared about what happen to me and did not care what i was put through.i pray that nobody else ever has to go through what i did.nobody on this earth deserves to be treated like i was or done like i was.burger king does not care about about their employees at all. all this took place at the burger king at 1812 Sam Rittenburg Blvd Location in Charleston SC. I went to Burger King in Brandon Ms at 9 pm at night. There was one car in front of me in the drive thru lane that was pulled over waiting for an order. They took my order, then my money and told me to pull over...there were no other customers. I did as asked and waited approximately 10 minutes before my food arrived. When I got home I discovered that my order was WRONG!!!! I tried in excess of 15 minutes to call the store but the phone would ring and ring and ring then someone would pick it up and hang up. This happened 10 times before I looked up this website. The Burger King is close to my home and I have had more than one less than great experience at this store but it will not happen again. I have eaten my LAST Burger King meal for a VERY long time. If you can't find workers and managers to run it any better than these people do then perhaps you should shut it down so we could have a place to eat that is close by and cares if their customers return or not.
