i just went to store # 6695 burger king in orlando fl, and i had placed my order via drive threw. I had already paid for the order. i just sat in my truck looking in the window at 5 employees standing around the front area behind the counter while the manager sat at the end doing work. the drive thru window stayed closed and still while to get someones attention nobody came to me to inform me why there was a hold up. i orderes my food at 3:48 per the bagging ticket. at 3:55 i got the order but never did any of the burger kig crew came to tell me any reasons. once i received the order i immediately asked for the manager and i had to repeat it cuz the person looked at me weird. so the manager came to the winder and said how can i help you. i asked if she was the manager. she provided her name. i ezxplained and complained of the wait time. all the manager could say was that they were in transition of shifts. i told her i had worked before in fast foods and not to give me that bull. i tild her someone anyone could have told me politely that they had to wait on the food for whatever reason, but that didnt happen and nor did they ask me to drive up and park so when orde is up they could bring it to me for not to hold up the rest of the cars in drive thru now waiting. she apologized and i told the service sucks and was unprofessional. i also told her she and the crew needed to work on customer service. i explained drive thru is ment to have the orders pushed out in a timely manner and not to hold up the customers while they (crew) messed around. i left upset knowing that i had to waited 7 minutes..

I made the mistake of going to TWO different BK's here in the Naples Area. One at 6565 Dudley Drive, Naples, FL 34105. The other at 1011 Airport Pulling Rd., Naples, FL 34104. At BK #1, I ordered a sausage burrito at the drive through. When I got to the window to pay, I was 'greeted' by a completely indifferent person, who really wanted to be anywhere else than serving customers. Having been inside this BK, I know from experience that this attitude come from Management. I have been ignored and even had people BEHIND me in line served before me. This has happened to a few others that I have seen, so it's endemic to BK apparently. Today, the LAST time I will go to this or any BK, it took SIX minutes from the time I paid to the time I received my burrito. SIX MINUTES!!! When I got it home it was cold, and not wrapped properly. I unrolled the paper and the burrito flopped all over my desk. I thought about calling the store, but knowing the management there, they would blame ME, rather than apologize for the crappy service. I ate the burrito with a knife and fork, happy that I didn't try eating this on the road. I live exactly one mile from this BK, by the way, so that is not why it was cold. It was never heated properly. NOR was it seasoned. It tasted like cardboard. THEN, this afternoon, I stopped at BK #2 in my desire for putrid service. This BK (#7162 on the receipt) employs idiots. I ordered a Big Fish with ONLY tartar sauce and cheese. That is what my receipt reads. ONLY TARTAR SAUCE and CHEESE. I got a Big Fish with LETTUCE and Cheese ONLY. DO NOT GO TO BK!!! There is a reason they have dropped to #3 in sales. Their service SUCKS!!!!! I find it interesting that the words we write here do NOT go to BK corporate. Nor can you email BK Corporate. I wonder what they are afraid of? I look forward to the day when BK goes the way of Burger Chef. "Burger Chef?" you may ask, "what's that?" Exactly.

I have worked at burger king for a while now this store is so messed up they want it to seem like your a bug happy family and they want you to trust your rgm but you can't trust no one we have two managers who talk so much sh*t about everyone there and they make it seem like its some one else so they get everyone fighting in this store no wonder there boss wanted to fire them but no they want to send them to another store so what they can start sh*t at another store good job burger king you guys talk about wanting to get familiesvback in the stores but how is that when you guys have managers taking money sh*t I don't even want my family to cone in and even come see me anymore because burger king is a joke they don't care about there crew or there managers because if they did they wouldn't work you like dogs. They need to get it together they don't know what's going on in there stores because if they cared they would be in there stores over seeing what's going on and not out stealingother fast food chains ideas make your own its not hard to make a new sandwich. And maybe if they didn't spend 50,000 $ on a freestyle pop station they could pay there staff better then wat they do now so people haven't had raises in 6 or more years ...... I bet other fast food chains care about there people that work for them......

I visited store #4267 Kissimmee location near Old Town this morning on my way to work. Although this was not my first poor visit this visit sent me over the top. I Pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:20am greeted on the speaker by an employee named Michelle (this could possibly be the wrong name, her name isn't printed on the receipt and was given to me by another VERY rude employee that goes by the same of Sue) who sounded as if she just rolled out of bed and it was an inconvenience to be at work. I understand you get what you pay for and although these employees are more than likely getting paid minimum wage customer service is key. I work in retail and at a local dinner show I come in contact with MANY different types of guest, some pleasant some not so pleasant but my motto is "kill them with kindness". I ordered a french toast stick meal with a mocha frapp very simple,( ha I guess I was giving them too much credit). Michelle had walked to the window to collect my payment (again with an attitude) closed the window and about 4 minutes later she brought my food. Meanwhile Sue was making my frappe which by the way TOOK FOREVER!!. Sue came to the window with a cup filled and whipped cream just about running down the sides of the cup and says to me "um Im sorry we have no lids" so by this time Im LATE to work and already ANNOYED so my response was "well sorry I suggest you find another cup because my car is brand new Im not bringing that mess in here". She turns around and says "Sh*t I cant find a da*mn lid", I suggested she may want to just put it inside another cup and her response was "Well you don't have to have an attitude", I responded with "I wouldn't have an attitude if every time I came here there wasn't an issue I have been sitting in drive-thru for about 12minutes and you people are walking around like its a day in the park." About 2 minutes later when the light bulb finally went off she decided to transfer the frappe from one cup to another which was also a mess but hey at least it had a lid. The level of customer service at this location is very poor and until it is resolved I will write as many complaints and e-mails, if the employees are THAT unhappy at work to where they can't even simply SMILE or say "good morning" then the customer service industry isn't for them.

I was traveling thru Shreveport, Louisiana on 04/15/2012 and stopped at store 4076. Never in my 43 years of going to BK have I seen a more disgusting restaurant in my life. The window to the restaurant looked like they have never been cleaned. The serving tray that was used to serve my food looked as if it was dipped in the oil used to cook my fries. The employees uniforms were nasty and appeared to have never been washed. The lobby looked like it has never been cleaned and the bathroom smelled like a sewer pit. When I left the restaurant I felt I needed a bath and possibly a shot to fight unknown infections. BK has recently fallen behind Wendy's as the number three burger joint in America now I know why.

I went to Burger King in Alcoa TN. store# 9977;2nd.shift; I went in to get food & the employees were standing around, the restaurant needed cleaning ,I continued on to the rest room it was a mess. SOooo, I decided to leave, I did not feel I should eat,cause the kitchen could had been dirty too. Then a few days later I returned, it was morning I guess 1st.shift cause there were different employees, this one young lady I bothered to get her name Julie. She was really cleaning And taking orders while the others stood around.At least there is someone who cares for their job Burger King Should be proud of that one! Well I felt better in a clean atomsphere and friendly service I ate there and when I return I hope she is there that was a wise hire CONGRATLATIONS! 4/11/12

I HAVE VISITED THE BURNSIDE BURGER KING IN GANADO, AZ I HAD ORDERED A VALUE MEAL I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER. ALONG WITH THAT THE MANANGER AND A YOUNG LADY WERE BOTH FLIRTING WITH EACH OTHER AS EMPLOYEES AND I FIGURED THAT THERE IS EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIPS GOING ON IN THIS BUSINESS. I FELT DISGUSTED AND AS AN EMPLOYEE OF A DIFFERENT ENTITY WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE COMPANY RELATIONSHIP BECAUSE THAT IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST SO I THINK THIS BURGER KING NEEDS TO RELEASE AN EMPLOYEE OR BOTH SO THAT THE COMPANY CAN BE MAINTAINED BETTER. I CALLED THEIR BURGER KING NUMBER BEHIND THE RECEIPT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT THEY GAVE ME A LOCAL NUMBER TO CALL AND I BELIEVE THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED ANYTHING. I went to Burger King yesterday at 2445 North Lebanon St. Lebanon, IN. 46052-2260. restaurant#7944 with my son, and was very disapointed with the service. My order was taken, there was only 2 people in the store in front of me, and they were together. The guy was there with his mom and had ordered a carmel frapichino which they were out of i'm not sure if this was the problem, but it took me over 20 min. to recieve my food. A whopper meal, and a kids nugget meal. The managers name was Melody and it looked like she had no idea how to run a store. She was going back and forth between the drive-throu and the front counter. There was another guy working the front counter who had disapered for a few minuts. Then he came back up and kinda walked around like he wasn't sure what he was doing. There was one guy running gril, another girl and guy in drive-thru. While there was three people in drive-thru there drive times were still up to 5 and a half min. Another guy i saw went out to the bathroom then came back in and did nothing he had facial hair, not just a mustache witch is allowed, but a beard as well. Then there was guy doing dishes. So, thats 7 people working and I still had to wait 20 min. for food. There were no comment cards to be seen or I would have filled one out. Then last night I was woken up out of a dead sleep at 2am in horrible pain. I then sweating, dizziness, then vomiting, and diaharia. I know the Burger King food was the cause of this. I am 16 weeks pregnant, and did not appreciate this in the least. This was the worst service I have ever recieved not just a Burger King but at any resterunt ever.

Your store in Indianapolis, In wasn't able to serve soft drinks today due to the new soft drink system that was installed, no one that worked in the store new how to use it. The Drive thru was all backed up, people standing in the lobby. My food in car getting cold, the lady refused to refund my breakfast money. I left my soda pop cups on the counter with ice. We should of went to McDonalds. I should of known better as this store is either forgetting to put all of your order in the bag, giving you the wrong food, running out of breakfast food, and now no soft drinks. This is store BK09681 in Indianapolis, IN my receipt number was 276. Good luck to this store, I don't plan on going back there.

I WENT TO BURGER KING STORE 3902 SAN DIEGO ON 6 JUNE 2012 AT APPROX. 1250 PM MY ORDER WAS TAKEN AT 1255PM I ORDERED TO WHOPPERS TO GO. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER TILL 123 PM THEY WERE SLOW BUT WHAT MADE IT WORSE WAS THEY KEPT TAKING ORDERS THEY HAD LOTS OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR ORDERS. BUT DID NOT TRY TO FILL THOSE ORDERS FIRST BEFORE TAKING MORE ORDERS THERE WAS LOTS OF CONFUSION AND LOTS OF MAD PEOPLE WHO WERE STILL WAITING FOR THERE ORDERS WHEN I LEFT THE STORE.

I went to burger king last night and I was very disapointed. I waited on line for about a half an hour and the people that were waiting there were still waiting when i left. the person i was waiting with was waiting because they made her chicken nuggets and before giving them to her they fell on the floor and the worker just picked up the box and gave it to her anyway. she refused as i would have to to take them and she was waiting for them to make more. the guy next to her was waiting for a regular cheese burger and they forgot to make it. everytime i go there i always wait at least 10 or more minuets and that is totally not exceptable. At first i gave them the benefit of doubt that they might have hired new people and they were learning but this has been going on for about two months. although i enjoy your product i am very bothered by what is going on in this store and something needs to change. this is store #308

Every Burger King I visit in my area, every employee is Latino. That is discriminatory you cannot even get an interview unless you are Mexican. The regular one I visit, I have young people I know that they are NOT hired if they do not speak Spanish. In an area that 80% of the people speak English, that is again discriminatory. It is just as discriminatory to hire 100% latino as it is to hire 100% white, black or asian.

I went to the burger king in Sherman tx. I ordered the double stacker with bacon. The meal was about eight dollars. When she gave it to me I sat down and noticed no bacon. When I pulled the bun back there it was about an inch long piece of bacon. I went to have there blunder corrected only to be told that was how there told to make it. I said it looks nothing like the pic she said none of them do. So I contacted customer relations there response was sorry we will look into it. What I got from it was oh well we can wait till he forgets about it and go on. I think there motto really is we will do it our way.

I went to burger king in Vicksburg and it was nice I was in the drive thru and the cashier name Kanicque Banks had good service and had my food out on time. She was so friendly and smile and thanks me and my wife for coming there. That'a good service she need to train the other there like her. When I come back in town that will be the first place I stop.

I went to store number 8003 in Appleton, WI. First off, I stopped going there because the people who work there are SO rude. I sat in line during lunch listening to what appeared to be the manager make fun of a mentally disabled person to another worker. Not too mention every single time I go there, my order is NEVER right, NEVER not one time has it been right. And I get 5 hour old fries. The reason I say manager is they were in the shirts the managers usually wear. I was so disgusted that I left my place in line and left across the street to the McDonald's. After not going there for over 3 months we were leaving to go out of town my kids wanted Burger King I did not want it but since the line at McDonald's was so long and there only 2 in line at BK I decided to go there. HUGE mistake. ONCE again, our order was ENTIRELY wrong. The hashbrown's were so full of oil that we literally could squeeze it out into a puddle onto the napkins and they tasted like rubber. We all ordered only egg and cheese croissants(cause we do not eat pork..religious believes) and all our croissants had, you guessed it, SAUSAGE egg and cheese and last time I checked sausage was PORK. Our french toast sticks were so stale and old they literally bent down to form a horseshoe shape. It was absolutely ridiculous. Already on the highway I called them and spoke to a manager named Crystal. Now apparently common sense is not a requirement to be a MANAGER. She said she was going to refund my money because I was not going to turn around and head back once I was on the highway heading to my destination for vacation. So instead of refunding my money via CHECK, she sent actual cash money through the mail. Really? My 8 year old knows to not send cash through the mail. And yep, you guessed it I never did receive my refund, of course why would I someone seen cash in an envelope and took it. Hellllooo! So I am contacting head quarters for my refund. I am also lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, reason being this is a constant on going issue with BK not getting orders right and nasty hour old food that I dont' think a rat in an alley way would consume. If BK wants to make it in this economy the first thing they need to change is they need to do a MAJOR OVERHAUL where their customer service is. It don't matter what state I go too the workers are rude and the food sucks. They must place and ad for workers stating: If you have no customer service skills, and you are complete rude and ignorant, BURGER KING wants you. BK needs to make HUGE changes. Get off your corporate butts and open your eyes and realize if you dont' do something to change this you aren't going to have those BIG paychecks coming in anymore. Think about that.

I went to Burger King in Weslaco, Texas with my colleagues for lunch. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their Whopper. Although I used to be a very loyal customer eating regularly at Burger King, I couldn't believe how bad the quality of the hamburgers has gotten. It seems like the cook just microwaved the slim patty before placing it on the bun. It looks like the flame broil is so fake and tasteless. No wonder why food chains like Wendy's beat Burger king by taking its 2nd place. The managment from Burger King need to do some major soul searching to turn the ship around. I do have to give them credit for improving the taste of French fries. It does taste better than the old recipe. The whopper on the other hand doesn't even come close to a decent hamburger. They need to take some lessons from What-a-burger or Carl's Jr.

On February 19th 2012 i went through a drive thru for breakfast in Kissimmee Florida. I got in line at 9:41am. I know this because I was on my way to work and had glanced at the clock to confirm I had enough time for breakfast. As soon as i arrived the guest infron of me pulled uop from the ordering location. I pulled up behind them and proceeded to wait for 11 minutes until my order was taken. I would have left but another car had pulled up behind me and i was blocked in. When my order was finally taken, I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, but no. I proceeded to wait another 14 minutes before I recieved my food. 25 minutes total in a drive thru line with only to cars before me, unbelievable. Once I paid and recieved my food from a very rude young lady, who told me "its not my fault we short handed", I asked for the manager. He's not here, she said. Then i asked for the General Manager, she left the window and had written a phone number for the person.. I have since called the number numerous times and have never recieved a reply. I called the store and the line goes to a squeal of a fax. On top of this I was incorrectly charged for my 2 breakfast sandwiches that were on special for 2 for $3 promotion. I was charged full price. Horrible customer service clearly trickled down from the top since the management has refused to reply to my emails or phone calls. NEVER GO TO BK on 192 in Kissimmee, Florida. They are in the tourist area in the 7700 block of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Parkway, Kissimme, Fl 34747.

I wish this thing had a rating worse than poor because even poor is to good a rating!!! I'm talking about the Pulaski TN store! The store never has the right amount of products orderd like straws or napkins and food products.The general manager "Marcy" at the store is incompetent and not only rude to the customers but very rude to her employees. She yalls at them and treats them like they are some sort of idiots. i called her boss and made a formal complaint to him and she lied to him and he blew every thing off telling me and others he has full confidence in her. Several of the female employees do not wear hair nets or wear their hair in a way to stay away from the food. On several occasions i have found hair in my food and complained and nothing has been done to solve that problem. She was rude when i told about the hair, snatched the food from me threw it in the trash and gave another with no appology just handed it to me saing "here!" turned and walked away! That store is horrible! And something needs to be done about it!!

I went to the burger king in Shreveport Louisiana store number 8537 and for the first time in my life I had a microwaved hamburger that was terrible and I did not discover this until I tasted it and then witnessed them microwaving the burgers after they made them and then wrapped them up! As well the workers did not have gloves on and were talking on cell phones, eating and listening to iPods this is a bad experience!
