I recently went to store number 9778 In Wisconsin, a week ago, from the outside there was dirty windows, a gloomy look, so I went inside and order a few items from there new menu, there was food on the floor and tables were dirty behind the counter there was 6 people working and not one of them was told to clean the lobby. the Manager was no where to be seen, and the person taking the orders had a dirty shirt, and was socializing with people instead of taking orders. so I waited for five minutes finally had to say hey can I get some service, before he seemed to notice me, okay now I was getting annoyed, so I ordered and taking my cup I journeyed to the soda station, the floor was sticky, so were the buttons, napkins were on the floor, again as I said before 6 people and not one cared about the lobby, I got my drink and waiting eagerly for the food, the new thick cut fries with some other new choices, I began to eat, the fries tasted horrible like they were frozen wal-mart grade, no salt, or any seasoning, the food was tastless, chicken wrap was very dry, no flavor except the tortilla, after wards, the bathrooms were not clean, mirrors dirty and soap on floor, and sink, overall DO NOT EAT AT This burger king ever!!! 1285 Madison Avenue Fort Atkinson, WI 53538-1049 (920) 563-9455

On Monday April 30, 2012 @ 7:33pm my family and I went thru the drive up window at store #6117 After the rude cashier took our money who was too busy chatting it up with her co workers about personal matters, She asked me to drive out and park and wait for our food. Please note that we were the only car in the drive thru window at the time. I explained to her that last week when we were here and I was asked to do the same thing, I was pulled over. He advised me that turning out of the parking lot here at this Burger King and parking in front is an illegal turn and I would be cited next time. Obviously this is a major LIABILITY for your company. I would recommend your District Manager address this major problem before it causes a major accident. After letting the cashier know that I will wait for my order, She slammed the window. A few minutes later, She literally shoved the food out of the window very rudely. Once we got home, We had found that Every Burger which was ordered without mustard and pickles had so much on it including pickles that we threw them away. I own a Social Website Company and If any of my employee's EVER treated a client like this, I would terminate them on the spot. In the financial times that our country is facing WE can't lose loyal customers. I have been a BK customer for years but if this isn't resolved I WILL NEVER GO BACK. That cashier should be terminated for her unproffesionalism and purposely sending out our burgers with the most mustard I have ever seen on a burger. This was done in pure retaliation pure and simple. I will wait for your response.

Hate the fact that you can not give 0 ZERO STARS. when you get CRAPPY service and food their website does not work. I am done with BK, even my dog hates the cold fries hard chicken nuggets and the whopper that was cold. Store number 01169 in Virginia beach VA. They suck!

Went to Burgerking at Alicante Airport the other day to get some food before we took our flight to Ireland. We are frequent fliers to Alicante and frequent customers to this Burgerking. Without doubt, the standard of service and the food quality has gone to an all time low. We waited in a queue for twenty minutes to order our food and when it was our turn the manager closed the till and we had to go to the back of another long queue. And yes, you would not believe it, when we were just one customer away from getting served he closed that till and moved us on to the next one. At this point we were very hungry and in danger of missing our flight. We complained and nobody wanted to know. Burgerking Alicante Airport A NON-RUNNER. The sad thing is that when it opened it was great. The manager has no control of his staff and knows little about customer care or service. Wont be using it again unless we have 2 hours to spare. Not Likely!!!!!!!!

Burgerking south monroe tallahassee Florida should be shut down. Employees there are rude threw the drive threw aim scared they might spit in my food. They talk back to customers an tell us what we gonna get with our money if they run out of something. When they don't want to make something they say the machine broke

On 4/25/12 I was traveling to Duluth MN and at about 2PM decided to stop for lunch at a Burger King restaurant in North Branch MN. The dining and counter areas appeared to be quite clean. My food order was processed quickly and the food was fine. After finishing the meal, I ventured into the Mens Room. What a shock! The two sinks were dirty and grimy and obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned for weeks, if not months. Obviously those responsible for cleaning the sinks had never heard of Soft Scrub! I went into the toilet cubicle, but one look at the toilet and I decided I'd better wait for a different venue. The toilet bowl was flecked with a plethora of dried feces and the toilet seat showed remnants of dried urine everywhere. I did go ahead and washed my hands, but as I turned to dry them at the drying machine located on the wall, I discovered that the machine was inoperative because someone had removed the control that turned the machine on. There were no paper towels available, so I went back into the dining area and dried my hands with napkins. I then went to the counter and asked to speak with the manager. The were two teenage girls working behind the counter. When I asked about the manager, they said there was no manager currently on duty. I then asked if one of them could check the mens room with me? One of the them volunteered and we entered the mens room. I pointed to the sinks and then to the toilet and asked her if this is the state of cleanliness of the bathroom(s)at her home? She didn't reply. I also pointed to the operative electric hand dryer and to the fact that there were no paper towels available. I pointed out to her that this bathroom says a lot to the dining guests about the attitude and state of cleanliness of the restaurant's owner, managers and employees. I suggested she take another look around at this bathroom and think about the impression that it leaves with a dining guest. I told her that, frankly, this would be an embarrassment to any self-respecting truck stop. We exited the bathroom and she mumbled something about "...taking care of it...". I just headed for the door.

Burger King will no longer be getting my service. An american employee was fired because he could not understand what his hispanic trainer was saying to him. The employee asked the manager nicely if she could have someone , with better english skills, help him to know what he was suppose to do, since he could not understand what was being said. The hispanic male was not happy with this so he said the american employee was a racist. Without even trying to work things out, among the employees, the manager fired the american. Now I am not a racist, but this is just wrong. If it had been the other way around, the hispanic complaining, the employee would not have been fired. According to the Burger King website, they have a code of ethics. It does not seem to me the manager was considering this code. I'm not sure if anyone will even read this since their website has not been updated since 2009.

I went to the Burger King in Louisville,Ky. 6909 Dixie Hwy. store#667 at a few mins. before 10pm. I pulled into the drive thru there were three cars in front of me it was taking along time for each of the cars to be waited on. When I finally got to the microphone to give my order I was asked by a female employee to hold on that she would be with me shortly. 15mins. went before the same employee said that they were having a problem with their computors and to hold on a little longer. 10mins. more went by and now there is five cars in the drive thru behind me and only one of the three cars before me had got their order and pulled away so that ment there was still two cars in front of me and waiting on their orders and I haven't even placed mine yet. Then the same female employee said that she couldn't wait on me because the computors weren't working.I told her she could have told me earlier about all of that. Judging on how slow the other cars in front of me were getting their orders I think that the workers probably didnt want to wait on any more customers, this store has never had good or even fair service record. So I pulled around to there doors and they were locked so I knocked on the doors and the same female employee came walking to the door very slowly and she had a very nasty attuide and asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted her name so that I could report her to someone at the store the next day or to their main office. She said that she wasn't giving me her name and then she showed me the middle finger and turned and walked away. This kind of training from the people who are in charge of Burger King Corporate Headquarters and all of their restaurants across the United States and that they don't understand why they are not and will never do as GREAT has McDoanlds or Wendys is because of their very very very poor and they don't care ATTUIDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If the Burger King Corporate Headquarters don't change this soon they won't have to worry about trying to be better then McDoanlds and Wendys because they will just keep going down hill and out business like Burger Chef. And that is why there is at least 5 to 7 McDoanlds and 4 to 6 Wendys and only 2 Burger Kings on this strech of road.

I just visted the BK in Irondale,AL. The worst service you could imagine. I will never go back. Half of my order,I never got but paid for. Enough is enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone really needs to look into the Burger King 7105 N.IH35 in austin tx soon!They treat their employees like trash.Nothing but family works there and when someone new comes the employees treat them like trash and talk very disrespectful.Burger King should be ashamed of them selfs for having employees/managers who are disrespectful and very unprofessional representing Burger King.

I just ate breakfast at the Knightstown, Indiana store (exit 115 off of I70). I was the person who hated this place so bad that I made a facebook page titled: I hate Knightstown Burger king. The place was in shambles, dirty coke machine was crap, signs falling down and the rudest bald manager I have ever seen. Today I love the place, It is a complete 180 degree turnaround.The management is so nice, the place is clean and there is a new coke machine. It is a pleasure to eat there again. Only 5 stars to get your attention! I haven't put a piece of Burger King Food in my mouth since I was a drunk collage student. My Kudos for BK's announcement that it will be using non caged chicken and pork by 2017. This is AMAZING if true. Now if you can only up the Ante and start a beef heard free of drugs and hormones and use them as well. You start by buying a few organic bovine and go from there. The birth rate of medicated and hormone laced cattle is below 50%. Yep, that is why you are paying $6 a pound for hamburger. I guess it sounded like a good deal when you saw that bull as big as a house.... Look, Give me a call pay me a decent salary and I'll put you right back at # 2 in no time.... Then we could look at that #1 spot. I have just attempted a visit to Burger King in Greenville, Alabama (Exit 130 off of I65). I arrived at the drive thru at 10:38pm...I watched the time on my phone very close as I was on my way to my 3rd shift job, which begins at 11:00pm. The car in front of me, which was the only other car besides myself, sat there at the window laughing and carrying on with employees as I sat there until 10:46 to place my order. I sat there waiting to place my order until 10:59 and never got so much as a "be right with you", "we are no longer serving", "see ya"....nothing....just me and the menu!....I honked my horn for 10 seconds at 10:55 thinking maybe they didnt see me there??????...But was ignored. I got to work (across the road from Burger King) 2 minutes late...STILL NO DINNER, to work my 8 hour shift...no delivery joints open at this time. I called the place of business, with witnesses at work 22...yes I said 22 times...no answer. I recalled at this time a visit that I had to this same Burger King at lunch about a month ago in which that phone rang very loud, and was answered immediately by a girl that worked there to talk to her boyfriend the ENTIRE time that I was dining which made me that much madder. So now...here I am at work. I havent had anything to eat since 7am this morning...which means I will have gone 24 hours by the time I leave work without a meal! Im hungry, and Im IRATE! I will NEVER go back to this Burger King.. any Burger King for that matter! When I told what had happened to me to my co workers, they started telling me thier Burger King "stories"...IM SPREADING THE WORD TO EVERY SOUL I SEE. I work in a VERY busy hotel here at this exit, and suggest meals to everyone who checks in here ( I usually work 2nd shifts 40 hours a week but was called in to cover a shift on this night...2nd shift as many folks know, is the time in which everyone is checking in and trying to find dinner)...this is an exit that "fast food" is all that can be purchased....Seeing as every item on thier menu has had a dramatic price increase and the "service" is well, SLACKING TO SAY THE VERY LEAST...I feel like Im doing my guests a FAVOR by turning them away from this business. In the time that I spent sitting in silence, if I had been told to "buzz off", I would have had time to go to the ONLY OTHER PLACE OPEN, Taco Bell, and got myself something to eat...maybe Burger King needs to provide thier employees with some Socialization skills training...they seem to only know how to communicate with thier guest/customers when its a boyfriend...boyfriends arent keeping the bills paid, Burger King!!!!

I live in Poinciana Florida and visit BK regularly throughout the Kissimmee and Orlando area. Everytime I go into store 12136 the employees are shooting the breeze instead of paying attention to the customers. Again this am I stopped placed an order for an Egg and Chs. Biscuit, and a medium hash rounds. The young lady at the drive thru window repeated the order to me, but once again I get on the road reach into the bag fora hash round to find I was given someone elses order for cinnamon rolls. I couldn't even eat them for they were doughy, and uncooked. this occurs at this store 3 out of five times. When I arrived at my destination I tried to call the store to talk to a manager only to have the phone not answered, and revert to a fax machine. I paid over 4 dollars for my order and received an order for $2.14 . Again I am out of precious funds because of the incompetance of the workforce today. Does anyone care anymore? God help us with the kids coming up in the world. If we don t get a handle on the customer service soon this world is really going o go to pot.

SERVICE AT STORE ON MC FADDEN AND LYON STREET IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA "FREAKIN SUCKS" THE WORST OF THE WORST. UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT DIRTY EMPLOYEES WITH ATTITUDE. BECAUSE OF PLACES LIKE THIS WITHOUT GOOD MANAGEMENT AND GOOD EMPLOYEES THE RESTAURANT GOES DOWN THE TOILET. I HOPE THEY NEVER GET A CUSTOMER IN A "BAD MOOD". Hi, I live in toledo ohio and love the Burger King that me and my family visit. I am probaly writing on the wrong forum but I don't have a complaint just a request. I have four children and we are vegetarians I always receive the coupons but they never have discounts on the veggie or vegetarian burger. If possible could you send some to me or tell me where I can find them. If you can imagine the meals become pretty pricey when you are buying for six. On 4/24/2012 I went to you'r store#2219 in Elyria Ohio,there was no one in the storet they had a customer at the drive thru just leave befor he got there order.The manager ask to take my order,I told him I wanted a double whopper minus the lettuce and sauces.He repeated my order three times the wrong way finally got it right but when I got my order it was wrong it was missing the tomato,so I told him and he took it into the back and they only put a tiny stem end of the tomato one ring of onion 8 pickles.The other Burger I ordered was the Chief's choice it was made wrong it had mayonnaise which i didn't want and the burger was burnt and hard an dry.I'm so sick and tired of paying money for crap and food I don't want,then I have to drive all the way back to the store with the HIGH GAS PRICES,and how do I know if the cooks aren't spitting on my food when they remake it.You Close a store in North Ridgeville only 5min. away from me because3 she won't get the grill for the BK broiler and then you stop making it very poor Business,I would like to be reimbursed.

Today at the local 2112 Burger King in Smyrna, Ga it started out as usual, I have my sausage biscuit and caramel frappe as I wait for my first client to meet me for a meeting. This is not out of the ordinary for me, I meet a lot of my clients here, since I work from home. On this particular day I had to meeting at 10am, 3pm, 7pm. I was glad that no one cancelled on me. And mind you I have my own internet, not using Burger King's. After all these clients came here and purchased food while having the meeting, I was rapping up when I heard the manager (white shirt) asked how long have I have been here at the restaurant. I went and I applied to the manager, yes I have been here for a while, but I have meet people here. My problem. 1. Today just by me meeting my clients here, they purchased close to $20 in food, all of us combined. And to have to hear from behind the front end to lobby hearing a manager speaking of my time hear. 2. Then after I went there and spoke to him, you would think that he would have lowered his voice. The next thing out of his mouth was that Ciara ass is always late. Me and 6 other people was in the lobby. 1 Africian American (me) and the rest of hispanic origin. I was really shock about this behavior, because the morning shift manager and the evening shift managers are the best. And I have never heard one of them speak about a customer so that they can hear it or even a fellow employee. My first job was at Burger King in Carrollton, Ga and when I went to college in South Carolina once again Burger King was my home. Until today, I have never been treated this way as a customer or an employee. In fact I was pregnant with my now 19 year old son and I craved every day a whopper with cheese no lettuce or tomato add ham and cheese. Needless to say this is my favorite restaurant, but my son hates it.

re: store on 1800 Brookpark Rd. Cleveland ohio. YOU NEED TO PUT THE MAIN SIGN BACK UP WHEN YOUR IN THE LINE, ITS RIDUCULOUS TO HAVE THE MAIN SIGN WITH THE SPEAKER RIGHT THERE. YOU HAVE NO TIME TO READ THE MENU AND IT HOLDS UP THE LINE INTHE DRIVE THRU. I MENTIONED THIS PROBLEM TO THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW AND IHAVE MENTIONED IT SEVERAL TIMES. THEY SAID A NEW SIGN WAS COMING IN. (I FIGURED BECAUSE THEY ADDED WRAPS, ETC) IT WOULD BE A NEW MENU SIGN, BUT IT IS A STUPID SIGN ADVERTISING , SALADS, SMOOTHIES, ETC. SO YOU BETTER CARRY A MENU IN YOUR CAR SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO ORDER WHEN YOU PULL UP TO THE SPEAKER!! ALL FAST FOOD RESTUARANT DRIVE THRU'S HAVE A MENU TO READ "BEFORE" YOU DRIVE UP AND ACTUALLY ORDER AT THE SPEAKER. I WAS TOLD "CORPORATE" OFFICE CAME UP W/ THIS IDEA AND ITS THE STUPIEST IDEA I EVER SAW. CORPORATE PEOPLE SHOULD GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND "YOU BETTER KNOW BEFORE READING A MENU" WHAT YOU WANT!! OTHERWISE YOU CAN SIT AT THE SPEAKER SIGN MENU AND READ IT AND HOLD UP ALL THE LINE. BETTER HAND OUT "TO GO" MENU'S TO KEEP IN ONES CAR. PLEASE RETURN THE MENU SIGN TO READ WHEN WAITING IN LINE TO GET UP TO SPEAKER MENU. THANKS.
