I LIVE IN BALTIMORE MARYLAND AND I RECENTLY VISITED YOUR BURGER KING RESTURANT ON WEST NORTH AVE IN BALTIMORES 21217 AREA I MUST SAY THERE ARE STUDENT STAFF THEIR THAT ACT MORE MATURE THEN THE SUPERVISING STAFF..THERE WAS A YOUNG GIRL WORKING THERE MAKING ME A SMOOTHIE THE MANAGER WAS A SHORT LADY WITH A ACCENT SHE WAS FUSSING WITH A CUSTOMER ABOUT AN ORDER SHE HERSELF HAD MESSED UP,DURING THIS PERIOD THERE WAS AN OLDER SHORT HAIRED LADY IN THE DRIVETHROUGH ACTUALLY CUSSING OUT A CUSTOMER AND THREW HER FOOD OUT THE WINDOW DURING THIS TIME THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS MAKING MY SMOOTHIE I THINK HER NAME IS TREASURE APOLOGIZED TO THE AWAITING CUSTOMER WHO WERE LINE FOR THE STAFFS BEHAVIOR..THIS IN A SITUATION THAT SHOULDNT BE TOLERATED BY THE STORES MANAGEMENT AND OR OWNER I WILL BE FORWARDING THIS COMPLAINT TO BALTIMORE CITYS DEPTARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HYGEINE AS TO THIS STORES UNCLEANLYNESS AND OTHER UNHEALTHY ISSUES..THIS FOOD CHAIN SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY THIS STORE MYSELF AND STAFF AT THE MEDICAL CENTER NEAR THERE WILL MAKE IT A POINT NOT TO EAT THERE EVER AGAIN

I took my Girlfriend, Mother and 2yr old son to store 1146 located at 2672 Alpine ave NW grand rapids Michigan...starting from the time we walked in I notice the store was not kept clean front or back when we got to the counter to place our order the person at the register was not paying us any attention at all and did not ask us if we had coupons, after we got our order we went to sit down i went to grab a high chair for my son at which time i noticed there was food still in the chair and on the floor so i went to the counter and asked if someone could come clean it up well the person they sent moved the high chair swept the floor a little and i do mean little and did not even touch the high chair in fact he left it sitting in the middle of the dining area...I returned to the counter and asked the Mgr to come out and when she did i pointed out all the items i saw that needed to be cleaned at which time she started cleaning with a very pissed off attitude one of the things i pointed out to her was the lids all over the counter she picked them up and put them back on the stack of clean lids and continued to clean after hearing me complain to my guests about what she had done she threw away the lids and went into the back with out finishing the rest of the cleaning, then i told them that the restroom (mens)needed attention bad noone came out at all while we were there as we were leaving we tried to get the name of the Mgr and noticed that she had hid her name tag so it couldn't be seen so we didn't get a name....This is not the first time i've had problems with this location and if IF IIIFFF I decide to visit another BK I will drive the extra distance to another location where I would hope I'd get better service and a clean dining area.....CLEAN UP YOUR ACT BK YOUR NOT THE ONLY RESTAURANT IN THE GREATER GRAND RAPIDS AREA THAT I CAN SPEND MY MONEY AT....THINK ABOUT IT.

I went to burger king n brownsville tn the manager was so loud arguing with a worker they left the kitchen for like 3 or 4 minutes it was no cooks n people was waiting on there food like we wasn't at a fastfood resturant. they got to do better it b alot of playing most of the time i go there but there is some great people that work there n not to leave out they never have cinimi or always out of stuff the manager got to order enough to please the customer.

I use to love bk till last night thanks to the heath ohio sold me three bk bacon topper sandwhich that tasted like they were made hours ahead of time and micowaved and defantly did not taste flame broiled and there bk bf wraps went to hell guess ill b cookin my own burgers and bf for now on

I've been denied croutons for my salad, ketchup for my fries, and extra dressing 3 times in a row. I keep going back to the store because its a block from my house! Strongly considering other 24 hr options. Thumbs down guys.... We should get what we pay for! One more thing.... Put vsome veggies on the salad and get rid of iceberg!

Burger King in Ionia Michigan Store #88698 our store changed my method of pay from paper check to pay card sharing my personal info including SS# without my knowledge or permission to share said info, and when i confronted my district manager about this issue he fired me

Good luck finding a person to talk to at corporate. All I wanted was a fax number so I could get one of their employees an apartment. I got yanked around to 4 different phone numbers. When I finally got through (after dialing the 4th number 5 times and refreshing each call at least once. 14 calls. 14 FREAKING CALLS.) I politely asked for HR even though I wanted to reach through the phone and b*tch slap someone. I immediately was put over to a voice machine (with nothing so much from the guy saying he was transferring... he probably went back to staring at his Playboy mag) that told me they're "restructuring" and I should email askhr@whopper.com. I'm trying to help your employee, which in turn is helping you but you jerked me around. Not another dime shall I invest into your shady company. But for those of you needing to contact someone, enjoy the email above. They deserve whatever crap they get.

I just want to let you know that the Burger King in Ironwood, MI is Super. The workers are friendly and very helpful and make your visit a pleasant one. I always tease them that I want a Big Mac but they laugh and say you need to go down the road for that and we laugh. I really enjoy going there and the food is always the best. Have them keep up the good work. A customer for life.

Hey I wrote in January about how bad the Burger King on Hawthorne in Athens GA was and what a bad experience my daughter and i had. Since I heard it was under new management, so we went by there and we were amazed at the change. No foul language and everyone acted very professional and the manager a Mr. Skellie was so nice he went around and spoke with people.It looked alot cleaner than before. I didnt see everyone but the ones we did see didnt have there pants hanging down like a thug. It was not the scary environment that we encountered in January. Great job Mr. Skellie keep up the good work I hope they keep you around, and we will be back.

I WENT TO BK #6484 IN HOUSTON, TX. THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME IN THAT LOCATION. AFTER ORDERING SHE REPEATED MY ORDER 3 TIMES WRONG, FINALLY I WENT TO THE WINDOW AND SHE HANDED ME A WRONG COFFEE SIZE. I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO THE SAME LOCATION ON MONDAY MAY 14, 2012 AND TALKED TO THE ASSISTENT MANAGER, SHE ASKED ME FOR THE TICKET. I DIDN'T HAVE IT, SO SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME THE FRENCH STICKS AGAIN. The last few times I've been at the Council Bluffs,IA off south expresseway 32 Ave.next to the TA truck stop.I ordered a fish sandwich.I seriously don't know if there's something wrong with thier speaker & spoke clearly.They asked me again to repeat the order.So I spelled it out not being smart or sassy just so they don't mess up my order.I approach the window and all I get is attitude.So today I ordered another fish sandwhich.I'm tellng my order (it was 4:10 p.m.) then after I order my sandwhich another different voice asked me to repeat my order.After I do this girl was saying how she finally heard it tells me to pullup she starts an attitdue snaps at me telling me that she culd give me a refund when I didn't ask for one since I stressed on giving my simple order.All I wanted was my meal not this sass from the manager.She was white freckles and late thirties podsibley.The name on the receit said Jessica.There was a nicer teenage girl very friendly that gave me my smothie.I think you should hire people that are " friendly that actually like to work with the public " and coming from a family with successful self employed businesses customers are important part of the business.If you don't have proper working equipment business will suffer.

I went to Burger King located in Mansfield, Oh on 4-4 and was horrified with this experience. I ordered a chocolate shake along with other items. Got it home and thought the shake tasted really funny so I had my daughter taste it also. She agreed so I took another drink to see if I could figure it out. I figured it out alright, it was filled with whatever they use to clean their milkshake machine. A little later we both got sick and I informed the location I wanted my money back. When I went to get my money I walk in to see a worker standing behind the counter eating a burger and a young manager who didn't seem to care. I have asked a number of times to talk to someone about this no one has called back. I guess I should have been like some people and sued them over what I had to endure. Thanks to this I will never set a foot in ANY Burger King and hope they eventually close as a whole coporation. Just remember if you stop making people happy you start losing money.

I am very upset about your burger king in apopka, fl. Worst fast food place ever! I'm a server trainer for corp ihop. It started out the cashier left in middle of taking my order gave her headphones and took off. So they missed a # 3. Then 3 people walked in behind me, they got their food and left(with my sandwich). They gave it to them. Already 10 minutes. They told me it would be 5 minutes to cook another. Okay... 10 minutes pass and cashier ask how much longer. The cook say 3 minutes. The whole while your mgr is on drive thru complaining bout a 3 minute burger. I cancell my order, it's been 25-30 minutes. My husband opens his burger up at table when I get there and he finds a old burger patty on his bun. He takes it back. The cashierand mgr, whose, name is Michelle, say is because is cold. It was a shriveled piece of meat from lunch. He's a cook at ihop for 9 yrs! They argued with him, then turned around and gave him the recooked burger that was cooked for me. You could see the difference between fresh and old, even without the experience we have! WORST time ever!! We only stopped so my daughter could play on slide and I'm writing this in play area of burger king, which is peeking water from the ceiling onto the floor, still hungry because I didn't get to eat!!!!

I was an employee at the Burger King in Baton Rouge, Louisiana store 1314. I was terminated without being noticed and without an explanation. I was dislike by the assistant manager as well. My working experiment there was horrible they always was showing favoritism to certain members of the team because they was family members. I think it's really unfair to have family members who is related to the managers to work there. If they come late to work or call in without an explanation they have no punishment due to bad conduct. But when I call in sick they tell me if I don't come in I'm might be fired and when I come in sick they use to tell me if I knew I was sick why did I come in. They always say you have to have an doctor excuse as well like as if they don't believe you. I personal think that Burger King should be shut down or have some respectful authority in there who don't curse you out to get their point across. I use to love Burger King but ever since I worked there I hate it due to the assistant manger and the store manager.

I sent an e-mail approximately one month ago and have had no response. It was regarding an incorrect order. I had ordered two whoppers and when I got home I had two stackers. I think the whopper is one of the very best fast food burgers but the stackers are not an item I would ever order. I did not take the stackers back because I had an appointment that I would be late for and I just let it slide. The next day I called and reported that I had gotten the wrong order. The manager offered no "I'm sorry, come back in and we will make it right", nothing. I am a regular customer at the Hermitage TN location but will be going elsewhere.
