I was a victom of racism and sexism at one of your restaurants in Westmont, IL. Specifically at 4 W.63rd (or where 63rd and Cass Ave cross). When I asked for the contact information for the district manager, they refused to give me the information. I'm Nckls at (630)322-9768; all I wish to do is have a meeting with the district manager and the shift manager who created the offence. I am not one to complain but I have become increasingly disappointed in Burgar King, and I now have to voice my opinion. I use to choose Burgar King over the other fast food bugar Restraunts because I enjoyed the bugars the most. I remember when the slogan was "Have it your way at Burgar King" and Burgar King seemed to take pride in that statement. Boy, it that far from the truth now. There service is awful and extremely slow all the time. Not only are they slow they can't get an order right. When I order this is how I order: One cheese bugar, no mustard, extra hot & one value coke, (regular coke) with light ice. I normally have to repeat it a least 3 times. I would say 90% of the time the burger is cold and about half the time they give me diet coke. Now my last trip to BK was the last draw,.. I went through the drive through, repeated my order 3 times because didn't understand, I speak very clear and slow for them. I drove to the window paid, and asked again if they burger was extra hot, and if the coke was regular coke. They said yes, I drove off. I took a bite of my bun, yes bun....they forgot to put the buger in the bun. I got a bun with ketchup and pickle. No more BK for me....

I am a worker of Burger king, And today I had a customer come in and order a large amount of food, and the total came out to be $59.54 and he handed me a $100 to pay for the food, I marked it with a drimark detector pen, and It came up a gold color so I cashed it out, I then got a weird feeling from the customer, My manager approached the counter So I asked him to check it for me because I had noticed while I was getting the customers change, The mark on the 100 dollars bill had turned a dark brown, My manager looked at it and contemplated if it were real or not, After cashing out the change, My manager took the bill and went to his office, After taking the rest of the orders from the customers in line, I went to ask him if the bill was real and he had told me no it wasn't. After him calling the police and them coming to burger king, I was informed that I might get fired, and I'm being written up. No one since the day I had started working there ever told me when you are handed a large amount of money or a big bill to get a manager, they put the drimark pens there for a reason. I believe losing my job over something the company failed to tell their employees that they are suppose to get a higher management to check money or anything that the employee wasn't sure about.

My friends..... I relly, relly have a real COMPLAINT. last saturday when I almost finish my burger I FOUND ON MY WHOPPER a LONG LONG LONG BLACK HAIR.... and I am lIGHT Brown Blond.... I am telling you. I know black as a color. last saturday I was enjoing my whopper and when I was on the last bites I pull out of my mounth a long long black hair that was in between the tomato and the onions..,.. Grosssssss.... I almost barf and colaps. I just turn to check on my family that were having a good time with another meals from BK I really felt to tell them but I could not because they were having a blast with their BK meals. But the worst came when the day after I whent to the Manager of that Shop and I explaing him the inscidente and the way that he aproach the situations was very unprofessional and RUD the worts is that 1- he raise the voice to me.2. he did not beleived the customers and either do I should my receipt he insist that the famous whopper was not on the receipt. Once againg he repeat to me that he did not beleived the customers shouting to me on the place that was packed. My dear Nice was just so surprise of this MANAGER. What a pitty I use to LOVE and ENKOY THE BK not anymore...... not longer is my favorite Burger... was but not longer. Thank you Burger King. I only hope that the New administration tha I know the head of this is a Gentleman from Brazil take serious this complaint and at least send us me an apology note that will show that they care for the American Market. Sincerily a Disapointed not black hair customer.

I was going to complain about the BK on 27th Avenue in Coconut Grove, but after reading the above I would say 'somebody at BK should be listening, the reviews are either 5 star or 1", with 1 being 50% of the comments. Loosing clientel to MC or Pollo would be my guess. Unfortunate, this BK use to function like a well oiled time piece. I was not the only vehicle pulling out of line due to having to place the order at the food pick up window, beyond SLOW!!

I was @ the restaurant here 3823 Emerson Avenue, Beech Grove, IN @ 0730. I had an employee approached me in the parking lot telling me the restaurant is closed. Their manager Did NOT arrive to work. The employees were locked out of the building. Two weeks ago on Friday, June 29... @ 0630, the restaurant was closed. Now I understand why they're NEVER busy and everyone else IS @ McDonald's.

I have been to the Burger King in Lexington many many times. The food is great but the manager that has been there the last few times I have is so so rude. To the customers but is worse to the employees. She yells and curses them so so bad that some start to cry. I know it embarrussing them. Her first name is Crystal. If she is working when me and my family or friends go in we leave now. She should be fired. Today when I came in she was there but I stayed to eat she looked like she was on drugs yelling screaming cursing till I couldn't take anymore. That's when I decided to write a comment and see if u care enough to get rid of this manager. If u care about ur business u will.

Actually, I only had this one bad experience. I went into the BK#11 in Miami, on 20th St. I walked up to the counter to order where 4 employees (including the manager) were standing in front of the cash register, talking to each other. I stood there being ignored (with my credit card in my hand) for a good 2 minutes. I refuse to say "will anyone take my order?" or anything of that nature, for that is not how business works. I just put the credit card back into my wallet and proceeded to leave. Even as I left, nobody acknowledged my ever being there. Also, while I was being ignored, I witnessed an employee take the tongs and make a "small" order of fries from other portioned "large" orders. Those "large" orders were then given to waiting customers unrefilled. Reading other experiences, I guess I got off easy. But quite honestly, life is too short. I guess BK doesn't mind always being associated with the number 2.

cold food, not nice employees, hard to understand them. Go back to when you cook them up to order do not be like the rest. So dissappointed , have not been their in years and I will not go back I am going to white castle at least they cook to order and they are HOT.

Lived next to the Burger King on Dorchester road in N.Charleston SC. Found a band aide on my whopper and upon taking it back was asked if I wanted another one. NO THANKS. I have banned Burger King from my menu.

ORDERED LUNCH AND TOOK IT BACK TO WORK. MY "ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH" WAS COMPLETELY OVER FRIED AND MISSING THE KEY INGREDIANT (CHICKEN). TOOK IT BACK MINUTES LATER AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHOWED HIM THE CHICKEN (OR LACK THERE OF) AND HIS RESPONSE TO ME WAS AND I QUOTE. " DEFINATLEY BEEN OVER COOKED AND AS TO THE CHICKEN I CAN SEE THE CHICKEN BY-PRODUCT WAS IN THERE AT SOME POINT." I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT. I HAVE TO ASK MYSELF, WHEN DID WE ALLOW CHICKEN AND MEAT SUBSTITUTES INTO OUR LIVES. I AM NOT FINE WITH THIS AND I HAVE PICTURES TO BACK UP WHAT I AM SAYING. IT DOESN'T SAY BY-PRODUCT ON THE MENU IT SAYS CHICKEN.

I was eating a chicken sandwich and noticed mold on my bread. My whole family had molded bread on their sandwich. This is sickening. No more bk for me.

Horrible service from Judy working at drive thru window on 241 north washington ave, bergenfield NJ branch. spoke to her and she ignored us, was obnoxiously rude and hostile. snatched our card and threw our food at us. Called to speak to manager but the manager didnt care. Called back to get managers name but no one answered the phone three different times. This occured on 7/7/12 at 6.41pm. Is this the type of service that burger king allows its employees and mangers to give its customers? I would like to know that rudeness has consequences.

I live in Orange Texas and had eaten at Burger King for many years. About they closed the store down because they were selling crack thru the drive in window. Could you please consider putting another store here so we don't have to drive to Beaumont Texas to visit one of your stores. That is 52 miles round trip. Actually, my rating is -1 star. The Burger King at 601 MLK Blvd in Savannah, GA is by far the WORST place ever! Most of the employees are RUDE and very unprofessional and the manager doesn't know where anything is. His uniform shirt is always wrinkled and dirty! How are you suppose to lead anyone looking like that? UGH! I almost cancelled my order when I saw his shirt. I am tired of complaining to corporate...they really don't seem to care.

The Burger King on Maugans Avenue in Hagerstown, Md., is TERRIBLE!!! The food is never right, they are always out of items. Today they were out of Memphis BBQ, and frozen cokes. They have a sign up for funnel fries, but they never have them. They are always out of frozen cokes, and they rarely get our sandwiches right. Today they forgot the cheese on a cheeseburger. The ice tea was so bad that Karen poured it out. The one on lincoln way in Chambersburg,PA., is excellent. Food is always good, and they get the order right. They never run out! What gives? You might as well close the one on Maugans Avenue. WE ARE DONE! Our office is not going to order from there again.

I have not had extra money in a while, and this week I did I had been craving your breakfast so that is the first place I went this morning. I was so let down all my food was cold and the hash browns were cold and oily. I will not be spending the little extra money that I do have again at your business. Too bad the employees at your business think that it is ok to serve this when we work so hard for our money.
