Seems like everytime I go to Burger King in our area the Icee machine is not working, usually its the coke, sometimes the cherry is working!!! I have been at 2 different Burger Kings in my hometown and they allways tell me the machine is frozen up, or just not working!!! And another thing, we went to the drive thru, and placed our orders, then decided to add another drink to the order, and the girl, said she couldn't do that, that we have to put that on another order, it was comical, my daughter paid for our order, then went back around to the drive thru,the employee said, "Welcome to Burger King" ,My daughter said: I would like a large coke please!!! just like we havent even talked to the girl in the last minute: Crazy and dumb , what was so hard bout adding a drink to the order?

I worked for a Burger King in Michigan and it was the worse place ever to work at! First of all there is a stack of W2 forms sitting up behind the counter from as far back as 2009 because the owner is too cheap to mail them out. Second some of the managers would leave me completly a lone up front to take orders on drive thru, cash them out, give them their food and take care of the people on counter as well. They wounder why their speed of service was so high? Also I was in college at the time and when i was hired in i had given her a sheet on hours i could work, she ended up loosing the number of copies i gave her of it and sceg. me during school hours and late night closes. There was a high schooler there who had went several times working over 8 hours without a break. No one recieved a break there esp. the closers who sometimes worked 10 hour shifts. I understand some jobs are that way, but they get paid a lot more than $7.40 an hour!There was actually someone with diabetes who started to feel weak and they fired him because he was too needy. The shifts were understaff which is why sometimes people whould wait over ten minutes for an order, late at night would be the worse because theres only one closer and a manager because the owner was too cheap to have extra people. There was no training for new people they were thrown on the job with no explaination on what to do, and then later fired because they couldnt do their job correctly.If someone was throwing up sick they never sent them home because they were too lazy to find replacements. Which i look at as a total heath problem! I ended up getting pregnant at the time when I worked there and felt trapped because I was living a lone and going to college with family in another state and needed that job. They took completly advantage of me knowing this by again sceg me during dr apts and mid days when my avalabilty was at night. After the good managers quit and there was only one good one left i decided to quit, best thing i could have ever done. Before i moved up for college i worked at mcdonalds for almost 3yrs and it was the best place i ever worked flexable sceg, training, and even offered health insurance to part time employees! After my aweful experience i would not reccomend working one!! and for the customers please be polite to the employees!! Theres a reason why service is slow and I can say that the friendly understanding ones where the only one helping me get through my shifts to pay my bills!

I worked for Bk in Stevensville Michigan. I worked there for three weeks, and in those three weeks. I decided that BK was not a corporation in which I wanted to be a part of. For starters, the DM of the store asked me to come on one of my days off to help clean up the lot. I agreed, to take my day off and help them because, I wanted to look good to my bosses. However, on that day, I showed and waited for two hours. Two hours in which he never showed. When I saw him again, no apology, nothing was said for his error. So, from that I decided, I wanted a boss, that would remember and keep his appointments, so I found another job which also paid better. Now, I am trying to get my payment for working for them for those three weeks and I was told that the manager would call today, and have my card. I didn't receive a call, so I called them, just to find the head manager didn't work today. So I called and asked for cooperates number and I was told, that they didn't have it. I worked at fast food places before, you have to present whom ever wants cooperates number with cooperates number. So I would never work for this place again, and after seeing how they keep the store, I will never eat there again as well. I can't even get paid for the hard work I put in for those three weeks. I suggest no one try working at this BK or eat there. Again, I saw how they keep and run the store.

I ran out of the restaurant not realizing that I had left my money purse sitting on top of the counter. A customer found it and turned it in to Matt. When I called BK 3 hours later, I spoke to Matt and he told me that he has it [after I described the type of change purse it was]. Since I was 3 hours away from Staten Island, Matt said that he would lock it in the safe and that I could pick it up tomorrow on my way back home to Brooklyn. Well, yesterday afternoon, I got my change purse -- money still inside! There are STILL HONEST people in this world. By the way, I offered Matt a TIP but he wouldn't accept it! He's a good guy and a great manager!

I want to complain about some Burger King Stores in İstanbul, Turkey. Even I love Burger King, the service I got in this week was terrible! I gave an order at 20:38 pm to Burger King, Kazasker Kadikoy İstanbul, and started to wait. It arrived exactly at 21:40 pm. What I order was only french fries and chicken tenders! The website I gave my order was said "the order is delivered" in 30 min. even it was not! When I called them, customet service said just sorru after waited 15 min. to get them. After the call, the order arrived in 10 min. which I rejected. SO what? This is fast good chain, but it is not fast! I am still hungry, thank you!! My girls and I stopped at the Burger King in Watseka, IL and waited almost 10 minutes in line (we were the only ones there for most of the time) and were never waited on. There was one person that had placed their order before we walked in and took that long to get their cinnamon rolls. We decided that it was just ridiculous and turned to walk out. One of the employees yelled that "well this is more important" (meaning the people in the drive thru) So I'm glad to know that the people that stay in their cars have money that apparently is worth more. Very insulting! The worst part is, 2 employees clocked in during this time and still didn't take our order.

i worked for burgerking just quit today. the night manager Jamie in watertown NY was very unproffesional. I didnt know what i was doing and she was too busy being outside smoking for hours and not doing her job to train me. im not even sure if i cooked the food right so i am really sorry if anyone got sick i did my best with what i was given. She also smoked in the store a few times and refered to some of our african american customers saying "i'd like to slap those stupid nig*ers. Well neddless to say dont eat there. You dont know what you might get. im so discussted ive never seen such unproffesionalism.

I was in BK # 6144 in Lynchburg, VA on 8/7/12 for lunch along with some friends. The cashier became VERY rude to me after my repeating my order for a "specially" done Texas Whopper and just gave up, problem #1. After getting another cashier who took my order correctly the first time, when made it was ALL WRONG. I had to bring it back 4 times due to screw ups with the Whopper Board person. The Asst. Manager got so PO'd that she sent the employee home and did it herself. My question is, " how hard is it to either read the tickets or the TV screen in the back, and get it right the first time ?" Seems like employees just DON'T care what or how they serve food anymore. BTW, the Texas Whopper is "delicious" and reminds me of the Western Whopper that was served back in the 1980's.

I was a shift manager at the 60th and Ames Store in Omaha NE. On the 4th of July, my Store Manager wanted me to work to below minimal crew of 2. I went against her orders and kept a person for a couple of hours while I was schedule for truck. Well, needless to say, my cook (which my manager wanted me to work only with him) assalted me and try to rob the store (but I didn't let him). I called her to report the situation and u know what she tells me... She tells me not to call the police. Oh it gets better. I reported the incident to the regional manager the next day and he promisses to give me a transfer within one week. I didn't feel confortable working with my Store manager, but I tried to stick it out. Needless to say, my manager tried to write me up, and I didn't want to sign it. The write up was falsified, so I didn't want to sign it. My manager literally followed me around the store to get me to sign it, so I signed it half-a**ed. I modified the write up about her telling me not to call the police and put a nice little note on it and quit. Well, I cannot get any of my information because she had me completely erased out of the system. I am trying to get in contact with HR, but there hours literally suck. I am about to report them to the labor board and the BBB about these issues. I am looking forward if I even get a W2 next year.

My MOM is handicap and she can never get a parking spot because the managers are parked in the spot!!! The store # is 5064 in anderson, sc the phone # is 220-3056. THIS IS BREAKING THE LAW--- POOR A_S MANAGERS WORK THERE---I will report this to the news paper and to the police!!!

I was a loyal consumer for years being that i work directly across the street from a bk . Back in June io went through the drive through and had a soda spilled on me. It wasn't a big deal at the time, stuff happens, but when i tried to use my phone later it would not work because of the soda being spilled on it. I went back to the franchise and was told to come back monday Fine, we need a manager thats ok. So i waited and went back monday. I was told they would file a report with the insurence and get back to me. I also called the cooperate office to have a report on file. Its been 2 minths with no response. i have called at least 7 times and am told every time to wait a few more days. The store closed down because the owner was broke so i have no physical place to go to. The office says the owner had to file with the insurence, but the store NO LONGER EXISTS. They have been completly useless and can not give me a number to anyone who is. they could not even give me the insurence phone number so i can find out if the claim had been put it. I am sure it has not. This is just a big company skrewing over the little guy. I will never go to a burger king again.

Just visited red Oak Iowa burger king , finished our breakfast and then looked under our table and and to the left and found 3 dead roaches laying on there backs. How disgusting. I want to puke

Why is every bk always have issues with the frozen coke machine? Every bk I have ever been to has that problem. Then the employee was rude about it like it was my fault she had to work tonight!
