Your BK in Thorndale PA- went through the drive thru and ordered a black and white shake today. I was told "we don't make them anymore" Why? You sell vanilla and chocolate don't you? Went up to the window and sat in my car for 5 mim so I drove away without the chocolate shake.. I was a great lover of the whopper as far back as the seventies when it really did take two hands to handle one. Everytime we have bought one at this location it's cold and sloppy. Not a customer no more..

store 1404 def needs a better assitant manager. he was very rude to me. when i walked in all he was doing was leaning on the register.i placed my order than i waited like five minutes than i asked what was takeing so long and he got rude with me than walked outside to smoke a cigrette. when i got my food it was just thrown together and cold. the inside of the playroom was dirty i had to ask for a rag to wipe my table off. the glass looked like it had never been clean.

burger king is falling apart. every time i go to store 1404 the service sucks. so one day i go back in there order food and i observed why i think this store is so horrible at service. there is one person running drive thru during rush and somtimes that person is running fc. the person bagging the food does nothing to help the drive thru. `this is a serious problem. pepole are spending money to eatat this store and the service sucks. get some help in there, and the ass manager needs to get fired bc he treats his employees like crap. the only time i recived friendly service there is when i went thru the drive thru and a young white girl with blonde hair was running drive thru she smiled, she asked me how i was doing, and when she handed me my food she said thank you for your patence and come back and see us. 1404 yall need to sted up your game. us customers pay ur pay check. just keep that in mind.

i used to work for bk 1404 and every since i first started working there i was harassed by the assitnt manager. i would be on drive thru when it is busy like rush hr busy the assi manager would bag orders for front counter but not drive thru. he would tell me to get over there and bag my orders he would make me stay past my shift to do the job of the front counter cashier while the cashier stood around and talked or went out side to smoke a cigrette. he was allways rude to me for no aparent reason. i would ask him a question regarding a customer and either he would ignore me or just say i dont care what u do. i have went to my gm about this issue twice. the last time i did i asked him not to work me with him he said he wouldnt and told me to work the night shift bc another mgr was closing. i walked in and guess who was the mgr on duty. needless to say i didnt go to work. i feel i should have to go to work and do my job and my mngrs job. get a new assi mgr 1404.

Why'd you get rid of the Mushroom Topper? The only thing you have had on the menu since screwing up the Whopper Junior that I liked. You ditch it for BBQ burgers? Not everyone likes BBQ sauce on everything. Glad all of the local stores shut down. Burger King has been getting worse and worse these last few years. Food portions getting smaller, prices going up, quality going down...and nasty fake french fries. Really is using real potatos so difficult? Does everything have to be chemicals and sawdust?

My husband stopped at the Burger King in Lecompte. Louisiana for a potty break and food to go. It was very hot and he had 2 dogs and a cat with him. He rolled the windows down 4 inches and went in, pottied, got food to go and left. When he got home to Baton Rouge he realized he didn't have the cat. He knew he had Max before that stop. We called the Burger King and asked them to keep an eye out for our cat. The employees there were all so nice and Gina called and said she saw a cat that was friendly, not like the regular dumpster cats. I drove up there the next day and couldn't find him. I spent the night in the area with a friend and looked early the next morning to no avail. I drove back to Baton Rouge sure I would probably never see Max again. The day shift left our phone number for all shifts. They said he was still coming around. I got a call the third day after he was missing from a young lady named Robin. She had my cat. She took him home with her and met us the next day with my cat. All of those employees were so caring, they need to get at least a pat on the back. Thank you Lecompet Burger King. I wish I could do more, but I at least can let you know how customer friendly those employees are. Thank you so much for having employees that don't ignore customer issues.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for what you did to the whopper jr. The hamburger patty is half the size of the bun. I thought it was a mistake at first. But, I just went through the drive-thru for the second time and the manager informed me that that's how their suppose to make the whopper jr from now on. I am VERY disappointed!!!

The store in Dardanelle, Ar really sucks! If u go thru the drive thru you have to turn around and right back in the store to get your order or the rest of your order! The older lady that's the manager is extremely rude!!! If you dine in you see her and many other employees handing out free food, but when u tell them you want your money back for a messed up order they say they can't hand out refunds and can't credit a meal! Such BS!!!! I worked at that store when I was in high school it was my first job and it was ran so much better now every employee is on dope, missing teeth, and just plain nasty! Something really needs to be done with this place before the DTF goes in and shuts it down! So done with burger king!

Hello i am a worker of burger king 29 first street n the owner of that place got his license revocked....cause he cant pay his bill...anyway the day on friday 29 2012 when i was to get my last two checks i saw him removing product from the store (stealing) and putting it in his car n taking off....thats stealing product and that very unfair he does that to yu guys.......hes also bad on pay with managers in giving them raises n he sexually harrased my mother by grabbing her boob n hes done this a couple a times....if yu need any more info .....tgis is also in pittsfield MA 01201 n my # is 4134642765 plz call me to let me know yu gpt this thank yu

The Burger King in Norlina, NC, is serving the Original Chicken sandwich, that was put in the microwave to heat it up, because the mayonaise was melted on the bread along with the hot lettuce on the sandwich...are they trying to poison somebody

I am so totally over BK. Everytime I go through the drive thru it takes forever. McDonalds is across the street and I watched 7-9 cars go through their drive thru by the time I got to the window at BK (which I was the 3rd car.) I got my food and they didn't even have a drink holder for my drinks. So I asked for a bag and the manager started saying the bag is going to break and spill all over. (Which btw it didn't and I got my drinks home without one mishap) But when I started pulling out of BKs parking lot, I decided to taste the sweet potato fries (in case I liked then and wanted to order more for the family), but they were so cold. They were not even warm. So apparently my bag sat there for the 15 mins I sat in my car waiting for 2 cars that were ahead of me. Burger King is failing and failing fast. They will be losing a lot of business this way. I hope you all look at these and will start making these stores make you all look good. Because right now they are making a bad name for BK.

I waited in line at the drive thru in Gastonia, NC on east Franklin Road for 45 mins at 11:00pm to be told at the drive thru window that they would not be able to serve me because the computers were down. I do not understsnd why you need a register to make a burger. I have seen a pattern in the types of Managers that BK has been hiring that lead me to believe that they are incompetent and can not even do basic math. BK has loss significant market share to other major chains because there staff is unfriendly and act with arrogance toward there customers. Someone who cares in the BK Family needs to seriously investigate the growing problem. I will no longer go to BK until changes are made. Being in the Marketing and Advertising field for over 30 years I have seen great products go to the wayside because the "Service" is not there. Mark my words, Brand can not save BK if you do not take care of the customer. You need to evaluate your competitors like Chick-a-Filet who focus on great customer service-always with a smile. Good Luck, you are going to need it since your ignorant employees can not add.

These comments relate to the Burger King located at the corner of Raeford and Brighton Roads in Fayetteville, NC 28314. Your store may have been recently remodelled to look more appealing, unfortunately most of your employees are extremely unappealing: lack of appropriate social skill, such as: "hello, thank you, or even bye", lack of eye contact, lack of even a brief smile. I watched the slushee attendant use 5 cups to fill 2--apparently lack of fine and gross motor skills. A zombie cleared my husband's debit card and then reached out and stood there, the card nowhere in the vicinity of my husband's extended arm--lack of eye hand coordination. We rarely eat there any more. The novelty wore off when they demolished the playground years ago. Then we took the children and now grandchildren to Chik-fil-A. The King's prices have consistently gone up, quality down, and apparently morale gone...the King is dead--his subjects have no clue.

a commercial is running in our area for a LegoLand promotion thru Burger King. Buy a kids meal, get a coupon for a "buy one adult ticket get the kids for free @ LegoLand Ca.". I have called and been to every BK in and out of my area and not one of them has the offer or knows about it. Some summer special! Thanks for nothing BK, and that's what you'll get from me from now on...nothing.

Hate the new fries, all the reasons I went to burger king is gone I never thought id rather have mc donalds over bk trying to be healthy they ruined every thing and they gave me a vegitarian burger with mayo I mean no common sense egg is not veggie

I have worked in the service industry for twenty years, and therefore I am often forced to eat after midnight. The hours of the local burger king state that it's open until 2:00am. I stopped at my local store at 1:36 and was told "Nope, closed." I went to McDonald's. This night was unique because I was buying for many of my friends who were at a party. This Worcester, Massachusetts store lost out on $24.59 of business.

Burger king use to be one of my favorite stops, but that is not true anymore.WENT TO THE ONE IN Peru Il food was aweful.The one in Wenona Il the grilled chic had a ton of grease on it an the fish sandwitch tasted like it had sat in old grease for days!!!! Took the fish back to the counter an told the worker the worst sandwitch i have every had, he said o an threw it away an turned his back an walked away!!!!!!!!!!!!I will no longer be spending my money on food that i can not eat.I would think with things being like they are these days an so many companys going out of buisness you would what a place where people would like to return too. I frequently go to the BK over on Narragansett and Fullerton, in Chicago, IL I can say worst service ever.. I asked for a whopper with only lettuce and tomatoe and they give me one small piece of tomatoe and literally not even a hand full of lettuce to actually fill my burger patty.. Its pitaful... McDonalds is right on the other corner maybe I should just start going there again..

Location: Orland Hills, Illinois 3-5 minute wait before order was taken in drive thru. Additional 12 minute or more wait for food. Line didnt move. Eventually left to the Taco Bell next door. I told the employee thru the intercom at burger king that I was leaving because this was taking way too long. As I drove past, she just waved goodbye to be snotty and obviously frustrated for many reasons I'm sure like that she took the job when it sucks.... From Taco Bell, I watched the same people that were originally infront of me still in line at burger king and I already had my food from taco bell... I feel sorry for the Burger King company. You're food is good but the service is terrible.. I wonder if this company is going out of business and that's why service is terrible? 1.Service 2.atmosphere 3.quality of food 4.price

I took your FREE smoothie/frappe coupon to Store 927, Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY, on May 29 and was told they had run out of cups over the weekend (Memorial Day weekend) and that I'd have to buy a medium (at $1.99). I asked them to just pour a small frappe into a medium cup, they wouldn't do it. I asked them to use a small coffee cup, they wouldn't do it. This store is definitely persona non grata for my husband and I now as last month they gave him a cup of hot coffee, the cup was split at the edge, I asked for another cup and was told I'd have to pay for it. Great way to serve a customer!
