BK #00373 on Government Street in Mobile, AL. I love BK eat there every Wednesday night, most times I get a biscuit in the morning on my way to work from another location. 'But on 8/1/12 I was close to this location and order a bacon, egg biscuit, after I drove the 15 miles to work and open my biscuit, I find I have a sausage bisquit, i called back the manager was very nice and told me to come back and my order would be on him. Went back on 8/2 stood in line 10 minutes while the ladies flirted with the man who was waiting on his order and never acknowledge that I was even in the line. Will never go back there again...

I went to burger king 3 days in a row, i order your chicken ceasars salad with grill chicken. the first day they gave me fried chicken, the second day they told me they were out of grilled chicken, the third day they said they were out of grill chicken. An the lady told me they were out of grill chichen all week. i am not understanding what is going on, but i dont understand how you run out of grill chicken. The store number is 04270, the store is in lithia springs on Thornton rd.

I took my grandkids to lunch in one of your restruants today. I found that the french fries had so much salt on them that we could not eat them. Being a registered nurse, I know how harmful too much salt is to people. Especially the people with high blood pressure or other illneses. Too much sodium is not healthy for anyone. You need to reduce the salt put on your fries. It would make them taste better and help save money for you. I am happy that you can get apples and milk with meals. You should add carrots as a choice for a vegetable, the save really well in small packages. Thank you for your time.

I am currently sitting at the end of the drive through waiting on a 2 whooper, 2 original chicken sandwich combos drenched in diet coke. The woman at the window shoved the drinks in the car and spilled one all over me. I understand accidents happen but she didn't even apologize or offer me napkins she informed me to move forward now, she would bring it out. The receipt is from Buger King # 09453 in Forest MS 39074. Order # 571 on7/31/12 at 8:25 PM. My family and I Love Burger King, but refuse to come because of the poor customer service. It's really sad. Maybe someone from outside the district can come in and do some training.

Went to Burger King in Rock Springs WY on July 27, 2012. Paid 10.04 for our meal, after waiting 30 min. and still no food, we asked other people waiting around and they came in before us and were still waiting. We were on a long over the road trip and that is why we stopped at a "FAST FOOD" place (ha, ha !!!) what a joke. They were more interested in servicing the drive thru and NO-ONE inside was being serviced. We told them we wanted our money back because we could wait no longer and could have stopped at a FULL SERVICE restaurant and been done faster. They said NO, but could not even give us a approximate time when our food would even be ready. We paid but did not get any fool or our money back. I am going to put this on twitter and facebook and anywhere else I can get the word out about how POOR the service and the workers are at Burger King. It may not matter to you how poor the service or quality is but I'm sure there will be enough people who are also fed up with paying for something and getting nothing in return. I am sure it is against the law to pay for food, a service etc. and the business refuses to give you what you paid for. YOu can bet when I get home I WILL be looking into this. VERY VERY disgruntle patron!!! that will NEVER use your business again.

i went to a store on alafafa trail in orlando fl and i gave them my order and they messed it up and then the supervisor was suppose to fix the problem and when i went on my bank website i found she charged me an extra $18.00 on my debit card.they hire smart people.i wonder how much more money disappears out of customers pockets

Damn Deptford, NJ Mall buyin mango smoothies every week, on tues before my shift I brought a mango smoothie &ended up choking on a plastic rubber band, I think you use those for braces&i know it wasnt mines because I never wore braces, nobody wasn't sympathic at all,even the girl who made my smoothie didnt say sorry or nothing. So the manager finally got back to me like 3 hrs later that day &gonna say sorry about that &offer me more smoothies for week for free, im like wtf really after I choked off one smoothie.Craziness....!!.my throat felt itchy one day &then the next my throat was burning &sore, so I went to ER to find out I had a irritated&sore throat my doctor said........

Hello , I had a wrong order placed on 6/21/2012, Burger King #7825, in Conway SC 29526, on Church Street, I found out when I got home 20 mins away when I opened the bags I had the wrong order, it was all wrong, I called and spoke to a supervisor and she said I could get a full dinner replacement, she put my name in a book to do so. I went to get replacement dinner on 6/23/2012, was denied all but items that was wrong. I was told by manager that whole order would be replaced like I wanted when I ordered. On 7/16/2012, From Burger King Guest Relations 6025 The Corners Parkway, suite 200, Norcross GA 30092. I was sent 1 Free Whopper Card. I am embaressed at Burger King. I will never eat at the Burger King again. The service and managers are rude, dont want to hear complaints about orders. I jus wanted to let you no this. 1 free whopper for $60.00 in food loss. i am an employee at burger king in dania florida the pay roll system has been down for moniths i am about to loose my health insurance as well as being homeless i need this information to move into my apartment the is not fair i work so hard and i can not even access something but by law i am suppose to be able to see when i want i know my rights as an employeee and i will go the max if i do not recieve my information soon i have to be out of the place where i am stayin by the 17th of august if i do not get my current pay stub print out by then i will be gettin a lawyer involved with this my mother works for a law firm and he is already looking into this matter this is not the first compplaint about this i have seen soooo many complaints aboout this people where not even getting pay the wages they were told when they finally saw their pay stub i will not put up with this as an loyal employee who works every day very hard to keep my job as well as please customers....

Your store in Newton Kansas is in a state of emergency. Employees are deliberitly shorting orders on a regular basis. 4/4 of my last trips there during the pevious 2 weeks resulted in missing meat patties every single night... Last night I told them what had been happening and after being assured I would be receiving 2 patties/sandwich as described(and charged for) I ONCE AGAIN only received 1 patty. I tried to call and get a District Manager's number b/c at this point a General Manager would have to know what's going on or they are totally inept. Either way at this point a phone call should be made, action should be taken. I am an Auctioneer who operates a biz a couple miles from this BurgerKing location. Once per month I send +200 people to that burgerking for lunch. Now I'll be explaining to them why they should avoid it.

i am a burger king employee i work hard for my money and i can not even access my pay stub information i am about to loose my health insurance as well as being homeless i need my check stub to renew my insurance and to give the landlord i am about to take legal action against this i see so many complaints and nothing is being done about it i will not let this go i will fight for my rights even if i have to take legal action

I just left Burger king on Jefferson andLafayette in fort Wayne Indiana and on the woman's bathroom door has a metal plate on the bottom, which is bent and I CUT TWO OF MY TOES!!!! DO U THINK I WAS OFFERED ANYTHING FREE NO....ONLY THING I GOT WAS TWO BANDAIDS..... I ALSO MISSED THE FIRE WORKS CAUSE I WAS TOO BUSY FILLING OUT A ACCIDENT REPORT.....IM TOO SHITTY! The Burger King in Mufreesboro, TN on Church street I always went to Mcdonalds until the customer service was so bad I decided to try the BK across the street. The GM, Jennifer, is spectacular. All of their morning staff is fabulous. Jennifer, Justin, Debi and Stacey are great. I go EVERY morning and the service is stellar every time. A huge KUDOS to that store and keep up the great work.

The manager, Terry, when approached by my daughter about an order that they screwed up, had a verbal altercation over THEIR mistake. Not only did they not properly correct the order, they charged the difference and still did'nt get the order right after we paid their difference. When confronted the manager said "well, what do you expect me to do about it". I am sorry - but for ANY manager to act indecent and immature in regards to his position, does not belong in the position to begin with. I am contacting corporate offices tomorrow - you don't treat any customer with such disrespect and disregard to their troubles. Christ, Mcdonalds hands out their free cards like they're candy when they screw up the orders.. They dont want dissatisfaction, apparently Burger King teaches their management otherwise

I am fed up with the Burger King in Oxford, Michigan. I went thru the drive thru tonight placed my order the screen was not working so I said something to the lady and she said snotty yeah I know it has not worked for over a month. Then she asked what I wanted I placed my order she asked do you want tomato on your sandwich? I said yes I get home and find no tomato then when I call the lady says to me on the phone well she asked you want you wanted. then hung up...Talk about rude customer service...WELL I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THE OXFORD BURGER KING.

WHERE'S THE BEEF ???????? While heading to Maine and on a turnpike we stopped at a burger king to get a quick meal. Of course on the turnpike you pay a lot more for that meal because they have a captive audience. When I opened the bun the meat was so small that I took it with a quarter next to it. The patty was not much bigger than the quarter about the size of a 50 cent piece and about as thick. What a rip off. I took a picture of it and as soon as I learn to down load it. It will go viral. $7.00 bucks of nothing

I happened to pass through the drive up window at Burger King on Hwy. 5, Douglasville, GA. and placed an order with an employee who rushing me to hurry, sounding very obnoxious through the speaker with an attitude. I drove up to the first window and was immediately greeted with one of the nicest male employees with dignity, integrity and respect. He was very "customer friendly". I then drove up to the second window, low and behold it was like receiving my order from the "wicked witch of Burger King". I am shocked that the company would have such employees passing on attitudes and negative personalities to their customers. I saw the head manager in the background stopped to look and listen at her behavior. The manager didn't come to the window to even see what was taking place and the window clerk closed the window on me, while I was still speaking. There was no arguing or anything, I merely asked her why was she rushing me, when there was no vehicles behind me in the line during my meal order.

Lets all just stay away from BK... they will all be closed within 18 months just like all Kmart stores were for their crapy service and awful food... I will stay away...will you?

Well i really wanted a whopper n when i pull up to order the menu light was out so i say ill tell them when i get to the window not really a issue so i tell the manager ) Angel he tell me he know so before i can say anything else he close the window n then come back n say just pull up so again before i can get a word out the window close again but to make along story short even if the food not all that good service was good people will come back but if service is horrible just know u have lost a customer!!!staff need to be b train on customers. service Bk n valrico 2117 on 60

Horrible pathetic stackers, the huge bun and tiny burger. But wait it gets better!!! You get a half piece of bacon, really!?!?! I am going to mcdonald's atleast you get more meat and you pay less. There is a reason BK is closing stores and going out of business. WHERE's THE BEEF!!!!!
