Well, I really have alot to say but, just realized that nothing will be done about it.. so why complain! The people bk hires is a joke!! No matter how many chances I give bk I'm ALWAYS disappointed. If your in breaux bridge, la...lafayette, la..or carencro,la...be ready for POOR QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE!!!! You just can't beat Mcdonalds !!!

Well yesterday on fathersday I got fired because. my register was short 24 dollars And 99 cents I told my boss that I didn't do it and to check the cameras to see who did it she refused and said that she was not going to do it because she didn't have time then she said that she would look at them for an hour and a half when I knew she didn't because it was time for her to leave. She said she didn't say I did it but she fired me anyways alot of people ran that register that day and I got fired that's not fair. She don't know who did it. And refuse to find out who. Y would I steal 24 dollars and 99 cents I mean hello don't u think that's odd I would have tooken the whole 25 if I stolen the money which I didn't I loved my job even if it was just 20 hours a week. Just left BK at exit 114 off I-81 after waiting in a line for 30 minutes with only one person getting served. Management was horrible DON'T waste your time getting off the highway!!!

BK on cornhusker in bellevue NE, was the worst experience ever. Over 40 min wait on food, couldn't figure out how to refund me the manager was rude and a joke she didn't even want to help me, she was to busy making food, because the other guys didn't know how, I heard him tell her this. Plus it was dirty, I had never been there before we had just moved to town from Des Moines, Iowa. This BK should be shut down what a joke.

Burger king on waldron and spid 78418. I have been eating double cheeseburgers since I was little. BK recently lowered the quality and raised the price. I took my burger (untouched) back for a refund, and they would not give me one. Saying it was company policy. They wont give you a burger without paying and when their is a problem with the quality they steal your money. Burger went in the trash and burger king stole 3 bucks of mine.

Stopped by the Burger King in West Plains, MO on 6/15 at around 11:30. Purchased a whopper junior meal for $4.28. I gave the older female cashier a $10 & received the correct change. However, she rang it up on the register as $20 and mentioned she accidentily input the transaction as $20. I was not given a receipt. I don't want her to get into trouble, but I don't condone employee theft (if that is what it was).

I have been stopping at the same Burger King in the Waugh Chapel shopping center, Maryland, every Thursday night during the summer for 5 years. Two weeks ago I could not get a milkshake around 9 pm because the machine was being cleaned. Ok, so I went to Arby's next door for one. Two weeks later at 8:30 pm, I am told the milkshake machine is again being cleaned. I ask what time do you close and am told 10:00 pm. I get upset and leave saying I am going to Arby's. I come back to Burger King and ask why the machine is being cleaned at 8:30 if you close at 10:00? I am told by the manager, the machine is being cleaned now, because she is the only one who makes sure the machine gets cleaned. She added that her employees leave at 9:30 or 10:00 and I can go to Arby's. What's wrong with this?

Several weeks ago I informed the manager at the New Lenox, Il store 10208 that the signage stating that the Whopper Sandwich priced at $3.29 was incorrect and was being rung up at $3.49. Once again this evening, the sign had not been changed and when I mentioned it to the manager he said, "Oh, I thought they changed that. What's wrong with them?" I pulled away from the drive-thru window and then discovered that the unsweetened tea I ordered was sweet tea. Once again I went through the window. If the Whopper price has been wrong for several weeks, months, then I wonder what else is falsely priced?

The Burger King on Jones Creek Rd. in Baton Rouge is progressively getting worse. I'm sure a lot of people would say, "what's the big deal...it's just fast food". For some people fast food is a daily, sometimes 3 times a day thing. For others, eating out, even at Burger King or McDonald's, is an absolute treat. We don't eat out very often as a usual thing, but recently, due to some family emergencies, we were kind of forced to. Each and every single time, the Burger King on Jones Creek, managed to forget at least one or more items. This was after they appeared to look in the bag and at the receipt still at the window. We're thinking, "Great, we can finally go home and relax". Except somebody's food wasn't in the bag once we got home. Too tired to go back out, and as luck would have it, it was usually MY FOOD that wasn't there. While I know Burger Kind couldn't know this, I didn't eat for a couple of days because of someone not putting my food in the bag. On top of being hungry, the other family members who did get food, felt bad about eating in front of me. They were all just as tired as me. It caused a big argument about the fact I didn't have food and whether someone should go back and try to get me the food I had paid for. Today, you guessed it...I sent my sons to Burger King on Jones Creek. Today was an ordinary day. A treat. Yep, I paid for everyone's food and the kids thought my food was in the bag because the girl read it off the receipt while looking in the bag. They got all the way home and my onion rings were the only food I got. My son was shorted fries. I called up there this time. Sure, the manager says she's sorry, but it was shift change and she probably forgot to change the board. Whatever that means. I just told her this happens every time anyone in my family comes up there. I get to pay for everyone else to eat and we didn't even get a reciept this time. The boys thought it was in the bag. Nope. Then when the fish sandwich I ordered finally got to me, it was AWFUL. It was cold, and the lettuce was rotten. I will go to McDonald's from now on. It costs less and tastes better anyway.

hey this is timothy one of yall employees me and this manger name jenny got into on 6-12-2012 addresse 9650 north kings hwy anthony told me to wrok 5 to 11 so jenny was like didnt u suppose to leave at 2 i was like yea but anthony told me to work 5 to 11 too so she cuss me out tell me i need to leave so i was like ok i will so she steady talkin junk soi cuss her out then she was like u dont know me we can take it outside when i get off then she tell one of yall empolyees that she dont want to work with me because of the way i am see im gay thats why she dont want to work with me and thats why she dont like me i heard thay with my own ears then 6-12-2012 when i clocked out this other empolyee came up there on his day off and instead of her working she comin out side standing outside talkin to him for like a hour or two then we had too customer come in wanting there money back she got nasty with them and didnt give them there money back another manger had to give them there money yall really need to do sumthing with here because she dont fit for burger king she dont know how to talk to her customers or employees and i think she on drugs so i called anthony dismorning he told me i was fired but i think she should be fired too because threat me but if yall dont do nothing i think thays a law sue thank yall and yall have a nice day

On June 11, 2012 my son and I order our dinner from Burger King on E Erie St Painesville Ohio. I must say the service was very fast. Upon arriving home and sitting at dinner table. I open up my salad and observed the chicken to be burnt and none edible. This was around 5:45pm. I proceeded to get the contact number for this BK. From the time of 5:47 to 5:56, the phone was answered and immediately hung up. I arrived at the mention BK around 5:59. I proceeded to explain that the chicken was badly burnt and you could see that it was dried out. I could here someone say I didn't make it. By this time the manager came to the front, her behavior was not welcoming. I explained again how badly burnt the chicken was and how dried it looked. She stated that she had not seen the salad go out. I in turn stated, as a worker preparing the salad it should have never left the store. Manager left the front and went into the back. I called the number again, and this time the manager pick up. I asked to speak with the manager again, I stated I had called several times and how the phone had been hung up each time. She said I just answered a call. Instead of this manager attempting to smooth over what had just happened, I was offered my money. No apology was ever given to me, for having such a bad meal and service from workers. Good customer service is what keeps the customer coming back. I have always patrionized Burger King. With the lack of concern for me as a customer, I have decided not to ever patronize Burger King ever again. Sincerely Dolores JWilliams

I would give both restaurants in Bristol, Ct. A half a star rating i will no longer go to them. Due to the fact there filthy the employees personality stinks including the mgr i was at the one on rt6 last weekend an all i heard was the mgr complain how she didn't want to be there an that she ahould have called out sick. I was at i be leave is store 04065 that place is filthy. An both of these places are corporate run NOT franchised out. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were at the bk in Shenandoah Iowa we stood in line for 15 minutes the manager was on the phone looked right at us and went to the office still on the phone came back out looked at us and then put gloves on and went to the grill. There were only had 2 people working at 7the at night. There was another family waiting on their food she said they had been waiting for their food for 20 minutes that is poor fast food i work at McDonald's and we never make our customers wait cause we hold our name fast food unlike bk so i will never be going back

dear sir I live in australia melbourne I faound hungry jacks are the most faviret for hy children and for me dont know wy but it is . what I am thinking . my backround from kurdstan and I have been there a resturant or a take away like burger king or hungry jacks are very fit for that part of world . people there like eate take away food but I didnt or there isnt a quality menu like burger king .so Iam thinking there is an apportunity a golden apportunity there .me and my wife are thinking about it seriously .

i am or should i say i was a employee at burger king in southcharleston west virginia .. nd ive tried to call in on my store manager for the longest this woman needs to be reprimanded .. for one she doesnt do anything and she talks down on her employees then expects for you to respect her .. we never have anything because she is never there and she doesnt order what she needs of the truck i was fired for not giving up my phone and i understand completly that there were no cell phones allowed but your not going to take my phone when i have a sick child at home and i need to be able to be reached at all times and they dont answer the phone shes a very disrespectful person never in my life have i delt with so much

We went to BK in West Carrollton Ohio and the guy who took our order couldn't get it right after I repeated it 3 times. He still overcharged me and then had to do a refund on my credit card which came through as 2 separate charges and hopefully they refund the first bad charge or I'll have to go through my bank and deal with disputing the charge. In my opinion BK is one of the worst fast food places around for their lack of educated employees.

I've been a loyal BK fan for over 30 years, at least I was. Not anymore. You have ruined the Whopper. The Whopper w/cheese has always been my favorite fast food burger but now it is disgusting. I thought my local BK was just going down hill (NW Cincinnati), then I moved to Cary, NC. The Whopper there was just as bad. Then I moved to Bloomington, IL, still disgusting. I've given up. The new Whopper tastes more like a cold sandwich from Subway. In every store in every state I've been to in the last two years it's the same, HORRIBLE! The buns are cold, the cheese never melts, and worst of all the meat is as bland and tasteless as a McD small burger for kids. The only thing you've gotten right in the last two years is the fries, I must admit the fries are much better than they were. If Coke can do it so can you! Please bring back the original Classic Whopper! I have no reason or desire to go to BK anymore. Sad.
