Burger King Corporate Office & Headquarters

I am in massapequa long island new york T burger king on sunrise hwy and the girl at register is doing ALL the work, only 3 people on duty here on a labor day holiday----this girl is working her rear off, and definitely deserves some sort of recognition for her outstanding performance today, my hats off to her! If it weren't for her they would be closed today, not to mention no caps for drinks, no small fry cups and a few other things I saw while I waited for our order-

burger King location 15554 Roscoe Boulevard Van Nuys California 91406 burger King is 1 of the highest priced fast food restaurant chains and the food is horrible I was at Burger King 3679 the customer service is poor from staff and manager didn't get my order right then charge me for their mistake and then on top of that wanted to charge me for condiments I remember when McDonalds try the same thing charging 21 cents for hot mustard sauce it didn't work out for them obviously cause they don't do it anymore burger King want to charge me 50 cents free ranch sauce this is ridiculous when you spend your money there we are talking about 1,000,000 dollar 1,000, 000,000 dollar corporation I find it ridiculous cheap and petty when you cannot put paper towels in the restroom and air dryer just does not cut it I was reading some of these reviews that people have sent you guys I read about 10 or 12 and they were all bad except for 1 someone in this corporation needs to put their foot down and straighten things out there's a lot of people that need a job so as a consumer I should not have to put up greed and rudeness and receiving something other than what I paid for and asked for and then be in charge for their mistakes I will not be eating Burger King anymore I would like to be contacted and I would like to know what you're gonna do about this and this is not my first better experience I am a tow truck driver for the Auto Club so I am out driving around eating fast food all the time everyday and I quote burger King is the worst of them all .this all took place on September third 2012 409 p.m. in the receipt says on the bottom or gold is your satisfaction I'm not seeing it definitely not feeling it and 1 more thing might I add those little dinky little cinnamon buns 1 of them for 2 dollars that's ridiculous you really need to do something about your pricing please fix it 818-577-3444.

A company that lets their general manager, who is married to another woman, sleep with their store manager, that only got that position by sleeping with the general manager, run a store and run all the good employees out of it is bullshit! your store number 13293 in Great Falls Mt located on the bypass is full of piss poor management and i will definitely give your store lots of free advertisement for you. You can Keep all your nasty food. never know what you will find in it especially if Todd and Tiffany are working together! and since when are managers just supposed to stand around and yell at the workers for no reason. and only the time you see Todd helping out is when he is geekin and tweekin on his meth! anybody that knows what that looks like knows what he is on.

im contacting on behalf of burger king on 4th st. in beloit wisconsin on 9/1/2012 at 830 pm i ordered a chicken sandwich meal a 5 piece strip and a strawberry shake and a strawberry bananna smothie well i get home and drink my smoothie and while im drinking i suck up alot of plastic strands i call them immediatly and noone wants to answer my call so i put it in the fridge and save the plastic i go back today which is 9/2/2012 and talk to the manager she says i dont know how it got in there do u want another one well to be honest i dont want anything from that store and im told they cant do nothin about it well if someone does not contact me and soon im goin to start a laws suit my email is b_n_2004@yahoo.com soneone needs to make this right before i begin legal action

Worse place to ever go to. Your place on S.E 29th in Del City, Oklahoma is the worse place to go to. The slowest people agoin. Your food has shrunk, you cant enjoy your meal cause there isnt anything there to eat. Just like i told them once before an i even gave them the benefit of doubt. I would soon go to McDonalds than I would ever go back to any Burger King!

I'm so disappointed we used to love burger king bit on the last 6 yr it has changed for the worst...What's wrong the food is so bad, when I threw it away the birds refused to eat it ...keep it up will you be out of business and don't blame it on the president.

The service was poor they had a young lady running back and forth doing drive thru and front counter while the mangers doing nothing but yapping a long line but only one person in the kitchen the manager was young and to me itseemed like the employee was doing the managers job every night its the same thing same emplyee with the same manager buger king in cherry hill route 70 really need to check their management but other then that you are fine in my eyes

I'd like to know why your establishments (particularly your Knightstown, Indiana location); will not accept walk up orders at your drive thru windows after your dining area is cluosed. My boyfriend is an over the road truck driver and he stopped a little after 11 p.m. to get a sandwich and was told he could not place an order because you all do not allow walk up orders at the drive through. Well I feel you are discriminating against truck drivers, I mean most likely they are driving a vehicle; it just happens to be one that will not fit through your drive through without tearing your place apart.. but should that mean they can't place an order, I do not think so. I mean after all how do your establishments get their supplies delivered to them, well let me remind you;by truck drivers. Up until tonight which is when this incident took place I usually ate at our local Burger King here in Middletown Ohio 3 to 4 times a week, but as of now I will not ever enter one of your p . This was totally unnecessary, I mean my God this establishment was right next to a truck stop.I mean most people are either home sleeping , working, or still at the local bar as they don't clise until 2 of There is no reason for this treatment of any if our truck drivers. I do feel that your business is dicriminating against truck drivers because you are denying them access to yourvestablishment after 11 p.m. but are wiiling to be open for drunks, prostitutes, and only god knows what else. I mean seriously just how much business do you get from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.

at mn. burger kings now when you use a debit card if you go back up to order something else a 2nd time and use the same debit card they need to get a managers approval. never heard of such a thing. so they dont want me eating there more than once a day is that it? strange. never had that happen at mcdonalds or wendys or anywhere else.

Burger King on 16th and Broadway in Council Bluffs, IA,(BK02163) is horrible!! Drive up service is so slow, they never get the food right, the employees sit and visit with each other for 10 minutes or more and just let you sit in your car and wait!! Vickie at the drive up walks around and talks more than she works. You call in to talk with a manager and they just let the phone ring and never answer it. You eat inside and it is nasty dirty in the kitchen area and around the front counter. Why does this Burger King get away with such horrible service and no customer service at all????????????????? They act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. People are always complaining but nothing gets done about it. WHY??????????

I just finished visiting a Burger King in NJ. The worst I ordered a bacon cheesburger and recieved a chessburger with a piece of bacon smaller than the size of a 2 year olds finger. Basically what they put in my sandwich was a crumb of bacon. When I approached the manager he said these were standard rules now when ordering bacon it is 1 piece of bacon in the sandwich. I know the eceonmy is bad but if I will be receiivng this type of service for my food then I willno longer be buying Burger King.. Burger King has just showed me that the econmy is so bad I should not be ordering out. So disatisfied..............

burger king on st augustine rd in jacksonville is the worst.There is a girl name Brandy that works there. She does not have good hygiene and her breathe stinks. turned my stomach watching her prepare my food. her clothes were dirty and she smelled.

The burger king at the Piscataway location 1014 Stelton Rd, Piscataway NJ 08820 is horrible first they sell me a burger with pork after I specifically told them no pork because of religious reasons so I stopped going there for a few months then today I go there and I order a Dutch apple pie and when I get back to work I open the pie to see the half of the pie covered in mold I took pictures for proof as well as kept my receipt to take legal matters because this is ridiculous two instances and nothing is done this is my life and health at stake and someone needs to be held responsible.

Visited Bastrop La location. The lady who took our order did not know how to work the computer. We waited 25 minutes for two salads and a whopper. Which turns out it was sitting on the counter. I had to asks if that was my order to the kitchen lady who wasn't very nice but did get me my order. If that is not enough there were 3 children that appeared to be age 2 , 3 and about 8 or 9 in the lobby unattended. The middle child had no shoes and only underwear on the oldest tried to control the others but could not. It appeared that these were employee's children. The lady that check us out came out one time to check on them. These children were very unhappy. Screaming and yelling the whole time

Generally speaking given the choice between Mickey Dee and Wendys and Bugrer King I will seek out a Burger King. Normally I like the 2 burritos hash browns and coffee but yesterday I was really disapointed in my breakfast. The borritos were very small and when you held them up to eat liquid ran out onto my hand the eggts must be kept in a steam table and the cook did not drain them. Like I said the product was small and I did not feel I was getting my monies worth. Something else I would like to address and I admit it is a small thing but it is still a pain in the rear. It seems whoever fills the napkin dispensers jams them full and when you are holding a tray and try to get the napkins out you either rip the napkins and must take several or set your tray down and go fish for napkins. I have always enjoyed eating at Burger King and as I said I will seek it out if given a choice but I feel you all are headed in the wrong direction.

I have been going to Burger King for years. Here recent I have noticed the meat in the burgers getting smaller. I took photos to show everyone because the hamburger was so small that the cheese wrapped all the way around it. I thought maybe it was a bad day so I took my parents out to dinner. My father ordered a bacon cheese Burger. It was so bad I took it back to the manager to ask him toadd some beef that this was pitiful! My daughters burger was just bad!Needless to say I will not go back and waste my money! McDonalds and Wendy's haven't gone stingy!!!!

On thursday august 16 2012 at 6;10am I stop at the burger king at 5th street and Lenox avenue in Miami beach Florida for breakfast.I pull up to the drive up screen and waited .After waiting a while I moved up to the window.Thats when I saw the cashier.So I waited,and waited,and waited.At no time did this person recognize that I was there.Looking at my watch I continue to wait, and wait, and wait.Then the cashier walked away as she went over to what look like the manager.Then out of frustration I blew the horn on my car to get anybodies attention.Finally I saw one of the cooks looking over at me but nobody acknoledged that I was there.I waited,waited,and waited so I left. I was going to be late for work.The next day I return with one thing in mind .To get the phone to corporate headquarters.I got the phone number that I wanted,and before asking for the phone number made my breakfast order and was very satisfied with the speed and attention I received from this crew.If you would have properly trained crew or individuals wanting to work, your business would increase.Thats why I usually go to McDonals.Because of its fast service and courteous employees.

I would rate higher but why are the double cheeseburgers advertised as having two slices of cheese but many stores are told to use one and charge a quarter for the other one.
