17951 nw 27th ave has very poor customer service the speakers never work and do not understand this drive in thing why have it if you tell people to pull up and wait and have the nerve to say that im waiting because they did not put my order in just did it and i have to wait for everyone before me to get there food when i was way before them the manager did not resolve the problem just act like this is normal wow if i was in pembroke pines feel like i would have gotten better treatment its funny how living in a black area makes bad customer service a norm

I purchased 2 orders at the BurgerKing here in memphis tn. today a no.6 a no.4 after sitting down to enjoy it we found red hair in it, long red strings of hair I called back and was put on hold time after time again yall please be careful and check your food before leaving.

Unfortunately the Burger King in Santa Barbara, California has gone out of business and closed down. The first time and ever since I went in to patronize Burger King, I found their hamburgers were the best I have ever tasted. I have been to many fast food hamburger places but Burger King has my number one support. It was unfortunate we lost our Burger King. Do not give up. There are new shopping malls in the development stages in Goleta, California, just 7 miles north of Santa Barbara. You may be dealing with the city of Goleta instead of Santa Barbara. Blessings to you. They are easier to get along with and they are progressive towards the future. Unfortunately the city of Santa Barbara has been dealing in the dark ages for too many years. There are not economical problems, there are attitude problems on the part of our city. They are still awaiting the first voyage of Christopher Columbus ever since 1992. They are behind the times and many other businesses are leaving our town. Good luck and looking forward to seeing a Burger King in Goleta, I am sure you will find this a better place to do business. Took advantage of the buy one get one free Whooper coupon today. When I got my food home both Whoopers had little of no onion or lettus. Kinda odd they would short those items when you concider they're probably the cheapest. I guess the illegal aliens they have preparing their food haven't got the hang of it yet. I guess I should be happy the person at the window spoke any english at all.

i recently went to a burger king i asheville n.c.i went to eat breakfast and was rudely greeted by an employee. derogitory comments were made at me because i was wearing a competitors tshirt. If this person would have looked a little closer she would have noticed that it had a special needs baseball league emblem on it. you can piss ne off and joke about my shirt but don't mess with ny kids. Because of her toilet tongue mouth I WILL NEVER EAT AT A BURGER KING AGAIN!!!!! your employees have a lot to learn and if they want to donate to our baseball league i'll come back but that might be the only way i set foot in a burger king again

On Sunday, my husband and I visited the Cottage Grove, MN Burger King and had a very distasteful visit. We waited nearly 20-25 minutes for our order of 2 Whoppers, 2 fries and 2 Fruit Smoothies. We had to ask a couple of times for our drinks and she said that they will be right up and we still waited. This was a "to go" order and no one was in front of us and we waited for a long time and had to keep reminding her to get our drinks!! Very unpleasant visit!!

I have a cousin that work at burger king on lewis and clark blvd. Well today I locked my self out of her apt. taking out the trash,her son was in there.i had to call her to let her know,so she can bring me the key.she only live down the street.the managers threaten to fire her if she leave.thats messed up that I had to call the fire department to get her one year old out.about 9:30am she called me to bring her some pads,cause she came on her period they wouldn't let her leave to go home and change clothes.so I took her some,when I got there the back door was wide open and both managers were in the back with they'er family members smoking.a little girl about one no older than three was running in and out the back door.now what if a robber was to walk up he could have came right in the back door.now who's going to fire them?

I work for burger king. Its a challenge everyday. The GM only hires his friends, and since I wasn't hired due to friendship they expect me to do everything. Everyone else can be on the phone and text but when I ask if I can have a cigarette the manager says yeah. The Gm friends call him and make me out to be the bad one. Not only that the hiring manager physically abused me on Sat before memorial day and nothing was done about it. They also keep food over night that they serve the next day when its suppose to be thrown away. On June 22, I was suppose to get a raise and still waiting for one and its 9/17.

I visit one of your bring king on stirling road, and i was asking your store manager named Anette a questionand she replied to me who are you and why am i speaking to you in a very slick way. If this how u train your store manager to talk to people you will lose customers by the day. I did not like how she talk to me and i heard how she talk to her employees i think she is rude and she don't need to be a manager cuz me and my family will no longer come to that resturant nomore just because of her.

I work for your burger on Stirling Road, and i felt like the 2 months i was there i was being harasse by the store manager. I felt i knew my job but she constly followed me around the store aggrevatinge me, saying all kinds of stero type stuff to me, and i don't like how she fired me because i called off cause i had the flu, icame to work the next day and she told the manager if i cum in to go back home for sunday and monday and to call her on Tuesday. So i did call Tuesday and nobody answer the phone and i call her the next day and i told her that i called and she bluntly told me that i was a liar and that i didn't call their at all and she told me in a nasty way that she don't got time to talk to me and i'll call you back whenever, then she hung up on me. So i waited and called her back on Friday she told me to come in and we had a meeting that when she told me that she was letting me go because i was sick and she told me cause i called off Saturday that it was my fault that they failed an inspection so she let me go. I fell that wasn't even called for and she don't know how to talk to people she feel that everbody is slow and stupid in there and thats nots how a manager suppose to talk or make her employees feel that way. The way she talks to me made me feel so uncomfortable it started interfering wit my work cause everytime i did my work she come behind me and complain about something.

The Burger King here in Huber Heights, OH is terrible!!!!! The staff is not trained adequatley, the food quality is poor, order accuracy doesn't even exist, and the sanitation is about the worst I have seen. The managers have been getting away with this for years and I think it's time for their bosses to be gut checked. How can a store be this terrible and the D.M. not be tired of the complaints??? How can they not notice that this place really needs to change. It's gotten so bad that when they mess up your order, three out of four times, they just laugh about it! I guess I should thank them for pushing me to go to Subway more often as it will be healthier in the long run.

I went to the Burger King in my hometown today. I went through the drive thru. This is the second time in two months I had wait in line- someone two or three cars up is waiting for their order to be filled. They don't have them pull over soon enough, if at all, to wait for their order. Secondly, They are ripping their custumers off, or if you prefer, comittimg fraud, by overcharging. I had a coupon for two whopper jr.'s and two small fries for $3.99. According to my calculations, the tax would be $0.2394- rounded up to $0.24. 3.99+.24= $4.23. I was charged $4.24. I overpaid the last time, too. Though 1 cent isn't much, it adds up over a day/week/month of business. And quite frankly, I work too hard for my money to be cheated out of even one cent, or 'have it stolen'. I'm not sure at all I will do business with BK, anywhere, again. How disappointing this business is run so badly. With the economy such as it is, when are you business owners going to realize that you are going to have to go back to outstanding customer service to keep your business alive? Hope you don't have stock holders to answer to.

I visited the Burger King at 2355 Mt. Zion Parkway in Jonesboro, GA last evening. The service was VERY slow, the employess looked dirty and sloppy, the food service area that I could see needed cleaning badly and the employee that finally waited on me was wearing a HUGE "OBAMA 2012" campaign button. I felt that was highly inappropriate no matter for whom I might like to vote. I do not plan to patronize that establishment again. (But - the sweet potato fries were delicious :)!)

We live in Fuquay Varina, N.C. and received coupons in the mail for the Burger King near our home. Most of the time the restaurant is not that busy but because of the coupons it was very busy. They only had one girl taking orders and she had problems when handed a coupon. When she called for help from the back this man that was very nasty to her came out and showed her what to do. I really felt sorry for her. The ketchup dispenser was empty, one of the drinks from the machine was empty and service was not that good. The restaurant is located at the cornder of Fayetteville Rd. and Judd Parkway in Fuquay and I do not have a restaurant number as she did not give me my receipt. i worked for a burger king and quickly decided that this was not the place for me when the whole family is working there and treated differently than the regular employees also, in the middle of lunch the GM through a whopper jr. at me and came really close to hitting me in the face!!! Horrible business and horrible employee relationships!!!

Never work at burger king in deptford. There's a manager named Teresa. She's a liar for starts. Very two faced. She's cheap.. I got into it. Didn't really get into it with. I went into work. She wanted me to wear a headset for the drive through. The headset, some one just took off. All sweaty and wet. I told her I wasn't putting it on. She asks why I tell her some one else's sweat is all on it.. It's wet. Put it on or clock out. I said I'll clock out. Text her later she to ask if I'm fired she says I quit. She's cheap. Won't buy clean things for people to use. Who wants to put someone else's sweat on their ears? Would u? Tell her to watch her attitude.

Just want everyone out there to know that BurgerKing steals from its customers. I ate at the Happy Valley location in Phoenix AZ. I got up from the table to dump my trash and i left my brand new baseball cap on the table. This was at close so i was the last to leave. When i arrived home i called and spoke to the manager. He told me someone must have come in after me and stole my hat. Funny thing is they locked the doors behind me when i left. Only after calling the corprate office and reporting it thr tapes were reviewed and in fact an employee did steal my hat. 2 days later the store manager Jose tries to return my hat to me. I dont want some hat ur dirty employee has been wearing. I had to ask them to re emburse me for my 40 dallor hat he stole. Oh and i found out this employee still has his job.

The burger king in tallahassee is AWFUL. Their shakes are disgusting and when asked for.another they simply add more ice! The young lady was so rude(atoya)e and and simply didn't care about her customers. The manager was just clueless with any problem brou ght to him. If it could possibly get worse it did, when a little boy came in the manager was so mean and treated him like an adult! If I could I would give them zero stars. This is the burger king on west tharpe street the manager.name is Stu and the order number is 573. Word of advice? Go to McDonald's for their cafe.

The Burger in Folkston Ga is horrible. The lady, Kim Batten that runs the place lies so bad its not even funny. She lies on one employee to another to get them fighting. She lets her husband run the place and he aint even an employee there. She bought him a shirt to wear when the inspector comes so they will think he works there. He goes up there and walks in the back when the employees cant even do that on their days off. He just goes up there and sits and watches them and trys to tell them what to do. like he is their boss. There is something sneaky going on up there. She cant keep any help. She needs to keep her husband out of there. He dont work there so he needs to quit acting like he is the big shot up there.
