Worst restaurant experience ever. They opened a new buffalo wild wings in stockton ca, the chicken tenders served to my chilren were raw and uncooked and when the waitress came to my table and I showed her, she acted like nothing was wrong, she took over an hour to bring out new ones, didnt apologize and was rude. The margaritas were so watered down it taste like water with salt, will never again in my life go or promote this horrible chain of restaurants. Sucks and they should be out of business for serving raw food to children!!! Mcdonalds is better than this crap.

If there was a no star rating I would give the b dubs in Lafayette Indiana on creasy ave the no star rating the kitchen is filthy and my food was horible I've ate b dubs in other locations and my rating would be better but at that location i was dissapointed no stars for Lafayette Indiana

I worked at Buffalo Wild Wings on 28 and Creasy. It was the MOST worse place I have ever worked for. The management NEVER stayed a full shift. The GM would go out with out getting clocked out to run personal errands. He would put it straight out there that he does have a favorite and her name is Jessica. This girl comes in late all the time and wears her hair down all the time. She has never worked and she just stands around. Everyone degraded each other and their customers. A bartender and server has cursed out their customers before. The management has no control over that place. Illegal use of marijuana was used on breaks and probably still is. They only have one female manager and she is very sexist towards some of the females. She would give them a hard time and degrade their work. She would tell employees underneath her secrets about the GM (General Manager)about his divorce and drinking. She gossips as if she is still in high school. A couple of times some of the servers have crept over to the bar and drank. I have witnessed some occasions that a young male under 21 was served alcohol. They continue to keep servers who repeatedly has came in or called off because of hangovers. Then when they get servers who bust their tail ends, (that are the best servers I have seen)they feel threatened. They start to treat them badly and get hard on them. I feel sorry for whoever works at this place.

I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings that is in front of the Madison Square Mall in Huntsville, Alabama and it was the poorest service i have ever had. My food was not well prepare and it was not how i ordered it i ask for a grilled chicken sandwich without oinons with sweet bbq sauce and a order of fries, i was served a cold chicken sandwich with a sweet bbq sauce poured on like ketchup with oinons that sandwich was so cold and dry and tasted nasty and that what i waited over 30 min for and my son didnt eat until after i was done with my meal my wife and daughter food was not good at all they order 12 piece wings ask the waiter if they could split the 12(6 bone wings and 6 boneless wings) for each order, my wife and daughter order the same thing now on the menu it state that the 12 piece wings were 9.79 i had two on order, now what the waiter fail to say that BWW when you order boneless they come in order of 8 how ever that part of story does not reflex what was brought out he served them 6 and 6 each then the bill come BWW charges me for 2 8piece boneless and 12bone wings, and to top all that i get stuck with a 70.00 dinner ticket. at BWW i never pay over $45-$50 for a family of four. The manager was rude and did not appear to care that it took over 15 mins before the waiter took our order then another 30 to 45 minutes before we got our food and they were not even busy. One couple got tired of waiting and canceled their order all together. I did not want to pay for this nasty meal and service. I agreeded to pay for the drinks, appertizers and a piece of pie. But why pay for something that I did not even eat plus she threw it in the trash. The manager was trash and so was the restuarant.

I love buffalo wild wings hot food yummy!! You guys used to be so good here in illinois But now they just charge alot and always get my Order wrong and never really put much sauce on my Wings or sometimes come to table cold :( I believe if you pay for all of the above at least Give good service and food come on!! And also the sauce i order hot barbaque or mango habenero Is either not hot or the wrong one they mix it wrong!! Im sick of this poor service !!! Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange california, was by far the worst restaurant i have EVER been to. My husband and i waited 20 mintues to be acknowledge but our waitress. She then placed our order for 2 Cokes and a Sampler, the cokes came right out, by this time it is now 4:15 we received our soda at 4:05. by 4:30 our waitress came by our table and said " let me check on that sampler for you" another 20 mintues goes by. Our waitress again comes by our table and says " let me check on that sampler for you" REALLY i thought you where suppose to do that 20 mintues ago!!!! by this time i am irritated and very upset, i told my husband we are going to pay for our soda's and leave. I went to the front of the restaurant where i wanted to pay and i was told i couldnt pay, the manager then comes to the front, i explain to him the situatin and told him all i want to do is pay for my drinks and leave, he then said no its ok we got your drinks and let us walk out!!!! he didnt apologize didnt offer us any compensation, i will NEVER return ever again. The customer service was terrible!!!! the manager had no customer service skills!!!! But i must add same day my husband i drove to the cerritos, ca location excellent customer service!!!! 100%.

I used to work for this company. I liked it and everyone was nice. The managers were super friendly. I never got a complaint, I was always very attentive to my guests. But as I read these comments I realize all the things my coworkers did wrong. I apologize on their behalf and I'm sure on mine as well. My life was good until I worked there for 3 weeks. Then I got something thrown at my head by a MANAGER, and "playfully" hit in the face with a large to go box, yes the same manager and there was a bruise. I had someone stalking me inside my work and also in the parking lot, and after countless times of my manager saying he would kick them out or call the cops HE NEVER DID. The cooks were treated terribly as well. If any server was sick and we tried to call out we got threatened to get fired if we didn't show up. So for fear of getting fired people would show up sick, throwing up, fever, coughing. Real FDA approved right? Everyone was always getting yelled at. The managers are extremely bipolar. We also got in trouble for asking for weekends off. I loved eating there but I got good service because I work there I will admit that. But to work at a Buffalo Wild Wings..pick a different place please. You will regret it. I am still there unfortunately.

I had been employed by BBW for 7 months never had a complaint , never called in sick,worked double shifts with no lunch break, was a great team member then one day I looked at my schedule and they took all my days away, I called and they said I was fired for not charging a customer a $ 2.38 drink I didnt even realize I did it. I asked if they could write me up or something I would pay for the drink , but no your fired.The Managers treat their servers so unfairly but its ok for a manger to drink on the job and get on the entercom and announce free drinks for everyone at the out side bar over two thousand dollars worth of liquor that night and it's all on video. The managers would tell us that we were pieces of S____! and just last week they started making us give three dollars of our tip money every night to another server who would come in the morining and fill sauces and roll silverware so the company didnt have to pay her hourly wage. I could go on and on and I will Me and some of the other girls are writing to corporate.

My daughter works at a Wichita, KS franchise and they had her pulling weeds in the front of the building for 2 1/2 hours in 90 degree weather. Does this company not have enough money to pay a company to take care of their landscaping? I'm pretty upset.

The buffalo wild wings in Spring Hill Tn is poorly managed and the employees are inefficient and very rude. We waited for seating for 45 min after being told our wait would be 30 min. (we don't mind waiting our turn) We specifically told the hostess (there were 3 at the stand) that we would sit at the bar. She told us the wait was the same. After watching several people walk right past the 3 hostesses and sit at the bar, we became irritated because of our specific request to sit at the bar, and being told the wait was the same. We went to the hostess and said "excuse me but we thought we asked to be seated at the bar if there was seating there" she told us the bar was open seating. At this point we were very angry and went out the door. As we started to leave we decided that the manager needed to know about the incident. We went back in and told the 3 hostesses that we needed to see a manager. After waiting about 10 min and not getting to talk to a manager we went back to the 3 hostesses and said in a louder voice "excuse me but didn't we ask for a manager?" She said he's coming. At this time a man whom we assumed was the manager walked up and asked if he could help us, and we told him what had happened. He told us oh i can't help you, I'm just a server. We are very irritated at this point and in a loud voice said we wanted to see a manager, that's what we asked for. The manager finally came out of the back and said yes can i help you. After being treated like we didn't matter at all, we started telling him what had happened, and instead of saying I'm sorry or trying to address the problem, we were asked if we could please lower our voice. We were so angry at this point we left. We emailed buffalo wild wings and filed a complaint. It's been a week now and there's been no reply. We will be sure we let our friends and family know the next time they are in Spring Hill Tn, to be SURE they don't choose to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. Try Wendy's down the road, they have great service and actually care about the service they give to customers.

I am from kokomo In. I called to place a carry out order. They put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back. I placed my order. When I arrived at the time they told me, it took 20 minutes to wait on me. My food was cold. I will never go back!

A GROUP OF ME AND 11 CO-WORKERS WALKED ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN BLOOMINGTON INDIANA. OUR SERVER TOOK OUR ORDERS FAIRLY QUICK, HOWEVER WE SAT THERE FOR 45 MINUTES WITH NO FOOD, WE HAD TO GET OUR FOOD PACKAGED TO GO,WHEN WE GOT BACK TO OUR OFFICE WE WERE MISSING SEVERAL THINGS. WE CALLED AND THE OWNER BROUGHT THE ITEMS TO OUR OFFICE. THE OWNER MADE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND GAVE US GIFT CARDS. HOWEVER, THE ESTABLISHMENT WASN'T THAT BUSY, SEVERAL OPEN TABLES, THE OWNER SAID THEY HAD A LARGE PARTY THAT CAME IN, HOWEVER WE SAW THEM, IT WAS AN 8 TOP AND THEY WERE EATING WHEN WE CAME IN. I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN AS UPSET, EXCEPT ONE OF THE GIRLS HUSBANDS CAME IN 30 MINUTES AFTER US, ORDERED AND GOT HIS FOOD, ATE, AND WALKED BACK TO HIS OFFICE IN 45 MINUTES. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT IT WAS AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. PERHAPS YOU CAN TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND PROPRIETORS IN HOW TO BE MORE EFFICIENT WITH LARGER PARTIES.

I am advising all my friends in Florida, Colorado, Georgia, California and especially in Cabarrus County NC to stay away from this place at all cost. This past Friday they let go a waitress there that was a young mother of 4 children. She had been there for 4 years with rave reviews from her customers. She and her husband have not ever taken government help in raising their children as they know it is their responsibility. Enter the "new manager" last year and immediately the harassment of this young waitress begins because she had larger tips than one of the managers friends who was a waitress there. For an entire year, she has been through hell dealing with this manager even though her customers praised her. Her manager tried to get her fired last year, but could not produce any evidence to support her claim so corporate would not let her do it. Then on Friday when she was told she was being let go and why she asked to see the tape (yes they tape their customers) This could not be provided and thus far corporate has not stepped up. So if you would like to continue to support the people that stand in the welfare lines please do so, but when an injustice like this has been done to this 4 year veteran of BWW without evidence to back it up I say boycott the place until this manager is no longer able to do this to another hard working mother because she may not fit the "hooters" image of her friend. Please support the people that work for their children by taking your business to someone that can appreciate them.

This has to rank as the worst dining experience ever, under cooked chicken and over priced food, with garbage service on top of everything, a truly horrible place to eat. My wife and I stopped into a recently opened Buffalo wild wings restaurant in Sarasota Florida (University Parkway) one Saturday afternoon for lunch. The place looks kinda cool and we always have enjoyed Hooters chicken wings, so we thought lets give it a try, I mean how can you screw up chicken wings? Wrong! They were greasy and slimy and then covered in some hot sauce, and when I bit into one it was still red inside! We ate at the bar and I called the lady over who served us and showed her, her response was, yes, they are all served like that, we deep fry for 8 mins. and then serve. I wasn't getting anywhere with her, the manager came over and I told him the problem and he said oh, you want extra crispy? I told him I just wanted chicken that was safe to eat and not have to worry about salmonella poisoning, they brought out chicken that he said they cooked 16 mins ( for extra crispy), we has a side order of coleslaw which was the most tasteless stuff I have ever eaten with carrots and celery, what a disaster. Such simple food, it's a shame, a great place, nice bar, but serving crap like that. I don't know if they need to redo the menu or put a whole new crew in there. The manager Rich, who seemed nice enough told me he personally doesn't eat the stuff, I think I know why!

Worst company in the WORLD to work for. Ok so maybe I'm exaggerating, but seriously, do NOT work for this company. It is horrible. Not only do your managers not care about you, but the Home Office doesn't either. Your stress levels and quality of life is just not worth it.

I currently work at a bww and let me tell you I loved my job when i started our managent was fantastic! 6 months and a whole management change.later I hate going to work. The gm sitting in her office and talks behind other managers back to employee's even going as far as being caught by other employees talking about them! A few weeks ago an incident happened which took a week to get corrected.I have recently started a second job after I asked for months for more hours amd got no where our agm told me I had to "chose my bread amd butter job" and "weekends are manpdatory" no where in out hand book does it state about weekends and not being able to work two jobs to support my young child as being a single mother I feel I am being discriminated upon and will take it as far as i have to to make sure this never happens to anyone else

Wish the ratings could go into the negatives because I would certainly give negative stars if I could. We ordered 60 wings for our family dinner the night of my birthday, which was a month ago and when we got them home and sat down to eat, the first few we bit into were red, not pink, but red and bloody in the middle. Between myself, my husband and our kids, we didn't even get through a half dozen (pulling them apart to check at this point) before we decided we weren't finishing them and risking getting salmonella poisoning. I called BWW and at first the manager's attitude was "well, what do you want me to do about it?" and I told him we spent $30.00 and it was my birthday dinner and we couldn't eat them and by this time of the night, we weren't about to drive all the way back over, wasting our gas to bring them back to them, we tossed them. I wouldn't let him off the phone until he agreed to do something for us and he finally said "well, I guess I can send you a gift certificate", so I gave him my information and here it is a month later and no gift certificate. So I called this past week and the manager that answered was just as rude as the guy that night and he said he'd have to check the manager's log and he would call me back. 3 hours later, no callback, so I called him back and he said there was no mention of it in the "manager's log", so he would have to wait and talk to the manager that worked that night (like he couldn't call him up right then) so at that point, I told him I will just take it up with Corporate, since they don't seem to have the customer service skills to handle things at their restaurant. This is the BWW on Quebec St. in Lake Worth, TX. Avoid this place like the plague!!

I currently work for buffalo wild wings and it is terrible!!!! The manager cares more abouy getting money rather then its employees or even the guests. Nobody communicates and sometimes they schedule too many people on a shift so you waste gas going to work only to be told that they dont need you that day! I cant wait to find a new job because this is terrible! This is a corporation of people who couldnt care about anything but money! Beware of B-Dubs!!!

My four friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Hurst Texas off 820 and Central. The waitress was very rude to us at the very beginning. Rolled her eyes while we ordered our drinks, looked at my friend like she was stupid for asking her to toss her chicken. We asked for the manager after so many rude appearances. He apologized to us said he was sorry. Went to talk to our waiter and she flipped out in front of all of the customers. After that she never came back to our table. My friend went and refilled her own drink at the drink station. Also she went to every other waiter and talked crap pointing and laughing at our table. The bartender made it a point to come to our table and be a smart ass if we were doing okay. We then asked for the manager again waited twenty minutes for him to show up. He then came to our table put his elbow the table with his chin in his hand. Asked us of we knew for a fact that the waitress was talking about us. He said he heard that we were being disrespectful as well. He made us feel like we were in the wrong after we had been treated so poorly. He then tried to explain us about customer service that we have to be enjoyable therefor our experience will be enjoyable. Never saying sorry for his employees behavior or even the two other employees that were laughing at us. I thought customer service was the customer is always right ? Three out of five are waitresses and we have never been that disrespectful to a customer nor has our manager ever made the customers feel like they are in the wrong. After we felt so disrespected my friend spoke up and said we just want our checks. One girl said she wanted her food for free he then comes back and takes fifty percent off and makes my friend pay for a water. As we were leaving our waitress comes by our table and calls us "cheap hoes". This was the worst experience with the staff and a manager at a restaurant.
