Group of 8 refused service by the manager because we wanted to eat in a smoke free area. Yes I'm actually allergic to tobacco smoke. No they don't even make an attempt at a non-smoking area. Entire group is non-smokers. ADWA violation and probable OSHA violation regarding their employees. Yes, there are other places to eat and we did take several hundred dollar's worth of business elsewhere and hence, the call for a boycott.

Waxahachie friends: Just letting you know that Mallorie Brooke Crocker and Zachary Kyle Hanna ate at Buffalo Wild Wings in Waxahachie this past weekend. Got double billed on card, now unauthorized charges are appearing on his card. Had to cancel with bank, etc. Getting the run around from management. I am posting this any where possible to save you the frustration.

I recently was employeed at BWW in San Antonio, TX Zarzamora Store. Today I quit because of the disrespect and threatening atmosphere there. I was direclty insulted but Curtis, one of the managers who is supposed to always be right, he was wrong. I work three jobs to include this one. I am active duty. I have been deployed twice. I am a soldier. Well Mr Curtis took it upon himself to think it was ok to insulf my past job experienece and also the integrity of my own health problems. He made a joke like you are a medic, I would just tell you to give me a bandaide and Ill do it. All these things we said and not to forget how he completely insulted my health. When he found out that I was leaving the army for medical reasons, He said all snouty, for what, Aint nothin wrong with you...And I said cancer. There was a very long pause and he had nothing to say but im sorry. I was like no. no. Just dont. and left after I checked out. So after that inccident I continued to work at this store until this one and final inccident with Mr Curtis again. I was ask by the am bartender to make a shot I ordered that she didnt know how to. I was still training for my bartending expierence. I made a little to much and didnt want to waste it so I gave it to the customers who ordered the one. Well long story short I was called into the office and Mr Curtis and MR Al wanted to talk to me. Curtis did all the talking and blatently said I stole from the store and I will pay for those two shots. Also said I will not be behind the bar any more for no reason. He said that if so much as hears me step back there, Im terminated. I did not like being spoken to the way he did because there is more to what he said to me but I dont recall the whole verbatum. Later on that night I finished my shit and called the bar manager Virginia and she hasnt replied. But I did tell Al that I was not coming back until i had spoken to someone higher. If I could have a regional director call me I would greatly appreciate it, 210-687-4478.

I give you a 1, only because the resturant in Parkersburg West Virginia, Stinks, It ALWAYS smell like SEWER GAS. Can't hardly stand to go to the ladies rooms, have to cover you face to handle it. This can't be healthy for you. The food is great, the people are nice, and they can't help that the owners of this big chain does nothing to correct this on-going long time problem. The remodeling looks great, but it still stinks, they have to smell this even in their kitchen, the ladies room is attached to the kitchen. Just come to that store and check it out, Please I have complained before and I have seen them in there putting water in a drain, all the drains needs flushed out completly and that may help. I will wait for a answer, Thank You. BW

They let my 12 year old take the hot wing challenge that consist of 12 wings in 6 minutes but then instead of finding a way to get milk because they ran out they gave him water. How smart are they in Saint Joseph MO.

My family and I decided to try this Restaurant for the first time on 1/07/2012. We first called on the phone to inquire how long the wait time was for a party of 10 and were told in an unfriendly manner that they didn't know and we would have to come in to see. With some reservation we decided to drive the 30 minutes from Whittier and find out. When we arrived @ 6pm we were told that the wait would be 15 to 30 minutes, so we chose to wait. After waiting an hour and watching party after party being seated 1 family member had to leave so I then approached the hostess and let her know that our party had been changed to 9 and then sat down and to my surprise I watched her seat a party of 7 that arrived over an hour after us. after an hour and a half had passed and people that came in after us were leaving and commenting to each other that they couldn't believe we were still waiting we approached the hostess again and asked her what was taking so long, she said she was working on it and called her manager so we sat back down. Her manager came and the hostess told her our situation and how long we had been waiting, the manager then asked her if we wanted to sit outside (the temperature was 55 degrees) and when the hostess told her that we didn't the manger unknowing that we had 1 baby and 1 toddler and were sitting 3 feet away from her rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders and rudely said oh-well they'll just have to wait all night then. After that comment we decided to leave and returned their pager and didn't even receive an apology for her rude comment or her poor customer service. The worst part about it was that our family was visiting from out of town and it was our last night with them.

I love the new buffalo wild wings that just opened in logansport indiana, my family have visited the new site several times. on 1-5-2012 my son and i ate there, when paying my bill i received a 6 free wing coupon to complete your survey.I tried to complete the survey but was informed that a completed interview for this check number had already been completed.I would like my free wings!

On December 30, 2011 my wife and I went to your location in Bay Shore, New York to eat. We were put on a waiting list and told it would be about 1 hour for a table. There was a UFC event on the TV that people were watching. After waiting an hour and a half I asked the greeters about my table and they told me no one was leaving. I went to the rest room and noticed people sitting drinking ice water. It suprises me that a company that prides themselves on their food and service would find this as a way to bring in customers. There were 7 other parties on the list waiting besides my wife and I. I don't know if they left or not. I will not be returning to or recommending Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone I know.

Today at approximately 1:40PM, my admin ordered lunch from the following location: NORTH LAS VEGAS Phone: 702-642-0055 190 West Craig Road N. Las Vegas, NV 89032-1190 She ordered my favorite six Asian Zing, six Parm wings and nachos for herself. The representative at the store told her it would be approximately twenty minutes. When my admin arrived the rep stated her ordered was given to someone else, so she would need to wait twenty minutes more. She returned to work. I contacted the store and asked to speak with the manager and was placed on hold until Tammy answered. I explained the situation but Tammy stated her representative never received an order and basically call me a liar. There was no apology nor did she offer to retake the order and have it waiting. I know this is not the type of service that Buffalo Wild Wings presents and I do expect a follow-up call. I can be reached at 702-343-5714. Alex

I was at the Laredo Wild Wings at 6929 San Dario #11. I had been sitting at a chair and when I moved back, I got stuck to the chair because there was gum on the seat. I ruined my pants and felt terrible embarassed about the situation. I asked to speak to the manager, Jose Cervantes, who asked me if I wanted to file an incident report. I showed him the gum on my pants. He returned with a form that I filled out. He then told me that he needed "evidence" and probably needed a picture. He told me that someone else could take the required picture for "evidence". I responded that I didn't think that was necessary as he saw my pants and as manager, I thought, his word was good enough. I am upset because I believe that the manager did not try to resolve the issue and wanted me to do something very embarassing as "evidence". Is this how managers are trained? What about taking responsibility for the fact that gum was left on a chair for a customer to sit on?

Recently I discovered a big change in BWW for the worse. I was at the Lake Charles, LA location an I ordered 10 wings. The size of the wings has dramatically shrunk in the last 6 months. I asked the manager why and he explained that they have a new supplier and buy the wings by the pound. He kept insisting that I was getting the same amount of wings since it was by the pound! I said, "Hold up, while I explain that you buying wings buy the lb and me buying them from BWW by the wing is not equivalent.". I could not get him to understand while he towed the company line that if Ie. BWW buys 100 lbs of wings that yields roughly 500 wings six months ago and today buys 100 lbs and because thy are smaller get 550 wings... Yes BWW is getting a deal from it's supplier the consumer is getting less meat on the wing. Puny wings. These wings were embarrassing. I've advised all of my friends to avoid BWW if you are going there for wings. In any city you can now name dozens of restaurants with wings, I suggest all try other local eateries and get higher quality down home local businesses versus the BWW giant that doesn't deliver value any longer

Only one complaint and it isn;t with our BW. I can;t get on the survey to do the survey. The closest I got to getting there it said to click on this link for survey. When I did it came up cannot be connected not enough information. Our meal was good and service was also very good. It was store #3008 in Boardman Ohio. And our servers name was Angelina V. She was a really pleasant person which sometimes this time of year is hard to find. Seems the closer it gets to Christmas the shorter people tempers get. But she was very nice. Thank you

Big Problem in Stafford, Va. location... Managers are soliciting minors for sex. I know someone there who feels trapped ; there is already a suit there with an employee and an ex-manager, that she is still seeing.... Stay Away from this location!!! I DO NOT Think this is a reflection on Buffalo Wild Wings; only the local managers... Needs to be a SERIOUS investigation done!!

I have had really good experiences with BWW and I eat at the Beaumont, Texas Location quite frequently since my first visit a month ago. Sad to say I may not eat there on the regular anymore. One of my biggest pet peeves is gimicks and people who play schemes. I ordered my regular wings yesterday and on my reciept it had a survey you must complete within 48 hours and you an recieve 6 wings for free and have up to 14 days to redeem it. the only thing was that you could not use the reciept on the SAME day. So today which happens to be a Tuesday. I went to the store to redeem my free wings and they told me I could not because it was Wing Tuesday. they tried to get me to order a 10 piece wing. I just completed a great survey on these guys and they are NOT keeping up their end of the bargain. they said that the coupon could not be used on Wing tuesday although the reciept does NOT have that written. The cashier stated that there was NO WAY to ring up the order....BULLL CRAP!!!!! If I paid my money for wings regular price yesterday and I have completed a survey like required....give me my darn wings!!!!!

Over charged manager unwilling to correct inconsiderate insulting lost our business and any body we know the manager and staff should be fired for the inconsiderate treatment of there valued customers we don't complain to much but we can't let this pass times are bad customer service should be #1 midland Texas is the exception its boom town now customer service sucks. I am an employee of BWW and when I got hired by them they had offer me a wage, three days later talking with another employee, he informed me that they were not paying him what he was told they were going to pay him. I walked to the managers office and asked to verify my pay and he said a pay that was not the pay that I was told. He asked me If I can meet him half way and I agreed. When it was time to collect my first pay check, I was expecting 34 hours and some change. I only recieved a 4 hour check, I took the check and gave it back to him. The said they called coorporate and that I was going to get my check by tuesday. I waited until the following friday and has recieved no check then. I called coorporate and spoke with payroll, they told me that I was missinformed by my managers, that the dont issue any check untill the next pay period. So I went a month without recieving a pay check. A month later they said I was getting a raised 3 paychecks have gone by without me getting a check, that is 6 weeks. I called coorporate and they said that no paper work was submitted, so I texted my manager and told him that no pay raise paperwork was submitted. Today my manager told me that the GM Lied to me at the time and that I was not getting the raise. It is only a dollar raise, At this point I dnt know what to say about them. The Character and Integrity of my managers, well they dnt have none. I work hard, save the store money and if they pay attention to their security cameras they would see that. This store is in indianapolis, under district manager Greg, Mr greg is a very nice and to the point man. If i wasnt going to get the raise, why offer it and tell me that it was approved>

Let me start by saying that I used to enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings very much and went to the one in Sierra Vista, AZ. on a weekly basis. My experience at the brand new store in St. Robert MO. changed all of that. My girlfriend and I and another couple waited around 30 minutes to be seated which is okay because we asked for a booth. In the booth next to us three managers were sitting there laughing, joking, being rude and not doing any work. The waiter came and took our drink order and then went to the register to punch it in. Apparently he messed up the order and then came over to the managers and asked them if one of them would void out the order so that he could put it in again correctly. The managers sat there and argued about who was going to get up and reset the register for 10 minutes They were saying things like I don't want to get up you go do it, no I did it last time it's your turn. I finally turned around and said would one of you get up and fix the machine so that I can get my beer or they probably would have argued longer. Then one of them reluctantly got up and went over to the register and did what he had to do so that the waiter could put our order in correctly. It took him about 10 seconds and then he went back to his table and sat down again. Other than that the food was not bad, but because of the rudeness and overall behavior of the managers, I am reluctant to return. Someone higher ranked needs to get this group under control.

Last week I visited your BWW's store on Washington St. in Indianapolis, IN. I was appalled on how one of the managers was acting during business hours and in front of paying guests. After witnessing his inappropriate, sexist behavior toward his "all female" bar staff. In appropriate as in, sexual innuendos, gestures, and even seen him pitch one of the servers in the ass. It was very apparent that this male manager was "in with the ladies" and treated the male staff like they were shit. I inquired as to what level of management he was and was informed he was the General Manager. Really??? This is how a Buffalo Wild Wings General Manger acts? We have always enjoyed visiting BWW's, however after our recent visit to the Washington St. store in Indianapolis, we will not be returning.

Well, I want to start off by saying I love Buffalo Wild Wings. You have created a wonderful place for the small town of Greencastle, IN. Thank you. But now comes my complaint. They have a couple of really nice waitresses. But there are a couple horrible ones. Melissa who never fails to jump down one waitress everytime she works. Which puts that poor girl in a nervous mood. Although the girl continues to smile and be polite and does not even back talk to her. You can read it in her eyes how she feels. Melissa rants I am a WCT whatever that is she needs to be let go. All the managers giggle and smile and thinks how she behaves is so cute. Jessie manager is lazy and is constintly on his phone. They have a clicky way there and the new girls are treated unfairly and it seems if you arent liked when you get hired you wont be and treated unfair. I go in there almost daily for lunch or dinner so I have seen my fair share of this. Kristine manager is too busy trying to pick up men it appears and I over heard a male employee say she had been txting him.And asking for sexual favors. This is a married woman. When his friend said to say something about it. He said no he needs the job to support his kids and pay child support. Those three need to go! Replace your management crew cause they have become way to clicky and let some get by with things they shouldnt. I heard one of the girls crying as she left. I asked her what was wrong and she stated nothing. after prompting her she finely broke down and said I got wrote up for a lie! She is afraid she is going to loose her job. Poor girl is so sweet too. And Dawn is wonderful there. List of great employees Dawn, Both Angelas, Addaline,Ashley, Caitlyn, Brittney,Jessica Holly,Lora, Cory. Sarah is constintly saying dirty things to the cooks in the back so load it can be heard in diningroom( remind you children come in too) Please send someone in and let them see this experience. And the girl Melissa is so mean to is Addaline. And the man that is being harrassed is Matt. Its a shame these people cant go to work without being afraid of loosing their jobs. I know for a fact those two need their jobs.I will be watching to see if a change accurs. Hopefully before those two loose their jobs. ~Sincerely, FED UP CLEAN THIS MESS OUT~

I am writing this letter to express great disappointment in a recent visit to one of your restaurants. Although I have already sent this complaint online, I have received NO RESPONSE, and in the 1500 character limit, was not able to explain my anger thoroughly. On Friday, October 28, 2011, my boyfriend and I visited location #3337 (Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL), as we had the Friday before, and almost weekly. When we arrived, we asked to sit in the bar area and were told to seat ourselves. When we walked into the bar area, we noticed that all empty tables had reserved signs on them except one, so we took that seat. Now let me go back and explain that this very same thing happened the Friday before. Except at that time, no tables were empty and we asked if we were able to sit at our “usual” seat even though it was reserved and were told no problem. Fridays are Latin Nights, and they had a professional DJ and were doing some sort of corporate type event there, which is why, we assumed, the area was reserved. But regardless, we sat, ate and enjoyed ourselves, despite the extremely loud “club” like music (which I’m not sure should be so loud when families are trying to enjoy their dinner, but that’s neither here nor there). Now back to the Friday at hand. We took the only NON marked table and sat. The waitress took our order and brought us our drinks. As we were waiting and watching Game 7 of the World Series, the manager approached us to tell us we had to move due to the reserved seating. We explained to him that it was the only table not marked and we were told we could sit in the bar. He argued with us telling us that the same group of people reserve the bar every Friday and that sitting in the bar means only AT the bar itself. After threatening to leave if we had to move, he rudely told us he would “allow” us to stay. After a very reasonable time, our food was brought out by a runner. But we had no utensils, napkins, bone plates, and an incorrect order of onion rings. So, we waited…. And waited… not eating, just waiting, for our waitress, who never returned to the table. After 10 minutes of waiting, and no return of anyone to the table, we left our money on the table and left. Without eating anything, and of course missing the end of the World Series. Now, despite the fact that the restaurant is about 15 miles from our house, in a different city, we still paid the tolls and drove all the way over there to eat. My major complaint is that I feel that we were discriminated against due to not being Latin. Why does the restaurant reserve the entire bar for anyone coming to Latin night, but the rest of the customers are turned away. Why would the waitress take our order and bring us drinks BEFORE telling us we would need to move. We most likely would have been done and gone before anyone even needed our table, especially since there were 6 other EMPTY ones. Basically it appears that on Fridays, the bar is reserved for patrons of Latin night and all others patrons are denied access. This experience has made a horrible impression upon us and we are very disappointed that this is allowed to take place. I would hope that this matter is looked into and that in the future, all patrons are able to enjoy your delicious wings, as we had on a weekly basis until now. So sad. The service and food was always pretty good when we would go. I have sent this complaint online and now also via post.
