We went into a barely busy location in Suffolk, VA, the service was horrible. Our order was delivered incomplet, the manager didn't offer to correct the problem, only offered apologies. When trying to contact anyone at corporate, forget it,they say they will call back but don't. What a way to run a company. This was our first and last visit. Not even if it was free would we go back for mediocre food and very bad service.
Good Evening, I am trying to reach someone in the corporate office regarding my dine-in experience with Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday evening. As we entered the restaurant we were greeted and escorted to a wonderful seating arrangement; however, the waiter’s attitude shifted our experience. The waiter approached our table by simply saying what will you be drinking? All of my immediate family responded and she returned with our beverages we ordered 18 wings, buffalo chips with cheese and an appetizer of Queso dip with the chili in a separate cup. We also let out waiter know that we will be having a chocolate cake for desert and we would like it to be served warm. When the waiter arrived our Queso dip was mixed together verses being separate as my son was eating she snatched the bowl from underneath him with an attitude. She returned within two minutes placed the dish on the table and walked away. Not one time did she come back for refills or to make sure that we were on with the dip or needed anything? By the time we saw her it was about 15 minutes later when our food was ready, she gave us our food and then I told her the dip was too spicy for my five year old. She took the dip and rolled her eyes. After my family finished our wings we signaled her to order the cake and she said ok. The waiter returned with the cake, which was not warm but served cold ; therefore, I got her attention and told her I asked for it to be warm…She says, “ Well Imma have to ask my manager and storms away. After about five minutes she returns and says, “My manager told me to cut of the parts you ate, warm it up and put the same ice-cream back on.” By this time I was livid and I asked her to print my ticket. Once I received the ticket, I noticed it was incorrect so I asked for the manager. The manager Bill comes out of the office and I begin explaining my concerns and the waiter approaches me and my family and interrupts my communication with the manager. I told him items on this bill were incorrect, I told him the service was unprofessional and his waiter has some unethical behavior. Once I spoke to bill about the queso he says, “Well when you order Queso it’s going to be spicy? The waiter says, well I took them away but you didn’t ask for anything else. I than told Bill about my cake he says, “What makes you think we wouldn’t serve you the same cake, did you ask for it to be warmed because it’s normally served cold?” I looked at the waiter and said yes, I asked. The waiter rolls her eyes and says, I’m not going to argue with you. I said, “What sense does it make for me to pay for three things I didn’t eat?” Bill, swipes my card and places the receipt for me to sign; however, I noticed additional errors on the receipt. At this point, I was livid and I refused to sign because the items I was being charged for were inappropriate. Bill raises his voice and says, “I need you to sign this receipt.” I replied, “I’m going to call your corporate office …Bill says, you are going to pay for it anyway, stupid.” My five year old son said, “Mom, why did the man call you stupid.” Now I don’t know what steps to take, but I’m willing to contact my lawyer and I already contacted my bank to inform them about this error. This service is unacceptable and I am requesting to speak to someone within 24 to 48 hours.
I JUST LEFT BWW IN BROOKS CITY BASE SAN ANTONIO TEXAS AND I HAD THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE ...I PAYED A 10 DOLLAR COVER CHARGE TO WATCH THE UFC FIGHT AND AFTER I PAYED I WAS LOOKING FOR SEATING AND THERE WAS NONE!!!!THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE FOR 2 MINUTES I ASKED FOR HIS NAME SO I CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT AND HE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME ....AFTER I LEFT I CALLED AND STILL ALL HE DOES IS HANG UP ON ME WHEN I ASK FOR CORPORATES NUMBER
The one in sandusky ohio should get zero stars and should be shut down. The food and staff are horrible
Normally, my rating is a five for my BWW here in Twin Falls, ID. I love the staff normally, the asst mgr is a friend and good acquaintance as well. My and my fiance and my friends have been going here to watch UFC fights at least once a month for almost 2 yrs now. This past Sat. the 23 of June, we had the worst server ever, a female, Kayla I think. She got our bills wrong, didn't bring drinks when asked, brought the wrong drinks if she did bring them. She was put out to even show herself to her other customers it seemed as well. Then, another server, Doan, walking between our table and another behind us, ran his elbow into my fiance's head. He apologized as he walked away. Didn't even stop to check if she was ok. I approached him a few minutes later and told me he felt he handled it correctly. He didn't let the manager on duty know, Jim, who is the friend I spoke about above. When Jim did find out about it, he came over to us and did what he should have done and checked on us. When Doan came back later, because he was told to, to apologize, he did so with his hands on his hips and on the chair in front of him, was insincere and obviously felt put out by having to do this. As I said before, this was the most dismal service and experience I have had here in the past two years.
I don't understand how you can work 10 hours shifts and not be given a break. Its not required by law but if your expecting us to do our job and bust ass we should at least be given a 15 minutes break.
Honolulu Hawaii. I found hair in my food and nail polish. I don't understand why the servers cooks or any of the employees don't wear hairnets. And why the server are allowed to wear fake nails or Polish. If the employees don't wear hairnets at least make it an obligation to have your hair tied up or pulled back so when your serving food your hair doesn't touch it. Gross and disgusting. Also I've witness many of the cooks smoking marijuana. I'm still trying to get in touch with corporate to address other issues about the location. If not I shall speak to Ryan (the general manager) about this and ask him personally to have the regional come in so I can speak with them.
Buffalo wild wings in Hawaii. The hosts in the front are very rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. They talk amongst themselves and make you wait til they're finished with their conversation before they acknowledge your presence. I've been there multiple times. Carlos is an awesome employee. Always cheerful and always opening the doors. Although everyone else who works is the front isn't that great. Hopefully management can fix it. If not fire those employees and get mew one.
Although I enjoy working at Buffalo Wild Wings Valley View in Roanoke VA, some days many of the staff members including myself dread going to work. Many of us wish that our kitchen manager would be investigated. He makes comments that make some of the servers uncomfortable, he makes it known in conversation on the floor that he smokes marijuana, and he has been seen in the kitchen after drinking out on our patio. He also has been known to take confidential conversations with employees out of the office onto the floor and speaking negatively of these employees in front of other employees, which is extremely unprofessional. He does not come off as approachable during shifts nor is he friendly when giving directives to employees. I feel like you should be happy going to your work environment and be happy to work every time you walk in. Instead myself and others go to work wondering and dreading if this manager is working. I love B-dubs but screening of the managerial staff in this case needs to be executed more carefully. Myself and others are considering finding a new job due to this person. Our B-dubs would be a much happier place if he were no longer there.
I was just at the BWW in Sicklerville, NJ last night. I walked in with a party of 12. We were all sat and had our waitress take our drink order in a decent amount of time. She took our orders when we were ready and it took forever for it to come. She never came to check on our table and was constantly walking past and ignoring us. I had to get up and refill my drink myself. NO ONE at my table ever got another refill. after we finally got our food and ate we were ready to pay. We all requested separate receipts and when I got my check I gave her my credit card to pay for my order. she came back with a receipt for me that I signed. This morning I looked at my account transactions and it said 2 transactions were made from BWW on my credit card. The waitress paid for my order and ANOTHER guests order with MY credit card. I went back to BWW this afternoon and told the manager. He showed me the receipt with my credit card info and another person's signature. He did absolutely nothing for me and acted like he could care less. I left and came back later to speak with another manager who also did not care at all and acted like I was bothering him. He told me it would take 24-48 hours to correct the mistake. He did not ask for any of my information I had to write it down and give it to him myself. I will DEFINITELY be back tomorrow to see what they've done to correct the mistake. And I can't wait to call the corporate office tomorrow morning and give them a piece of my mind. I'm a hostess at Ruby Tuesday, where us employees and my managers go above and beyond to do whatever they can to make sure a customer is happy. I am absolutely shocked at the poor customer service skills of their managers. I understand it was a mistake but they could at least act like they care and try to fix it. I am NEVER spending my money there again. Everyone come to Ruby Tuesday, we know how to give a great memorable experience!
My sons took me to have a birthday/father's day dinner before a Arkansas Naturals game that afternoon. We arrived at 4:55 PM and our dinner arrived at 5:30. There were only 4 other tables with customers at that time. No one ever checked on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The meal was delicious. It was my first experience with your restaurant and probably my last. My sons were terribly embarrassed. When asked why we we waiting so long the waitress just said nothing but only smiled and giggled. The total cost of the dinner was $50.00 (about) I would appreciate your company making this right. I am a Vietnam vet and my sons don't make much money. This was a big treat for them for their Dad. Please get back to me. Thank you!
My boyfriend and I went to the Wild Wings in Tinley Park, Ill near our home and it was horrible! The airconditioning must have been on low , because it was so hot in there, and it was about 95 degrees outside. When we first walked into the bar area it seemed a little cooler so we stayed, then it hit us after we had ordered food and drinks ( the warmth of this place). We told the bartender, and she said i know its like this every year! What!!!! we were disguted, paid our bill, the bartednder never applogized, and 30.00 bucks later we left. How rude!!! we will never return. We could have just stayed home in our 65 degree home for this headache! Very Very disapointed!
I recently was let go from the Buffalo Wild Wings in Orland Park, IL only on my 3rd day of training. They told me that during my two days of training I was bossy, had a bad attitude , and I was crabby. I understand those are reasons to let someone go, but I honestly did not act in this way. I was very excited to work there. Those two days I greeted my coworkers as soon as came in. I was so excited for this job and I even said I'm do excited to work here on my first day. The girl who was getting trained with me would high five each other because we were happy we were getting the computers down. One time I helped her bu tellin her were one of the buttons were on the computer and they took that for bossy. I just dont understand.I got along great with the trainer as well as the girl I trained with. It was a complete shock to me because I have never had any employer tell me that I exhibited these types of characteristics. I actually was hired the day of my interview and told me he wanted to get me started right away and that he was excited to make me a part of the team. I was very mislead especially by the trainer, she told me I was doing a great job. The two managers also said because I asked to use my phone while we were on break and I also asked my trainer if I would be allowed outside. She told me and I was completely fine with that. I apologized right away and I said that I really was unaware and that I would fix the issue. But they said that they had to cut ties. I said thank you for your time and they didn't even reply to me. I thought the whole idea of training is to learn what to do, what not to do, and to ask questions when you have them. I do not understand how you can judge a person only knowing them for 2 days and all together only 9 hours. I understand know wants a Debbie Downer working for their company but I have never been that type of person and I am very bothered that I was judged an completely mislead. I am also upset because after my orientation I was told the director of training would call me in 1-2 weeks to give me my schedule. I called after a week in a half asking if I would get my schedule anytime soon and the director couldn't give me a time. I waited over a month to finally get my schedule. I'm just upset I waited over a month for a job I really wanted and was so excited for to be wrongfully judged and not even given a second chance. But as I walked out embrassed one of the hostess said " And she's gone." I truly feel they made a big mistake. I am still in shock that it even occurred. I feel they let me go because they hired around 20 people and realized they had too many workers. But I really would like and appreciate talking to someone in the corporate office about this happening. Please contact me at 630-347-8781.
Went to BWW on W. Irvington Rd. in Tucson, AZ to watch Pacquiao fight. They were charging 10.00 cover @ door, but did not inform of the long wait for a table until you already paid and were inside. So people were not given the choice to pay cover and wait, or go somewhere else because if you decided to.leave, money that was paid was lost because there were no refunds. In my case there were four of us. Very poor business. Probabaly won't go back and I will certainly make sure I warn my family and friends.
Buffalo Wild Wings is the best in Plano,Texas! We go there everyday... food is excellent, great service, clean,& we love Rebekah she is great with customers and the employees. Get to watch sports & even play golden-tee;) Thank you
I went into Bww in San antonio TX, I believe it was the city base and I have good and bad comments. There were two managers working. A young lady andolder guy. When I was ready to pay I noticed I got rung up extra so the server said she would have her manager remove it. She went up the male manager that was standing around doing nothing but she said no. My server said she had to ask her other manager. So I saw that she was putting together a table for a large crowd and was trying to clean the area for them. She was clearly busy but she still went out her way to fix my issue. Great manager you have at that location
The BWW in the suncrest town center in morgantown wv is struggling. They cant keep employees, the GM is very rude, I think power trip would be the appropriate word. I bartended there from the day we opened until mid may. I spent 2 weeks training 2 new bartenders and a manager trainee. The week after their training both new girls got more hours than me. I had open availability and seniority. And if I was going to be made a trainer I obviously did my job and did it well. No one had any problems with me that I know of and guests loved me. But I won't tolerate being used ontop of being screwed over on hours. I can guarentee me and anyone I know wont be frequesting this location. On a positive note, the assistant and bar managers were very easy to work for and did what they could to make my experience as good as it could be. I have nothing negative to say about them. If there are any questions feel free to contact me for further information. Im more than happy to imbelish on any of the above material. r_dement@yahoo.com
I worked at Buffalo Wild Wings of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and I can assure you that it was a terrible experience! The manager Jordan was really nice and stuff but over time I saw the inappropriate behavior of everyone there. I mean, it's cool to joke around but there were times that it went just a little too far. For example, I saw one of the servers (a female) running her hands through a manager's hair, (his name was Jeff) and it freaked me out. She kept talking about wanting to have his babies and weird stuff. Freaked me out. The only helpful thing about the training there was the manual and the testing I did, which wasn't done correctly because nobody told me what testing I needed to do. Some of the girls who trained me were helpful but the problem was they didn't do everything the same way, so there was no uniformity in the workplace and it was hard to tell what I was supposed to do because everyone did it differently. Other employees who had been there for a longer period of time were allowed to get away with a lot more than I was--which is totally wrong. Me and some of the other employees had a hard time even getting the correct amount of hours on our paychecks. I started out as a server and received two write ups in quick succession after only a week or so of being on the floor all by myself never having served before. I tried very, very hard. Then they switched me to cashier, which I was very thankful they were willing to work with me but the cashier trainer told me "BS it," on half of all the tasks asked out of me. So I feel that if she's going to BS everything, why the hell am I getting treated so poorly? How come other employees get to slack off, wait over in the corner of the restaurant, clock in late and everything and still get to work there meanwhile I'm getting written up and chewed out? Ended up I got a third write up for being late to an employee meeting--at the employee meeting they told me to be there Sunday. I didn't show up Saturday...because I wasn't told to come in Saturday. I told them repeatedly I could not work Saturday. They called my house looking for me Saturday. I show up Sunday like I'm supposed to and they fire me. They don't even know why the hell they fired me. One manager says it's because I didn't show up on Saturday. The other says it's because of tardiness. And the fashion in which it was done was totally unprofessional. The manager Jared is the one who fired me. He wrote me up all three times. He left the door open, made me cry at the work place, told me my best wasn't good enough for the restaurant, told me he would be a good reference for me but only if he lied to other employers about me. He told me he made himself look like an ass trying to go to bat for me. He made me sign a piece of paper and I ran out crying. I was humiliated. There were employees watching the whole thing. Plus, in training they did NOT use the DVD's they were supposed to use. When I asked for them, they said they weren't sent the DVD's. I can honestly say I was pretty upset about this entire thing, and I wanted the record to be changed that I was not fired but that I quit since I had another job at Walmart and that I receive a personal apology from Jared. They refused to admit any wrong besides leaving the door open during my termination. If anything, he could at least apologize for his rude, inappropriate behavior and terrible attitude.
My husband went into Buffalo Wild Wings in Corona,California today for lunch. It was at 11:30 and right at the lunch hour. When we walked in, it took a few minutes for the 2 girls who worked there to notice us as they were busy talking. When one did, and asked us if we preferred outside seating, bar seating, or the dining room. We said we would prefer the dining room. She said she would check and be right back. In the meantime, we peaked over the wall to see if there was seating available...yes, it was 90 % empty. Plenty of seating. The hostess then came back and said it would be a few minutes. We waited...again. A few minutes later, she came back again...and asked if we wanted to sit in the bar section. No, we wanted to sit in the dining room...like other customers were doing. She said she would be right back...a few minutes later, she returned again and said it would be a few minutes more. At this point, my husband and I told her this was ridiculus, all we were trying to do is get a place to eat lunch...so we left. We went over to TGIFridays and got seated immediately, and had a very delicious lunch! What is with those people at Buffalo Wild Wings?...Are they in the food business or what? Do they even care if they have customers for lunch or not!
This past Sunday we had a very disappointing experience at the Lufkin location. My husband's quesadillas were burned and the new summer salad that I ordered looked nothing like the picture on the menu. My husband sent back his meal and I showed our waiter how my chicken resembled catfood rather than the beautiful chunks in the menu. He reassured us that the manager would discount our meal due to our complaints. Not only did the manager not discount our meal, he never came to our table to express his regrets for our poor meal. I filled out a survey that evening and the next morning a manager of the Lufkin location called and apologized for the bad experience. He put us on a list with a free meal order for our entire family to receive during our next visit. Tonight we returned to the restaurant in the hopes that our experience would be better. Wrong...it was worse! Not only did we deal with an incompetent manager (not the one I spoke with over the phone) but we also were not waited on at our table for more than 10 minutes. The manager not only did not come to our table, he just wandered around, visiting with other staff. Other waiter walked past our table without acknowledging us. Needless to say, we got up and left. The manager tried to stop us but I let him know, as well as those nearby, that we were leaving to eat at Chickfila as we walked out the door. I'm very sorry to say that we won't be going back.
