You all need to pay closer attention to how much alcohol your servers allow customers to par-take in while in your restaurants. Your location on Sam Ridley Parkway in Smyrna, TN continues to serve customers way too much alcohol, especially on Friday nights. I’ve observed customers being there for 6+ hours and your servers continue to bring drinks to the tables. One would think there’s a limit on how much can be served to someone. I guess your servers are not trained to only allow so many drinks per paying customer. This is not only a safety hazard to the paying customer but also to any innocent person on the road that might get hit by a drunk driver that recently left your restaurant. Your company might consider looking into this matter.
I love going to bdubs very much. usually i always have an enjoyable experience. however, this time was quite different. I was accompanied by the majority of my family. Our food was comepletely wrong! Only two out of the 6 orders were correct. Then when we recieved our food, and the boneless wings we recieved where barely sauced! This was turning out to be a horrible dining experience at bdubs. But despite all of the mishaps taking place...The manager went well out of his way to turn our night around. He was very concerned and apoligetic. He fixed as many problems as he could, gave us a coupon to use, and removed some of the food we had recieved late from our tabs. The managers name is Tom working in a Westland, MI bdubs store. He is a wonderful manager! And I want to go out of my way to give him some kudos, as he went out of his way to make sure my family and i left with smiles on our faces! Tom is great! and i have no problem returning to an establishment that cares about their customers! if it wasnt for the problems that occured with our food i would easily rate this a 5 star!
Be careful when visiting the Oklahoma City store (OKC) located at 6910 Southwest 3rd Street (the one right off of I40). I have had my debit card # stolen twice here.First it was my husband's card then after that was corrected we had went back and I paid that time, then my card # was stolen. Each time we ate in the bar, during lunch hour. The only two times ive been to this location my financial information was stolen, and hasnt happened since we stopped going there. I cannot PROVE which waitress did it, but be careful if you go here. Food was awesome and always had a good time, but not worth having your bank account hi-jacked for 30 days and without money until its resolved.
I am a Customer at Buffalo Wild Wings, I go every Friday, and I love the business. My Aunt got some fried dill pickles tonight and they were full of grease. She could not even eat them. Whoevr the new cooks are donot kbow to drain the grease the pickles. I donot want to stop coming down there because of food not being right. Its the Buffalo Wild Wings in Olive Branch, Ms on Goodman Rd. Thankyou if you would take care of that.
Went to buffalo wild wing yesterday had a server (key) that was rude and smelled of alcohol spoke with management and they tld me they ed talk to her. Overheard them telling her they can't cover her anymore to not do it again. Sad.
I am at the BW3 in Elyria, OH and one of the managers, Emily I believe, has been very rude. I smelled alcohol on her breath when she delivered my food and is wearing some sort of pajama cheetah print shorts with her uniform and looks extremely unprofessional. I am from Maine and am very disappointed in the quality of this BW3.
I changed my normal routine here while eating with a friend at this restaurant. The Bar Manager or Closer I should say recommended I ordered something other than wings, and I had a grilled chicken wrap. It was actually pretty good. I gotta give them credit for making something other than wings. The Bar service was great, He was funny and made us feel welcomed , We knew of him last time we came to St. Roberts but he was working the restaurant Miller's Grill glad he is at Buffalo now. Not your typically overly loud BW3 restaurants, nice atmosphere. We will return. Thank You
the new fish sandwich that they are trying to foist on the public is the second time that they have changed an item in the interest of corperate profits instead of for the benefit of the customer...the sandwich is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! they also use crappy tarter sauch, at least at the oakdale minnesota store...i really liked the fish sandwich and this is coming from a person who does not like fish a whole lot and this new sandwich is like they went to the supermarket bought the cheapest fishsticks they could find and put them on the bun...the only things that had taste was the onion, lettuce and tomato...the buns that BWW switched to also are nothing but mush, a change from a bun that was pretty good...this change happened quite a while ago and when i mentioned it to the head manager at the time, he gave me the usual corperate BS about how the bun was better now !!!!!!!!!! NOT!!! i find myself going from a very loyal BWW customer and i am a customer, not a guest...i do not know about you people but i have NEVER EVER CHARGED A GUEST to eat in my house...we are customers and we do not mind being called that...i do not like being called a guest, if i am then why are you charging me ???!!!
I don't know why ya'll want too be so stupid and stop selling the bar-b-que ribs who ever thought of this should be fired, If the item isn't selling at one of the stores you don't remove the item from all the stores, jack ass stop selling at the store that isn't doing good, and leave the rest alone. Went to the Buffalo wild wings in Rancho cucamonga for my 25 the birthday. Worst night out. Our server who I believe was a manager named Ben. He was disrespectful and was looking down on my friends for being gay. He even had the nerve to throw our ids back at us after we ordered drinks. He was even trying to look down my shirt. This Guy should be fired. He was on one for sure. Never going back again
A group of friends and I went to BBW in Warren, Michigan. After 8pm they have some janky policy that you have to be 21 and up to enter the restaurant. Everyone in the group was 21 or older w/ the exclusion of one individual that was turning 21 in a matter of weeks. I found this so called policy to be unnessary and down right STUPID! However the host was 18 and working after the policy was in affect.
I went to the Buffalo wild wings in crystal city, VA. It's a mess over there some of them are rude dnt smile at all. It was this one girl her name was sonia she rude to me nobody has respect for each other at all I remember one of the girls trying to ask for help and they just walked away. I just I will never eat there again.
Your service at the Houston,Tx- East Beltway location is "poor", to say the least. talk about being ignored once seated, while BWW staff attended to group who arrived after us. So we just got up and left, after I told the manager what had happened. What a no brain manager. BWW staff is horrible, inexperienced and don't know the service business. We went across the parking lot to Applebee's and got seated immediately, and had a very delicious dinner, everyone helpful, nice and professional! In the area, guess where I will recommend, not to go.
I came to this place with a friend, we waited about 5 minutes to be seated and the place was 80% empty. After being seated we waited another 25 minutes I became agitated and flagged a server down only to be told by the waitress Mona she thought the section we were in belonged to someone else. We finished eating and had to flag the server down again to get the ticket. She told us one moment and Never returned as we headed to the door without paying then she ran with the check... Food was cold and so was the service. SMH
As a former employee of a BWW's in Saint Robert, Missouri. I can tell you all. Reading your experiences and complaints from other BDUB members is very sad. I terminated my services from this company for so many reasons. I will not sit here and personally bash the Company, because I do not believe that to be 100% of the problem. Although after reading the blogs from all over the US, I do find some comfort in knowing that it wasn't just our store. The management seems to be where a lot of the issues stem from. I know in our store it was just that. No policy enforced, fraternization between management and other employee's, Or just a plain lack of real concern for their staff. This is a great company to work for, especially if your in it for the money. Just be ready to put up with a whole lot of everything else to get it.
Employee of Bdubs waynesboro va and have many employees doing drugs in the store. Managers are aware and continue to let it happen and not fire the individuals! Next thing is someone is going to be hurt or possibly killed bc everyone is high!! Want some drugs come to waynesboro Bdubs!!!
Cleveland,Tn Awful place. The manager on duty (kerri) was rude when we asked where our food was, saying "we are backed up, so you just need to wait like everyone else". Seriously???? A simple "We are a little backed up, let me go check for you" would have been sufficient.
the bullalo in henderson ,nv was very rude , on horizon ridge worst service and bar tender threated me and said he would kick my ass when he got off with the manager standing their just laughing , what a poor place , should be sued and shut down
I've also had poor working experience with Bww. 3 years of employment. They need to be ran by people over the age of 25.
I've about had it. My daughter works for your company. One employee was just suspended for a week, came back to work and got tons of hours and also one night in a prime spot. I think this sounds a little crazy. If you are working the cash register and close on it, you get ALL THE TIPS for carry out orders, to yourself????? Well, after being wrote up twice for not showing and being late, this girl comes back to work, gets a lot of hours and gets a "tip shift"???????? My daughter was cut back to two days. When she asked why...No one could give her a reason. The manager who does the scheduling has a crush on the suspended girl, so he schedules her all the good times, especially when he works. Is this discrimination? The other two managers apologized and told my daughter it was NOT a reflection of her work habits but they could not do anything about it until the next schedule comes out. I was not going to say anything, but my kid is in tears. She works her butt off, never complains, is always scheduled to greet (which no one else likes to do) and shows up on time. Please, is this how you train your managers?
