This was my very first time entering your establishment located in Calument City, IL and I want to let you know that this was the worst experience that I have ever had in any restaurant. I was attending a party that had twenty-five guests. I arrived there at 7:20pm, Tuesday, April 3, 2012 with my two sons and my husband. Given the amount of individuals in the restaurant, the manager could have clearly stated that given the amount of staff and the amount of people in our party, they could not accommodate. He, Brian Miller, did not. We waited twenty minutes for the table, which I did not have a problem. Once we were seated at around 7:40 pm (the entire party wasn't there; it was nineteen out of twenty-five but they were in route), they placed our orders. My family's order was on a separate ticket but it was together. The remaining party arrived which would involve the staff to include additional tables. The staff was very rude during this process in which we had to notify the manager in order to get the situation rectified. An hour later, my order arrived, extremely cold. My sons nor my husband received their food yet so I made sure that my sons ate. Thirty minutes later, my oldest son received his food which was also cold. My husband nor my youngest son received their meal. At 9pm, neither still received their meal and the remaining party, other than the few that arrived an hour prior, received their meal and the party was then preparing to leave. When I discussed this with the manager, he specified that he is going to check on this. He completely avoided the party the entire night. They only had one server for a party of twenty-five which I thought was unacceptable for one person to recall so many orders. My husband finally spoke with the manager twenty minutes later (my son nor husband still didn't receive their food) and he was extremely rude which made my husband very upset. I couldn't believe what type of service we were receiving and what made the matter worse is that a party of ten showed up twenty minutes after we were seated and the orders placed and they all had their food (warm of course)before our party. I am totally disgusted and think that something should be done with your employees. I will never enter this establishment again.
I was fired from Buffalo Wild Wings In Apple Valley CA. Buffalo wild wings corporate people need to take a good look into making sure Managers are following rules, Why do I say this is because theirs favoritism and the GM that runs that restaurant its only 22 years old so they run that place like if it was high school. The GM doesn't treat employees write she is not fair with every single one of her employees that work their. I think if you guys from corporate check on this Management team you guys will find out that they are not following corporate rules. I have more Information to share about how they are unfair with with employees. Jorge Perez Cell (626) 806-3543
Racism at Buffalo Wild Wings Glendale, Wisconsin Bayshore Mall Town Center On March 23, 2012 my husband decided to try the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in the Bayshore Mall Town Center in Glendale, Wisconsin. We were picking up our daughters and decided to finally try BW3's. The restaurant was not very crowded and we were seated as soon as we arrived. After sitting for more than 20 minutes and not having a waitress, I gestured for one of the waitresses to come to our table. We asked if she was our waitress and her response was no. She went over to several other waitresses standing around and then came back to our table and said that she did not know who was supposed to wait on our table. She lingered in the area for a while and finally said that she would take our order. We waited for another 30 minutes and our food had not arrived. Three young caucasian girls came into the restaurant and were waited on and served in less than 15 or 20 minutes. We gestured for another waiter in the area and asked to see the manager. This waiter left in search for the manager. This took more than 10 minutes. Finally our food arrived and it was "ice" cold. We told the waitress that we did not want the food and set it back on her tray. We asked again to see the manager and as we waited we walked to the counter in the restaurant. Unbelievably, the assistant manager came out in the restaurant in a huff and told us that we were going to pay for the food She stated that she was going to wrap up the food and we were going to pay for the food. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband and I are older adults and African American. We were in the restaurant with our teenage daughters and were disrepected in front of the other customers. We felt as if we were in a time warp going back to the civil rights era. We told the young lady that we were not going to pay for the cold food and poor service. We had not touched the food. The Assistant Manager said that she had called the mall security. The mall security arrived and said that we needed to pay for the cold food. We told him that we did not feel obligated to pay for cold food that we did not eat and sent back before the waitress left our table. They next called the Glendale police and five or six officers came into the restaurant. We explained the situation and they said that the management wanted us to pay for the cold food and extremely poor service. We told them that we would not pay and would go to jail if necessary. The police officer told us that a $49.00 bill was not worth going to jail. We thought that this situation warranted a stand and we were willing to go to jail versus paying the bill for cold food, poor service, and for being publicly disrepected. We finally agreed to pay for the mushrooms (less than eight in a cardboard container) and the few sips we took out of four sodas which came to $13.00. We experienced extreme racism at Buffalo Wild Wings and will continue to pursue this situation until we recieve action from the corporate office.
While walking into BWW in pascagoula,ms,one of the men at the told me and a group of friends if we sit at seperate table then there will be no gratuity. After we finish eating our checks came back and not only did we have to pay for gratuity but the manager had the worst attitude. We paid for our meals and our waitress switched everyone's receipt and tried to give everyone less change. It was the worst customer service and they have been like this numerous of times and this is the last time I will be present at a bww. For the manager to be so rude disturbed me as a paying customer.I am never eating there again!
My husband & I went to your Vacaville, CA. franchise store today. Honestly...we received the worse service today than we have in 10 years anywhere. Unfortunately in our opinion that's really bad as we both have jobs that require alot of nation wide travel. Now normally when we go there we get a different girl (consistantly) today however, we got another girl that we've never seen before. I asked our regular waitress if todays server was new. To our surprise today's server has been there since they opened. When I asked to speak to the manager, he took entirely too long to come & see what his customer needed. I am very confused as to why such an oblivious server was working the Fridays lunch rush & the floor manager was too busy to address his customers needs or input!!! After waiting 10 min. he never showed up!! I really don't want the waitress to be in too much crap, as being a business woman & business man, we feel as though her superiors set her up for failure. I hope in the future we don't have to discuss driving to Sacramento, Ca. (a 45 Min. drive each way) to go have hot wings for lunch on our day off at Hooters. Respectfully, Shannan Roberts
March 2nd, 2012, my fiance, my son and I visited the location on airways, in Southaven, MS. We were seated and told who our waitress was. She arrived 10 minutes later. We placed our orders and received a speech from the waitress to make sure what we order is what we want, because if we send it back she would be in trouble and get written up. My fiancee ordered southwest bites for his appetizer. When they arrived they were burned and the the young man that brought them to us was non chalant about it. My fiancee sent them back to the kitchen. Our entrees arrived 40 minutes later. I had ordered onion rings and fries were delivered. I didn't mention it because i didn't want to wait for my food another 40 minutes. Upon the completion of our meal, my fiancee gasps and i immediately ask him what's wrong, he replied that he cut his tongue. His mixed drink had glass chips in it and cut his tongue. We reported it to the waitress and was told she would inform the manager. The manager never shows up. My fiancee was comped a free drink. I'm insulted at this point and place a call immediately to another bww chain and ask about the protocol if a customer is injured. It was explained to me that an incident report should be done. I approached the manager and explained what happened. He states he is unaware of the injury. I also inform the waitress that i was charged for onion rings that i didn't receive and she pulls a dollar out of her pocket and gives it to me. ENRAGED. We gave all info to the many manager and were informed someone from
The store in Derby,ks is one of the better ones i have went to. Though i have had to wait on food for 15 mins it is not unreasonable when they are busy (and they were) the staff seems nice, a little in-expirenced.
My boyfriend and I walked in to the Huntsville Alabama store off of Jones valley and were seated. Next thing we know 5 minutes had gone by and we had not been greeted. After that we decided to wait 5 more minutes until we walk out. Long story short we went to Red Robin across the street. That location will never see me again. Oh, and I am a server myself. They should shape up.
My daughter works at this location Odessa Texas and I have to say this place is so unprofessional. I want to find out who I have to talk to about so many matters like my daughter purse was Feb 12 2012 around 1:00 a.m.stolen from this location and and there was no customers only employees there. I have called and filled out a police report and the GM has still not gone over the video from the camera.I have called up there 3 times and still nothing. I have threaten to call corporate! Also other employee's and stolen from my daughter register and once again the managers never reviewed the camera to see who was in her cash register! They also promised her a pay rate raise when she started back working here and still nothing. They told her they would fix her pay check and never paid her back pay! Let talk about one of the food mangers named Goose who does cocaine and comes to work high and has sex with most of the employees which some of them are minors and even beat the hell out of one of the mangers at a party they went to. My daughter called one day to make sure she had to go in at a certain time and this man answered and said I'll look at your schedule if you show me your tits?? REALLY!! I have keep quit long enough! I am writing hoping someone will investigate this matter and I am going to keep a copy of everything I do and send out about this matter to until this PROBLEM get resolved!!!
I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in NE Cola SC. I wouldn't eat there if they paid me to. When a "manager" comes up to my table and talks to me like it is my fault the food takes almost half an hour I can't imagine buying food there to pay this "managers" paycheck. I do not remember his name. He was a dark skinned middle aged slighty tubby black man. I do not appreciate someone speaking to me like I am a child. I did not ask this man to come talk to me and would have enjoyed the rest of my stay there without his condescending attitude. Its amazing how uncaring and non customer service oriented this "manager" was. Please screen the people who will be running your stores.
Feb 1, 2012 here in San Antonio Texas I was so embarrassed and disrespected at the southeast location. My girlfriend and I rarely go out because of our busy work schedule. We drove around the city deciding where to eat. We ended up driving to the Northside to downtown, from downtown to Flores and Military and from Military to Southeast Military. It was around 11:00pm. And after driving all over the city we decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings (Great ha ha). We go in and the dining room is quiet and not greeted by anyone. I approach several workers and out comes the manager. I say to them all uncomfortably "are you all still serving?" The manager responds "yes, in the dining room we close at 11:30 but the bar at 1am and the grill closes at 12:30". So I think to myself "I used to work in restaurants and everyone in the dining room is cleaning". I tell them let me see how it looks and we"ll decide where to eat. With about 15 mins till the dining room closes my girlfriend and I decide to go into the bar. We go in and sit at a table, we know what we want. I tell the waitress "can you take our order" and she responds, "Im sorry but I cant right now im really busy". So I ask her ( me being kind again because I've worked in restaurants) "well who will take my order?" and she says "order from the bartender". So I stand at the bar waiting for a few minutes and then comes the bartender. I asked for 2 shiners and suddenly she starts studdering. And then out comes the same manager. He says " Its my decision and I am not serving you tonight because you have had already too much to drink". I think to myself WTF!!?!!!?! I tell him what do you mean I've had too much to drink?!?!? ( with not one ounce of alcohol in my system and a group of about 10 people in the corner with their glasses full of alcohol on their table and screaming out because they a

This is the second time I have found hair in my food at the location in College Park MD. However, not just a thin peace of hair but a very long piece cooked into the wing. Can someone call me about this matter because I am ready to find a lawyer. I am sick and tired of eating hair. Make your people wear hair nets. My number is 202 553-6049
I just had to post the experience my 18 year old daughter and her friends experienced at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Nampa, Idaho. After the waitress failed to come back to their table to check on them, she finally went over and told the girls that the reason she gave them bad service is because other waitresses their said they had seen them there before and were bad tippers. She proceeded to tell them that they were uneducated and did not understand the wages waitresses work and then asked them to please at least leave some change on the table to be courteous. I worked in the restaurant business for several years and know for a fact my daughter would never stiff anyone even if she had to give them her last dime. However, I just thought this was the worst customer service ever. If you can't handle getting stiffed, get out of the industry but don't belittle yourself or the company you work for by making uneducated statements and requests of your customers.
I work for this company in Michigan, this buisness is run by men, it's a buisness for men. The women i work with are objectified daily not by the customers but by the managers i have witnesses a manager slapping one of the other servers asses. Currently the managers have made it clear that we are alo replaceable we walk in to work every day wondering if today one of the managers will be in a bad mood, if we will get yelled at or even lose our job for anything that could be a customer making a mistake about boneless or traditional wings. I have witnessed managers going out to their car to get high, or inviting underaged employees to their place to drink and smoke. This job makes it apparent that even though i write this in our Michigan managers wont be drug tested and someone from corporate will not come and visit any of these stores to assess how these managers run their shifts or even talk to any of it's current or past employees about the way they are treated. This company has great food but sometimes really shitty people are running it. I hope someone reads this and decides to really look at BWW's in Michigan.
Went to state st. Ann Arbor bw3 for a pick up of 100 wings and two salads. Returned home to find only 50 wings and several hungry hockey players. We live over 20 miles away so we were not driving back. Manager told us coupons would be put in the mail that Monday. Well several phone calls and many excuses it's going on 3 weeks and still have not received "the coupons."
Stopped in for a quick beer or two. Who the hell gets off charging almost 6 dollars for a G D Beer for another dollar I could have had one of their meals. I'll never go back after being raped over a single beer like that. I'll pay 3 or 4 but really, you can buy a whole six pack for those rediculose prices!!!
My daughter worked for BWW in White Marsh Maryland. her insensitive manager Theresa fired her for taking time off to reunite with her fiancé who returned to USA after almost a years deployment in Afghanistan. Her one manager, Carol was understanding and told her to find an associate to fill in for her for one week, which she did. When she returned to work , Theresa told her she didn't care if the military gave short notice (this is for security of our troops, by the way) and that she was fired. This illustrates that BWW employs heartless uncaring managers who do not support our troops and their families . How insensitive to fire an employee of more than two years for taking some time off, even though it was short notice. We informed our Marines family readiness office and will recommend all personnel of the military not to support BWW because they do not support them, even though they hypocritically say they do by participating in events. They will support you as long as you patronize them with your money, just don't try to work for them and ask them to support you.
I had had a bad experiance on a visit and walked out, I had notified the general manager in the Lake Forest restaurant Jeff and he invited my family back to show us the poor visit would not happen again. It was 100 times better. Today I came back for lunch Jeff came out and introduced himself and made our visit great. I would recomend Bww service to everyone I know. Jeff needs to be in every establishment you have. GREAT GM
My Husband and I were celebrating our aniversary last night. We went to BWW in Jefferson City, Missouri. When we walked in there were not many customers. We were never greeted! We stood at the counter for almost 7 minutes before my husband finally asked someone if we were supposed to seat ourselves. Finally some rude kid seats us. Approximately 13 min later a waitress comes up and asked us what we wanted to drink. I dont know why because we never received them. We ordered an appetizer, 20 min later we get the appetizer from some other waiter. After we finished the appetizer she finally came back and took our orders. We asked for our drinks but still never got them. 40 min after she took our order we received our food. The wings were so cold that the sauce looked like crisco on my wings. I was supposed to receive ribs with my order and never did. I asked one of the nearby waitresses what was up with my order since I could not get the attention of our regular waitress. About 30 min later the ribs finally came. I would compare the ribs to road kill! They smelled discusting and tasted even worse. Them having been freezer burned was probably the best flavor on them, since the rest tasted like carcus that laid in a ditch for a week before it was served. We still never received our drinks. Finally we were ready to go and went and stood by the counter for 10 more minutes waiting to pay for that ungodly mess we were served. The kid that seated us says in a rude teenaged fashion "who was your waitress" well I would like to know too, but since we never really saw her but one time I dont know. Finally she came over and had to check us out. They never said Hi, Bye, kiss my butt or anything. This is "THE WORST" experience I have ever had in any establishment and you will never have mine or my husbands business again! I am also going to tell as many people as I possibly can about how terrible this place is!! Hopefully it will be closed down in a couple of months and we wont have to worry about it anyway. I really do believe that corporate needs to pull their heads out of their butts and realize what type of morons your hiring to operate an establishment. In this economy I would think you could hire someone to run your business who knows how to operate a BWW maybe at least hire 1 person over the age of 17 who does not have their little head in their butt!! All in all, your establishment is discusting, your service is poor, your music is too loud and STOP hiring only teenieboppers and boys who are just trying to look cute for the little girls! If I could rate your establishment lower than a 1 it would be a negative 10. Sincerely, One pissy customer
