Unauthorized tip
I ate at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbia, SC and the server decided to take an additional amount off of my bank card that I did not authorize. During the visit the server lacked customer service, she failed to let me know that it was an extra charge to switch your sides and my food came out wrong. I called the store twice today after noticing the charge and I finally received a call back from the general manager questioning me about what I said to his manager. If it was an honest mistake then fine, but the lack of customer service from the hospitality manager, general manager and the server is intolerable and I will not be eating there again.
Horrible Management
I was about to receive my wings and salad with a couple of sauces on the side when all of the sudden the waitress drops them and the sauces splatter me from head to toe. Didn't want to embarrass anyone too bad but was expecting the manager to come right over and make it ok. But NO! She leaves and doesn't tell anyone what happened. I had to walk over to manager and explain what happened. He said it happens all the time and went to get me soap and water a some napkins. Said to go in bathroom and dab it. All that did was get napkins fuzz all over my jacket and jeans. I come out and say this is not working. He looks at me like I'm sorry there is nothing else I can do. The Host asks me, " What do you want them dry cleaned or something?" I said yea maybe so. Then the waitress says it was an accident sir. I say I know it's okay, now it's a management issue. He still has not offered to pay for food or gift card. I'm starting to get hot. Then my wife and baby get up from the table without eating and go wait in car while I have to ARGUE with this ridiculous manager. His defense is it happens all the time and was an accident sir. WOW! I eventually had to tell him to quit arguing with me and to make this right. I told him thats what managers are for and if it happens all the time, then you should know what to do in this situation. So he calls his supervisor. He advises for them to pay for our food. Our food is now gone and off the table. I ask him what does he think this is worth as I pointed to my expensive shoes shirt jacket and pants thats ruined. He said about 30 dollars! Then we start arguing again and he tells me to just leave. Then I tell him I'm not going anywhere until this matter is taken care of or I'm calling the police to file a report. He says go ahead call the cops. I get on the phone and he says well I can give you twenty dollars in gift cards. I said fifty. He said no. I said what? Finally he settled on giving me 35 dollars in gift certificates while he was shaking his head at me like I was absolutely in the wrong, still! I couldn't believe how this situation was handled and was quite frankly pissed off the rest of the day. I'm finally doing something about it now. I'm calling BWW corporate office and filing a complaint. He let the staff argue with me as well as him while they were in the wrong instead of handling the situation with class. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I had sauces all over me while they laughed. I will never go back to there so the certificates are useless! Unbelievable who BWW hire!

I work at Buffalo Wild Wings and just have a few things to state. I have NEVER worked at a restaurant where there are expos and food is CONSTANTLY brought out wrong. It's ridiculous and such a waste of time having to run back and forth to the kitchen because the staff couldn't put the right food on the tray. So customers, when the food is brought out wrong, more than half the time it's because the kitchen so don't take it out on your managers. A note to guests: if you have a good server use your calculator and check what 20% is. Half of the unmotivation is because there's no rewards..

This establishment offers poor service, bad order taking, and quality of food was bad. After approaching the manager who would not credit my account, I left disappointed.
On Dec.29,2012 my 2 sons ages 21 and 16 went too BWW aprox. 7:30pm in Waldorf, Maryland along with 2 of their friends which they had been to the St. Charles Mall to exchange some Christmas presents. The BWW is right outside the mall and they entered the establishment and asked for a table to eat sme wings and watch some of the games they were asked for their IDs which they showed them. They were told they could not be enter because my youngest son was only 16. They told the hostess they were not drinking just wanted to eat (This establishment has a divider between bar and Dinning area. My eldest son ask for the manager and still was told they couldn't come in. Well the Maryland state law states that a Restaurant that serves alcohol children under 21 have to be accompanied by an adylt. This was at 7:30pm. I called the manager and ask why they were rejected and he said that they were preventing trouble and don't let minors in. Well excuse me but I do believe that they advertise as a restaurant. Then he told me thats their policy. I asked him if he can just turn away customers as he chooses and he said yes, I then ask him if he ever knew that word of mouth to friends and other people gives a bad rep. he said have fun with that. If this is not a case of selective discrimiation I really don't know what to call it. Solution as told to me by manager: "Eat somewhere else". Is that a way to do business, guess I'm a little old fashsion by I know if this were my business that guy would not be working for me. I have told and will be telling this to everyone I know. hope your business stands for the boycot.
The worst service I have ever received
The service and food was not good. Mostly the service. For the fact that I sent back a order of Buffalo chips with Cajun and they sent me back out a small order without Cajun. It was like a smack In the ace because we had eaten about 8 of the basket. The waitress even said agreed it looked like they dumped the bottle of Cajun in them. I was very nice about the situation and couldn't believe that on Mew Years Eve dinner with my 2 small children that we would be treated that way. I did ask to speak with the manager and told him to teach his people to treat their guest better. That waitress first should have never brought the order out like that in the first place then she even brings out a half order. I'm a district Mananger myself and served all through college and high school and would have never Served or let the kitchen serve my customers that way. I did not take the certificates the manager offered me and I will never go back. We have had a very busy holiday season and this was our chance to relax and it was ruined!
mistreated unfairly by staff..
Our first time at this restaurant...we enjoyed the games, food and drink. As we were getting ready to go home, we ordered food to go for our kids. My husband asked for another beer, he was refused. When he asked why as he was not inebriated or had not given any reason. Manager rudely asked us to leave and called the police as we were leaving...we left wondering why this happened as had a great time and had a great rapport with all wait staff and patrons. Even staff was wondering why we were being asked to leave...we are very disappointed at our treatment and will never return to any buffalo wild wings ever unless we are given an apology.
I usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings once a week in Buenapark , I'm always happy with the service a quality of food but just recently I went to the BWW at the Outlet in orange 8:00pm 12/29, the food quality was great as always how ever I left to the bathroom and when I came back by food had been thrown away , I complain to waitress and she apologize but did not offer to give me new ones , I complain to the manager On duty name Pablo Martinez , he was very rude from the beginning he did offer to replace our wings how ever with in a min the wings were brought to us cold and we notice it was the same wings that the girl had thrown away it was discussing I can't believe they will do that , we complain to the manager and he said he him self put on the fryer , he was very rude and did not offer an apology the wings were the same ones , and he didn't admit him taking them out if the trash , I'm never coming back to this place .
Draft beer Scam!
Went there today and I usually buy bottled beer but waitress said that the draft beer was 2 for one...WOW was I shocked when I got bill... $5.50 EACH draft... $11.00 for two small glasses of beer basically! What a rip off! Never again! Be careful of this scam. Waitress then told me that it is discounted not 2 for 1...Then why did she tell me 2 for 1...ITS NOT! Said regular price is $3.50 each which I think is a rip off too...SMALL GLASSES.
Discrimination
Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta refused to serve my family Saturday. My daughter has life threatening food allergies. Prior to eating anywhere we check online to see if they have anything she could have.I had checked and they could not guarantee no cross contamination. We picked up some safe food for her....she would order a drink from the place and the rest of us would order our meal. We do this every other place...Chili's, Roadhouse, Red Robin. We have done this for over 15 years! The waitress came over first and said "you cannot bring your own food in" I said "She has food allergies so we can." We were in the center of a crowded room. The manager came over and told us we had to leave we cannot have her food here-Loud so everyone could hear. Jessica began to go get her crutches and the other kids got up to help. I again said "she has food allergies, we are ordering food but she cannot" ...Its terrible what happened next...and no matter how hard I explained she came back with ignorant remarks. We have known allergy laws for over 18 years now. We are educated on health and safety codes and FDA rules....we were just trying to eat together as a family. The lady had the nerves to then say "I had to kick out a group on Monday who came in with their own food and ordered water to watch the game" as if our case was similar. Asked for a general manager...he wouldn't be in till Monday. Asked for cooperate phone number-she does not have it. Needless to say we are asking everyone to boycott Buffalo Wild Wings until they hop on board with working with families who have life threatening food allergies.

Might just be because its new is what I thought at first, but your Chula Vista California location has such bad service.Not once but 3 times that I have gone in there have I dealt with slow sever s, each time it has taken them more than 25 minutes for them to serve my food this last time them not bringing it at all till the point I was so disatisfied when I had the 3rd server sdk me if I received my food and at that point cancled my order and left
Wow, what an unorganized MESS! We were told that the wait was An hours so the kitchen staff would not get overwhelmed with orders, Finally got seated around a lot of empty tables. Watching at least 20 employees standing around doing nothing while the manager stands at the front door with 10 more employees doing nothing. Oh it has been well over an hour and we are still waiting. Ashame, the atmosphere is awesome. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT FOR A NEW PLACE IN THE NEW ORLEANS AREA,
The waitress that served us recently, Kayla, was professional, courteous, and a real sweet young lady. Frequently, resturants in the Charleston, WV area lack good service. However, this young not only took care of our table, but delivered the same great service to all of the table around us. She even handled six tables at one time, which I noticed few of the other servers where assigned or met her abilities in the same manner. Keep a great employee going Buffalo. You will continue to have our business as long as Kayla and servers like her remain. P.S. Management needs to require all patrons to pay the proper gratuity to their servers at their Charleston resturant. I was ashamed to see a dollar tip left for Kayla, on tables where their bill had to be over a hundred dollars.
I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN WE WENT TO THE IDAHO FALLS BUFFALO WILD WINGS LAST NIGHT.FIRST OF ALL SERVICE WAS VERY SLOW! THEN WHEN YOU ORDER A MEAL LIKE WINGS DONT YOU GET YOUR SAUCE FREE... I MEAN REALLY!! I HAVE NEVER GONE OUT AND BEEN CHARGED FOR SAUCE TO DIP YOUR WINGS IN. THEN I ORDERED A HAMBURGER, NOT DIFFICULT, LETTUCE, ONION, CHEESE AND BACON. I GOT THE CHEESE AND BACON BUT NO LETTUCE NO ONION AND OUR HAMBUGERS WERE LUKE WARM AT BEST. NO I WONT BE GOING BACK! I WANT SERVICE, FOOD HOT AND PREPARED THE WAY IT WAS ORDERED AND I WANT SAUCES TO DIP FOOD IN WITH OUT PAYING EXTRA!!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE TWO STARS IS BECAUSE SOMEONE OTHER THAN OUR SERVER WOULD BRING US OUR DRINKS. SO SOMEONE WAS SOME WHAT ON TOP OF THINGS.
BW3 IN CLEVELAND JUST OPENED ITS DOOR IN CLEVELAND OHIO ON HARVARD ROAD ON 8/20/2012.THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE.THEY SERVE COLD FOOD.THERE ARE A LOT OF CHILDREN THAT WORKS THERE THAT BELIEVES IN HORSE PLAY.THEY ARE TOO BUSY PLAYING AROUND AND NOT TRYING TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS.I CALL CORPORATE AND THEY NEVER RESPOND.IF MATTERS AND COMPLAINTS KEEP HAPPENING THEY WANT BE AROUND LONG AND THEY NEED TO HIRE INDIVIDUALS THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.THE TEENAGERS USES PROFANITY.WHAT A SHAME.
My family and I waited about 1 hour to get seated I told the host a table for 4 1/2 the host puts us in a booth knowing there is a baby I ask for a high chair to put my son in his car seat the waiter hit the high chair and my 6month old baby fell off in his car seat buckled up the damn waiter could not say he was sorry instead he walked away I sure did get up I yell out loud WTF just happenef I was looking the waiter dead in his eye, the management was a young KID very uneducated he just came by the table to see what had happened mind you the restraunt is packed but I made it be known my baby was hurt. My baby was crying I was very upset after we were done the waitress gives me the ticket I sure did ask for her manager and the # to corporate all late the manager asked if I wanted to make an incident report I sure did say yes I did fill it out and I asked the manager if I had to pay the bill he said no but the service is poor and a bunch of young kids working in CC TEXAS.
I got fired for not doing all my outs after I worked a 9 hour shift and got no break.
Buffalo Wild Wings in Laredo Texas is horrible. Not because of the Staff but the location is terrible. The carpet is worn and dirty all the time, the place smells like a locker room, the bar smells like bar rot, the beer taste like crap (no carbonation its warm)etc. I wish I could visit more often but I can stand being there.
I went to the Buffalo Wild Wing's here today in Speedway, IN. My dining experience was the best ever due to one of your waitresses there. Her name was Tailor, and you guys should be pleased to have her as a employee. I never had to ask for anything she was on top of her game! With a employee like her you guys could treat better than having to work a double shift & not getting a break. Besides from that I must say I had a wonderful time, and I would suggest you do something special for Tailor being that she went her extra mile for you. Thanks for taking the time to read my comment if you guys even do.
Manager was yelling at a number of employees (3-5) in front of customers. I was told by two different staff member's that he is new and no one likes him. I asked our waitress and she said, he is the general manager and the manager on duty was also one of the employees being yelled at. I will take out next time.
