Where has our manager gone?
My husband and I have been dining at the Buffalo Wild Wings since it has opened and usually visit a couple of times a week. We have seen the place go through several managers, but the last guy (Mike) was the best that has ever been there. He was a real people person who went around to all the tables to make sure everyone was ok and had their food. We went in a week ago and was told he wasn't there anymore. Just wanted to say if this was a corporate decision it was a bad one because he will be missed.
ODESSA TX LOCATION SUCKS
hi i live in odessa texas and i was employed at he BWW there i worked here 4 a very long time! the general manager SUCKS!! she doesnt even care about her employees doesnt even come up to you and acknowledge you and they wonder why they cant keep a manager or an employee!! she waters down the patron crown and jack with cheap liquor! any time something is broke or needs to b replaced it takes months to actually fix because she is so worried about her bonus check she dont care about her store! sumtimes there no HOT water ewww nasty!! sumtimes the pipes get backed up so all the nasty sewage comes out in the kitchen bar and entrance!! the cooks dnt wear gloves half the time! very very very short staffed to where they have to close down sections of the store or customers have to order from the front with no waitress! bar manager gets paid manager pay and hardly ever is a manager so she gets payed good and gets tips from bartending! oh and did i mention the general manger and the bar manager is MARRIED !! i couldve sworn you couldnt do that! they are NOT flexible with your schedule!! theres sooo many things thats wrong goin on at this location!! tellin the franchise owner will not help at all so i need to get to who ever is his boss its so serious they may need to close it down and restaff!!!!

rock hill location sucks. managers are jerks. servers look lost amd uninterested. food overpriced for shabby apperance. I went only to visity best friend. will NEVER go back. horrible.
What ever happened to EOE?
So Buffalo Wild Wings treats their employees unfair, unless of course you are a favorite then life is a cakewalk for you. I'm pretty sure if you change a schedule hours after an employee leaves KNOWING they think they are off the whole weekend, then putting them on the schedule for the weekend it should be your job to let them know. Employees aren't responsible for calling every day to make sure their schedules are the same. What kind of idiots are you training in these restaruants? Managers should know their jobs and not fraternize with the employees, isn't that illegal? They probably don't know that because they are idiots.

I am from New York and went to a location in Starkville, mississippi. My valid drivers license was not accepted because the edges are a bit rough. The license was issued in 2007 and expires in 2014. I will never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. Someone needs to wake up and realize that just because a license has some wear does not equal fake. I go out to enjoy my self not be lectured as to how I need to get a new license if I want a beer. I previously enjoyed the restaurant on occasion, but after this experience I will never return to any location.

Rock Hill, sc - i wanted to tell about my experience. It was terrible. No one came to our table. So after 17 minutes I went to the hostess and it took another 5 minutes before someone came. They took our drink order and took another 10 minutes. Then it was 15 minutes before the waitress came over. We waited 20 minutes for the food and it wasn't even warm. They didn't get our order right. Then it took about 15 minutes to get the bill and carry out boxes. The waitress only brought 2 boxes when we said 4 and we had to wait again. The place was a circus, the waitress were running all over the place. they didn't have designated areas. Refills on the drinks too a long time. It was not a very happy experience.
Learn to seat
I came in with a party of 6 got on the list waited past the 45 min. waiting period I was told, there was 2 tables pushed together to make an 8 top that they said the people were not answering their page. I was then taken to a booth or 6 grown adults to sit in. No way its made for 4 ! The 8 top was then taken down to seat parties of 2 and 3 that walked straight in. I stood here amazed, the manager was fully aware of what was happening and did nothing. This happened 3/8/13 at 8:15. Finally got seated 1hr 20 min totally inexcusable ruined the whole mood of our party.
Unbelievably bad
I am a senior citizen and rarely complain about a restaurant even if the food and service is bad, but this was beyond bad. We ate in Texarkana tx at 4320 Saint Michael Dr. When the food was delivered to our table it was spilled on the table. The waitress said would you like a replacement, my husband said yes and the girl walked away with the mess on the table. My husband cleaned it up and put it aside and told our regular server Katia what happened. She took it away and brought another serving. It wasn't until I finished my wings that I discovered there was a hair in the bottom of the flimsy paper dish. I am disgusted When we told the server she went to the manager and she gave us a 20% off. I never ask for a refund but I want a total refund, this is the worst I have ever experienced. When I got back to the hotel I started thinking about this and got madder and madder, people should not be treated like this. I also must comment that servers should be taught what different liquors are. I ordered scotch and water and had to go to td the cash register to show the waitress what a scotch was, I ordered Dewars. Expect my call on Monday it will be coming.

they train the store with managers from other states and then when the the store opens they have managers with attitudes and that are rude running the place and take advantage of the emploYEES
Never go to Lincoln park location in Chicago
The food comes out cold and when you complain to the mananger doesn't seem to care. This is the worst place ever I hope it gets shut down by the health dept. when I was there I seen rat dropping horrible

Your higher ups are ruining Buffalo Wilde Wings
I notice that you have managers that have worked hard for Years for your company and that you do not promote them To run there own stores you hire GM that have less experience Than people that have Worked from the lowest position to management . Tell me how someone can increase your profits When your GM does not know his guest or the daily tasks that's involved with running a multi million Dollar company.
Went to the Houma Location...horrible horrible service and the manager is rude! wont go back again and will tell everyone about my bad experience
Everything about this restaurant is terrible
The food is terrible, beer prices high and liquor is cheap. Corporate are lying, sleezy, money grubbing, worthless people who don't care about their customers or their employees. Worst business ever................
Worst Management Terrible Service
I placed a to-go order at 4:00 pm for 50 traditional wings to be ready by 5:00 pm. I got to the restaurant (in Joplin, MO) and was still waiting at 5:37 PM. The managers did not ever apologize or acknowledge our extremely long wait time. We asked one manager Brittany Tressler, and she said she wasn't going to ask the head cook about it. Worst manager I have had to deal with and will never return. I will also tell everyone about my experience, and the terrible management staff.
Don't Go Here
Stay away from the Lansing IL restaurant if you want prompt service. If I could rate my experience yesterday less than one star, I would. I ordered wings and rings for my Super Bowl event and was told they would be ready at 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:55 p.m., and had to wait until 6:30 p.m. for them to be ready. And then when I got home the wings and the onion rings were barely warm. They could have called us (they take phone numbers with the orders) and told us to come in 30 minutes late, but no, they preferred to have a bunch of angry customers standing there, and a little girl running around saying "I don't know. The orders are all backed up and people may have to wait for an hour." When I asked to see the Manager, I was told no, he is busy helping out back in the kitchen.

Very Good Wings, slaw. All employees were busy including manager who was very busy. Went to BWW on Strassner in Brentwood Mo at 8pm 1/31/2013. Would definitely return to this location.

I ate at Owings mills md. Restaurant when my food came I was given plastic forks to eat with so while I'am eating I look around and the white folks are eating with metal forks by the way i'am African amercan so I asked the person behind the counter why was getting plastic forks they tell me because people are stealing them i'am not a thief my first time eating there and never going back.
You refuse service to police officers for having guns. Shame on you. You you let them in if you called them??? Apology won't work. You are off our list!!!
