Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate Office & Headquarters

I like the blazing wings always order 6 or the 12 most of the times are to done but today I order six wings and I only got 5 when I ask the waitress why only 5 she said they do it buy weight know. I don't understand why this is stupid decision sorry but you are not selling seafood !!!!!!

Me & my husband have been going to BWW for over 4 years. We go for the great food and the atmosphere and the amazing people. Recently one of our favorite asst managers was transferred to from the North Rock Wichita location to the Derby location. We are very upset that this has happened. Babs was a huge part of the BWW family and made the experience so worth it. She ALWAYS made sure to come visit our table and made sure everything was great, which it was. She is the best assistant managers that your company has. Please, please transfer her back to the North Rock Wichita location. We go out of our way just to go see her there.

I go to the Buffalo Wild Wings 86 and township line rd location next to Kroger for some time now....that is by far the worst location...they always get my order wrong...I always ask for flat wings and well done and they seem to get either or wrong...today I walk in there took a sit and asked for flat well done wings...they told me they don't do well done wings on special wings days...I bout lost it...so I can't get the wings done the way I want...I done going to bw3 I will take my business somewhere else....that's Ridiculous!!!!

the store in mooresville, NC is probably the worst location they have . the service (well not some of the service) sucks . the food is horrible . the staff is allowed to contaminate the customers food . then the employees will harass you afterwards . will never suggest this restaurant to anyone . will never return to another Buffalo Wild Wings again . i guess it's true that one person really can ruin it for everyone .

Our waitress greeted me and my husband and she was nice but the food sucked so bad. The wings were hard and crusty. I will not eat there again.

I could careless to call the location we visited which is on quebec street in lake worth texas that we visited for my sons 13 birthday yesterday evening and hear the I'm sorry I don't know how or why's only because all I want is my health back 4 of us got sick from the food we ate I can say I will never eat at another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again .

The postings here are incorrect about Buffalo Wild Wings not allowing off Duty Police Officers or and Law Enforcement On Duty or Off to not carry a firearm. They (Buffalo Wild Wings) have pubicly stated after the incident that the employee was incorrect to turn away the officers and that Law Enforcement (Armed or Not) are always welcome at a BWW. The incident was result of an employee who either did not understand the policy or made the decision on her own. I am a customer and do not work for the company but I do frequent BWW. I have had good and bad experiences but before you post a blanket statement you might want to do at least 60 seconds of research to verify the information instead of just blindly rage posting.

Tables were dirty,bad attuide, other watress had to wait our table....other then that food is always good ,service was fast ...im rating this a four because manager was awesome..

I'm surprised to see such reviews of BWW I have been to the Maplewood and Northtown locations in Minnesota and have always had great service. This is one person that will always go back!

I recently ate at the BWW on hwy 21 in Covington with my friends. I waited 2 hours for my food. I then proceeded to talk to the manger. The manger told me he wasn't talking to me. He then say me get mad and asked what I need. I then proclaimed that we were waiting two hours. He used very mean words talking to us like we are dirt. He treated his employees like dirt. I talked to the employee and she was upset saying he talks to everyone like that. I normally don't write reviews but this manger needs to be gone. He is hurting y'all's business so bad. We will not go back.

well i thought the problem was only at one location but, I see by the reviews ALL of your locations basically are horrible. Get yourselves a third party company to come in and teach your managers proper etiquette and how to be professional instead of calling employees derogatory names. Bunch of LOSERS

Manager changed my tv for one family even tho there are multiple tvs. Gave us thw excuse someone behind us wanted to watch tampa bay (marke t we are in). We ar still here 2 hrs later and the family longvdince gone. Who should you comply with? Or at least ask us first and tell us hevis moving the game to another tv. Thanks Stewart...thought you just started ad manager but they tell me youve been here for 9 years !

I live in Las Vegas and fried zucchini is a staple at most bars in Vegas. I cannot understand (especially fried) why Buffalo's will not introduce fried zucchini at their establishments. No one eats the pretzels, no one buys "fried pickles" at least not to the likes of fried zucchini if offerred. Remove the back East menu items and revise the menu to fit the Western Region. Even McDonalds understands the practice of regional food. Get with the times Buffalo's.

Worst service ever in Onalaska WI!!! The server didnt know what she was doing. There was no manager around to make things better at all! I will never again go. Slow refills, poor food quality, and really really bad service!

Went in to the location in burbank california today. Order was taken by kiley who seemed unorganized and mood. Wings were brought with no dressing! Refills took long to even be noticed. On duty supervisor stood in a corner just giggling with some other female employees. French fries were nasty and salty. They need to learn to value their customers because we are the ones whom pay their bills!

I will no longer be patronizing Buffalo Wild Rings Restaurants, nor will my children, grandchildren or others within my sphere of influence due to your national corporate policy of denying Second Amendment Rights and legal concealed carry within your premises. I support your right to continue to operate and solicit customers elsewhere. Perhaps there are an adequate number of liberals, and illegal aliens to meet your needs. I am sure that criminals will be delighted with your new policy as it will guarantee them unimpeded progress with their goals.

Please add my name to the list of those who will never go back to a BWW. Your gun ban is ridiculous and when you won't serve on duty police officers you are disrespectful and deserve to go out of business!

Just waited 45 minutes for our food and when we confronted our waitress she had asked what we oredered. She hasn't even submitted it. She was very unprofessional and didn't even offer an apology. I had to walk up to the hostess/cashier and tell her to cancel our order. Normally this is where a manager would have been called over and made an attempt to fix the situation but nothing was done. The waitress came over again and didn't know what to say, she just stood there with a dumb look on her face. As we walked out I saw that they were quick to wipe down our drinks and glass rings. So sad and disappointed.

Refusing to serve police because they had a gun is outrageous. I will never visit your restaurant again. I will urge anyone I can to avoid your restaurant. Appleby's, Ihop, MacDonalds and numerous others willingly serve police and make them feel welcome. You evidently do not prevent employees from inventing rules that fit their unamerican attitudes. My son is a policeman in Prince William County. He serves and protects, even your misguided employees.
