Awful management. High server turnover because of shitty management.

The service in the Moundsville WV is very poor. You have certain hostess and waitress who pick and choose who they want to serve. My daughter has been there a few times with many of friends. The waitress has refused to seat their group, refused to take the orders and after going through 3 waitresses it took over an hour to get the food. Maybe BWW needs to give training on "Human Relations", maybe better select more mature young adults to serve their customers. This is a very small area where word travels quickly, I guess that is why the reputation of this new restaurant is quickly going down hill. "what a shame!".

I love that you guys fry your wings in Lard! Viva Animal Fat! Please don't ever use vegetable or peanut oil or any partially hydrogenated oils! You guys rock!

My son which is 18 yrs old and his girlfriend 16 yrs old. They wanted to go Buffalo Wild Wings to eat and they sat down at one of the booth. A waitress came over and ask to check their ID and told them that they can only order carry out. They can not serve them to eat in the restaurant because of their age policy. They said that because his girlfriend is 16 and she have to be accompany by an adult that is 18 and older. My son told her that he is 18. The waitress then change her answer and said "Ooooo....she have to be accompany by her parent or guardian. The policy posted by the door did not state that, It just said under 18 have to be accompany by an adult.

Management in bollingbrook did not take care of a disresoectful server james indtead mafr rude comments about me to him

I was in your Auburn, Alabama Buffalo Wild Wings Resturant on Sat. April 29th, 2011 with 29 other people, we were there for a baseball tournament. I went to your restroom at the restaurant and sat down and seat was broken I got my upper leg caught in between the seat and the toilet, it hurt like crazy. I went out and told the waitress and she got the manager, he said he was sorry, and he would send someone in to look at it. He came back over and said yes it was broken and they would fix it. Did not offer to give me my meal free or even give me a discount. This will be the last time our team or myself will eat at another Buffalo Wild Wing Restaurant. Please send me and email from your corporate office and I will send you a picture of my leg. joannuhl@gmail.com

WE as a group would like to ask if we can get paid for the work we are doing on the Grand Island Ne restuarant we have been there for 8 weeks and havent been paid for our work yet

I have been going to buffalo wild wings since I was a child and never in my life have I been so disrespected more so in my life than I was several time at the buffalo wild wings in cross lanes west Virginia. I have a medical condition where I need a service animal and she goes with me everywhere and the assistant manager cici has been bad mouthing me saying I am a bit** and that I am lying about my condition and that if I come back with my dog that she will ask me to leave. We have spoke to the store manager about her many times and nothing has been done and I'm tired of it!!!!

Yesterday (April 2, 2011) my husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Carbondale, Illinois to watch the Final Four game Butler vs. VCU. The bartender and the manager refused to turn on the volume for the game because the Cardinals and the Pirates were playing (bottom of the 6th Pirates 5 to 3). They responded that there were customers watching the baseball game, there were only about 10 other customers in the bar and when questioned them we found that none of the guests present (approximately 10) cared about the baseball game, in fact several preferred to hear the Butler/VCU game. After explaining this to them as well as the fact that this is the FINAL FOUR and we have many opportunities to watch baseball, the manager and bartender stated it is their policy to have the volume on the baseball game and refused to turn on the volume for the Butler/VCU game. We left BWW and went to Show Me's where the staff was more than happy to switch the volume to the Butler/VCU game. In just a few minutes we were joined by other disgruntled customers from BWW who also came to Show Me's in hopes of being able to watch and HEAR the Basketball game. During the Basketball game it was ironic that a BWW commercial spouted sponsorship of the Final Four. Thought you at corporate should know how BWW in Carbondale treated us yesterday, we are very disappointed.

We arrived at 5:28pm only 3 tables taken, got seated, hostess brought drinks, 35 mins later waitress came over to take order. 20 mins later food arrived, after the chicken sat in the window 5 mins. Was cold at the table. waitress came once for order, once to deliver and once to check. lousy service and the worst food quality. Never again!!!!On top of this there was a table behind us that was left dirty the entire time! rapid City, SD store #59

I have loved your service been in bww for more than 7months now until two manger in sioux falls treated me like a kid. I am grown female and is not to be watch when I am eating. There were very rude and disrepectful and the service was slow the workers would socialize and leave the customers waiting for their meal and this need to be fix for I have been a good customer that would be persuasive to my friends to come, but after that siutation, i will explain to my friends of the upsetting episode and they will not come until its fix and is to be notify asap.

I actually posted a comment on 3/16/11 because the gift certificates a blind man won through a silent auction I hosted expired and the Manager of the Lincoln Park location wouldn't honor them. I expressed my displeasure because he would not give me new ones or at least honor the old ones. When I tried to find a phone number for corporate headquarters, I came across a # in Minneapolis but it didn't work. Somehow, I found the Regional Manager's phone number. I just talked to her and she was VERY APOLOGETIC and said she would IMMEDIATELY replace the expired gift certificates. All better now! YAY for the Regional Manager! I'm thrilled because I like BWW.

The wings are great but the service is lame. But since you must employ a bevy if high school students as sales/cashiers, their trainers are to blame for not insisting on common courtesy to customers.

I was an employee there and quit recently. Worked there for a yr and had one manager get fired, one manager quit, over 15 servers quit, and three bartenders. The worst company I have ever worked for. I was supposed to be a WTC so I could attempt to make things better but of course management couldn't do the paperwork because they don't know what they're doing. Also the worst thing of all is we did a fundraiser for st.judes children hospital and 6 months after we "donated" I found out all that money went for the managers bonuses. How could anyone do that. I'm so disappointed with the company. This is in San Antonio, Texas. I will be calling corporate about this. Maybe something will actually happen and change.

On March 13, 2011, I visited this establishment with my husband and my brother to celebrate his 21st birthday. When discussing where we would be dining out, my brother CHOSE to go to Buffalo Wild Wings since this was his favorite place to get wings. He couldn't wait to have his first beer and some wings to celebrate his big birthday. Upon arrival, the hostess was courteous and seated us right away that, however, was the ONLY good service we received that evening. Once we were seated, we noticed the lights were way too bright which was odd because it was still an hour before closing. One of the NCAA March Madness games was being broadcast over the stereo system and it was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. My husband ordered a drink and my brother was still deciding on what he would be having. The server was not around to deliver my husband's drink and it was brought over by someone else. When she returned to take my brother's drink order, she asked for his ID and took a single glance at it. She returned the ID and she said, "We don't take vertical licenses." We tried explaining that it was his birthday, to which she replied, "I can get a manager for you, but they will say the same thing." She was rude about the entire situation and made no effort to try to resolve the problem with us before resulting to a manager. I would have been absolutely pleased to express this situation to a manager, but she did not follow through to have a manager brought over to rectify the problem. When we told her that we would be leaving and clearly upset, she promptly printed our check and said, "Okay." She then let us pay for our bill and walk out the door without ever seeing a single manager.

I'm on the board at a non-profit to benefit the blind and was able to get some gift certificates for our silent auction. We had the event and a blind man won the silent auction for the Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificates. Without realizing it, the certificates EXPIRED within three months. I asked the Buffalo Wild Wings management if they would honor the gift certificates for up to a year and they WOULD NOT. Thanks for NOTHING Buffalo Wild Wings. I will NEVER visit ANY of your establishments again. Turning down a blind man?!?!?!?! Disgusting. I hope your business crashes and burns.

I would give no stars if I could. Both me and my husband went there to eat and my brother inlaw. They shared wings while i ate my food. But my brother in law only had one bonelwss wing off my husbands plate since he had to run to go some place else. My husband ate 6 boneless wings and we went home, that night around 3 am he started vomiting and saying his stomach hurts soo bad. Since he starting getting worst to the point he couldnt catch his breath we took him to a urgent care facility. Then they sent him to the hospital. 6 xrays and 5 ct scan later doctors had to take out his appendix and said he had an obstruction in his intestines. He was finally released 8 days later. And he is still recovering.

The Lawrence, Ks restraunt has by far has the most worthless servers that i have ever seen. They seem to be more interestest in talking about getting wasted after work than in giving proper service. The food was cold, our drinks didn't get refilled, and our server only came to the table a couple of times and was rude. Our hostess seemed to do more of the work than our server. He was a good guy, and took care of us. The place is tiny, it has a roach problem, and the roof was leaking in the middle of the dining room....please do something.

i worked at bww in san antoio off of se military.i worked there for about a month in half and during the while time my managers were being rude.Even when they had me at my breaking point with tears in my eyes several times, they continued to put me down. Every manager was extremly rude except for Shawn (thanx for bein awsome). The G.M was always rude and cut me off every time i tryed to speak to him,the oldest manager seemed like he was always confused and would yell at me for the other servers mistakes, the youngest was a hot head he would try to find any reason to yell at me. The younges manager was the worst of em all, he was the one that pushed me to quit. I will say the only thing that i like (besides the food)is my ex co-workers they where great.

Hi, my name is Johna Hollingsworth and I live in Yuma, Arizona. I was employeed at that Bww location for about 2 1/2 years. I really enjoyed working there and made lots of money for me and the company. I had really no problems with this company up untill an incidint occured at buffalo a few months ago. It started when one of our servers over served 5 marines. These marines were loud and obnoxious the whole night and the managers did nothing about it. I was out back smoking when an officer pulled up and I knew this officer. So me and another employee asked him if he would go talk to these maries cause they were trying to start fights with everyone who walked passed. The cop agreed and walk around and we walked through the building to meet him on the patio. As the cop approached 2 of the marines rushed him took him to the ground so me and the other employee jumped the fence to help the officer one of the marines tried to reach for the officers gun and couldnt get ahold of it. So other cops got there and arrested all of them. The reason I wanted to tell you my story is because after that incident the owner and every other manager made it clear to me and the other employee, who heroicly help this officer, that our jobs were at risk if we talked to the cops about this incident. Now during this rumble I was hit and mased. I took the managers to find some kind of reason to fire/say I quit. On 1/26/11 the GM said that I had abandoned my job for not showing up for my shifts 3 days prior. Which on 1/22/11 at 3:30 pm I went in to talk to the GM about being suspended because of missing an employee meeting on 1/22/11 at 9 am. She told me on 1/22/11 at 3:30 pm that everyone who missed the meeting is supended as of today for at least a week. I said ok and asked when I was to return? She told me that she did not want to talk about it cause she was not in uniform to come back when she was. Now she is saying I abandoned my job even though the other two people who missed the meeting did not get to finish that weeks schedule out and they are still employed there. I feel real abused by the company and hurt that I put in my hard work and effort there for over 2 years and they threw me away like trash. Now they are fighting me for unemployement and banned me from the resturant. I have a two year old son to support and am currently three months pregnant. I hope that some reads this and acctually care about how this company treats there employees. I would appreciate it if someone writes me back at johnah08@yahoo.com Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerly, Johna Hollingsworth
