Ive always liked BW3. Been going there for years. Within the Milwaukee area I have often visited 4 differant stores. Then I moved from Milwaukee to TX. I found one of your stores in Tyler,TX. It is by far the worst store Ive been to thus far. The bar area stinks like someone barfed. I was told it was a drainage problem. Its the main reason I stay away. I liked to go there to watch the football games but Im not going to that store. I recently went back after being away from there for a long time. It was early afternoon and it was not busy at all. I ordered 12 wings. I waited at least 30 minutes. And then when I received my food it was barely warm to the touch. After complaining to the manager he did appoligize and comp my food. I wont be going back at least for now. I just think that store really needs an upgrade in cleanliness and service. I am sharing this with you in hopes that someone in corporate will at least look into this matter. Like I said,I have always liked your food and I have worked with Paul who owns most of all of the stores in the Milwaukee area. I worked with him in opening up his resturant Sabor on Water street. Thank you and I hope this helps.
I was very excited when Buffle Wild Wing can to lower nazarth,pa.I'm very sad how it is run & the unfairness to people who work there, management has ALOT TO BE DESIRED... Its very said when your managers abuse the position they have been hired for. WHATEVER HAPPEN TO NOT FRATERNIZING WITH THE EMPLOYEE AND NOT SHOWING FAVORITISM...I think SOME of the MANAGEMENT should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELF FOR HOW THEY TREAT SOME OF THERE EMPLOYEES.DOES CORPORATE EVEN CARE????
Normally I would have nothing bad to say about BWW until today were my friends and I had to wait over two hours befre being seated. Now it's not that the wait wa so long it was the fact that the empolies kept saying just a few more min and at one point cleared tables for us then allowed those table to be taken by another group of people. As a faithful BWW customer I am very very disappointed with this kind of service. West Covina Ca Buffalo Wild Wings needs to improve in it's service or my friends, associates and myself will find another place to go. Very unhappy customer.
I was at the Niles, Ohio location yesterdsay for a social and some wings, I got there at 5:45 and stayed till I nwalked nextdoor to the 6:35 showing of Hangover Two. I leave, hop in the car and begin to drive off. My Wallet!!?? Went back in the theater, no dice. I walked back into BW# and Jerry Vanditti walked right up to me and handed it to me fully intact. I think Dave Scholten should know the knid of quality honest employee he has in Jerry. Chris McLaughlin 807 Colonial Drive Youngstown, Ohio 44505 330 540 4407

We have a new location here in Auburn Maine. We were really looking forward to great wings when we visited for the first time on 7/21/11. (never been to another location). Thursday night was boneless wing night so we went with those. I am a salt lover, but even these were too much--coating was heavy and way too salty. The chicken itself is probably processed with sodium. We couldn't taste the chicken at all, let along the sauces we chose. The sauces were ok, but not exceptional. We have tried several locally owned restaurants offering really great wings & sauces, and I guess you might say we've become wing critics. We also raise our own chickens, so fresh tasting chicken is important. It's hard to justify going to a specialty restaurant like Buffalo Wings when we have several local options that are a better value, and more importantly, taste better. One a positive note, service was very good & this looks to be a popular restaurant in our area. We'll give you one more try for bone-in wings & hopefully can give you a better review. This message is meant to be constructive & helpful, as we would like to see a variety of restaurants stay in our area. Sincerely, Rachel Turcotte auntloopy1018@yahoo.com
First of all the BWW's in Midland, Tx has a tendency to have a poor service especially when it is not busy. Me and my friend waited 45 minutes and yet the food did not arrive, where other people got their first, and we got there 10 minutes after these people arrive. Except for a waiter named Phil Collins and another Caucasian lady they are the best, but please do something about it, because eventually people will leave, also a mental note, can you guys make non-smoking free zone, thank you.
I often go to BWW in Las Crurces, NM and the management staff there is terrible. One in particulare by the name of Veronica. She is so rude to the staff and seems to be a bully. it was so Embarrassing how she almost made one of the front staff cry. and there have been other's who have done the same.. I feel they should start fresh with new management who know the meaning of good customer service and not have their employee's work in such a hostle work enviornment. I am sending a complaint to their regional office as it is umpleasent to go there anymore.
I am very disappointed with the service that I received from the BW3 store#0184 3920 E. Broad St Columbus, Ohio location (manager Jay M). On 7/14/11, my colleague and I went in to pick up or food our lunch hour which we called ahead and placed the order... Upon returning to work to eat my food I discovered that they gave me plan chicken wings when I order 12 asian zing wings wet which is what the receipt said. When I called back up to the store, I spoke with the Manager Jay and explained to him what was going on he looked my order up in the system be the order number and he told me that I could bring the wings back. I advised him that my lunch hour was over and his response to me was there was nothing he could do unless I bring the wings back in then they would replace them. I asked him what was I suppose to do in the mean time, he said he didn't know what to tell me but he could not do anything until i brought the wings back in. I asked him for the corporate office number Jay's response was I could go here and leave my complaint then gave me the wrong number the first time.. When I called back and he reluctently gave me the right number the second time.. When you call your put through to guest services and get a voicemail to leave a message.. this type of customer service is so unacceptable and should be at the corporate level as well!!!!
I dont know about the food, but I do know i will NEVER go to the one in LONGVIEW TX. My neice has been missing for 5 days she dissapeared on the 7th of july, well that evening she was seen there at that location, we called to see if we could get the servalence from that night and they said no they had none, well I happen to know for a FACT that they do because my husband worked for CJ STONE who built that BBWW also the one in TYLER TX. My husband GREG SHIPPER Who assisted on the build in Longview was there when the security system was installed in the parking lot, He also built the TYLER one from the ground up and they have the same system. I am appaled that they would not even try to give us the info we needed to try and check up on this even after we told him that the witness noticed a very creepy guy looking at her and followed her out when she left, she has been gone almost 6 days now. SO the way I see it, the BBWW in longview want your money but they dont care about their customers.....
Well put, sir, well put. I'll certanliy make note of that.
Unbelievable how well-wtriten and informative this was.
Hi bww :I never heard of your policy turning away paying customers .This is what happened to me on a date with my girl friend it was humiliating we were going to have dinner at the BBW in bullhead city 2040 highway 95in bullhead City AZ 86442. This is not a local destanation for us we live in lake Havasu City which is over an hour away .We had a gift card we were going to use had been there before with no problems in the past .We arrived at 5:00 pm ready to have dinner and was told come back at 8:00pm unless you have special white tickets which we didnt have or understand what he meant blocking us from entering this was totally unacceptable for a public restaurant. We had to drive back to lake havasu and have dinner at our local Chilies restaurant.i would like a reason how this could happen and would like to be reimbursed for my time and fuel cost or gift cards for dinner.my question to you is how would you feel in my situation .please advise !Thankyou Hope to return for a good experience.
This is the third time that my wife and I have visited it BWW (627 Cross Keys Rd, Sicklerville, NJ), and just like each of my prior visits this one was no different. The first time we visited this location it was opening day so I expected that there would be a wait (which it was). Our second visit was on Thursday June 9th ($.60 boneless wing night) at which time we order takeout; 20 boneless wings with four different flavors. This night in particular we waited for over an hour before we received our food, which was after repeated conversations with the wait staff and a manager. Now, on June 23, 2011my went to BWW again at 10pm for late night happy hour. We were seated in the dining room and were not attended to for approximately 10-15 minutes (by the way the restaurant was not busy or crowded as it usually was). Once our server finally showed up she informed us that happy hour was only being served at them. Not knowing it this was true my wife and I walked to and sat at the bar (which also not as crowded as it usually is). At this time I am ready to leave the restaurant and go elsewhere but wife said it was not a big deal we should try the bar. After sitting for another 10-15 minutes without receiving any service from the bar attendants my wife stopped a server walking by and asked her if she could get someone that would help us; a few minutes later a bartender showed up to take my wife’s order. And now we play the waiting game. Although the restaurant was not crowed at this time, my wife did not receive her food for approximately 1 hour. And it is my belief that she only received her food after repeatedly asking the bartender “how much long is my food going to be”. After this back and forth conversation her food finally came and we left the restaurant a few minutes later. I know you may be wondering if I ordered anything while I was there; the answer is NO, I refuse to ever set foot into or spend money at this BWW again. When you continue to receive horrible service over and over again, why would anyone want to go back to an establishment like that? In a nut shell my experience at this BWW is the definition of insanity; doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Some food for thought: Customers should not have to wait over an hour to get there food (think about it; how long does it take to fry wings and add sauce to them?) I have a degree in hospitality management and from my experience your management team is not doing what it takes to properly service its customers. You need to go back to the drawing board.
Casselberry, Florida. Wow! Today was the first time we have ever been to BWW.....and the LAST! The service was far less than adequate and the order was wrong. How you can order a chicken sandwich and get a burnt hamburger is beyond me but it happened. I had decided just to make do with what I was given so I could eat with my husband and our Grandson when the waitress insisted that "it will be right out" and removed my incorrect food. Needless to say, 20 minutes later when my husband and Grandson were done along came my meal. We had to ask for utensils and never received our condiments until the meal was practically gone. I think the thing that bothers me the worst is that the restaurant was FILTHY. The floor was disgusting with all manner of food and paper strewn everywhere. Our feet were actually resting on an assortment of french fries, chicken bones, bread, napkins and a AA battery. It was gross. Also, whoever thought it was a good idea to carpet the floor is a moron. Is your kitchen carpeted at home? I will bet not. But seriously, break out the carpet sweeper or the broom after a table clears out! Clean it up! Oh, and it just because you only keep 1 light out of 4 turned on doesn't mean you can hide the filth. You need to forget the mood factor and see what you need to get up off the floor. Finally, after listening to the waitress apologize for not listening and how she will do better, I suggested that the Manager remove the charge for my sandwich. After fully expecting a visit from said Manager all we got was another excuse from the waitress that the Manager was new! Why it was necessary to explain that I have no idea. But, he or she never showed and neither will we....ever again. It's too ban that a perfectly wonderful Don Pablos was closed to open this place! What a waste of space.
Michelle, not my real name. I work for Bdubs in Sicklerville, New Jersey. I love buffalo atmosphere and believe it has potential to be a great store, if the management was not running it into the ground. Who picks these managers? Not only is there serious verbal abuse coming from the managers to employees and other managers, but they are doing so in front of customers. Just last night, Paul, a manager called another manager (excuse my language) a effin idiot...in front of other employees and customers. He screamed at another poor employee and agressively ripped her cell phone out of her hand. Customers witnessed this and demanded his information to report to coorporate because they were so disgusted by his rude actions. Greg Bond, head boss man, has grabbed employees arms while "diciplining" them and has made us cry on numerous occassions. He never greets us and makes us terrified to go to him for help. Ive never seen such rude, arrogant managers and if.action is not taken, I will need to take further action.
I'm sitting at the bar right now waiting for someone to take my order, the bartender is on his phone. Took a picture. Wondering if theres a corporate email where I can send it to...
I was hired as a waitress at the opening of the b dubs in Grand Island Ne.. Let me tell you that the management staff is uncapable of running the store. TheY are very unorganized, unprofessional, rude and they play favorites. I understand that they to are learning and hopefully wont be so unorganised but that does not count for the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Let me give u some advice. DO NOT GO WORK THERE!!! i have seen the management make servers cry by the stuff they say. They had the nerve to make fun of the name of a servers son and smile at her as shes crying. Im quitting b dubs and it is because of the management staff!!! I feel bad for the people that are staying there to put up with all the things going on.

First off let state that i love Buffulo Wild Wings, Im originally stationed in St. Louis MO at Scott Air Force Base. A fellow Airman of mine was set to get married August 14, 2011. Staying at the holiday Inn in Watertown, NY me and my wife decided to go BWW to have a bite and have a couple margaritas. Upon arrival of the bar we wasnt acknowledge for the first eight minutes, then a bartender by the name of Abby P. approached us with the rudiest attitude i ever witness at a BWW. So we thought maybe she having a bad day and just ordered our drinks, she took the order then proceeded to make the drinks and having a conversation with an african american woman rite in front of ous saying how pissed off she was she had to make the drinks making us feel very uncomfortable to ever want to come back. When she brought the drinks she didnt slam them down but she put them down rudely. My wife works at BWW in Ofallon Il, she said we were suppose to be offered appitizers and other item that was not offered. I just wanted to let you guys know what was goin on and that we would never go there again that i will tell my buddies about the unprofessionalism that place holds! I was goin to speak with the manager but she was joking with the Bartender and looking at us shaking her head. The date was Wed. 10th 2011. Techman53@yahoo.com Sgt. Campbell
