We have been coming to Bob Evans for so many years.We used to go to the old place and when they moved down the road to Sheraton Drive, Mars we are faithful patrons. Use gift cards and coupons when available. We drive out from Ambridge about 15-20 minutes away to enjoy your dinners and friendly personnal. In Baden they are breaking ground for a Wal-Mart and that area from Ambridge to Rochester on Route 65 and need a great restaurant like yours. Please try and consider the location. I'm not leaving my name as I am still employeed by bob evans. Unfortunately I also have a dictator as a manager, she started as a server and now has returned to the same store she started at as the general manager! What a mistake to let someone come in and treat you like dirt after years of employment by bob evans, unfortunity if I go over her head she'll know it and I'm sure would make my life there even more miserable if that's possible, it sucks to feel sick just to go to work when I'm aware that I am a very good employee, never late, rarely am sick, and work my but off for $2.13 per hour serving and make $8.00 an hour hostessing after 7 years there. Sounds like slave labor since minium wage is what $7.65 sounds like a dream job does'nt. Oh enough for now I have to go to work tromorrow! YEAH!
To,B E Farms.. Do you think that you could stop the use of cell phones in your eating places? This is very rude. Also,there needs to be a place that no children are allowed.I am tried of trying to enjoy my meal with a bunch of uncontrolable children and people talking loud on cell phones. You might not do anything right now about it But sooner or later someone will in the eating business world.I believe I have a right to a quiet meal also..

SOME EMPLOYEES HAVE TO PULL THERE HAIR BACK AND SOME EMPLOYEES DONT HAVE TO AT ALL. I AM LOOKING FOR NEW EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE I AM A VERY RESPECTABLE PERSON. AND DO NOT LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE YOU ARE A PIECE OF CRAP! I LOVE BOB EVANS; FOR EMPLOYING ME. I LOVE THE FOOD. the food was excelent but the enviroment was horrable. one waitress came into start work and was picking her nose up front. one waitress starting changing her close into her uniform where everyone could see her. one guy with a deep voice stated i watched this one movie and i thaught i was going to throw up all over , he said this right up front, where everyone that was eating could here him.and the folks that were eatin stated oh no oooo. including me.your workers need to be taught about people eating dinning with dignity. we work hard and when we get off work we like someone to take care of us for a change where we can relax and have a delightful enviroment to dine in.your resteraunts just started having this problem, where is your district manager at is he making his rounds?. if bob evans was still around he would go to this restaurant, kick them in the pants for talking like that in his resteraunt and then he would tell them to take a hike.you need some old fashion work ethics, i'm not saying people can't have fun while they work but keep there conversations delightful and not grose. you are loosing big evening business in marion, il. that restaurant used to be packed in the evening and now i could count the cars on my hands that were there, and they just can't figure out where everyone is, i don't think it even dawned on them about how the enviroment affects the customers. your enviroment is half the battle. and of couse your food is the other along with great customer service.i like bob evans restaurants this is why i am writing because i want you to fix this problem so that i can go eat there again and feel comfortable again. and it will also help your business to prosper, so that you all can keep cooking that wonderful bob evans foods. thank you
I purchased a candle at Bob Evans restaurant and shortly after lighting, the side blew out spewing wax on my expensive linen Amish doily as well as the table. This was a couple of months ago and after several emails and phone calls, I still haven't gotten a satisfactory answer as to why it may have happened. I tried to explain that if I hadn't been right there, a fire could have started. I can tell you I will never go to Bob Evans again. Many of my friends, relatives and neghbors saw the mess and the broken glass and they won't be going there anymore either.
I just came from our local Bob Evans Restaurant here in Princeton, WV. I walked in at 9:35 pm and asked to place a to go order and was told that they stop taking to go orders at 9:30 since they close so early and the grills shut down. I asked her about spaghetti, which is what my 4 year old daughter was wanting. They refused to allow a to go order for spaghetti - which is not even prepared on the grill! I am highly dissatisfied in the performance of this restaurant! Besides all that, the grills should not even START to close until 10:00 pm which is when their sign says that they close! The restaurant should stay open for FULL SERVICE until 10:00 pm!!
Adam the manager at the Fairfield store was completely rude. I asked him for a party tray to feed two hundred people and he said "I'm sorry I can't help you" !
I am just wondering, how you can let one of your higher management employees destroy so many lives. How can all the GM's in her district be fired for unknown reasons, or trumped up reasons, just to get them out of the company and let her have who she wants to work in her district. I used to have so much respect for Bob Evans but from what I have seen in the past 6 months, done to so many familys. All married men, which seems like she is profiling to everyone I disciss this with. For kids that have worked so hard to work there way up the ladder to make a future with Bob Evans, and to be let go, and to find a job in todays world, making any kind of money at all to support a family in todays economy is unexceptable to me. I think if you in the corporate office of Bob Evans see this turn over happening you should bw questioning the person doing the firing and question her reasons,,, no one was offered to step down, if it is a money issure for Bob Evans, they were all fired for almost the same reason. Did you ever think of calling all these gentlemen in and asking them what really was going on that is took place? Are you wondering what so many people in her district were fired? My family member was one of these people and I have went out of my way to talk to each of the other gentlemen that were fired. What happend to Bob Evans, that they would hurt so many employees without checking to see what is really going on. Chrissy needs be put on the spot and truthfully tell what she made all these changes... so drastically and so quick... There is a lady manager at the Col. Glenn location in Beavercreek that is very rude to her employees. I've noticed her on several occasions yelling and over-reacting to situations. I believe her name is Roxie?? She does not act like a manager, it's like she takes out her life's troubles on her staff. The service is excellent but I don't know if I can go back after witnessing this again. I know if I do I will confront her and I don't want to do that.
I am highly aggravated and disgusted with the level of customer service at the Sidney Bob Evans Restuarant. Everytime I order carryout inevitably everything I ask for is not in the bag. I always check the bag before leaving however on rare occasion I have someone else pick it up they usually do not know what I have ordered. Sidney Bob Evans needs to pick up the pace and get it together. You can go to Mcdonald's and they have your order and everything you want in the bag and you can bank on that! Something is wrong somewhere and you need to step it up. I have noticed the check lists you have been using, but they are not working. This should NOT be happening every time you place a carry out order. I am so frustrated right now, as I just got back from picking up the order and they have the two orders mixed up, and also the cole slaw is missing!!!!!!!!!! I am so mad and upset that the principal I am really considering not placing carry out ever again at this place of business. Sign me, FED UP in Sidney Ohio!
