On Sunday 03/24/2013 my wife and I went to have breakfast.. I ordered 4 eggs over easy and when they showed up to the table they were barely cooked milky whites and yolks were raw and uncooked..I told the manager and he was rude and just said I will take it off the bill. No sorry,no other compensation..wait staff was rude and the restaurant smelled like a monkey cage..along with the monkeys cooking the food in back..it's like planet of the apes in that store.

I took wife out today in Fairfield oh for lunch ordered deep dish chicken& noodles. looked like a bowl of soup with hard biscuit no chicken took a few bites out of mine was nasty wife would not eat hers .got up went to see manager .he said he would only charge us $8.00 did not offer to replace meals with chicken in it. what is wrong with the younger generation will never visit any Bob Evans ever you have my word on that.

The whole place is falling apart know respect for the employees who keep it running there treat u like a there can replace u at anytime they give u know respect for the years u put in this ungrateful company

The managment in the Orange City Store on the weekends is horrible. I gave it another try, and I will not be going there on weekends any more. Untill the service and managment improves.

I have been to the mt.pleasant, mi. location several times. At first it wasn't too bad. Lately things have gone downhill. The food was "ok", the wait staff is fine, but the management is pathetic. Twice I have witnessed a manager verbally abuse employees. It seems bad enough that this is happening, but to have it go on in front of customers is pretty sad. I don't care to support a business that is this disrespectful of its employees.

I enjoy going to Bob Evans to dine. Matter of fact I dine in the Bob Evans Orange City Florida three to four times a week. Monday through Friday the service is excellent at that Bob Evans. But the Last Four To Five Weekend Days I have eaten there it was horrible. I visited there today along with another couple. Who by all means happen to be local law enforcement. In saying as much they to have had very bad service the last several times there. We walked in at 10:30 and left at 12:10 just for breakfast. While having to waiting fourty minutes to get breakfast. Weekend managers at this Bob Evans are lacking indeed.

I was in from Wyoming visiting my father in the hospital and stopped for a Sunday meal. The place wasn't busy at all. After a 15 minute wait for drinks and a 20 minute wait after drinks to place our order, we finally recieved our food. Of the four meals that were purchased, only one was near close for human consumption. The sad thing about it all was the server knew the food was poorly prepared and brought it to our table anyways. Then she asked and I quote, "Does everything think look okay to you, cause to me the chicken looks over cooked the the burger looks burnt and are those fries done." We ask for additional food properly prepared and the second batch came out the same. No refund was offered from management. I will never eat at the Chillicothe, OH location ever again.

Went to the Bob Evans on Market street in Bloomington Illinois on February 12th for dinner. There were lots of empty tables, but was told by the hostess that we would have to wait becauste the servers needed to get caught up with the tables they already had. We were left standing & waiting to be seated. Wouldnt it make since to seat a customer and offer them something to drink. Needless to say we walked out and will probably never return.

baked potato soup ,if it is baked potato,why doesn,t it taste like a baked potato with cheese soup instead of frozen potatos in cheese soup. There has been times of late ,that when I order it the potatos are not cook and still frozen a little. Come on , your food is subposed to be home cooking .

I called the Princeton, WV Bob Evans 2 weeks before CHristmas and placed an order for 2 Pumpkin SUpreme Pies to be ready on CHristmas EVe for my family dinner. I called on Dec. 23rd and was told that my pies were no longer there. I spoke with the manager who stated they were on hold but they sold them expecting to get more in but did not. WHen asked the mananger what we would do about this he said there was nothing he could do about it. He offered no help and we had no pies for our Christmas Dinner. I was forced to go to another local restraunt to get the pies I needed. I am upset over the way this was handled and the non-caring attitude. I have never experienced this before with your company and hope I never do again.

Never have I ever been told when I walked into any place to eat that it would be1hr before we could get service. Well that what happened at the Fl location on Uplmerton rd . Not only that but when the food came it was not even hot. This happened on Dec 24 at 5:15 pm I travel to Clearwater about 15 times a year and stay at the hotel next door. Never have I had such BAD service. I know they did not have enought help because they did not have a waitress to wait on our table.

My boyfriend and I boyfriend and to the Bob Evans here in Wadsworth Ohio, we just moved here in May. When we were seated, we waited for almost 10 mins before a waitress noticed that we weren't helped yet. Very nice her name is Yolanda. I'll prob never come back to this locations. Several servers were standing around talking about whatever. There seems to be no organization. Servers were running all over the place. Why not have sections? If you know that around 10:30-11am is busy why not have each server have their own area to tend to and keep together?? I'm not happy. At first I thought it was racial, but seeing 3 other brunch parties come in, I realize that it's just because they don't have anyone to organize them. Don't come here. Travel to other locations.

We have just left your store in Sidney Ohio. We are from Shnieder Electric, Troy Mi. We were in a rush to get to Oxford so we asked if Shirley could take special care of us. We all had to agree that we have NEVER experienced a better server in our entire lives. This lady truly deserves to be recognized for her passion to do such an excellent job! We hope someone else has the time to experience this. What an honer this was!!!!!

HOW COME BOB EVANS DOESNOT HONOR VETERANS ON VETERANS DAY THIS IS A DAMN SHAME....I AM A VETERAN AND I WENT TO OUR LOCAL BOB EVEANS ON VETERANS DAY ,AND I ASK THE MANAGER WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO FOR THE VETERANS ON VETERANS DAY ..AND HE WAS REAL NASTY AND SAID WE DONT DO ANY THING FOR THEM,SO ME AND MY PARTY OF 8 PEOPLE LEFT.AND WE WERE ALL VETERANS EXCEPT 2 PEOPLE..A WELL KNOWN FOOD CHAIN IN OUR COUNTRY THAT OUR VETERANS FOUGHT FOR,AND THEY ACT LIKE THIS .I WILL NEVER WALK INTO ANOTHER BOB EVEANS,AND I WILL TELL EVERY ONE I CAN ABOUT THEM....

Ok so this so called horrible storm Sandy has caused a level 2 state of emergency vehicle ban in the state I live and work in. I am employed soley by Bob Evans. The restaurant I work in is wide open during this driving ban. I called to see what was going on and was shocked to see they were open and were expecting employezes to break the law to get to work. Im outraged because if i were to get stopped on the road trying to be a good employee they wouldnt pay that 115 dollar fine and I know they wouldnt. I will be filing a formal complaint if I receive any kind of penalty for choosing to follow the law.

I know a few people that work for your corporation and I was just wondering why you treat good employees bad? Since you became a corporation the quality of your food has gone down hill!The down home feel is not there!It seems that the bottom line is all you care about not the workers or the quality of the food!!!Mr.Bob Evans would roll over in his grave if he knew what the corporation was doing to his great name!

i have been employed by bob evans for the past two years. i work a limited schedule due to another job and attending college classes. the past 8 mo at this location has experienced alot of changes with management. first of all our wonderful GM was fired and a new manager has taken over. in the short time she has worked there, she continues to belittle employees, and seems to be on a power trip from hell. she is unpleasant to work for or around, making everyone uncomfortable that has to endure her constant ridicule. i cant believe Bob Evans would want someone like this to represent their company. I like working for this company and am proud of the food that Bob Evans produces, however it is a shame that the majority of her employees hate their jobs due to the new management.

I had lunch today at your resturant number 50 in Westland Mi. The bean soup was wonderful. The hamburger was pale and tasteless, the bun had been buttered to the point it was soggy on both sides, the lettuce was wilted and had black spots. I would not recommend one of your burgers to anyone, and I will never order another one. The waitress was fine, but fire the cook.

My husband and I ate at Bob's in Marion, Ohio on 9/22/12 restaurant #0130. We eat there often, we have not had a problem until this visit. The food was good but the plates were dirty, they had a crusty film on the rims and on the bottom. We told the waitress and she said she told the manager, but he never come over to our table. When ready to leave we asked to see the manager, we told him our plates were dirty to look at them and fill the film on the bottom, he said that they had got new plates and they look that way, we said that they were dirty, we also told him that we did not want a free meal, and we were going to pay our bill, he walked away. When we went to pay our bill the 2 girls at the register said they had a problem with the dish washer. We noticed that there was a lot of new employees and a new manager. As we stated before we ate there often, but we will not go back, and we shop in that area all the time. We will go down to the road and eat at Perkins, which we like, they have good food, there plates are clean and the help cares.

My sister and I were driving home from a funeral And we went in to bob evens #2070. My meal was Fine I just got soup but my sister got the Chicken salad. The salad was horriable slimy Lettece and the chicken was very hard and over Cooked. The worst part was not the food but The manger who came charging up to r table And saying what's your problem. No I am sorry Nothing she did offer us a new salad but we were Done I paid for my meal and we left.
