went to bob evans in chambersburg pa. next to hampton inn off rte 81. Ordered fish with broccoli and baked potato. Small piece of dried fish and dry, hard broccoli came but no potato. After ten minutes my husband went to talk the manager. Another minutes and no waitress or potato. We never saw the waitress again. It was the worse meal we ever had. Will not return to this restuarant.

Something needs to be done with the Newartinsville WV bob evans. Manager sat at the table across from we're i was sitting with her feet up on the seat across from her reclined talking with the couple for at least thirty minutes. When we were seated out table was dripping wet. It was an unpleasant experience. Workers standing around talking. Will never return to bob evans

We began eating at the Bob Evans in Princeton West Virginia several years ago. I first began going there with my mother after I retired from the Marine Corps. It was always one of her favorite places to eat. She had multiple special dishes she liked. I usually ordered the country fried steak. The restaurant was always clean, the employees were always pleasant and I can not remember a time when the food took too long to get to us. The experience of eating there has not changed these past few years. My mom has passed since then and now it is my wife and I that frequent the restaurant and will for years to come.

In Morgantown at pierpont road exit. The noise and waitresses standing around talking is all that can be heard. Telling stories of the night before. Very annoying

I just moved to buffalo, NY from Arizona a week ago. I went to bob Evans when I first arrived. The food was really good but the waitress was horrible. Despite her forgetting multiple items and coming over once to offer a refill on drinks...we still gave her a good tip. We went back last night (by we I mean my sister and law and girlfriend also) we got even worse service. We weren't aware they closed at 9 and it was about 8:45. They dumped out all the unsweetened tea before I could get a refill. I got spaghetti to go and it tasted like garbage. It was clearly at least 2 days old. From my experience you treat every customer with respect even if its 8:45. I won't ever go back to this crappy place again. Oh and the same waitress forgot bread and such this time also. There not even worth the one star I'm forced to give.

very poor customer service. food was very poor and not hot had to keep asking other waiters for refills

I was surprised with the special cards on the table showing sundae, as well as other items listing fresh strawberries. When I pointed out to our server there was not one single strawberry in my sundae - only some gel she said that's the way the sundaes are made but they do use real strawberries for the shortcake - this was after I showed her the sundae picture on the card - she just said "sorry, but that's the way they're made".

This is not a review--I'm trying to find our family farm picture that was in the Centerville, Ohio restaurant and was replaced a few years ago. We have searched the area, but nothing. It was donated by my Dad, Robert Barr about 10-15 years ago. Thanks for any help. Ann

I am writing this review to let you know I am very dissatisfied with your sunshine skillet breakfast. I am a regular customer of the restaurant Bob Evans and have noticed a difference in the meat they are using and gravy in the sunshine skillet. This was a favorite item I enjoyed and I have tried it twice my second time was today I was told you have changed the meat and are using another product. Why would you change something that is working I can tell you that I will not be purchasing that item again unless you go back to the regular BOB EVANS sausage. We visited the Bob Evans in Grove City on 4/25/2013 , There was three in our party, my wife and her Mother and myself. There were maybe 20 people in the restaurant at the time. As we waited for our order to be taken we could over hear the waitress serving the table next to us reply she was sorry she forgot the silverware. then they called her back to the table b/c their order was wrong. We ordered our food...my wife ordering the bbq sandwich, which she didn't want the onion petals on. the food came, sandwich WITH the petals on it and my chicken was the 9.99 bbq chicken meal...the chicken looked NOTHING like the menu. It looked like something that was boiled, not roasted...with a squirt of bbq sauce on it. We were on a time crunch and the service was slower than slow. We were going to order dessert, but didn't want to wait forever. With BE being in trouble....you really should look at your service and your food. It used to be good....but has gone downhill BIGTIME!

I visited the Bob Evans on Western Ave(chillicothe, ohio) today and I had the worst service EVER! Our server(Whitney) made us wait 15 mins before she ever approached or acknowledged us. It took another 10 to get our drinks...when she came to the table she never apologized, she just told us that she had no help and that she couldnt wait to get off work. Our food looked like it was strung on the plate(including our salad) and we never received a refill! I would hope that you could hire better than that!

Me an my two grandchildren waited at least 1 minutes to be helped and no one acknowledged our presents and the manager was right there. It was about 8 or 10 people right the and they helped someone who was checking out before me and he just walked up.

I am shocked, disappointed and bewildered at the closing of the Bob Evans Restuarant in Holiday, Florida...I have gone to that store since it opened...17 years ago?...with my family & friends...my children were raised on the "down home' food that you provide to yur customers! Now my grandsons ask tto go to "Bob"s House" for "canpakes"...The food, the waitresses, the managers, the cooks ...ALL did an outstanding job...This is a family restaurant in every sense of the word...community serving and ready for the "snow birds" in the fall. PLEASE rethink this closing and do the remodel...WE NEED THIS RESTAURANT!!! Thank you!!

I have been to Trenton Avenue Bob Evans, and there is a young lady there that is wonderful. She always makes my family feel important, and she always has a good spirit, never yells, complains, or shows that she is overwhelmed. She tries to keep the other girls heads up as well by always encouraging them. Suzie, you are number one in our book, and hope some day you can be a manager and help the rest of your team. We will always come back to see you!

My family had breakfast at the Beckley, WV restaurant. It was a horrible experience. We waited at least 30 minutes to be served after ordering and when the food came, the children's food was substandard. The chocolate chip pancakes were cold and so dry and tough, I could barely cut them with a knife. The kids refused to eat them. Very disappointed in this breakfast on the road. Will never go to that location again.

I was at your restaurant off of Sawmill Rd in Columbus, Ohio today and stood for some time to be seated. I think you need to return to having a hostess at all of your restaurants, as this kind of service will make people not want to return to your restaurants.

Went to Tylersville Rd store in Ohio. Seated and waited over 20 minutes; others were seated and waited on but not my husband & I. Left and told cashier who told mgr. who did nothing. Usually eat at this store 6-8 times a month but not any more.

We have been to bob evans in Findlay Ohio on trenton avenue several times. I want to say the Suzie is one of the most outstanding waitresses we have ever had. We go back every weekend just to see her. She truly makes you feel like you are at home whether she has 50been tables or 1. Keep it up!

I went to eat at the South High St. location in Columbus OH. In my business travels all over the East Coast I have been to numerous Bob Evans Restaurants I have to say my server Kristi was the best server I have had in all my visits. So attentive and always there to ask if we needed anything. Food was good too...
