People, I fully get and understand your complaints as I too have had issues with this particular hotel chain but, when you include a insult to someone's race amongst your rant, it voids all you have to say. Racial discrimination is NEVER ok regardless of where you are from or where you are going so please do yourself and everyone else a favor and leave out those particular comments. I promise you that it will make everything else you are saying that much more valuable.

My family stayed at the Best Western Revere in Lancaster County, PA this past weekend and could not have been happier. What a great staff from front desk to housekeeping. Will be back again real soon.

This is a complaint. My daughter, her two children and I stayed at your facility in Poughkeepsie, NY on Saturday 4/30/13. I have to tell you that I was disgusted when I found cobwebs behind the doors, the bathroom floor was stained as a new sink must have been installed but the original outline was never removed. Then in the morning we found a beetle in the living room. We did not partake of your breakfast - we just wanted out of there ASAP. I think your housekeeping supervisor should be more vigilant as there is no reason for this type of situation to be found by paying guests. We certainly will not be back to this facility.

The Best Western Ambassador in Key West is Outstanding!!! Great customers service, nice pool and poolside bar directly across the street from the ocean. The room was clean and cozy. On any trip to Key West, this is where we will stay. You can't beat the price for such a nice hotel. Thanks you to all the staff for making our trip so memorable. You made us feel like family!

BW Pentago has to b one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had. NO TV & no internet for 4 of 5 day stay. Shuttles were eratic. Rooms NOT what shown or said would be online. DON'T stay here- cost NOT worth it!

I just want to say I stayed at the best western in pine bluff Arkansas and the people who suppose to be the managers of the hotel are so rude and unprofessional I watch and listen to how they were talking to another customer and made up my mine to never stay there again I have heard that they were rude but I decided to stay there anyways for the night that I was in town visiting some friends and family and I really would like to not even give them no star on the rating of the hotel the staff front desk and housekeeper are more professional than the owners and that I so sad I wouldn't tell a soul to stay there if they are still managing that hotel

The customer service at Nashville Best Western Music Row Plus was so horrible that we decided to contact their corporate offices. Absolutely nothing was done and they didn't seem very concerned about the fact that the Nashville location is poorly run. We will never stay at a Best Western again!

I called the Roanoke Virginia Best Western Hotel 5050 Valley View NW Blvd on Saturday 3/2/13 and received bad customer service on the phone I would not stay there if I had to with that kind of customer service, I was trying to get a group rate for a family reunion and the guy that answered the phone was not helpful to me at all.

I was on this web site for another reason and started reading the reviews. I am very surprised at all the negativity. In recent years we have stayed in Best Westerns in Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Quebec, Ghent, Prague and Dublin. The Dublin one was good, the rest were all very good or great. All the negative are a mystery to me

Due to a power outage, in Massachusetts, my family and I stayed at a Best Western. Upon checking out, we were handed a bill for one nights stay. Two days later I was charged for a second night. When I called the hotel itself I was told it was due to late checkout. I explained I was never told that I would be charged for two nights and that my receipt stated one night. I was told the manager would call me back. Well, that never happened. That was in early February. After emailing and calling nothing has been resolved. This company is horrible and I will never stay in a hotel taht they run again.

my boyfriend and i travel alot and have stayed in best western hotels around the ny area a few stays were good others were not i made a few complaints to the management without any sucess they advertise 3 stays will get you a free night which we did and never received the free night we emailed and got alot of runaround 1st saying we didnt stay but after we showed prove of our stays they said they would send our free night certificate which they never did and that has been months ago which now they said was sent but we never received i wonder how many others have received the same run around and now i se they are advertising the same stay 3 night get a free night for everyone reading this beware of this scam i plan to call the corporate office but since this all happen we have not stayed at best western hotels we are boycutting them if any one else has had this problem maybe this is for the better business to hear about its not good for a well known hotel to give such bad service.

I rented a room. Never set foot in the room, my plans got cancled and when i told them they got rude and said i was not going to get my money Back. I dont recamend staying i such a place.

We have stayed at your hotels for a long time and have always had a very good experience UNTIL we stayed in ELKO Nv. The room cost was $170.00 per night and that was with our AARP discount. The room was clean but only had really thin towels and only 2 coffee packages instead of the 4 we usually get. We will continue to stay with your hotel but never in ELKO. You may want to expolor this hotel as the $170.00 was way to high. Thank You

I stayed the the president best western in Times Square. First I'd say it was a good thing I bought a groupon for this hotel and did not have to pay full price. As soon as we checked in our room we unpacked and then I noticed the tub was dripping like crazy. So did the maids not clean the bathroom? Cause there's no way you could not notice that. So I called downstairs they sent the maintenance man up and he said he didn't have the part and was going to have the service desk call me. After 45 min go by I go down there and there he is joking around with employees so I demanded a new room and got one. Then the 2nd day I woke up to a soaked floor and the ac/heater unit was steaming like crazy then I had to be moved to another room. Then the last day we go down for breakfast and the power was out. Good thing we were there for a weekend only. Only positive is that Times Square was a 30 second walk from hotel. Also not to mention the rooms had a god awful wallpaper that was from the 70s.

We stayed in the muncie indiana best western. If we wouldn't have gotten into our room and gone straight to bed we would have noticed how bad our room was, and immediately checked out. When we got up in the morning there was someones bra and tank top on the floor in the corner with an awful smell. The sink had some red liquid in the sink. There was a hair ball under the sink, and hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Water marks on the mirrors, something that had been spilled down the wall, and some powder substance on the tv stand. The facuet was falling off the whirlpool tub. We never used the bath or shower and went to check out because it was so dirty. I told the desk person and she just gave us a 14.00 discount. We couldnt even eat the free breakfast it was all dried up... Would never go there again and would advise no one else too either.

Nice place but possibly the rudest people in the world. Act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there! Loved Italy but lack of hospitality at this place. Morning and Night crew are both rude to guest. Breakfast wait staff was unwelcoming and rude. Other guest had the same complaints.

I stayed at the Best Western - Sovereign Hotel here in Albany, New York. In sum, this hotel is not the place to stay. Save your money and enjoy the treatments of a staycation in your own home. Rather, this Best Western is a misnomer, one that is located at 1228 Western Avenue, Albany, New York. Not worth the US$291.00 that was spent. Not even worth a dollar!

Recently stayed at Best Western Pentagon in Arlington, Va. Was there 3 nights and it was a battle with Roaches the entire time. I asked to have the room sprayed which they did the first night but could not get a repeat of that service. Could not get changed to another room. Other guests had the same problem. Roaches were coming out of the sink, bathtub, and were even on the pillows. Very disappointed in Best Western for having such a hotel as a place to stay.

Was going to stay at the Mapleridge Best Western and on the website says they are pet friendly. When we called to make a reservation they said they are not. Very sad as we were going to stay the night for a funeral the next day. All other best westerns have been pet friendly. They said that since they went non smoking people were wondering about the pets. They aren't even related. Said the deposits weren't covering the cost of damage. What a way to run a business....lose customers and money. I guess they want the hotel on the website to get business and have false advertising!!!
