I am lost for words...guess that means have nothing good to say about Bank of America.

I had came to Washington for a two week vacation. The same day I went and paid for my nails 7 minutes later in Florida someone had withdrawal money from my account. I called and filled a claim so they rein-burst me then a couple weeks later they took it out of my account and so now I'm negative. I'm currently waiting to see what happens.

I put in 100 and try to pull 80 out and they closed my account...well i got a good trick for them will see whos getting burned

i did a job for a customer, finished the job, was paid by check from bank of america, so i went to bank of america in lakeland fl where the manager jennifer donaldson told me she could not verify the check, so i had the customer call her , after she finally called back and everything was finwe she still wouldnt cash the check , says its because of my attitude, well yea , work my butt off , finally get a check then have some house wife should be stand in the way of what i have earned and need to feed my family is just wrong, go back to being a housewife jennifer where ur feeling wont keep my family from eating,

I deposited a check that was made out to my contractor and myself by an insurance company. Deposited properly endorsed and was told the funds would be available the following day. They removed the credit the next day because my contractor is not on my checking account. They say that they are mailing the over $6000 check back to me via regular mail and say I have to walk in a branch with my contractor - which I cannot do. I live over 25 miles from the closest branch and work prevents me from easily going to a branch during their hours - let alone coordinating a time with my contractor that lives about 75 miles away. They have lost a 15+ year customer today.

fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud. I went to the Atm in East Palo Alto, Ca. I put in a claims because it didnt dispense me of of my funds. When given the dispute notice back, BOF claimed it did. Bad bad bad

Over the years I have cancelled all but one account with Bank of America. Today, I am cancelling my credit card account which is my last tie to BofA. This final decision was made due to BofA severing their business relationship with McMillan Mfg in Phoenix Arizona, because they are in the firearms business. My family will not do business with any company who does not support our United States Constitutional Rights. Very bad decision Bank of America. Your Former Customer.

I see a lot of bad stuff. I do not say they are wrong, just I thought it would be nice to see the good. I had a very tuff problem. Charged by game site. Game sit said I owed. I will remove my cards from site they are just taking money. BOA saved me. Helped me. I was so shocked. So there is good at BOA the bank did not have to care. They do.

This is the worse bank that I have even had to deal with. They are not honest in there business dealings. They well assume things on their own about your account just to get more money out of you. Customer service is a joke.

There corporate number given get routed to a field office in Florida, not Charlotte North Carolina. BofA at a corporate level does not want to be bothered with customer completes, we are not important, just the BIG $$ investors are,

B of A is the worst as far as service and accuracy!

My wife has been sitting in a Bronx location over 2hrs Waiting for the branch manger to return from another branch With my wife inform the manger she will be there in 5 min... THe worst bank ever!!!!!!!!

Worst bank ever!!! -5* Deposited check from chase 01/21/2014 for now don't have money (990$) BOA said check returned as fraudulent , but Chase has cleared check ok and money gone to BOA!!!! BOA never contacted Chase about suspicious check!!!

"Sorry, How can I not help you?" should be the logo for BOA. from the bottom all the way to the top is the same word Sorry, Sorry, Sorry!, and you still get no where! I am SORRY I ever gave them a part of my great business.

I wouldn't even give them on star, however that's the lowest rating I could give them. When you call customer service all you get is what they Can't do for you. They are the WORST when it comes to customer service!

Bank charges fees w/o authorization saying you use the service at some time or the other. Never used the service.

This bank has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with. I look to do my business elsewhere

I have read some reviews on people pleading not to take their home while my ex spouse hasn't madea single payment since Mar.2013 My ex spouse is over $7,000.00 dollars on the mortgage. I have bad credit. You almost for closed in 2012. My ex spouse paid a lump sum, made a couple of payments and now behind. I have bad credit. The court can't do anything since my divorce. MY EX IS LIVING FOR FREE!! Must be nice.

I very upset, I just opened an account with them and I used the app to deposit my check and they are putting a hold on my money. Really? I could have just cashed it somewhere else and then deposited the check into my account. This is a waste of time and I am very upset about this situation
