Tuesday february 26 I ordered 3 car parst from the store on columbia drive in Decatur Georgia one part came on wednesday the 27th but they could not fill the rest of the order i was not notified of this until i came in the store on the 28th. I set up an appointment for that saturday because i work two jobs so i had to postpone the appointment. A call to let me know they couldnt fill the order would have been considerate.

we have done business with your store in shippensburg pa. for years however we are all 2 amendment people and when you fired your employee in re. to the gun protection incchedent that was a bad business policy. we will no longer do business with you unless you change you policy.

1 week later they couldnt find my order never called me back after 3 people looked for it 4 hours i had to go there they werent very sympathic and looked at me like i was crazy when i asked about overnite delivery since i needed the parts the next day.the man said i guess you want your money back ? i said yes and for the other parts i bought that day too. a total of $170.38 .i went up the street to advance auto parts got what i needed didnt have to order anything and at the same price.i'll never go back there again!

employees of autozone need more education on the products they sell not only did they give us the wrong part they also gave us the run around on getting the correct part to top it off we even took in the part that was taken out of the car and they still could not get it right hello

I went to the auto zone in Capitol Plaza in Austin off of I35 and Cameron Road (zip code 78723). The service was unethical and they fired one of their workers wrongfully when they should have fired Mr. Martinez to for being involved before and after the incidents. Auto zone needs to investigate matters more thoroughly than have unethical workers

I will stop going to autozone for firing a worker in VA for saving his bosses life when they were being robbed , They need to give that man his job back and say thanks for his brave actions . I wonder what they would have done had the workers been killed or maimed ? , Every person that shops at their stores needs to write a protest letter and stop going to their stores until they rehire the hero .

I would like to thank your guys at 1813 1ST CAPITAL ST CHARLES , MO 63301 (636) 723-8804 I pulled up in my truck that I had to get jump started in order to get there, and they professionally checked out my battery and charging system. They discovered in short order that the battery was bad and still under full replacement warranty. They immideately installed a new battery and sent me on my way with a much better disposition than when I had arrived. Their courtesy and service is praiseworthy.

How many times does it take two get it right? Still workin on it. Example, there are 2 diff size brake pads that go to my truck, knowing this I'm under the truck after working 10 hrs at my regular job sent my wife with q brake pad that they could match well u know the rest of the story. This has happened more than once which has made me avoid this store but its closer therefore more convenient for late night trips I'm done with these knuckleheads. I see that O'Reilly is opening up down the street cool i'll help them cut the ribbon.

If AutoZone, Inc. fires an employee for using a firearm to stop a crime. They should be boycotted. We have too much crime and anyone who stops a crime should be rewarded not fired. Autozone, Inc. should be punished for their left thinking action that only help criminals.

I bought a 2004 Kia sedona and I bought a lot of parts from auto zone recently I have been disappointed by them twice I have been sold the wrong parts first the wrong studs I have gotten over that but when I found out that for a 6 months I have been driving my van on the wrong size breaks that ruined my rotor. I no longer. Want to buy parts from auto zone thanks for you're time.

i have been a loyal autozone customer and today ended it for me ,the debary store in my opinion has customer relations issues i went in today to purchase oil and redeem my rewards points which i saved and was told i had none was embarrassed the manager came out from in back where they hide and eat their food told me to call number on back then went to the back an did not come back leaving the other guy to bear the brunt of my anger, gave them back their rewards card and left i probably would have paid full price anyway but no attempt was made to help me you know it is the principle of the whole thing heck i had just bought something there a few hours earlier

Idaho Falls Idaho Autozone did not get a motor to my dealer in a reasonable amount of time, and then the standard was substandard when it came. Ryan at the place held my money hostage and would not refund it for way too long, promised it Monday and refunded on Wednesday. What type of business do you run? I think this store should be shut down due to stupidity of the workers and their "excuses".

Dont bother with auto zone you will be disappointed cant get a warantee covered on a part that was purchased from them, they are the only store that carries this brand

westland, michigan store is terrible service on hold for 20 mins.hung up i called back put on hold for 20 more mins and i am still on hold for a price on brake shoes for a 2001 ford focus,very bad.

The guys at store #4859 on south orlando av. In sanford Florida went above and beyond they pulled out all the stops to make sure I got on the road as fast as possible with only the parts I needed. And made sure I had the tools needed to properly and safely change my alternator and belt. I go to a lot of part stores for how many reasons and I have had good and bad experiences but I have never had such a good experience on such a bad day. And not just from one guy the whole staff did everything they could to help out. Store # 4859 is 26.4 miles from my house but its now my new neighborhood parts store

I will never step another foot in an Autozone store or purchase another item from Autozone since the firing of Devin McClean after he stopped a serial thief from robbing the local Autozone parts store in York County, Virginia, and now I see a sign the says we accept EBT cards, total BS. Autozone no more for me and thousands of others who feel the same.

Today I went to the Auto Zone store in Oakdale, California and received excellent service. These days finding companies that offer professional and helpful employees are harder to find. I just wanted to let you know that is Auto Zone has employees who embody the saying "the customer comes first" and I was extremely impressed with help and friendliness.

i ordered 2 small items from our local store.first item cost $6.99 and could fit in your shirt pocket. second item was the size of a pack of cigarettesw and cost $7.99. they charged me $6.00 freight per each item. thats 12 bucks for 2 small items.and i was not told that there would be a freight charge when i ordered them.

I have been a long time customer. I spent thousands of dollars at auto zone and I live thirty miles away from the nearest store an on special orders I still have to go in and pay upfront... Or Kelly's here I come...
