Poor pricing for dealers,was told the more I spend the more discount I get. It is a CASH ACCOUNT, Traded with Imperial Beach, Calif. Poor service, unqualified employees and Manager that does not care about your customers. I canceled my account.

ASM

I would like to thank the two guys at the AutoZone in Marshall Mo. We were on our way back to Iowa from a Scout outing in sothern Mo. Had 25 people on the bus and a hose started leaking. The two men wnen out of there way to make sure we had everthing we need to get back on the road. Now that"s sourthern hospital Thank You from a member of Order Of The Arrow,Mitigwa Lodge Mid -iIowa Council and all the Scouts that were on the bus.

wait time and price

I waited 45 min line to get help on a part! To top it off the price of part part has double in price ... and I even have recite show same part price increase. ...

Knowledge

Customers need to know basic info about whay they are driving if they want to be given the correct part. the wrong info will result in customers being given the wrong part and that is the customers fault not autozone or their eimplyees. All warranties are under the phone number you gave at the time of purchase, if you can't remember it, that's your fault not autozone or their employees. If the same part keeps breaking then perhaps it was installed INCORRECTLY. also, if you cannot speak basic english, that's not autozones fault or the fault of their employees for not being able to understand you!

Not mechanics

autozone is a parts store, you need a part, they provide it when available to them. if you need a mechanic then go to one. if autozone employeed mechanics you wouild not be able to afford the part because of the payroll it would require to employ mechanics and that payroll would come from significanlty increasing the cost of parts. they are cashiers with basic knowledge. not their fault if you are too cheap to go to a REAL mechanic. you get what you pay for.

No honor

We bought parts, Paid good money for what should have been good parts. When the parts failed we had to call corporate to get them to honor the warranty. Whats the deal Timkin has a factory warranty for 1 yr. We have the receipt showing they are 6 months old.

stupid people

I went to autozone in Indianapolis Indiana to get a cv axle for my 1990 Plymouth Grandvoyger the one I took off was just a shaft with no counter waight the one they sold me had a counter weight in it I asked if it would hurt my transmission they told me no it would work fine abour 2 weeks later mt trans. started slipping and jerking real bad

Business owner

Auto Zone is advertising free installation on installation of certain parts. My wife and daughter purchased a battery and was told in order to have Auto Zone install this 100.00 battery. My wife would have to buy two related items battery washer and battery lube. This is not free installation and its pressure sale on females. The employees need to explain the purpse for those other items and let the customer decide.

McCart Autozone

We had a rude lady help us last time we went there. She told my friend he needed to hurry up so she could get outside. She was being really snappy with him and talking very rudely. It's hard to explain it through a message. I was surprised to know it wa the store manager. The other times we have been there its been great! The assistant manager needs to take her spot. He is a sweet guy and has helped me many times with my car. I was very dissappointed with this recent experience and I hope someone talks to her about her attitude towards other customers. Believe me, there is tons of people who would rather have her job. If she doesn't like customers, she shouldn't be working there.

Alternator

I purchased a alternator from auto zone in Benton Harbor, MI about three weeks ago. Last night when driving my car it caught on fire. Today I am told by my mechanic that it was a defective alternator. I can not believe that Auto Zone does not test parts better then this.. There should be some time of safety device that would prevent it from failing to the point of causing a fire. This could have been fatal.

autozone on minnehaha and lake st are attempting to

End my business and my life. Got video of az emp in az car trying to run me off the road in a az company car. Called to complaine. They are covering it up and I know I will be killed by the az emp. X military... With guns. And az company car. All I did was return uneeded parts and now u support me dieing and my 20 a hour drive to ur house and fix ur car right business closing down.

REALLY ?? An employee goes to his vehicle and comes back with a gun to stop a robbery in progess where his manager is held at gun point and he gets fired??? You guys are out of your minds..... he may have saved the managers life you morons ! You've lost my families business

Purchased brake pads. Three weeks they are bad. Try to take back. Store manager syas they are not hers because they are in a napa box. When I installed their brakes I threw box out. I neeeded brakes again I got napa and put the auto zone one in the box. Wow never heard of that

The suggestions by your personnel at the Dupont Highway store in Millsboro, De was great. They suggested Blue Devil Head Gasket sealerfor my Dodge Durango and i was back on the road in no time.

Rude employees

The manager at the store on Navarre ave oregon ohio is very rude. I have done business with auto zone daily for over 6 years my mechanic buys parts sometimes for multiple vehicles a day and your manager chad needs to go or I'm taking my business to Oreillys or advanced auto I will not continue to be talked to in such a manner. A manager should be people friendly. Everyone I know that has had to deal with him complains and frankly I'm tired of it.

Poor Customer Service

Being a long time customer who has recently moved I changed to the closest AutoZone located at 507 Mt Pleasant St, New Bedford, MA. I have been there more than once but after this last time I will no longer be a customer. There is an older woman working there who seems bothered by answering questions and has a poor attitude.

I am upset with autozone because i purcased a rebulit starter had it installed proffesionaly an the starter went about an hour an a half before it stopped working i had to pay an expensive tow to my house cause its the weekend the shop closed early so i have to wait till monday pay another expenseive tow back to the shop have them take it out again then take it back to the store an all they gone do is replace the starter,what about the tow fees i incounterd if the part wasnt faulty i wouldnt be out of money two times for a tow!

no communication

Order a front muffler pipe from the website, the website and the order documents show 2 days to ship. One week later order is still processing, website still claims two days to ship, and a call to customer service avoids the whole issue of the web claiming 2 days and tells me they are waiting for the "Special order" part to come from the manufacturer. I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service and still no answer. False advertising and no communication have kept me from completing my car. Buyer beware, I will not do business with this organization again.

Tyrannical Employer

I have a relative who is a long term employee of AutoZone. AutoZone Employees are often forced to work 9 or more days without a day off. They are made to come in to work on the one or two days that AutoZone is able to muster up. Is it any wonder AutoZone has a galactic sized revolving door for the never ending stampede of employees they hire to make a mass exodus after only a few short weeks of employment.
