The worst probably would have paid less if I took it to ford. They gave me the rong belt was way to big and too wide got cut up and entangled itself inside of my alternator and now they are telling me to take it in and they will take it apart and take out the strands of the belt so I am truck less for a nother weekend. Have to ride my bicycle 3 miles to the place and work

i'am up here in erie pa . and to save money my wife and i work on our cars . i have tought my wife really good , since i have been in automotive for close to 20 years . and she can teach some of these kids in your stores a few things . everytime my wife goes there she is standing around not getting waited on or given parts that are wrong and these counter guys looking at her like she does not know anything and no clue and stuff . over this past weekend was the last of going to autozone the home of not be a woman friendly place . maybe in other states might not be but here it is . do you people think woman do not have a clue how to fix a car ? you people are such idiots

I just posted a review about a great AutoZone Store with a terrific Manager, but got the location wrong. The store and manager deserve recognition for their outstanding service with a smile is in Snellville, GA next to the Snellville Oaks Theatre. Earl is the manager who definitely deserves Manager of the Year Award. He went above and beyond what is expected, and is terrifically professional and knowledgeable. I am so impressed. I usually use the Loganville, GA store where service is also outstanding, but today I was in Snellville when my battery totally wore out. Both stores cannot be beat. You have to be doing all the right things to train and support your employees. Earl deserves special Kudos!

I got a coupon in the mail for 10% off my TOTAL order. When they rung me up, there was no discount. I asked why, and the answer was "we don't discount chemicals." Nowhere on this coupon does it say anything of the sort. I have been an Autozone rewards member for many years. I think I'm going to Advanced auto next time!

Had them charge my 6 volt battery. They said it was dead after an 8 hour charge. They checked it on their tester. Battery was put back in its box thinking the battery was dead. I drove one block and my car began to fill up with smoke. I looked at the smoking box the battery was in and threw it out the window. I went back and told the salesman who checked it. All he wanted to do was argue. Corporate buys me a new battery or off to Judge Judy

I needed a exhaust pipe for my 2001 focus, I called your store he told me, not in stock, come down and prepay and I’ll order it. I went down Thursday evening to the store prepaid and it was ordered. I asked when will it be in? By Saturday noon . I said Saturday! He replied yes Saturday noon. We call you when it comes in. I asked you will call me? Replied yes we will call, Sat. no call, I called 12:45, did it come in? No fed-ex is late will be in after 1:00, fine I’ll wait for the call. No call, Sunday, late am. Did it come in, replied let me check, no sorry. OK I call Monday. Monday 1 pm, did it come in? Not here, check after 3:pm. I called, not in, answered, I’ll get hold of Fed-ex and find out what happened and get right back to you. 9:30 pm Monday night no call, car still on jack stands since Thursday night. What will I do? Can I get a refund, go elsewhere? What about my other 3 cars? 99 Corvette, 01 Saturn, 05 pt cruiser. Who can I turn to?

I bought 4 brand new spark plugs 4 my 2004 Dodge Neon n the Waynesboro Auto Zone gave me the wrong 1s n it messed my Neon up n bad I would appreciate it if some 1 would contact me regaurdin this issue as soon as possible . My car calls for copper spark plugs n they gave me something totally different I have the plugs they gave me.

The AutoZone on Whalley Avenue in New Haven, CT has very knowledgeable and helpful employees. Honestly, I wouldn't have known one part from another but they walked me through and I am very grateful. My husband is too since I came home with the right part while he was underneath our van! Ha! Thank you to Team AutoZone New Haven!

Sold me wrong brake shoes and cost me money, called and told them and they argued they didn't, bought from advance and was the right ones, BAD BUSINESS

always giving wrong parts to me running my gas and time and nerves to me not going there anymore price of rear drum 28.99 got it for 15.00 apair for 33.19 cents what a savings no waiting for knuckle heads to give me wrong parts to run my gas out and irriate me

They always slip something on your purchase if your not looking! Once my wife came back with small packs of brake lube when I asked her to pick-up brakes for me! Cost me time and gas going back to return!! Then the next brake job they tried to pull same shit on me! PepBoys here I come!

the office on lower fayettevile rd newnan ga i call about 3:00 pm they said we are swamped can you call back in five minutes. so i gave the part to my wife to take back and as she was standing in the line someone called for a part and they told the person on the phone the same they told me this problem needs to be solved i will not use autozone every again

I think the people who work at the glenway avenue store in cincinnati need a class on people skills, I will never go back to any auto zone. My friends and I spend a lot of money in auto parts and we will be taking our business else where.

Having read posts of bad Managers, and warranty issues leads me to writing this. Bad Managers exist because Bad District Managers promote them. My Manager took $10.00 that a customer had overpaid me and rather than contacting customer, said it was Pizza Money. District Manager told me to warranty an Optima Battery, even though it had an O'reilly shipping label on it. Because he personally knew the customer. Managers relabel installed parts to sell them as new. I could go on and on on what I have seen in Store 1512, But nothing would change.

They sell defective parts and then don't honor the warrenty. They are total A-Holes! Don't buy from them!

Spent an 1.5hrs.watching some kid try and install a battery...most of his time was spent looking for nuts and bolts that he lost.After an hour and he was still trying to figure out how it all goes back I told him put my old batty.back ,he had the store manager come out and with my help we got it back together with my original batty. "Not a single were sorry for the trouble" was uttered. Stay away from this place Centerline,Mi.unless you need the grief.

I went to autozone store at 1850third,memphis,tn,on 28 of april.a guy name Alonzo told me the store was closed.it was7.45pm...I went by the same store one weekday and the store was closed.I got tere at 845..dt no who was working.tere was employees in store..I drove2or3miles for nothing..do auozone close when they say they close or is it up to the employee to say when autozone close.

This Autozone will need a new manager soon. Drew, the current manager has worked all over the parts industry and he does not stay anywhere long enough for trouble to catch up to him. He is a snake in the grass and will screw you over badly.

returned parts in order to get the right parts and autozone credited a card that is from someone else in another state not only am i out the original cost now someone is that much richer i will never do busness with autozone anymore

Made a purches on the store on main between warner and edinger in santa ans tryed returning a few days after it was a license plat fram purfictly good they denied it and expected me to stay with it even thought it wouldt work for my car the manegment there is very rud and has very bad custermer service skill it almost seamed like just cuz I was a female he had to be rud cuz hewould be totaly nice with the men that were in front of me, very disapinted..
