I want to give thanks to your employees for the wonderful thing they did for me last Saturday (7/7/12). I was stranded at my condo by a starting problem called dead battery. I asked for assistance and they came to assistance by busting by giving my battery a bust. I tried to pay them but they were interested in helping me not charging me. I think they should get 4 STARS.

I bought Auto Zone brand wipers for chevy truck (duralast wipers) and every time it rained the clips would pop up and wipers would turn sideways..Went to local zone and tried to exchange for bosh wipers and had to pay full retail..no credit back on 3 month old wipers.. Told there was not any warranty on name brand products...WOW, that says it all...Auto Zone Wipers SUCKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Lost a customer for life as if they really care..

I would like to make a complaint on one of your locations in Riverdale, Ga #0989. On 6/16/2012 I went to this location and advised the Manager on duty Toni that my car shut off while driving and I was ably to roll into her location. She and another associate advised me that if a vehicle shut off while driving that my issue would be the alternator. I purchased a tool set and removed the alternator and asked if they could test it.  Toni had Alexis perform the test.  The test resulted that the alternator passed and I was advised by Alexis that a common issue with with alternators is that the diode goes out and the test would give a false pass. I took his and Toni's advice and purchased the alternator and installed it.  After doing so, my vehicle still would not crank. I was advised to charge my battery, so I waiter an additional 30 mins and still could not start my vehicle.  After doing more investigating, I discovered that I had a faulty fuel pump. I was advised by Toni that she could not take a loss on the alternator and could not return my money unless I purchased the $284.99 fuel pump from her location.  I advised her that I did not have that much on my but that I would return in a couple days to purchase the fuel pump. I returned today and I was advised by Toni that she could no longer hold my origional good alternator and had to send it back to the distribution. She gave my little comfort in offering me a 10% discount on the price of a fuel pump.  I am very upset that your company made the decision to advised me to purchase something that I did not need, attempt to force me to purchase something from that location as a means of correcting their error and than finally to advise me that my good working altinator was sent back as a core and that I could buy a fuel pump at a 10% discount.  After going over Autozones  Mission Statement, "AutoZoners always put customers first! We know our parts and products..." I feel like I was taken advantage and treated less that I paying customer. I would like to make a complaint on one of your locations in Riverdale, Ga #0989. I like to say thank you to a young lady named Lisa lopez out in Brooklyn New York on Morgan ave for being so helpful by helping customers with their headlights and batteries. I didn't have a clue on how to change my headlights and she went out there and removed my battery and went out of her way to make sure my headlight was changed. She also recommended that I have my battery tested and she let me know I needed a new battery. I will definitely continue to visit that store. She was really great and didn't mind getting her hands dirty to help someone.

2350 Stonybrook Dr Jeffersontown/Louisville KY 40220 Poor and very unprofessional service. I will not buy anything from your stores again except to return the junk you sell. WHY I was treated like a crock when I went through several #s to get my warrenty info on truck brake caliper. real assholes

Worked for AutoZone for almost six years. I started out as a PSM and then Store Manager in Manchester, Missouri. I later transferred back to Arkansas. I have been a customer of AutoZone since they were Auto Shack. They have got better over the years except for aways being short handed. The parts are top of the line and many shops use them, though they want the trucks to be unmarked so their customers don't know where the parts are from. With any parts, you'll run across a bad one from time to time, but when you have someone who aways complains that they got the wrong part, it is really that they did not give the correct info or it is a pieced together car. But, there are those mixed year cars from the end of the model year also. I have bought products at the other stores, an won't put them down. But anytime there is a AutoZone store close by, they are my first choice. Also, most people don't realize that most auto parts are made by a very few companies, that just change the specs and the names for the companies that are ordering them.

I honestly would not give them any stars in El Paso, Texas. At 6019 N. Mesa Street, Texas 79912. I went to autozone to get some cleaning stuff to wash mine and my girlfriend's car at the car wash around the corner. So I was finished cleaning my car and turned to my girlfriend's car finding out she locked the keys in the car. I went back to that autozone where at that time there was only 2 people in there not being helped and myself wondering around for about 3 to 5 minutes lost. I had to approach the employees about if they had a slim jim. They rudely said no and it is illegal in Texas, but I remembered Oreilly's helped me with a slim Jim to unlock my in the past to unlock my car, so I gave them a call. Of course Oreilly's carries it and sells it. El Paso Police Department said it is not illegal to own slim Jim's. So I picked one up and went back to the autozone and asked if they really do know the law as well as flashing the slim Jim and receipt from Oreilly's. The employee told me he's calling the state troopers. While he picked up the phone I told him to call Oreilly's while he was dialing as I walked out of the store. Afterwards I called and made a complaint to the voicemail of the headquarters here in El Paso for autozone. Sorry autozone, you have definitely lost my business. Sincerely, A New Oreilly's Loyal Customer

My husband and I have been buying products from the same Auto Zone for 10 years and are frequently in the store. I bought and paid for a part online. A rep. called and confirmed my order and I told her my husband would be picking up the part. She said that was great. When my husband got to the store the rep didn't know what he was talking about. My husband tried to give him the confirmation number but the rep ignored him. The customer service rep treated him like he was a criminal. My husband was so embaressed and angry he said we would never go in there again. Auto Zone has lost a life long customer today.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED THE WAY I WAS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!! ALL I was trying to was place an order and then realized that I didn't have my rewards number with me. I only had the last four digits. I was told I would need to go to a store to get the entire number. If I had the time to go to a store, I wouldn't be placing an online order. I called back to ask another question and to speak with a supervisor. I was hung up on three times, under the guise of being transferred to a supervisor. I found out that what Auto Zone does, is transfer the call all around the Customer Dis-Service Department...IN MEXICO. when you call Corporate it get's worse yet. This is unbelievable. I guess NAPA will receive this order

If you are reading this...RUN RUN RUN to anywhere other than Auto Zone and Advanced AUTO (same company). You will not receive your order, and you will be treated like CRAP

I wana right alot bad stuff about this store.....the parts are sub-par to say the least I bought 4 lower ball joints and 4 upper ball joints. After the fact of spending hours drilling the bolts out....I would expect the ball joints not to be defective well just my luck the dam things are dry rotted or dry rotting ive got to replace all these dam things 2 from the very beging and now Ive found there all screwed. So I bought these under life-time warrenty and there giving me a problem about giving me new ones like they cant find them pleas...Ive had way to many problems with these employees trust me. Im a customer and I would like to be treated like a loyal customer these guys wait on you as they wish...as if they own the business for real. There was one manager that was kind but the reat of the staff is worthless erie pa 20 west next to fire department.. I will be sueing this store for the time I spent putting these ball joints in and the time and avergation ive had with these employees. Just the other day I had another issue with these employees worthless. Its just im really worried these parts are junk and dealing with the stuck up a holes making me look bad when this has been a discrimination issue this is such a small town they like to talk and rummer lies they play there games like its there business and I would think corp...would be worried these guys are treating customers as if they own the store

Atozone Worst Company so ever and Mr.Noel Diaz DM of Puert Rico, that is a waste salary for autozone.

recently i have sent several people to autozone on belmont ave in youngstown ohio each time they have sold them a totaly different part i have special equipment to diagnose automotive problems well now im done autozone better wake up people who sell parts are not mechanics and should stick to selling parts because you just lost a long time customer that spends thousands a year on parts and i will NEVER buy or send anyone to buy parts there again in fact i intend to give them the worst refernce of all the auto parts stores

Upon leaving work one evening, my car would not start. When I got it started I went directly to my Auto Zone Store and asked if my battery could be checked. I was promptly told to wait until some of the customers were cleared out of the store. Didn't matter that there were 4 other employees waiting on customers at the time. So I waited approx. 10 minutes while customers came in the store, purchased items, paid for them and left. I walked out, got in my car, prayed it would start, which it did and I left and went across the street to Advanced Auto when I was promptly attended to. Needless to say, they got my business, not Auto Zone.

I would like feed back on my visit to autozone ....I have an issue with the way I was delt with by bolla and his associate tonight the two individuals left to close the store. I bought copper break lines and the emloyee a manager didnt log my purchuse or give me a reciept . I was returning the lines and flare nuts and the guy say do you have your reciept im like no you guys log this on your computers and he asks for the my number so yes I do remember I gave him the number its proceeder right....He messed with me before trying to rip me off 20 doolars on a return ...so I didnt want to even deal with him again he messing with me like as if I cant see him press enter and the part wont show up again and again he did this telling me I have to come back with other manager. Im pissed he was there when I purchest the tube line to begin with 25 foot copper. Knowing this he still said he couldnt find it he was lieing upsetting me on purpose. If I was auto zone I wouldnt allow employes to treat customers as the wish ...whos business is this ..i had a similer issue with my ball joints three out of 8 where dry rotted and he was acting like they wernt on file ...these items were bought there and had a life time G please if your employes have a hate for me thats there issue im a customer and I would like action taking against bolla and the other guy closeing..as far a im concerned they should both be fired . They where both extremly rude you have lost a customer forever and they presented the issues with me not I. Ive never been treated this bad ever by any employees and I still have the copper tubing and its your product and I was given the wrong size to begin with and I have to pay this cost Not happy with your employees as if the other guy working said i dont get payed enough to care to help you a said day at auto zone ...this is the erie store millcreek of 20 its 6/14/12 the only reason im giving you a 2 star is the one manager is kind the one that gave me the wrong break lines to begin with a few days earlier

June 4th my husband went to the Autozone in Jasper, Al. We have been doing business there for many years. Your sales person Phillip talked to him like he didn't know what he was talking about concerning a part. My husband called my son so he could tell him when the part was bought, Phillip told my son, that when you have a vehicle that's not any good, that's what you get. To me, he doesn't know anything about our vehicle and it was uncalled for him to say something like that. We won't be back if it matters.

I've been a customer of AutoZone for many years and have always had good products, decent prices, and great service. I have advised my wife and mother to head to AutoZone for battery problems, wiper blades, or just advice because I know them to be folks you can trust. I am writing today because of an experience I had today with the AutoZone store in Port Orange, Florida. After having difficulty finding wiper blades for my 2008 Toyota Avalon I was fortunate to be served by the store manager who's name is Lee. He personally tried several blades on the car and found a pair that, unlike all of the other "universal" blades actually fit and retracted into the windshield well like they should. Lee is persistant and pleasant and is a great example for other business people. He truly lives the AutoZone policy of putting the customer first.

I just purchased a fuel filter from auto zone in elk city ok it was the wrong filter and the numbers on the box did not match the numbers onthe reciept they would not exchang it or return my money back the master mind I talked to said they did not have that filter so if they did not have that filter why did they charge me for one i am manager for alarg trucking company and we have many pickups i will not be doing bussiness with autozone again and Iwill tell every one Iknow about the bad deal igot oreilly's dont ask questions they justsatify the custermer like good bussiness people should do. Another time i was stranded 10 miles out of town autozone wouldn't bring my part so I called oreilly they said no problem give me directions and your phone number they brought the part and waited till my truck was runnig that the kind of service america was built on
